Magnificent hotel. Highly recommend it.

Absolutely lovely hotel! So peaceful, clean, and relaxing. Best hotel breakfast I have ever seen. The room was spacious and comfortable. Despite being near busy roads, the room was well sound-proofed and quiet at night. We enjoyed a great couple’s massage at the spa, too! All of the staff members were so kind! Only complaint was that it was not very easy or safe to walk to Ibirapuera Park, despite being so close. Otherwise, this hotel is perfect.

This is the second time I have stayed at this Hotel in one month, I was greeted so cordially by the Staff just like my first stay. My Check-In was quick , efficient and very attentive to any of my needs. My room was incredibly clean, the room so comfortable and spacious. I got in at 9pm and ordered room service, my food was tasty and warm and the service exceptional. I completely recommend staying at this hotel, it is worth it.

I love how everyone from the staff is always ready to help you in any way without you asking, everything looks so clean and pristine, I liked the Bakery and the Restaurant. My room was perfect, everything comfortable. The breakfast had many options and pastries to choose from, very delicious. The only thing I would say is that my tv did not have Netflix and only had local tv channels to go watch. I will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

The Room Service was bad, they dont even answer the calls, not even the front desk. Very bad. I order towels and they brought them 1 hour later. The hotel is old, not worthy.

OK Hard Product; Weak soft product and service

Good sized rooms. Service was mixed to disastrous. Check in was very friendly and good. First day I managed to order room service. From then on, literally any time I tried to phone reception or room service it would just ring out. Trying to get drinking water was impossible and highly frustrating. Rooms are good size, but the bedding is poor. There was dirt on the bedsheets. The bedding is thin, pillows are small and lumpy. Swimming pool is freezing - I enjoyed it as a plunge pool from the Sauna, but isn't functional as a pool. Gym is pretty good.

Hotel muito bom , ótima localização

We try to negotiate at least one discount since we need to return immediately on the last flight from Sao Paulo to Miami due the Corona Virus and they are inflexible. We use the room for 4 hours only and we didn't have breakfast. They charge me a full rate + 1 bottle of water and the parking. We are very disappointed with the lack of consideration in one situation like that and we do not plan to return to this hotel.

What a great hotel this is. You feel social staying here . It feels elegant, and the service you receive is top-of-the line. The breakfast every day, is fantastic. I looked forward to the coffee and the fresh fruits the most. They will also make anything you want. I’m sorry, I could not find one negative here.

Breakfast was worth it! excellent local selection and more. The walls/floor were thin--meaning I could hear my neighbors every move. Other than that I enjoyed my stay. The staff were professional, helpful for every question/need, and courteous.

Very nice place to stay overall. Only major problem mas the shower leaking through the box and flooding the whole bathroom at times due to a major design flaw.

Short business trip

Very well located hotel. Overall good place for business was definitely better wen it was the Sofitel but still good. Won’t say 5 star but well put at 4.5

The restaurant staff were just lovely and the breakfast was amazing. Friendly and helpful porters and reception staff.

Excellent hotel a short walk away from Iberapuera Park. Quiet room despite the hotel being very close to a busy highway. Excellent breakfast buffet, but cleans up right at the closing time. Don’t be late! Nice lobby and excellent WiFi! Would stay here again!

Loved the decor and style. Room was well set up, like a flat.

Nice stay, really large spacious standard rooms, clean, a bit outdated but has its style. Good location near Ibirapuera parque. Closest metro is about 10-15 mins walk. I liked the breakfast, once used room service, pizza was nice but cesar salad was not up to the standard. Really strange recepie, a bit sour, nothing close to cesar dressing. I liked the gym is really nice and outdoor area. And the overall stay was more than good. Thanks a lot!

Modern hotel in highend neighborhood

Visiting São Paulo for business, this property was an excellent choice as it’s a good central location. It’s in an exclusive area and filled with mid-high end dinner options within walking distance. Itaim Bibi / Jardim Europa are also very safe neighborhoods. The property itself is clean and modern with good amenities. Just missing a spa. But the gym, room service and breakfast buffet are excellent.

I had a good time at this hotel... the amenities are nice and clean with a great bar and the staff are really nice... I also forgot a speaker and my Prada sunglasses in this location. I went back there 3 days after that, and they save for me in perfect condition at no cost. Great customer service and honesty...I highly recommend. The location is also great... very close to congonhas airport. I will definitely be back!!!

Had some issues for check-in, which took around 45min to be solved. Hotel is old, but location is fine. Would recommend only if you need to stay in the region.

Nice hotel overall but as maintenance issues

Nice hotel overall, but it is starting to show some wear signs. Tub was clogged, asked front desk to address issues the first day, they did some work but didn't fix the issue. Asked the following morning again and same happened. I complained again and asked them to move me to a different room which they did. The second room had only a shower with no tub and drain was fine, but this time the sink was clogged!! I didn't bother asking/complaining again but wasn't happy with this. Also the first room was on the second floor and had an incredible amount of noise from their AC equipment which was pretty much the only view I had. At check I I asked them for a higher floor but was told they were full and didn't have any other. The following day when I asked to be moved due to the tub issues I mentuoned also the noise and they put me on a higher floor.

Good for busines travel

Stayed here on business. I would consider this a mid-range business hotel. Staff is friendly and the facilities are adequate. No complaints but not much to rave about either.

the hotel is nice and has lots of good facilities, staff are really kind but unfortunately the area is just too bad. not nosy but you can't really go anywhere walking, even when you have the ibirapueara park in a short distance as the hotel is on a very very busy motorway

Great Stay and Value

Just off the highway, very convenient to Paulista and Ibirapuera. Jardin and itiam Bibi were minutes away. 40 minutes to GRU, 15 min to the domestic airport. Rooms are comfortable, gym is nice, there is a bakery in the lobby and the bar is good for business meetings.

This is a 4 star hotel, not a 5. Forget the spa and don't expect to be able to schedule a massage.

Beautiful hotel with super friendly staff.

My only complaint with this beautiful hotel was it was away from everything. We were on a cruise and the cab fare was $150 to the port and it was over an hour away, otherwise really enjoyed staying there.

Nice hotel. room price not bad, free wifi. breakfast and resturant a bit expensive. Nothing in the area that you can walk to in the way of shops/resturants and I mean nothing.

Great Hotel To Stay At

Was there for 3 days for business and the hotel and their staff where great. The surrounding area was difficult to navigate on foot and some of the cab drivers got lost finding the hotel but other than that it was a great stay.

Nice Hotel, but not too close to business district

Was pretty good but some things need improvement like: restaurant was too expensive, no signs pointing to gym, first room I checked into wreaked of smoke even though I had reserved a non-smoking room. Also, there are no irons in the room and as a result I was late to a meeting. How can a 4 star hotel not have irons in the room for guests?

This is a very nice hotel with comfortable rooms and helpful employees and it was like an oasis in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Sao Paulo. The gym is great and the bakery in the hotel lobby is excellent. The hotel is located a short walk to the Ibirapuera park, which is a grand park and full of people on weekends. However, it is a residential part of town so you need to take taxis everywhere since the closest subway station is about a 30 minute walk away. The subway is quick and I used to take a taxi to get to and from the closest station, but the cost would add up. The cost of the breakfast ($28), room service and mini bar is outrageous ($12 for a small can of Pringles!), so make sure that you bring your snacks and drinks with you. Other than that, this is a real nice hotel.

THE SOFITEL IN SAO PAULO IS NOT A BAD HOTEL. HOWEVER, IT IS IN MIDDLE OF VERY DIFFICULT ACCESS AREA. IF YOU MISS THE ACCESS OF THE HOTEL YOU(OR THE TAXI) WILL HAVE TO DRIVE A LONG WAY BACK. THERE ARE NOTHING AROUND THE HOTEL. NOT EVEN A NEWS STAND. NOTHING! THE CLEANNESS OF THE ROOM WAS NOT GOOD. MY RESTROOM WAS NOT CLEAN WHEN I ARRIVED. THERE ARE BETTER HOTELS IN SAO PAULO FOR THE PRICE.

Best service, great hotel

Was there 6 nights on a business trip, I stayed on the executive floor and got a free car (twice a day within a range) and GREAT service. Anything and everything I needed. If you go there you MUST try the pastries in the hotel. Best in Latin America. Boom.

오래된 호텔이나 깨끗하고 조용했습니다. 하지만 gym의 장비들은 너무 오래되었고 작아서 불편했습니다. 주변에 높은 건물이 없어서 전망은 좋았습니다.

O único ponto foi a questão do estacionamento, que demorou muito para buscar o carro, apesar da boa vontade dos atendentes.

Preço de hoteis de alto nível como Hyatt e Hilton, mas infelizmente não é. Jantamos no restaurante e a comida estava ruim. Tivemos que devolver os pratos. Recepção, atendimento sem cordialidade. Quarto velho, embora grande. Localização boa.

O atendimento e a disponibilidade dos funcionários excelente, tentando agradar e satisfazer as necessidades do hospede, infelizmente o hotel necessita de manutenção em coisas básicas como hidráulica. Um mau cheiro exala nos corredores adentrando os aposentos, feito tentativas de mudança de quarto e andar não alcançando sucesso.

Tinha tudo para ser ótimo!

O hotel é bem localizado e o atendimento da recepção foi ótimo, porém as condições do hotel devem ser revistas pelos responsáveis. O quarto estava extremamente sujo, com poeira acumulada na porta do armário de roupas, e com sujeira e poeira embaixo da cama, como só varressem para debaixo da cama. Fiquei atacada da rinite. Ainda a torneira do meu quarto não funcionava, ela ficava pingando, mesmo depois de desligar, tendo gasto de água excessivo, por ser antiga. A privada também ficava dando descarga por muito tempo. O hotel diz ser sustentável mas existem esses problemas com a água, e também não vi separação de lixo reciclável e não reciclável. As janelas dos quartos não abrem, então a ventilação se da por um ar condicionado muito antigo, e os quartos tem aquela sensação e cheiro de lugar fechado. Eu pedi para limparem bem meu quarto após constatar essas questões, e fui atendida de maneira cordial pela recepção, porém ao chegar no quarto vi que não foi limpo de maneira rigorosa. Saímos antes do previsto.

Estrutura do hotel boa, apesar de antiga. Quarto, cama e banheiro bons. Alimentação cara e localização ruim. Não dá pra fazer nada andando, não tem nada perto… uma cafeteria, um restaurante… nada! Tudo precisa ser feito de carro/Uber. Diferente dos hotéis da região da paulista ou Itaim.
