We had a short and sweet stay for a rugby world cup weekend. The hotel is a little further out but only around 30 minute drive to the centre (or a €25 uber), and it was nice to be out of the chaos! The hotel and rooms are beautiful, the pool area is gorgeous and the lobby is nicely set out so you can comfortably use it as a communal area. The lunch buffet was a little expensive but otherwise very happy!

Great experience

We needed to find a hotel on our way down to the South Of France, so we booked last minute as we reached Lyon. The hotel appears pretty new with excellent facilities and parking which was a must for us. The hotel boasts large comfortable and very clean rooms with mini bar and tea & coffee facilities. The hotel also had a nice bar & very good restaurant with great choice of dishes. We didn’t get to use the lovely pool but we did decide to use the Golden Tulip on our way back to the UK. We would highly recommend and would use again on our next visit!

It was a happy surprise to stay at this Golden Tulip hotel. It was a very good value. I can't think of anything that was not perfect; the hotel is tasteful and relatively new.

A brand new place

Brand new hotel, very comfortable, extremely clean, lots of light, nice back garden, quite good when weather allows. Breakfast large choice, breakfast room is quiet and comfortable. Rooms are brand new as well, very functional bathroom with big shower. all good!

Good hotel!

This hotel is very close to a friend's house in Dommartin. It is very new and modern, with a super breakfast available for 15 Euros. The rooms are not gigantic, but adequate for an overnight stay. It is very clean and neat.

Propre, bien insonorisé, personnels aimables, literie confortable, petit déjeuner sympa. l'1h d'accès au spa avec une chambre supérieure est un +. Accès à la piscine chauffé = très positif Manque juste la possibilité de trier ses déchets dans la chambre.

Tres belles prestations dont grande piscine, chambre très bien aménagée, toilettes séparées, douche spacieuse, literie de grand confort. Le personnel de l accueil est très agréable, le lobby est superbe, il y a un vaste parking souterrain.Nous n avons pas testé le petit déjeuner . Nous reviendrons sans hésiter !

Double payment

I had a good stay at the hotel but there was two times a payment from my bank account. This cost me more than 2 hours for getting a solution for that after more than 5 calls en emails !

Sehr schönes Hotel, gut gelegen von der Autobahn. Schöner, sauberer Pool, tolle Zimmer, großes Frühstückbuffet.

Sehr sauberes und modernes Hotel mit einer erstklassigen Inneneinrichtung! Wir haben hier als Zwischenstopp übernachtet und waren vom Hotel sehr begeistert. Es ist makellos sauber und modern eingerichtet, und das King-Bett war äußerst bequem. Besonders hervorzuheben sind das kostenlose Parken und Laden – es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze vor dem Hotel und eine Tiefgarage. Es stehen außen sechs Ladeplätze für E-Autos zur Verfügung, die mit einer Karte und einem Schlüssel (erhältlich an der Rezeption) aktiviert werden können. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ein kleiner negativer Punkt: Bereits um 9 Uhr morgens wurden wir vom Room Service geweckt, was daran lag, dass wir kein ‘Bitte nicht stören’-Schild an der Tür hängen hatten. Das war natürlich ein unsanftes Erwachen. Dennoch ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen – wir hatten zuletzt eine ähnliche positive Erfahrung im Golden Tulip nahe Cannes.

Das Zimmer war wirklich sehr schön und großzügig! Das Bett und die Bettwäsche sind qualitativ sehr hochwertig. Die Pflegeprodukte von Rituals haben mich sehr gefreut! Die gesamte Einrichtung ist sehr edel. Ein große Pluspunkt ist die Parkgarage und Essensmöglichkeiten vor Ort. Leider war das Menü im KYRIAD nur mit „mittelmäßig“ zu bewerten. Da wäre die Pizza die bessere Option gewesen. Das Restaurant im Golden Tulip hat sonntags geschlossen. Das Schwimmbad war schön, mir persönlich ein paar Grad zu kalt für ein Hallenbad. Etwas unglücklich finde ich, dass man durch die ganze Lobby und Restaurant laufen muss, um ins Schwimmbad zu gelangen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und reichhaltig! Insgesamt ein sehr guter Aufenthalt.

Deuxième séjour dans cet établissement et toujours aussi bien.

Zeer net hotel, personeel heel vriendelijk. We hadden ons eigen flesje wijn mee voor op de kamer. Bij het vragen van wijnglazen en wijnkoeler kregen we er een ijsemmer bij. Gratis latere check out gekregen aangezien we vroegen wat dat zou kosten. Ontbijt was goed Helaas weinig keuze uit maaltijden in het restaurant ‘s avonds en het buffet was niet geopend. Geen badjassen op de kamer en je passeert het restaurant om naar het zwembad te gaan. Dat vonden wij toch een nadeel.

Le sejour s'est très bien passé, le service est vraiment super. Dès notre arrivé, nous avons été agréablement surpris d'apprendre que nous étions surclassé, une touche supplémentaire pour passer un bon week-end. La chambre était propre est très confortable. Le SPA était un véritable plus, offrant une atmosphère relaxante et des services qualitatifs. Au delà de mes attentes, je n'hésiterais pas à y retourner si je me retrouve à nouveau dans la région. Bel hotel mais amabilité du personnel décevante

Hotel magnifique, chambre très belle et très propre. Gros soucis de clim dont le personnel déja moyennement sympathique (pour certains pas tous heureusement) n’avait que faire. Chambre à 26 degré en moyenne donc pas du tout le confort espéré pour un 4 étoiles

Hôtel dans une zone industrielle très agréable. Chambre confortable Piscine et spa sont super , possibilité d acheter un maillot de bain.Piscine très spacieuse avec une température correcte. Le buffet du restaurant pour 39 euros propose plus de 20 entrées idem pour les plats principaux et des desserts excellent.Le petit déjeuner est à l’identique. Donc rien à redire sur cette hôtel.

Hôtel, récent, décoré avec goût, le personnel est au top, le restaurant très bien ainsi que le petit déjeuné. Parfait pour récupérer d’une journée bien remplie.

A wonderful stay.

My husband and I had a fantastic stay. The owners and staff went above and beyond to make our stay lovely. It’s a fabulous location. Offers a fabulous breakfast selection. And the restaurant had a great menu. The hotel has a great bar/lounge area. There’s a mini gym and massage/relax area and they offer yoga too. They had an easy to get to boot room. They have a garage (extra) if needed & available but also free parking out front. We highly recommend staying here. Will definitely stay again.

He tenido frío en la habitación y el regulador de calor se inactiva a los pocos minutos de activarlo (sin la opción de autoregulación seleccionada). La mesa de trabajo que dispone de espacio para ubicar un ordenador portàtil, no dispone de ninguna luz de trabajo, luz de sobremesa para leer documentación. La ducha no existe, es una bañera sin cortina ni soporte de pared para la ducha, algo bastante incómodo para los que nos duchamos cada dia. Como usuario de la habitación, lo primero que hago es retirar y guardar los 5, 6, 7 o 8 cojines que se encuentran encima de la cama y que no sirven para nada. Seria de agradecer que no tuviera que repetir la operación de guardarlos cada dia porque el personal de limpieza me los vuelve a imponer cada mañana. En otras palabras, seria conveniente valorar dejar los cojines dentro del armario si el cliente así los ha dejado, en caso contrario le estan dando un trabajo extra y diario al cliente consistente en volver a guardar los cojines que insisto, no tienen ninguna utilidad a excepción de la de almacenar polvo.
