Nice and clean. Located at shopping center. The only problem is the water for bath tub had black impurity. So i cannt use tub.

Great hotel good location

The staff was very helpful in all my requests. They provide a suite of daily necessities so you don’t need to bring your own - such as, iron, steamer, dental kit, nail clipper etc. all you had to do is ask the guest service. Their layout is slightly odd where you had to go to the higher floors to reach lobby and there was a lot of up and down rides, however, I can see the structure was aimed to be secure as this hotel does have other services (spa, temporary Prada store) available to the public. A special shout out to Nick, Jacob and Jennifer in the reception for their professionalism and customer service!

A Great one night stay

It was a great short stay. The picture window was the biggest surprise, the view too. Very nice in-room dining, food arrived on time and hot. Wish I could stay longer in the city so that I could write more about the club. I did went up to the club floor at the wrong time so no service was performed, but the decoration and the view looked nice. Parking was a little trouble some. The parking lot right in front of the entrance offers only limited parking space, most guests are directed to the underground parking garage. It was not a distant drive, but it does take some more time to park near the hotel elevators, as opposed to parking on-ground. Another thing is you can’t go directly from the garage to the lobby. A transfer is required on the ground floor. The lobby is on one of the highest floors, which is pretty common for Grand Hyatt. Not a bad idea to share the best view with every guest.

Everything about this luxury resort is worthy of 5-stars. It’s the best hotel to stay in and it’s literally attached to a massive mall. It had been more than what I’ve ever expected a hotel to be. Right away, I noticed how my room look ultra modern in design. Thank you to all the friendly staff for making my stay worth while. Even on the day of my arrival to Shenyang — I’ve had a warm welcoming. I highly recommend staying at Grand Hyatt.

Certainly the best hotel in the city centre

Certainly the best hotel in the city centre and adjoins the Mix C Shopping centre with all the European Designer Fashion retail outlets to be found with a large extensive range. The breakfast buffet at the Hyatt on level 26 certainly caters for all with the wide range of food, pastries and juice bar with a fantastic view of the city and parklands. The Grand Hyatt at this location is certainly very good value for money with great views in all directions

Way Better Than Our First Shenyang Hotel

This was our second trip to Shenyang and we were very pleased with the Grand Hyatt. Our room was very satisfactory with just one quirk: the en-suite toilet "room" was across from the rest of the bathroom rather than being part of it. Other than that - the room was comfortable and our view of the city spectacular. We had guests at the lunch buffet twice and we all agreed the food was excellent with many, many choices. The hotel's location is very convenient - we will definitely stay there again on our next trip.

Last night in Shenyang

For some reason, vehicles (shuttle bus, taxi) never dropped us directly in the front of the hotel. We had to drag our luggage across a busy multi-lane road.

A perfect stay

The room was so beautiful ,looking out over the China Sea The Concierge was wonderful, helping us find a perfect restaurant for dinner and even drove us to it!!!

Arrived at this hotel late, after a cancelled flight. They looked after me very well. Perfect.

Was disappointed with inflexible staff

was told to the front desk that our flight was cancelled in Beijing and will not be turning up on the 1st night. A one night penalty fee will be charged. That's fine, until we checked in the next day, we were told that that have given my King size room out and I only have a 2 single bed room. No matter how much I request but the answer was still no more room. Unfriendly and un compromise. The room given was small. If your flights are cancelled, your next night's room will not be the same as the one you book for.

Especially Zoey, Zoe, Jessica, and Kevin, who helped me various times during my visit. They made this hotel special.

Nice location. The restaurant closes quite early in the evening. I checked in the hotel at 22:00 and the restaurant was already closed.

まず、ドアボーイが3～4人もいるのにまったく機能していない。タクシーも呼べないし、止めれない。毎日自分で道路へ出て拾わなくてはならのにびっくりした。　フロントも皆が研修生かと思うほど業務が遅くチェックイン、アウトに時間がかかる。　ルームサービスもグラスや取り皿など他のグランドハイアットでは当たり前にセットされているのがここでは全く付いてこない。また料理の出来栄えも悪く食べる気がしなかった。　建物自体はグランドハイアットの風格があるがサービスや従業員教育のソフト面では二流以下クラスで普通のビジネスホテルとあまり変わらないと感じた。

空港から30分のホテル

フロントロビーが最上階の一つ下の階にある、珍しいつくりになっている。12階に宿泊すると、一度ロビーでチェックインした後、別方向にあるエレベーターで12階まで降りて行くという変な感覚を感じる。

The hotel location is amazing! It's just linked with MixC Shopping Mall. The hotel room is big and nice just I don't like is the lighting, a bit dim.

大きな公園が目の前、窓から緑溢れる公園が眺められ、癒されました。部屋のインテリアが素晴らしく素敵で、快適でした。朝食が種類が多く、どれも美味しかったです。 唯一残念なことは予約したのに、予約が入っていないと言われ、その場で空いている部屋を手配してくれました。スタッフが笑顔で対応し、親切でよかったです。全体的に素晴らしいホテル、またぜひ泊まりたいと思いました。、

mall과 가깝고 안전함을 느꼈습니다.

어떤 여행보다 편리하고 안전한 은행이었습니다. 일단 맛있는 조식과 편리한 룸서비스 등이 좋았고 바로 연결되어있는 몰에서 여러가지 쇼핑을 즐길 수 있었습니다. 택시를 부를 때도 친절하였고, 직원들이 어느정도 영어가 되서 편리했습니다.

밤늦게 입실하여 새벽같이 나와서 평가하기가 좀...

ショッピングモール(万象城)に隣接しているため、食事にも便利でした。また地下にスーパーマーケットがあるのでちょっとしたお土産も買うことができます。

　２月上旬に２泊しました。ロビーは２５階にありますが、天井が高く全面ガラスで大変明るく景色もよく感動しました。部屋は１６階でやはり窓が広く眼下に公園が広がり落ち着けました。中国では珍しくバスとトイレが完全に別々だったのが嬉しかったです。隣のショッピングモールへはホテルからつながっているので寒いなか外に出ずに行けたのが大変よかったです。（主にレストランを利用しました。）夜はバーに行きましたが１日目はロビー横でピアノ演奏を聴きながら落ち着いた雰囲気でくつろげました。２日目は最上階でライブを楽しみました。次回も瀋陽滞在の際は是非また利用したいと思います。

ショッピングセンターとつながっている

ショッピングセンターに直接行けるのは便利。でも近くにコンビニが無い。夜遅くは不便。私が泊まった部屋は広くバスタブとシャワーは別になっている。クロークの部屋も別にあった。ただバスタブは深さはあるが、お湯が溜められない。沐浴専用ぽいです。お湯に浸かりたい私にとっては、凄く不満。スタッフは、英語か中国語のみ。日本語は通じない。ジャパニーズイングリッシュで話しても、通じなかったのも不満。完璧な発音はできません。

整体装潢很怀旧，房间用的还是木地板。很喜欢这样的风格。服务质量挺满意的，只是大堂去到房间楼层会让人转不过弯来，有些迷惑，因为电梯是往下的。
