Wonderful hotel and great staff

The hotel is wonderful. Rooms are clean and the restroom is beautiful and the gym is full equipped and spacious. The staff is great. Also they allowed me to check in early and I was so happy after a 26 hours trip. Thanks!

Exemplary facility in a convenient area right by the airport.

Excellent property. There's no hotel closest to the airport then the Bourbon. Good breakfast buffet. Having said that, I must say that it was better pre-covid. Very attentive and concerned staff. I have to give them five stars.

Bet Hotel in Asuncion, Paraguay

The service here was amazing! I cannot speak highly enough about the people that work here! From the concierge, front desk, bell hops, restaurant, maid service and bar service was all top notch!

Perfect hotel, ny far best hotel in Asuncion. They need to improve the quality of the internet connection. Also, need to have more eating option in the lobby bar.

Gorgeous hotel, front desk staff speak English and are very helpful. The restaurant is also very good, not to mention the roof top pool with an amazing view. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Asuncion.

One the best hotels in town

I have driven past the hotel many times to and from the airport. Always thought about going there, but was worried about my budget. This time I said "go for it." Glad I did. Excellent service. So very close to the airport. With all the construction going on closer to the city center, too much trouble to stay elsewhere.

My place to go in Asuncion

This is just the best hotel for business in Asuncion. I have used in many timesans was never desapointed.

Great location, bad food

This was our third stay. We love the proximity to the airport. However, the food is not very good. The menus tell you one thing, so you order it and then they add or take away ingredients as needed. This would be very dangerous especially for someone with allergies. On another occasion I ordered well-cooked scrambled eggs. I received a cube of inedible liquid mush. If the food were better, this would be a much better option.

Excellent hotel near the ASU airport

We really enjoy this hotel. It has a beautiful, clean interior. The Wifi connection is pretty good. The spa is wonderful. They need to improve a little on their menu and hotel information booklet information since they have wrong information. So, always check hours and even ingredients with the staff before making any decisions. Otherwise, the best hotel in Asuncion for its location, cleanliness, and amenities.

Great hotel with perfect location

New hotel right next to the airport. Everything new and nothing damaged. Excellent service. Food not that great but ok. Only negative: it was empty during my stay. No life at the bar, restaurant, etc. Perfect hotel if you don't care to be outside the city. Hotel can have driver pickup guest at airport for $10.

Staying at the Bourbon is like cruising at sea.

You definitely won’t be disappointed with the Bourbon. I travel a lot, and this hotel is one of the best ever. The food was outstanding!!! Not like your traditional hotel food. The only downside is the location if you want to get out and explore Asunción you will need to take a cab.

Overnight stay

The hotel is great however the service is not. The airport shuttle is paid, even though it doesn't say so in the website. The sales manager acknowleded there was a discrepancy but couldn't do anything about it.

Modern hotel very clean. its always booked for Soccer conventions....taxis might be hard to find sometimes at the hotel. Better have one pre booked in advance.

One of the best staff you will met as a traveler. Buffet breakfast of excellent choices and quality. Very pleasant reception area to chat with a visitor. Only Internet needs some speed improvement.

Business Trip in Pargauay

Great hotel located close to the airport right next to international football conference. Extraordinary facilities , roof top pool with Bar ,the best gym I have ever found in a hotel. Right across the street from wonderful fitness park. Enjoy the complimentary welcome drink in the atrium bar. Large modern room , comfortable bed and rainfall shower. This hotels hits on all points.

Great Place to stay by the airport

It was a great stay. The only downside was that I checked in on a Saturday and on Sunday was unable to use the Gym. For some reason the Gym management thinks no one works out on Sunday, WRONG. other than that the lobby , room and room service was on point. The surrounding neighborhood dose not have much to offer so you are stuck in the hotel if you do not have a car and do not want to take a taxi somewhere.

Business friendly + excellent fitness center

It is close to the airport (a plus given the traffic of asuncion, but also a minus as it is faraway from downtown). Very comfortable and specious rooms, great wifi, free breakfast and a great gym.

Best choice to stay in Asuncion

I would have rated this Hotel 5 stars in CS but had repeatedely bad experience with customer Service. I asked for iron and iron table and they said they didnt offer when I saw in one ocassion they were taking to a room and cleaning lady told me they do offer. No idea why tey said that to me but had to push hard to get it, requested for maintenance to fix problem with toilet,te they said they were taking care of it right awayand never sent someone. One call i perceived very bad attitude of the receptionist when I called to get guidance in how to connect to the internet. Other than that facility is excellent, room is spacious modrn and comfortable. you have to pay extra $5 if you want to use the gym. It looks like its owned by an external company

Don't stay here, substandard service!

Not 4-star service! We thought we would try this property because of a good Expedia rate, but mistakenly booked only one night on Expedia (needed 2) and hotel did not alert us to the problem until check out. At check out they tried to charged us full rental rate for the extra day which was more than $100 than the Expedia rate saying they tried to contact us, though there were no messages in our room. We asked to receive the Expedia rate for the 2nd night and they were adamant that they could not do it, despite calling a very unhelpful manager named Chartrelle (sp?) who agree to take $13 off. They lied about trying to contact us and would not admit it. We could have easily booked another night on Expedia if they had. This is not indicative of 4 star service and I would caution anyone about staying at this hotel. The location is far from the city, the roof top pool is subject to choking auto fumes from nearby highways and the beds are hard. I recommend staying at the Sheraton. They know how to treat customers with honesty and respect.

Precisa melhorar o atendimento

Hotel muito bom, mas a falta de pessoas para atender principalmente na área da piscina que deixou a desejar. Faltava toalhas, garçons coitado do unico atendente no bar. Na hora do check out solicitei a conta e só me foi cobrado a minha despesa. Depois de uns 10 minutos vieram me oerguntar quem iria pagar a despesas da minha esposa. Só rindo mesmo. A sorte deles que o Uber foi demorado.

Solo tuve un inconveniente cuando quise hacer el early check in, el señor de la recepción me quiso cobrar el 50% adicional sin embargo le dije que esa información no fue la que me entregaron vía correo electrónico días previos a mi llegada.

precioso hotel con todas las comodidades y confort

Me impresiono apenas ingrese, ni hablar del personal, no te pueden ver con un bolsito q ya están allí atentos para ayudarte, no tenes ni q abrir la puerta de tu vehículo porque ellos se encargan de todo, hasta de estacionarlo y traértelo cada vez q lo necesitas. La comida excelente y nada caro para el nivel del hotel, se encuentra cerca del los shoping principales. Posee todos los servicios necesarios, no tienes ni que salir de alli de lo comodo que te sientes. le doy un 10!!!!

Muita seguranca, muitos guardacostas... nao gostei desse tipo de ambiente. Parece ser um hotel onde se hospedam politicos ou outro tipo de personalidade que precisam de seguranca.
