Perfection
Incredible from start to finish.
Wonderful staff and beautiful location
Pure Luxurious Escape
Fantastic from the moment we arrived until the moment we left
Incredible!
My stay at the Grand Hotel du Cap-Ferrat was nothing but amazing. Obviously, the stunning and meticulously maintained property demands continuous pause, as there are constantly new details or nuances that have either escaped the eye earlier, or the transition of daylight has reshaped the beautiful spaces, both inside and around the grounds. I could write forever about how wonderful the room was, the lobby, the restaurant, the Club Dauphin, the food, etc. But the real heart and soul is the people you find there, and I would very much like to recognize those who really touched me the most. Sadly, this write-up has too many words for me to properly paste and submit.
Great location
Excellent weekend stay
Amazing. Expensive but worth it
Amazing all round
Everyone was so kind and the service was amazing
The property is really nice, the staff where excellent especially Margot, our only issue was there was little restricted with dining options but would definitely come and stay at this iconic hotel
Outstanding
Outstanding from start to finish. Very friendly, helpful staff. Luxurious setting. Beautiful gardens and pool. Loved our room with terrace. Pleasant walking distance to St Jean. Hotel also offers a shuttle service.
The most magical hotel in the world. I travel extensively and after visiting twice I can now say it's one of my favorites. Absolutely stunning location, amazing service, and perfect spaces. I can't wait to return!
Breathtaking view, beautiful pool and wonderful service
Beautiful location and very attentive staff
Amazing stay as usual- this is our annual treat and wouldn’t miss it for the world!
Everything about this property is amazing. Such a romantic and calming location and can't recommend it enough! The service from the staff is incredibly attentive, kind, and professional. We absolutely enjoyed every meal we had at the poolside grill and their two main restaurants, including a tasty and imaginative tasting menu at Le Cap, and had the best french toast ever at their breakfast. The views from the hotel are wonderful, but somehow are even better from the infinity pool overlooking the sea. Our terrace rooms were very clean, functional, and spacious, and love the separate shower and tub in the bathroom. We wish we were already heading back to this hotel!
Extraordinary place and simply wonderful staff
My wife and I had the most amazing and enjoyable stay at the hotel. The staff and the service provided were just exceptional, we were made to feel so welcomed and we can't wait to return again very soon. Bravo!
The amenities were outstanding as well as the customer service of the staff.
I'll be dreaming of this hotel forever. Great service, beautiful landscapes, and the best food ive ever had in my life at Le Cap. We will definitely be back.
Excellent all round. Thank you for looking after us so well.
Great service from every staff in the hotel. Very friendly and helpful. Property is clean and well managed
Delightful hotel. Staff were brilliant and very attentive. Great location and beautiful scenery. Would love to return.
Beautiful stay, shoulder season limited amenities
The property, amenities, and staff are all 10/10. I can't say enough about the staff and the service they provide to all guests. My only complaint/disappointment was that the hotel was not opened to its full capacity. What I mean by this is that there was only one dining option available, although, there are multiple advertised. The only option La Veranda was priced as a Michelin stared dining room, but the food fell short of that. But again- the service was excellent. The most disappointing part for me was the pool area. It is advertised as a pool, bar and restaurant. However, they did not serve food at any time, and they close the bar and all of the loungers/seating at 6 pm sharp. Which was really unfortunate when we were trying to enjoy the sunset at 6:30 each evening and were asked to move from our loungers so they could pack up. We stayed here Oct 24-28
Everything was absolutely perfect. The property is immaculate, the staff are very nice and helpful, the food is a five star quality the atmosphere is wonderful for a relaxing getaway
Absolute luxury and top attentive staff. The property is amazing in location and upkeep. The rooms and comfort second to none. The staff looked after every need.
Great place with beautiful views and excellent service
Splendid
Perfect in every way
Brilliant home away from home , a true haven with friendly professional staff and a wonderful place
This hotel is next level and even more magnificent than the photos imply. This is luxury at its finest, every detail is well thought out and every staff member is helpful, kind and accommodating. The pool is so beautiful and the restaurant by the pool is fabulous as well. In fact all of the food options in the restaurant (room service, Le Cap, the informal terrace and Club Dauphin) were delicious with healthy options mixed in. This property seems to value locally sourced fresh organic produce and I really appreciated that. The hotel is very kid friendly, my daughter loved the kids club and the hotel arranged lovely babysitters for us. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, so many options, I felt like Marie Antoinette! They will also make you whatever you want for breakfast, even if it is not on the menu. The head of Guest Relations, Benjamin, was amazing and did everything to make our stay as pleasurable as possible. We were so sad to check out, I could not recommend this hotel more.
Beautiful property. Very clean, decoration was sharp.
Beautiful location, Four Seasons quality, friendly and attentive staff
Can’t do any better
Exceptional stay. Every detail thought of. Exactly what you would expect from a four seasons. I traveled with my brothers and sister but plan to bring my husband and children next year. Should have looked into what child services they offer. But will figure that part out later. Close proximity to Monaco, nice and only 1hr45min from St Tropez.
Perfect for a long weekend.
Absolutely perfect for a long weekend. Just dwell at the hotel and its surroundings. Take a half hourly walk to the village Saint Jean and back which will give a good exercise enough for a day. Fantastic staff.
A Dream of a Hotel
There are not enough superlatives in the English language to describe the Grand Hotel ! It is astoundingly beautiful, full of charming, kind and helpful staff. The gardens and grounds are simply gorgeous with hedges of jasmine and the Mediterranean sea sparkling in the sun beyond the grounds. My beautifully appointed room overlooked the gardens with a huge marble bathroom, Yves Klein lamps and Cocteau on the mirrored walls.Simply splendid from start to finish !
Very friendly staff, beautiful gardens . I am highly recommend to my friends .
Perfection on Cap Ferrat
Perfect in every aspect
Fabulous
Outstanding hotel. The best Four Seasons property we have stayed in. Friendly and very personal service. Stunning property. Stunning pool. Disappointed to not have been offered a room upgrade, however our room was comfortable. I know we are going to return again and again and again. We loved it
Absolutely fabulous place!!!
Outstanding hotel and staff, lacking nothing.excellent location.
The best experience in the French Riviera
This is a hotel that knows how to treat guests to a magnificent experience. From the moment you walk in you're greeted by one of the managers, who quickly escorts you to a seating area to get you checked-in. All the staff members--front desk staff, concierge, housekeeping, and restaurant staff--are superb at making you feel right at home. They anticipate everything you might want or need. And the pool area is absolutely terrific. I will definitely return to this property again!
Worth the splurge!
Extremely service oriented and quality hotel in a magnificent setting. Beds were divine and and rooms were elegant! You get what you pay for at this exceptional hotel!
I would not recommend this hotel at all
I own property at Four Seasons, my personal office is at Four Seasons Miami, i expected the experience to be the Four Seasosn one. First, we arrived to the Hotel, room should be ready by 1pm, (policy says 3pm), and it ready at 6.20pm in the afternoon, bad. Also, something incredible happened, we went to the pool around 7pm, because we go thte room so late, at 7pm, pool was closed, then kids could not swim, just for 10 minutes, when we return to the room i decided to check something on my passport, could not find the passports anywhere, i was going crazy for 1 hour, i decided to call the front desk, " ohh sir, we regret to inform you that when the cleaning person when inside your room, she saw the passports, security went up and put in the security box ". Good idea i said, but i fyou let me know in advance i do not need to go crazy. Also, your cell phone will not wok inside the property, no signal at all, it is not their fault, it is how the property is located up there in Cap Ferrat, however, they do not disclose it at all, you wont receive any calls, 75% of my calls drop. If you are in your room and you want to go to the pool, it will take you at least 8-10 minutes walk, so going to the pool, you forgot something and want to go back, all will be around 25 minutes. NO BEACH at all, if you want the beach experience , forget it in this property. the only property in this area with beach access is the ROYAL RIVIERA HOTEL, 100 times better experience.
Huge nice hotel but too American and not authentic
It was a very nice hotel (obviously); its a four seasons. However if I’m traveling to France to experience new culture, I wouldn’t stay here. It’s secluded and has typical four seasons menu options. I’d rather be able to walk into town and grab baguettes and cappuccino
Gorgeous Hotel Great Service
This Four Seasons was really about amazing service and views. The hotel itself was an elegant grande with a remodeled interior. The room was lovely and nicely appointed. The spa service was fantastic for a facial or blowout. My son loved the hotel because of the service, the bike rentals and the great paths along the sea.
Most magical hote!
This four season is the most incredible hotel we have ever stayed at. Everything from the check in experience, to the room, view and pool was magical. The concierge had a great itinerary for our 3 nights at the hotel. Service was outstanding and impeccable. The hotel is located on the tip of the island and away from the noise of Nice, but yet still close by. The pool is an Olympic length sea water heated pool. Salvatore the server was the best for our drinks at the hote.
Undoubtedly the best hotel in the world
Undoubtedly the best hotel in the world. Impeccable service with very attentive and friendly team of staff members. Everything was just perfect! Except the only downside was that I could hear my neighbour's intimate moments at night as I was assigned with a guest room with an interconnecting door. Definitely will come back again soon. Thank you for making our stay a truly memorable one!
Incredible luxury
Absolutely incredible luxury hotel! Fantastic service and stunning property. A wonderful place to stay and will be returning
Amazing weekend away
