Excellent hôtel for the money, close to the city center. The swimming pool is small but welcomed after a day in the hot sun.The staff was very nice and helpful. Free parking is a huge plus if you come by car. Overall a good experience.

To get to the room need to take 3 elevators each time. Terrible ... The hotel is not clean at all. We had full of ants in the room and really dirty.

Second stay here. Loved it again. Very comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding. We are not tourist's, we live in Granada. But had appointments at a Hospital not far from hotel. Highly recommend, and we shall certainly stay again. All staff we met were most helpful, from reception to the lovely lady who looked after our room ! Well done !

We checked in, walking into a room we booked to sleep 4 with 2 queen beds (or 4 twin) and unfortunately the A/C was not working. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They sent a tech to try to fix the broken a/c and after he couldn’t fix it, we were relocated to a smaller room with 1 king bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable but it was either that or sleep in the heat. The choices were not great but at least the staff made an attempt to accommodate. It was a haste to move everything and have to deal with it all.

It was very hot outside and the AC in our room was not working. We made two calls for maintenance and both there was no resolution. We were sweating through the night. The front desk staff was nice to us and helped us store our luggage after check out.

While we wanted to enjoy our stay, the main room A/C was so slow that our kids couldn’t fall asleep from the heat. Also the building itself is really old.

Really loved the hotel, it’s staff, location, facilities and food. Only slight niggle was being able to hear the neighbouring room’s TV late at night - but think that’s more the fault of the neighbour rather than the hotel.

Great location, good facilty but hard to navigate from reception to our room , changing elevator perhaps due to additional building in later stage of design, very big, very busy. Many school students for city tour created a very load and noisy situation in the hotel and specially in our floor. We have to call reception and they change our room to different floor and quieter area. This created stressful situation for us and lack of sleep that night. Staff were helpful in responding to our concern. They should have separated family guests from busy part of hotel from students areas.

Clean room

Rooms were not clean, could see dirt behind the doors. Breakfast has options but they were not great. The NH chain of hotels has better breakfast. Staff was super helpful. A for that. They spoke fluent English. Very helpful in calling a cab, answering questions about local sightseeing & restaurant options.

Convenient hotel to access off main routes. We thought the car park was very expensive, particularly as other hotels closer to town offered the same rates. Indoor pool was great. Lively bar & reception area. Location was next to El Cortez and it was quite a walk to historic centre & good restaurants.

Nice place. Clean bed and pillow very comfortable.

First room we got had no shower curtain so water kept going on the floor. We asked for it to get fixed and eventually ended up being moved. Both rooms were next to a busy street and traffic noises audible from 0700 onwards plus thin walls meant being woken by alarms from next door at 0500. We could manage with all of that but the worst feature was reception staff - unfriendly and condescending, really unpleasant people. Avoid staying here if you want a positive experience.

I was placed in a room next to a conference room and by the elevators. Real bad transit noise and clapping from conference when I needed some rest. Hot water takes long time to come out, water runs excessively before its hot. Maybe its just the culture but front desk people is not to welcoming.

There is a smell of cigarettes throughout the room and very noisy air conditioning.

A good and convenient place to stay, breakfast meals have a lot of selections. The reason I didn't give it a five overall rating is that I didn't get any responses to my three messages about leaving pair of new shoes in the room. I guess they at least should reply to it even if they cannot mail them back.

The hotel was wonderful, front desk staff are very helpful, bar are good waitress is nice except i think she got confused on the charges of our bill. We always pay our bill on every order that we have and pur last order she charges us again for the food that we order. We told her that we paud the bill as we go and she saud that we didnt pay our food. Since we didnt get the copy of that particular bill we couldnt do anything about it Oh well, we have a goodrime at your hotel but definitely wont go back to the bar. Breakfast buffet was great also. I'll rate your hotel 3.5 star because of the bar issue.

Great spa and rooms clean and modern

Lovely hotel and the facilities. Great for families and breakfast was lovely especially with a child. Good option to choose from. One draw back minor for me felt that the staff was not too engaging but that’s personal opinion. Great place and facilities was nice and easy parking as well.

Rooms had AC barely keeping up and held at a temp centrally. Yes there was a heat wave, but losing control of room temperature is a deal breaker in my book. Finishing in shower was not good- water leaked onto the floor creating a puddle no matter how careful one was. Electrical outlets were loose. Outside of that rooms were spacious, staff was friendly and restaurant buffet was good for breakfast. Location was good and parking accessible.

The only thing nice about this hotel is the varied choices for breakfast. Other than that no other added amenities in the room, so basic. Big toilet but very small shower area.

Very nice hotel, with all amenities including full bar, restaurant, pool, breakfast buffet, and comfortable room with balcony. Not very close to historic town, but walkable. Have to get to the historic town to get public transportation to Alhambra. Or can take a taxi. Paid parking was available next door. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.

Most thankful that the guy at the main desk and I were able to coordinate, at his suggestion, his shift end with my then getting his parking space....got me to the airport in Malaga with plenty of time to spare, no long walk and not having to panic at the early AM hour I checked out.

We stayed at a family room, overpriced for what you get, parking is extra 27 euros, no coffee machine in room, towels had a smell, pillows are the cheapest in the market, very uncomfortable bed. Tv had 2 channels only. Overall not worth the money

Clean room and friendly staff

The room is very clean and is of good size compared to other similar star hotels. The staff is friendly.

I did not enjoy my stay with my family. At check in, staff did give any information about where anything was, what was open or closed in the hotel. We went looking for outside pool and was told it was closed because summer was over. We then found inside pool and after 30 minutes of swimming was told that swim caps are mandatory in the pool and the hotel could sell us some. The hallways are dark, the sofa bed was really uncomfortable and their gaps in the bathroom doors for the rest of your guests to see in. I found the check in person standoffish. I wouldn’t go back to this hotel.

Great location, excellent service and convenient amenities, I really recommend this hotel for families!!

Room was very comfortable and clean, making our trip very restful between hikes around Granada. The outdoor pool was great after a hot day of exploring.

The accesible room was great! We are a family of 4, my 13 years old daughter has special needs and uses a wheelchair the room was huge and had two bathrooms. Excellent!

Friendly staff, poor soundproofing

Large dog barking in neighbouring room kept us awake most of the night. Awful soundproofing. Knocked on the wall, owners apologised but couldn’t stop the dog barking. Tried calling reception at 3am to change room. No answer. Couple of hours sleep before the dog kicked off again about 6.30am. Advised receptionist next day at check out. Only offer - despite empathising with the situation - was to waive the overnight car park charge, despite my wife and I hardly getting any sleep. Very disappointing response and frustrating. Large group bookings made breakfast a little chaotic. The staff were friendly enough but such a poor offer of peanuts to compensate for an awful night stay was enough to make us cancel other plans to stay at the same group hotels on this trip.

The location, while relatively central, was unusual insofar as cars having access because it’s on a one-way street driveway access and the adjacent corner (street) of the building is also a one-way. This makes opportunity for drivers to access, less easily accessible. Cafeteria on ground level was good food and good service. Rooms were small and not appropriately furnished for their sizes. There were no wash clothes or or towels for the bidet. When asked for both items, they did not put in room. Upon asking a cleaning person if they had on their cart, they replied they did not have any. The HVAC, while it had instructions, did not work properly in either of our rooms. They initially gave my wife and me a room with twin beds when reservation was clear we reserved a king. They did change the room when we made our situation known. On two occasions, the keys were deactivated causing us to go down to lobby and get new cards. The toilet was not bolted into the floor causing it to tip while I sat in it. I asked them to fix and they did the same day. In both rooms, the handle for the pressure control on the shower came off while adjusting the water. Trash cans in bathroom are inexpensive and clunky to use with a foot opening apparatus that when stepping on it, the can was so small it kept moving away from mine and wife’s foot. We asked if there were feather (natural) pillows and they sent up more of the same synthetic ones. Sheets/pillowcases not great quality.

The location is not so great, right next to a freeway and a busy street. It’s further out from the city center and getting around took some effort. The facility itself is clean, staff is friendly. The breakfast is plentiful with a huge spread and a lot of variety. However, the place needs a serious facelift. The hallways are dark and dingy. The rooms felt stuffy and not fresh. The walls are paper thin. I could hear noise from the streets and hallways from 5 am all the way until 1 am. There was a huge group of school or college kids staying on the same level.

Great place to stay. Easy check in, friendly staff, Clean, comfortable rooms and an amazing buffet breakfast. Walking distance from the center of town, next door to a mall also Corte inglés store. The airport is 20 minutes drive.

Impressive hotel

Excellent stay at an impressive hotel which was situated near to city centre and transport links to and from the region. Staff were very helpful particularly in dealing with one of our party who was unwell for some of our stay. Will stay here on any future visit to the area.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. We loved everything about it especially the breakfast buffet 😋 was the best just for 6 euros. It's not in the center, but it's within walking distance to the center

A decent option for a family stay in Granada, although a bit far from the city centre (closer to 20 or 25 minute walk). Disappointing that the kid's play area was only open on weekend evenings as this was a primary reason for selecting this hotel. Indoor pool as quite small. Breakfast buffet was good. All and all, an ok option.

Very nice hotel right in the centre of Granada. Parking was in the hotel basement and easy to access from the hotel.The rooms were a decent size with a good bathroom with bath and shower. Good quality toiletriesnad a heater lamp which I imagine would be very welcome in the winter months. Breakfast was good with a selection of hot and cold dishes cerials cheeses meats toast croissants etc. Reasonably priced for the night we stayed there but if you wanted to stay the next night the price was more than double

Great modern hotel with excellent service.

Lovey large modern hotel with good facilities and a good walking distance from main centre of Granada. Staff very friendly and professional. The spa was worth the money to visit and overall the large two roomed family room is ideal And safe for families.

It is a very comfortable hotel. My family enjoyed both pools (indoor and outdoor)

The hotel was amazing! Our room was a family toom for 4, and it had 2 rooms inside one! Really great beds, all clean, new, really nice.. with lots of options to entertain yourself in the hotel. What I didnt like was the service. I couldn't buy water to my room at all, the Buffett was really bad and not worth the price.

Needs renovation! Also there are certain things that a 4-star hotel should have beginning with an in-room coffee machine. In a nutshell, definitely neither worth the rate I paid nor the 4-star status

Nothing fancy but convenient to visit Granada

Stayed there for 2 nights. The room was fine, good beds. A bit noisy from the hall. The hotel is conveniently 15mn walking from the historical parts of town. Helpful people at the front desk. We did not use the pool, was quite crowded.

Great hotel has lots to offer

The hotel is very comfortable with great amenities, breakfast was delicious lots of choices. We enjoyed our time there as the room was spacious,comfortable bed and and great bathroom even had a deep bath. Maybe the only negative thing is that we found there was not many choices when looking for a restaurant nearby. Luckily there is a restaurant in the hotel along with a bar. Overall excellent place to spend a few days.

The sauna didn’t work properly

The room and bathroom set up of this Hotel is very difficult to navigate. Shower is extremely small. The toilet bowl is too far from the bidet. Room is rectangular in shape hence it’s very inconvenient to move around. In order to go to your room you have to understand a very complex system on there elevator going up to your room. Breakfast is plenty. Indoor swimming pool is warm. Gym is decent in size. There lobby restaurant has a very excellent pizza. Food prices are reasonable.

Great stay

Our stay was great. We got massages upon arrival and the room was very spacious and clean. The location of the hotel is fairly central, there is ample parking, and there is a number of amenities within the hotel itself. I would definitely stay here again.

Too many flies over the food

Nice hotel. Stayed a few years back. The service is really good although the food could do with some improvements. Loads of flies all over the buffet food which obviously impacted on our experience.

A bit further out than what I was expecting, so ended up walking to a lot of the more touristy attractions. Good service and adequate room, particularly for the price.

An excellent visit !

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay here. I requested a walk in shower as I have just had a hip replacement. Everything I asked for was met with a smile. Very happy to recommend, and we will certainly be back again. Car parking was a joy, as actually under the hotel. All excellent including the lunch and the wonderful dinner. Well done ! :) :)

We had to use 2 different elevators to get to our room and a long walk there. But the room was a suite, twice the size we are used to. And the cost was half of what we were paying in Barcelona and Madrid for lesser properties. Super close to the train station.

Great value for money, would stay again.

Smart contemporary style hotel easy to find and convenient parking. Service was excellent. Milk is not provided in the rooms so if you want it you can get a jug free from the lobby bar/cafe before midnight. We were on the 5th floor. The water pressure for the shower is poor.

Grenadas great so you won't spend long in a hotel

Great breakfast buffet, clean hotel, good service. Pool was a little dissapointing. Both are quite small and are usually busy. Location is a little far from the city centre but if you have a car there's ample parking.

The hallways had a bad smell. Our room had a sewage smell but we were transferred to another room. Staff was excellent in helping us sort it out.
