Close to Disneyland and affordable

Overall pretty good. If you want adjoining rooms stay somewhere else. They won’t accommodate for that. The location is great though. Our bathroom sink had a sewer odor every time the water was turned on. Not sure why, but kind of gross. I think they poured some bleach in the sink, but the odor was still there.

Liked that it was a short walking distance to Disneyland for a quick nap/change of clothes, spacious and close to a variety of eateries but there was a sewage smell coming from the bathroom sink

This property is so conveniently close to Disneyland. The walk was quick and easy with our kiddos. We were here for a runDisney weekend and this was also an amazing location in proximity to the start and finish area. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Only 1 elevator for the entire complex. Front reception staff wasn't that friendly or helpful. Dripping faucet in bathroom that was annoying.

So nice being close to the park! Room was nice, clean. Our stay was great other than very loud rude people but that has nothing to do with the hotel.

Even though I wasn't able to check in early, they were accommodating and I was able to park in their facility so I didn't have to pay for parking at the resort. This hotel is across the street from Disney so it was around a 10 min walk. Great place to stay and walk to Disney parks.

I've never stayed at a hotel so close to Disneyland at a reasonable price. I was very happy with the comfortable bed, big heated pool and friendly staff. The only thing the room was smaller than usual hotel rooms but still very clean! I will definitely book again.

I didn’t feel our room was cleaned well at all and it gives a motel vibe and was very loud at night and the water smelled bad. Very good price for Disneyland Locaiton and very walkable but not happy with our room at all.

I liked the roof top restaurant and the convenient location

The check in was quick but I had my sons coming from another area with a vehicle and did not have room for the 2nd vehicle. Also the housekeepers make too much noise with the dollys they move at 6am. Also there was some kids in the upper room that were running and making a lot of noise.

Overall, my stay was excellent, but I do have one minor complaint—they charge for parking. If I'm already spending over $200 for a one-night stay, I feel parking should be included. For reference, it's $25 plus tax. Not a dealbreaker, but a bit frustrating. On the plus side, there are a few dining options nearby, and the park is just an 8-10 minute walk away.

It is an older hotel that could use some updating and the front desk was not overly accommodating, we arrived a little early and they wanted to charge us an early check in fee.

Our stay was great! The kids loved the pool and splash pad. We loved how close it was to Disney.

Beds were comfy, rooms were a bit small. Don’t think the exhaust fan in the bathroom worked. Location was great for Disneyland

Super Disneyland neighborhood hotel. My favorite. Very clean, quiet, comfy beds. 3 min walk to the gate. I stay here everytime!

Rooms smelled of mold and staff was unhelpful. But it was a great location and served its purpose. The bed was comfortable.

The proximity to the parks is great. My friends and I have stayed here 3 times now and it is convenient, clean, and the staff is so friendly!

Enjoyed our stay, easy walk to Disneyland

We loved our stay. The location was absolutely amazing. Nearby food and convenience stores and a quick and easy walk to the parks made staying here with kids a breeze. We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well. We got the classic double room which was a little cramped with four people and the walls weren't super soundproof but it wasn't a deal breaker. We enjoyed our stay so much that we decided to come back again in April. Affordable and convenient, highly recommend.

Had a great stay. Across the street from Disneyland was super handy. Although it’s an older hotel the rooms are spacious and maintained. Would definitely stay there again as if you need a break it’s just a walk across the street.

Front desk was very friendly. Cold water available in the lobby as well! Room service came to replace towels, which was great, but the window curtains were left open and lights left on. But overall, it was a comfortable weekend stay for Disneyland!

The staff is very nice and helpful. The room was very noisy with outside noise and the walls seem thin as we could hear our neighbors.

Definitely would not stay here again. We were downgraded from our two queens to double beds which was awful for our family of four. They refused to give us a roll away bed because our downgraded room was too small. Our bathroom smelled heavily of mildew and the fan was broken. The noise was so loud because we were right by the stairs and heard everyone coming and going all night long. The worst was that the ac was not working properly, so we could not sleep in the heat. Did I mention that our keys would stop working and we had to keep going to the office for new ones. I almost forgot the blankets were awful and so cheap. Please stay anywhere else!

Comfortable Stay Close to Disney

We love to stay here for our Disneyland trips. It is so convenient to walk to and from the park. Only takes about 7 minutes to walk from the hotel to Disney security. In the warmer months we have enjoyed the pool. Lots of pool activities for kids and adults of all ages to enjoy. There is a bar (or club?) upstairs, and the noise does reach the hotel rooms especially on Friday and Saturday nights. We don't usually mind because we're so tired from Disneyland that we sleep well anyways. If you're a light sleeper, just be prepared for some extra noise at night. Overall, this is a very comfortable stay that is closer to Disney than some of the Disney hotels. This is our go-to stay for our Disneyland trips and we will definitely return.

Great Location

The location of this hotel is perfect for Disneyland! The pool was nice and very clean. I would totally stay here again!

Stayed here for our Disneyland weekend. It was fabulous. The room (king size single) was spacious and well appointed. The shower was clean and the bathroom was of good size. We stay here each year. There are only a handful of hotels closer to the Disneyland entrance, but this is our go-to choice each year for this trip.

Booked a 2 queen bed. When arrived to the room, we got a king bed. Was not mentioned to us when we checked in at the front desk. Called front desk and was told there was maintenance in the room we originally booked and they did not have any other room available. We had to pack our belongings the next day until another room was available. Manager didn’t come talk to us when we asked for one.

It’s very well located if you’re looking to go to Disneyland, however, if you’re staying on the first floor, prairie to hear people talking by your door all the time.

Best location for walkable distance to Disneyland

On check out day. We went to have breakfast. Upon returning, a little over an hour before check out time. We were locked out of our room. I had to call the front desk and waited about 20 minutes for someone to come open the door. I was also charged a parking violation of $58.00 for leaving my car on there for 6 hours after check out when they charge $23.00 for 24 hour

Disappointing Stay – Do Not Recommend I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. While the exterior and the street-facing side look somewhat modern, the reality inside is far from it. The hotel feels old and poorly maintained, with outdated furnishings and a general sense of neglect. Cleanliness was a major issue—my room had dust buildup, stained sheets, and an unpleasant odor. Room service was unreliable; requests were either ignored or took an unreasonably long time to be fulfilled. Additionally, the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, making the overall experience even worse. If you're considering booking, I strongly advise against it. The hotel’s online appearance is deceiving, and the quality of service and upkeep is far below expectations. Spend your money elsewhere.

Downside is limited parking and no included breakfast. Upside was proximity to Disney and attentive staff.

Valentines get away

I have stayed many times at the Grand Legacy and always great experience. We were celebrating Valentines Day. We were even given a free upgrade to a suite. Than you very much!

Location to Disneyland was 6 stars. Hotel is comfortable and clean. No bed service for a 5 night stay was not ideal and closest elevator wasn't working. Will stay again.

I had two Expedia reservations and felt like I was being punished for it. I got in very early to check-in but not necessarily to put stuff away unless they were able to allow me. I was told I had to go back to the lobby about four times (twice each day) to settle issue for having two separate reservations. I Was even told to come back possibly after 4pm to check-in so I would be assured to stay in same room the next day or I could move rooms each day. An employee by the name of Kevin was passive aggressive, sounded friendly but seemed fake. At one point I had to take my gloves off (it was raining outside and very cold) to sign additional paperwork - I left my gloves on counter- staff did not bother to call me to say I left them there and when I went back to get them, they acknowledged I left them there but staff could not find them, very weird. I thought it would be a good thing for hotel that I was able to stay longer and spend more money to do so. Nope! One of the main lamps did not work in the room and neither did the remote control. Loved the location of hotel and the deep bathtub! Overall, I would stay again but would not make separate reservations, too difficult for them to process.

Just loud room had zero rest

The rooms are big and have a microwave, coffee maker and a fridge. The pool and hot tub are fantastic. Walking distance to Disneyland. Perfect for families.

Great for Disney!

Front desk staff was amazing and kind. Our trash got taken out daily and towels were replenished. That was all the housekeeping we really needed! The only downside is we could hear kiddos running around upstairs and also a lot of creaking. Not too bad though, I’m sure people could hear our yelling baby at times. The walk to Disney was not bad at all and would definitely stay here again.

Good stay after a rainy day at Disneyland although the fridge in our room was making a pretty loud sound.

Average stay

We got in early and there was no consideration for early check in. The room appeared to be clean and everything worked. With that being said, the sheets were worn and pilled, and there was a cockroach in the bathroom.

Very close to Disneyland. We walked less than 10 min. The stores and food at the mini plaza were very convenient. The bed felt hard for me but the room itself was very well kept.

Needs more chairs. Otherwise very nice room + serv

Everything was amazing except for the fact there is nowhere to sit in the room except for one computer chair.

Was close to Disneyland, restaurants, shopping, and race.

The positive for staying here was about a ten minute walk to the park. We also felt like the sheets were clean. But everything else was very dingy. The carpet was moist and dirty. It just felt very dark inside our room. We only were there during nap time and bedtime so it was fine. Also the pool was cold.. but the hot tub was nice. We had a sound machine going for the baby and could still hear the elevator bell going off. Also, when rolling suitcases went by it was SO loud.

The noise from the rooftop bar was extremely loud!

Location was great. But music from the bar was very loud above our room, sink didn’t drain, bathroom latch didn’t work.

Unfortunately this was our least favorite hotel stay when looking for a hotel near Disneyland. Walkable proximity to Disneyland was great, however the overall experience was not one that will draw us back. Could be good for a quick overnight if amenities, and quiet location are not a concern.

Tried to call the front desk during business hours and no one answered. Tried to extend the room, online said $160 and at the desk, they said $300 although they were not even fully booked. I won't be staying here again. The pics are misleading. It’s not as nice as the pics

We had a great stay at the Grand Legacy for the RunDisney weekend! We did find the property to be quite loud and some aspects of it are run-down/older (ie pool area, amenities in room) but otherwise a good budget stay for accessibility to the parks! Friendly staff and easy check in/out experience. Room was ready when we arrived.

Great place to stay. Easy walk to the park. Very clean. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was the bathroom was small with the toilet shower and vanity in same room with a very small counter space. This made it difficult for multiple people to get ready at the same time. Would definitely stay here again!

Bath tub wouldnt plug all the way but in the shower it would cause water around you feet. Same with the drain. No daily maid service. Close to the park.

Just fine

The front desk people were nice and helpful. After check in, we parked. There seemed to be plenty of spaces. The location is perfect. In the room though, cleanliness doesn't seem to be a priority, or it is rushed. There was a dirty rag on the bathroom counter (lipstick stained, and dingy with holes, definitely used for cleaning), and make up stains on the shower curtain. After a day at Disney, we returned to the room, towels were replaced, trash emptied, but the beds were not made. Overall, for the location and price, it was fine. A little noisy because it is motel style lodging, which I either overlooked or that information isn't on the booking site. But our stay was fine.

The staff was amazing, and were very accommodating to our family. A special shout out to Charlie for helping make our Christmas Eve very special!

Close to Disney , great parking! Clean room and spacious

The only thing we liked was the location and staff we interacted with were friendly and greeted us with smiles. The room itself was not very clean, carpets very dirty so wore socks all the time. Housekeeping was non existent - only took our garbage out once during our 5 night stay and dropped off towels twice without taking used ones away. We made our own beds after we realized they weren’t doing it, though this is not a big thing for me. Stopped using air conditioner after day 2 as it was making me sick and left window open for fresh air - these need to be cleaned or serviced regularly to produce cleaner air.

5 minute walk to Disneyland! The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had read previous reviews about it being a bit noisy so I brought a white noise machine and we slept really well. The pool and hot tub looked nice, but we didn’t actually use them. I would stay here again- mostly because of the location.
