TravellerThe breakfast was amazing and the staff made sure to accommodate for the language barrier. The rooms were clean and amenities were nice. The dinner took 45-60 minutes to arrive once we ordered, which was hard for our hungry kids. It would have been nice to have more pools/hot springs open, as well...given it was a holiday week. Overall, it was a great experience and we’ll be back.

Goodview is more of a resort than a hotel. One of the best hotels for business in the area. A great western restaurant and Japanese restaurant just downstairs. Pool is beautiful and the gym and facilities again are the best in the area.

Traveller房間 收費價錢太高
Traveller游泳、玩水，泡温泉，老少皆宜。下次一定订2号楼池畔房，阳台直接去泳池！酒店虽然很多年，设施保持的还不错，服务也很好。

Traveller前枱沒有標明哪個櫃枱是可辦理退房手續，於是花多了時間排了入住登記的隊伍，到了櫃檯前，服務員才跟我說可以排另一條專門辦理退房手續的隊伍會比較快，但是已經太遲了。現場在辦理退房/入住的住客又多，又沒有其他的職員幫忙作指示
