Excellent hotel

The breakfast was quite bad, not clean at all Location wise was good

The staff at reception are very friendly and welcoming of guests.

There was no water in the commode for first day. The staff refused to change the room. Next day, I had to remind the staff MULTIPLE times to fix the water problem in the bathroom before it was fixed.

There is no internet in the room. The room was small. Old furnitures.

Location is very convenient. Rooms, corridors and whole hotel smells cigaret smoke.

I didn't enjoy staying in this hotel room

I stayed in this hotel for three days. Hotel room was clean and brekfast was good. AC wasn't blow cold air in first day,I asked for repair. Two days water supply stopped unknowen reason, water supply restored after phone call to reception. Last day blower made high noise in toilet room and I couldn't sleep.

The two guys we met in the reception area were really very kind and genuine. The rooms were clean however, the way beds have been organised for the family room needs to be dealt with. Other than that the staff people are the amazing.

Great breakfasts and super staff.

Our room initially stank of smoke and as non smokers we were well pissed off. However our room was changed and updated and the rest of our stay was fabulous. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were superb and especially Azamah (?). She was very kind at reception. The location was perfect for exploring Istanbul.

Family Holiday in Istanbul

We stayed in a four bed room on the 5th floor. The room was clean enough but the workmanship on everything is a bit lacking. The air con could have been more powerful. The bathroom feels a bit dated and cpudndo with some work. The lights in the room are way too bright. The breakfast selection was ok, could have a better selection. The staff are very friendly and attentive and helpful For the price you pay and it's location it is ok

Best place in Kadikoy area

The property was in the middle of the city and very much accessible to public transport. Because of that reason, we parked our car in the hotel parking and we used public transport every day which was very easy and convenient. I personally want to appreciate the hotel owner, sales manager, and other staff were very friendly and supportive. Their breakfast was really good.

Great holiday

It’s a wonderful hotel. Great location breakfast is good Very close to public transportation, shopping cafés, and restaurants everything that you want. It’s a perfect location I love Kadikoy and I will keep coming back to this area

A good hotel with fabulous location.

The location of this hotel us fabulous. Easy access to all transport and in the heart of Kadikoy. Staff were very friendly especially Can and I was upgraded on arrival by him. Room size is good and bed comfortable and clean. Room service was good. Breakfast is included and a good range of Turkish style breakfast foods available. Not the most luxurious place I’ve stayed but excellent value for money. Thankyou.

Big room, nice staff, good location. Excellent breakfast, with many types of cheese, eggs boiled and fried, sausages, butter, honey, fresh vegetables, sweets. The turkish tee very good. Only the coffee I didn't like.

No Tea

They did not have a coffee maker or something to boil the water, so we could not make hot tea or coffee.

Go somewhere else

Cockroach in the bathroom. Shower area was very dirty. The wash basin tap was loose and felt like it was going to fall off. The toilet flush did not work properly. The toilet roll holder was rusty. The property is in a bad condition and even basic faults that I have mentioned above are not been dealt with. Nobody wanted to take a shower in this place. Not a good experience and I would not recommend this hotel. The only good thing to be said in its favour is that the staff where very polite and helpful. Otherwise there is not much else to be said in its favour.

Great stay

It was wonderful. Close to shopping. Boat across bosphorus to get to other side. Close to metro. Buses tramways. Lots of good restaurants. Very nice was quiet. Except for the broken screen that was flapping in the wind

Family holiday in Kadikoy, Istanbul

The hotel location is perfect, very close to the ferry and bus terminals in Kadikoy. Also very close to the many restaurants and the shopping area. Staff were extremely helpful and even if most didn't speak English, we managed through Google translate. The room was cleaned daily and they had free coffee and tea at reception. Breakfast had a variety oh hot and cold items and was more than adequate. If I have to say anything negative, I would ask the hotel to update the silicon seals in the bathroom, they were mouldy.

Overall not satisfied!

It wasn’t what they showed on the site! Our room was on fifth floor opposite of breakfast room! We couldn’t sleep since 6:30 AM, cuz they get prepared for breakfast and then guests comes to have breakfast! We had no hot water for tea or coffee in our room and had to go to reception to get that! Bathroom was smelly!

Far from what I expect

Well, Bathroom was smelly and there was no hot water for tea or coffee in the room! It means if we wanted to have tea, we have to go to lobby from fifth floor to get that! Next problem was our room in fifth floor which was opposite of breakfast room and every day ppl started to make noise since 7 am and we couldn’t rest! Breakfast wasn’t continental as they said!

Reachable, perfect for short stay

Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is very close to public transport. Did not have breakfast so do not have idea about it. Bathroom needs some maintenance as it has some smell issue.

Overall good. But I booked for 4 persons and got a 20m² room. It was just overnight but not so confortable though.

Grand As hotel is one of the best values for the money at 22usd per in the Asian side of Istanbul. It's located near all the fun nightlife spots here yet it's very quiet and peaceful. It's also just a 2 min walk to the port to go to the west side of Istanbul. The breakfast is pretty good too. The reception named Kübra helped us so much on getting our hes code figured out. She saved the day because otherwise we would have taken a taxi to the other side instead of the fun ferry ride. Thank you Kübra for the help!

Wonderful stay

Our stay was wonderful. So close to everything the room was great clean. Breakfast was delicious we will be back

Great Stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay for the price and what we expected. The location was excellent right in the heart of Kadıköy withing walking distance to restaurants, shopping and public transit including ferry boats. The staff at the reception was extremely helpful and professional though the room wasn't clean enough when we first entered. I asked the personnel and they cleaned it thoroughly right after.

Maybe it’s your kind of place? I liked it.

I liked it overall. An experience rather than your usual hotel stay. The bell boy hovering his foot over a cockroach wondering whether he should crush it in front of a guest; having no towels so you use the spare bedding to dry yourself. Then two lots of towels arrived the next day within a minute. Really liked the reception guy. I asked whether we could change rooms because the room smelled of drains, with a laissez faire attitude he told me all the rooms smell. Allegedly work going on nearby;) I was never angry because it was all quite funny really. Breakfast is good if you get there before it is gone. A Kadikoy experience. I’ve stayed in classier joints. But they were always funny and civil even when battling the obvious lack of investment in infrastructure. Great location. Not for the snooty.

Chambre correcte , literie inconfortable, salle de bains en mauvais état , impossible d' utiliser la douche car la porte se heurte à la cuvette des toilettes en plein milieu, je l' ai signalé à la réception qui n'a rien fait , on ne m'a même pas proposé une autre chambre. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre , uniquement au niveau du salon commun au rez de chaussée. Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel

Yatak yayları bozuk ve çöküktü. Odada kötü koku vardı ve havalandırma çok kötüydü. Buzdolabı çok ses yapıyordu. Gece uyuyamadık.

Otelin konumu iyi. Otelin standart odaları çok iyi değil. Çeşmeler sürekli kesiliyor. Bu sefer deluxe oda tuttum. Temizdi ve jakuzisini beğendim. Bir de kahvaltı 6/10 bence. Kalınır mı kalınır. Ama standart değil deluxe odaları tutmanızı tavsiye ederim. Resepsiyon çok ilgili.

Fiyatı çok uygun. Temiz. Konumu çok iyi bir yerde Kadıköy merkezde. Acık büfe kahvaltısı mükemmel.

Pzanin üstünde yatak yoktu ve sünger üstünde uyuduk berbat bir oda 314 odada kaldık ama sünger vardı yatak yoktu

Konaklamamız güzeldi. Yalnız odamız yan odayla eskiden birleşik olmasından sebeple mahremiyet çok kısıtlı. Bu sebeple bir yıldız kırıyorum. Bir tane kapı ile yan odadan ayrılıyordu. Bu sebeple çok güvenli değildi ve mahremiyet yoktu odada. Kahvaltısı, personeli ilgiliydi. Hepsine teşekkürler.

Mac icin geldik 4 gece güzeldi. Tavsiye edilir.

1. Öfters kein Wasser (man hatte Angst auf Toilette zu gehen da kein Wasser gab) 2. Kühlschrank defekt. Neuer gebracht der war genauso kaputt. Nicht gekühlte Getränke. 3. Auf der decke war eine Katze gesperrt. Trotz mehrmals sagen würde sie nur für entfernt. Sie kratzte am Unterboden der decke. Öfters gesagt daß man die Katze dort befreien sollte. 4. Essen und Sauberkeit war gut

Gute Lage, durchschnittliche Zimmer, gutes Frühstü

Hotellage ist kaum zu übertreffen. Zimmer sind mittlerweile in die Jahre gekommen. Aufgrund defekter Dusche, wurde uns eine neue Zimmer gegeben. Sogar ein Upgrade ohne Aufpreis. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist okay. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut. Im Groben und Ganzen empfehlenswert.

Tek memnuniyetsizligim, buzdolabinin sogutmamasi.

Lokasyon çok iyi

Oda temiz ve ferahtı. Sadece havlu eksiği vardı. Onu da rica ettik hemen getirdiler. Resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok ilgiliydi. Bizimle ilgilenen Bel boyda gayet ilgiliydi. Lokasyonu çok iyi. Kahvaltıya 09.40 gibi inmiştik pek bişey kalmamıştı bişeyler istediğimizde (mesela çay gibi) biraz gergin duruyorlardı. Onun dışında tercih edilebilecek güzel bir otel

Aile olarak oğlumun okulu için geldik temizlik çok kötü idi lokalizasyon olarak Kadıköy rıhtıma yakın ama ara sokakta oda kapısı önceden zorlanmış yanı kırıktı kart işe kapıyı açamadık anahtar verdiler klima çalışıyordu oda kirli olunca kahvaltıyı denemedik

Banyoda ayna yoktu. Bir önceki müşteriden kalan içilmiş boş su şişeleri, buzdolabının içinde duran yiyecek paketi alınmamıştı.

Top Hotel das beste in Istanbul

Hotel ud Die Lage ist perfekt. Kübra Die Rezepzionistin arbeitet viele Jahre schon da.. Immer eine Freude sie zu sehen. Kaffe und Tee gibt es den ganzen Tag umsonst. Frühstück ist ausreichend. Das ganze ist empfehlenswert.

Lage Top. Das war es auch schon.Sauberkeit Scheint wohl ein Fremdwort zu sein bei diesem Hotel.Zimmerservice ein Desaster ,Ich musste extra Schreiben das sie WC papier legen sollen,Handtücher wechseln sollen (kein erfolg 1 Badetuch für 2 Erwachsene),Bettzeug wurde in 5 Tagen 1 mal gewechselt obwohl angesprochen wurde. Schränke Türen Defekt. In dem Zimmern wurde Geraucht sieht man auch an den Gardienen (Vergelbt sieht winfach ekelig aus) Für Nichtraucher ein No Go!!!!! Ich würde dieses Hotel nicht mal für Geschenkt nehmen. Für 50€ die Nacht erwarte ich schon Sauberkeit(keine Sterne) Frühstück 1 mal genommen könnte jetz nichts negatives dazu sagen war ok. Von Allen Hotels die ich in Istanbul gebucht hatte war dieses eher das Schlechteste im Bezug Sauberkeit Parkplätze im Hotel gibts aber vor Ankunft Anrufen Sonnst steht mann ohne Parkplatz den ihr zuerst selber bezahlen müsst bis ein frri wird im Hotel. Musste ich auch für 1 Tag (ca.8€ der Tag) Fotos wollte ich euch und dem Hotel ersparen.

Genel anlamda makul ve rahat bir konaklama oldu. Oda içi temizliği gayet iyiydi. Kahvaltı da gayet çeşitli ve yeterliydi. Fiyatına oranla verdiği ve sağladığı hizmet gayet iyi ancak oda içerisindeki bazı demirbaşlar ve odanın durumu daha iyi bir hâle getirilebilir. Tuvaletin tavanının büyük bir kısmı kabarmış ve küflenmişti. Pencere kolu kırıktı. Odanın kapısının kilidi içeriden kilitlenemiyordu (bozuktu muhtemelen) ve kaldığımız iki gün boyunca her gün temizlik görevlileri kartla açıp lak diye içeri daldı biz içerideyken, hoş değildi.

Otel olarak, merkeze yakın olması ve her şeyiyle gayet güzeldi. Sadece sağ olsunlar bize yardımcı oldular ve bir sorun yaşamadık ama otelin otoparkı çok küçük olduğu için yer bulamama riski çok yüksek.

Asansörü için seçtik

Personeli güler yüzlü ve yardımsever. Odalar temiz. Bina girişinde basamaklar ve eğim var. Asansör olması yaşlı yakınımız için büyük kolaylık oldu ve bu oteli seçmemizin en büyük sebebi. Eski bir bina ama olabildiğince bakımlı. Kahvaltısından da çok memnun kaldık.

Merhaba, Kaldığımız oda genel olarak soğuktu, gece özellikle bir yorgan veya kalın bir battamiye hiç fena olmazdı. Üşüdük ve sabah kalktığımız da heryerimiz tutulmuştu. Klima vardı ama yetersizdi. Şampuan yoktu, resepsiyona şampuan sorduğumuz da duş jeli yazan yerdekilerin şampuan olduğunu söylediler ama genede biz onu kullanmadık içinde ne olduğu belli değil. Tuvaletin içi sarıydı su akıtsakta yinede geçmiyordu berbattı. 2 kişilik odaya 1 yüz havlusu 1 vücut havlusu koymuşlar buda vasattı, neyseki biz kendi havlularımızı getirmiştik. Oda da bardak çatal kaşık adına 1 ürün bile yoktu. Yastıkların biri sert biri yumuşaktı hangisini kullanacağımızı şaşırdık.

Hotel biraz eski ama odaları guzel tadilat geçirmiş ve tertemizdi duvarlarından tut tabanına kadar, yani bu fiyatı bu kadar güzel oda beklemiyordum, bu arada otel merkezi konumda heryere yürüme mesafesinde.. Gayet memnun kaldım..
