All the staff were very friendly and super helpful! Front desk helped me arrange my transportation and provide recommendations and waiting staff was very friendly and good conversations. Restaurants were very good, enjoyed the beach bars, and room had everything I needed. Would absolutely stay again next time I come back.

Dirty and chaotic hotel. You cannot sleep. The sound of singing until two o'clock in the morning. I also asked them to open the safety deposit box in the rooms. They did not open it for me. After repeating the request, I could not save my money. I could not go down to the sea. The bathroom is full of water when you use it. Also, the restaurant is a very crowded mess. Outside the hotel, frankly, a very bad experience

This property is a disaster! Photos on Expedia and on Google are not updated. Stayed here In December 2021, ,Had to run out once I seen the rooms, very dated, Very Dirty, Not maintained. Find something else honestly this is nothing like advertised. save your money and time.

the room was clearness, but there some issue, firstly I have booked for a special room, but my room has been given for another guest, and I got another room, secondly, when a request an order to my room, probably will don't receive it or will late, anything else is good.

Our stay here exceeded my expectations. The room was spacious, comfortable beds and a nice balcony. Food was excellent quality, and the service staff friendly and accommodating. The spa services were also very nice.

Great stay in Hammamat Yasmeen

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choices. I think one of the improvements could be serving coffee or tea at the tables. We also tried the dinner buffet which was really nice and appetizing - we had a kid of 8 years old with us - so the pasta station was excellent. I loved the fish station. I also appreciated that there was a constant lifeguard at the heated pool who also made sure that area is clean.

Pretty good experience. I would say the room was more like a 4 star hotel but the service was 5 star. The amenities were good, as was the beach. Breakfast was decent also. Overall I would say it was more of a 4 star than a 5 only because of the condition of the room

I thought the room size was pretty comfortable, but the shower wasn't that great. It was in the tub, and had a small glass "wall" that didn't really do much to keep the water from spraying out of the tub. However, this was an improvement over our hotel in Tunis - which didn't have a shower. The pool was very nice, and the beach is just past the pool, and very relaxing. On our recent trip to Tunisia, my wife and I stayed in three different hotels (in three different cities) and this was definitely my favorite.

Everything was perfect, very good hotel, friendly staff. Good food and facilities. I recommend!

Wonderful hotel with lovely staff!

The hotel was so picturesque, close to the beach, lots of things to do there and an overall good vibe. Staff made the stay even more pleasant with their willingness to go the extra mile. The rooms were clean, spacious and balcony views were lovely. The private beach is literally 2 min walk and on site, the medina is a 10 min walk and day trips were easy to organise with the reception desk. Would definitely go back. Thanks for having us gals from London!

They'll treat you like a Sultan

The abiding memory of the Sultan is its welcoming and helpful staff. They were absolutely wonderful. Particularly at a very difficult time for visitors and workers alike. I was looked after from the moment I arrived. I was 'inclusive'and there was a great selection of food and drink and several restaurants and a really great beach bar. And at night the Showbar has live entertainment. I wouldn't hesitate to return one day. During the day there is a myriad of sporting activies on offer and special areas for children. It has its own spotless beach and pristine pool, the largest I've ever seen.

Overall stay was good. Staff were all friendly and happy to help... breakfast could do with more variety! Also asked for a iron and was told they dont actually have one which was quite surprising.

Tired hotel in need of new lease of life..

Great location, lovely pool, great potential for a good holiday. Staff, we felt, showed favouritism, food was repetitive and sometimes sloppily presented and unappetising. Waiters could be rude or ignorant except for the guy who seves in the piano bar- top notch! Entertainment a bit naff.

Excellent hotel with private beach and good location. Massive outdoor pool and nice and warm indoor pool for days when it's a bit chilly if you go before June or July. Overall the staff is very good and friendly apart for few but nevertheless absolutely fantastic entertainment for kids(especially kids disco every evening). We just stayed at vinci taj sultan for one week with our two kids and we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to everyone. KK

Beautiful hotel, bad service.

Overall the hotel is in a very nice location. Lobby area, and rooms are very nice (even though traces of cigarettes on sink, and low quality furniture). BUT the service both at the check-in, and restaurant was very sub-standard.AND The food at the buffet (at breakfast, lunch, and dinner) was tasteless, plain with a very limited variety and ALSO, not replenished. If you did not get there at the first wave, they would run out of food, and not replace it.

My wife and I, enjoyed staying at Vinci Taj Sultan for couple of nights. We usually stay at Vinci Lella Baya. But, it was fully booked. So, we decided to try Vinci Taj Sultan for one night only....We were very impressed with Taj Sultan, that we decided to extend our stay. Now, Taj Sultan is our new favorite Hotel and we still can enjoy drinking coffee in the evening, at Lella Baya's unique designed lobby.

Sejour a Tej Soltane

On y etait pour une semaine, l'hotel est propre, les receptionistes etaient acueillants, on a meme eu un cocktail de bienvenue mais pour la gastronomie et la restauration ce n'etait pas un 5 etoiles mais la cuisine etait satisfaisante.. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres.

this is the best hotel in Hammamet. not only are the staff friendly, but the location is excellent and there is a nearby restaurant if u just want to go for coffee or traditional tunisian meal or even international food which is prepared right there for you. the hotel itself is mesmerising. we were not happy with our given room and they did not hesitate to change for us straight away. the breakfast has a wide range of choice, from continental to cooked to ur taste eggs. we have stayed in this hotel twice and cant wait to go back there. its convinient and not far from Carthage land. all in walking distances. near to shops, marina, and is just spledid in every way. i cant find words to express how beautiful this hotel is. 5 star to the name and the prices are so reasonable but for coffee go to the nearly cafe as it can be pricey in the hotel and that is the only downside for us. beautiful beach, just dissapointed the beach side cafe was shut this time.

Waiters - excellent. Food - average. Hotel service - average.

The waiters in the buffet area were fantastic. Probably the friendliest and most helpful of all the staff. There is evening entertainment if you enjoy that and day entertainment for all ages. Location wise - good. All places within the area can be reached by foot - even the Marina is no more than 45 minutes away.

5 Star for location but in reality 3 star by EU standards

Clean, and conveneinetly placed for beach. % star rating overrated by EU standards more like 3 star. If you are a vegetarian on half board be prepared to eat lots of pasta and salads. Main meal options for vegetarians limited.

It shouldn't be a 5 stars hotel

The hotel is in a very nice location, the beach was wonderful. But the service was very bad they had a very very old towels, no soap, shampoo or body wash, the food they presentend was very bad ( the quantity and the quality). The stuff in the front desk were mean. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I would be satisfied if this were a 2 stars hotel.

Please Attention... I had booked an all-inclusive package (the only one available in this app) but upon arrival, I was informed that only breakfast was included. They explained it was a mistake in the Expedia app and when we called the support they said that we should've checked their website because it's indeed an error in the app. Unfortunately, NO refund was provided. It turned out to be quite an unexpected and frustrating situation.... THE WORST BOOKING WE DID THROUGH THIS APP !!

Pas de chambre à l'arrivée

Premier jour : pas de chambre disponible j'ai jamais vu cela. Pour avoir une chambre qui ne donne pas sur la mer alors qu'on a payé plus pour avoir cette vue.

Hôtel à hammamet sud situé directement sur la plage pas loin du médina pour le personnel ils sont excellent et actif surtout ceux du buffet ,les chambres sont grandes avec une belle et grande piscine

Ce n'est absolument pas un 5 étoiles. L'hôtel est vétuste, pas entretenu, manque de propreté, aucun service, de l'attente pour toute demande, pas de téléphone dans une suite, des rideaux déchirés, des chaises tachées et/ou cassées. Les serviettes se toilettes tachées, des peignoirs usés... un hôtel à fuir !!!

Service impeccable mais connexion wifi instable

Le séjour s'est bien passé. Le service est exellent. Le personnel est toujours à l'ecoute et trés professionel. Le seul probléme que j'ai rencontré est la non présence de connexion wifi stable, ce qui pose un gros problème pour travailler et consulter mes mails. Malgré mes plusieurs demandes, le problème n a pas été résolu. C'est un peu decevant pour le standing de la chambre que j'ai réservée. A améliorer rapidement.

Seul point positif: l’excellent service du personnel au resto et parking. Pour le reste: experience negative: chambre vetuste, serviette de bain manquante ou sale, climatisation bruyante, mer sale. Le weekend l’hotel est saturé de monde, ce qui est irresponsable en période de pandémie.

très bel hôtel , belle architecture, belle piscine, belles chambres vieillissantes un peu mais bon, ça va ! pas de serviettes alors que peu de monde mais les employés occupés à discuter entre eux, pas le temps d’aller à la lingerie en chercher! 2 scaphandiers-nikabbées 100% dans la piscine, casquette en prime, une fille en short jean et teeshirt alors qu’il est affiché que c’est interdit! Nourriture plutôt moyenne, longues files d’attente pour être servi et quand on vient après le rush, pas d’employé pour vous servir derrière les vitres inaccessibles du buffet. Employés très- trop- familiers, comme si on avait élevé les vaches ensembles, qui vous tapent affectueusement dans le dos en cette période de distanciation ! Boissons avec très peu d’alcool, toujours obligé d’aller en redemander ! Très content de votre page FB car sur booking (noté 8.8 !) et autres sites de réservation, ils refusent de publier les commentaires négatifs, MERCI

Taj Sultan : un vrai 5 étoiles

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel où on a séjourné en mode all inclusive. L’hôtel est très bien situé face à une magnifique plage. La piscine extérieure est grande et agréable. La piscine couverte est aussi intéressante. Le vrai plus est le service qui est bien meilleur que tout ce qu’on peut trouver en Tunisie. Les repas servis sont également de très bonne qualité. Les mesures COVID sont ici rigoureusement respectées. La literie est acceptable sans plus mais la chambre quadruple que nous avions était grande avec une douche/wc plus une salle de bain/wc ce qui est bien pratique pour une famille de 4.

Hôtel simple mais sans charme

Etablissement vieillissant, chambre avec confort mais sans plus, petite TV, balcon avec chaises cassées, meubles intérieur d'une autre génération, petit déjeuner banal. Les aménagements extérieurs (alentours piscine, plage) semblent correct. Points positifs : accueil agréable, bouteilles d'eau fournies, bouilloire thé + café.

Ett förstklassigt hotell. Finns inget att klaga på. Bra mat, utmärkt service och en fullservice bar. Närheten till stranden och den enorma lyxiga poolen gjorde vistelsen komplett.
