It was a great stay with all the chaos from Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi. We got to relax at White Lotus Hotel in Hoian. The staff was great and friendly.

Really nice hotel and the staff were amazing

Great hotel, quiet location

A lovely hotel, 15 minutes from the old town and night market. It is in a quiet part of town, but everywhere is easily walkable. The room was very clean, well maintained and we had a view onto the start and the town beyond. Could even E the tower of the Buddhist temple which was lit up at night. The hotels breakfast was tasty and a wide variety of western and eaten dishes. The pool was small but clean with plenty of sunbeds available. They had happy hour on cocteau every afternoon, and also a great light lunch deal for £3 of a beer and snack type food. The staff were amazing willing to help with every little question or concern. They offered a laundry service which was cheap. They also booked us a local tour, and sorted payments etc. Just added it to the bill, which was brilliant! When I come back, this is my first choice for hotel!

Nice clean hotel, good location. The staff is very friendly and accomodating. Unforttunetely the roaster's woke us up too early. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Short break here, staff very friendly on arrival providing lots of good information. Was a bit let down on second night when asking for more sachets of coffee for our room we were not allowed any as we had been given 2 when room cleaned in morning so had to buy drinks which we didn’t like so left

Lovely place!

Very friendly staff, especially Amber and Ruby in reception. Nice little hotel, far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the Hoi An Old Town, but within walking distance of it. The only unpleasant part of our stay was that the bathroom had a persistent bad smell. If they fixed the plumbing then our stay would have been perfect.

You won't be disappointed.

There is loud music that plays during the day somewhere next door to the hotel. Also the beds are VERY hard. I woke up with sore shoulders.

The hotel is really good. The location is good and they offer bicycles for free, this is really helpful since you just ride your bike around 7-10 min to the city. The room itself also really good but the most important for me was the staff. They were amazing and really kind. We just had a some problems with the wifi and tv connection. Everything was really good!

Very clean and spacious rooms . Good service. Short walk -15min from the town centre. Cabs easily available for a small cost Breakfast is a bit restricted if you are vegetarian. All the hot dishes at breakfast had meat or fish in them Other than that little problem the hotel is reall good value for money

Great stay with nice possibilities

Good hotel with Good possibilities. Must improve the. Need to improve the breakfast selection and need a few more of comfortable areas to stay in the hotel and have a drink and relax. Everything is closed after 10 so cannot have a drink and chill. The transportation to the city center is a bit slow due to lack of vehicles. Very friendly staff, helpful and kind

By far the best hotel we have done in vietnam! The lovely staff was a big part of our appreciation of this hotel. The room was super clean, very comfy bed and we slept like babies. I highly recommend!

Great location and service

Stayed here for 3 days in November and would definitely return. Hotel is about 15 ‘mins walk from the Old Quarter and hasn’t bars abs restaurants nearby. Breakfast was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. My only (small) complaint isn’t that the area around the pool is small and feel a like an afterthought, but if you just need a base in Hoi An, this hotel is great.

Lovey stay at Golden Pearl.

Our stay here was excellent. The staff were very attentive and happy always greeting us by our first names and asking questions. I have severe food allergies and all the staff were informed by the manager so every morning I would be asked what they could cook separately for me. Such a relief! It's only 12 months old so all furnishings new and the bathroom spotless and huge. Bed quite comfortable and air con perfectly cool. There is a large swimming pool but at this time of the year was too cool for me. Thanks everyone.

The service was so good, they were so helpful with everything I asked them to help me with. Food was good with enough choices to pick from. Pool was clean, I would highly recommend staying here

Staffs were very kind a d room was in a good condition. But they were under construction for elevator because of that, it was noisy

Great hotel

Great hotel, beautiful pool. Staff were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. While it was away from main part of town, there were lots of restaurants in the area and grab cars were inexpensive.

My wife and I went here on our honeymoon and we were really impressed. The Room was extremely clean everyday and the staff was really friendly and extremely helpful. The food at the restaurant was really good and the breakfast buffet was bar none. I highly recommend this hotel it was everything I can ask for for a long duration stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Golden Pearl. It’s a nice hotel a bit away from city central. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They even managed to get me a cake on my birthday.

Little gem in Hoi An.

Fantastic spot to stay, quiet enough while being close enough to town.

A really nice welcome! Great information about the property and Hoi An area given, with map. Amazing location, nice short walk to the main areas.

Room was nice and clean, the staff (Jade, Amber and Crystal) were really friendly and made sure we were okay consistently. The pool was nice and the breakfast was good. However, the hotel was a little far away from the centre of Hoi an, so we had to take a taxi or other services for 5-10 mins. Despite of this, the hotel offered a free bus to the centre two times a day, which was good.

We loved our stay here. Special note for Jade who made sure we had everything we needed. Pity about the power outages and the backup generator not starting. Too hot for that. Local Karaoke Bar at 11am blasting out spoils the peace and quiet. Amazing suite. Thanks all Kevin and Jane

The staff are brilliant and work very hard to help make your stay brilliant. The cleanliness of rooms and grounds also top class. No negatives at all. Loved it. Highly recommend.

The hotel is quite a new hotel and was reasonable for my 5 nights stay there. The room was nice and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Basic amenities are provided. Breakfast spread was quite alright, some pastries and cake, bread, cereals, fruits and Vietnamese food. The service however, was subpar. Not many of the staff could speak english, and could not understand me through the phone, so I had to come down to reception each time to explain if I needed something. The cleaning was not great, sometimes they didn't even clean the bed unless I was there and asked them directly. The pool was quite nice but as it was outdoor and uncovered it was really hot unless you go in the afternoon. Also, it's very noisy as there's some kind of construction nearby so I wasn't really able to relax. T The massage was not great. It felt like I was beaten up. The location is a bit far from Old Town, and even further to the beach. THey do have free shuttle buses which only goes a couple of times and free bike rental, but taxi is quite cheap (32k dong). I couldn't get any Grab car though from the hotel. Overal it's okay but service and standards could be improved.

Couples holiday

We found Golden Pearl perfect for us. It is less than 12 months old so everything is new and functional. Staff cannot do enough to help you. All the reception girls have jewel names to make it easy for us. Ruby, Crystal, Jade etc. Breakfast was very good with a wide selection. Restaurant available if you want to eat in however there are so many options in Hoi An the in-house dining is very quiet but still offers a wide variety. Free bicycles for guest use and reception can arrange and recommend tours and sites to visit.

It's awesome. Simple but clean.

It's very clean hotel. I really enjoyed. Actually I was supposed to stay in another hotel which was very dirty and had so many bugs. So I changed it to this hotel. I saw some lizards but it's small compared to the one I saw in another hotel in hoian. I think it's normal in Vietnam. Also the receptionist is so kind. I love this hotel. If i go to hoian next time, I'll stay here again.

Pretty hotel in a pretty town

Nice little hotel about 15mins walk to the old town. Rooms are comfortable and spacious and the staff are so friendly. The concierges Jade and Ruby helped plan everything for us and even went out of the way to arrange packed breakfasts for our early departure. Will definitely stay again.

Golden Pearl Hoian treated us like Gold.

The customer service was amazing. Jade and Sinaphire were fantastic and they even sourced some gluten-free breakfast options for me. Very family friendly and helpful tips and advice given all the way. We had a family suite with adjoining rooms which was perfect and very spacious.

A bit out of the way but no worries - grab taxi is maybe $1.75 CAD. Didn't expect the construction noise at 7:15am though. Or the fact I booked a room in a hotel with an elevator but had to climb to the 4th floor up stairs - resolved with a call to the booking company.

Hotel fine, service indifferent, busy location

The hotel is clean, comfortable room. Service is a bit indifferent- they won't do anything above the basics. Area is across from beach, very busy. Hotel caters to Russian tourists mostly.

Newly opened hotel and a great place to stay. Staff is excellent. Rooms are spacious. Buffet breakfast has a great selection. They provide free transportation to the beach and ancient town.

Gem of a hotel in Hoi An

The Golden Pearl is a lovely hotel just outside the city center of Hoi An. A new hotel, it is very well managed with a staff that goes out of their way to make you comfortable and secure. A pleasant and fresh breakfast is offered each day, with a variety of choices, including an omelet station. The quality of food is good and the service is outstanding. The hotel has a spa, swimming pool and very nice courtyard where you can relax after a busy day in Ancient Town or the markets. The rooms are very well tended and large by Vietnamese standards. Bathrooms include the usual amenities, though I wish they offered bar soap. Shuttles to and from Ancient Town are offered a couple of times each day, however, I wish they were a little more frequent. Even so, cabs are frequent and very reasonably priced. In general, we would not hesitate to return the Golden Pearl and would highly recommend it while in Hoi An.

Good service, spacious clean rooms

The room was quite spacious and comfortable, and the staff was helpful. The only downside is the location, as it is quite far from the center of Hoi An. However, they do provide bicycles for free, and it's nearer the Tru Que fishing villages than most hotels, and the Anang beach as well. There is a shuttle to the city center we didn't use, taxis are rather cheap to go to the city. Breakfast could be improved with more cheese (only la vache qui rit available, and that on demand).

Nice hotel, average location

Bed is very hard and hotel is far away from main area. The hotel offers shuttle services but only twice a day.

An excellent choice of you want unprecedented friendliness from the whole staff. A shoutout to Shaphire, Ruby. Pearl, Jade and all the rest of the front office girls, breakfast staff and even the cleaning staff. All so friendly and can’t do enough for you to make your stay superb! These ladies should train other hotels what customer relations are all about and how to represent their properties. If you want a guaranteed super great place at a reasonable cost - this is it ! We are world travellers and this has to be in the top 3 of all are stays including 5 Star accomodations ! Thanks for your help again Ruby !

Amazing staff!

I booked this because reviews said 5 star service for 4 star hotel and we agree! Staff was incredible! Super fun stay close to the old town with great recos for restaurants and tailors. Hotel is new super clean and best value in our trip.

Great great choice in Hoi An.

This is a great hotel. Clean safe with beautiful rooms. But the best is the staff everyone was smiling and helpful, especially Amber,,Jade and Sapphire. They are the best!

Loved the stay

Friendly and kind staff, neat hotel, and professional. Breakfast was also nice, having local food as well :) The pool seemed nice but had no time to use it. So sad 😞 I will definitely revisit Golden Pearl if I have a chance to visit Hoi An again!

Brand new property they have everything you need for your stay in Hoi An. Located on the way to the beach from Old Town Hoi An. The free bicycles are in great shape. The fitness area is basic but suffice.Savananh and staff will ensure your stay is drama free.

The Golden Pearl is a fabulous hotel between the old town of Hoi An and An Bang beach. Both places are about 2km from the hotel in either direction. When we arrived we had been upgraded to a suite with a lovely pool view. The room is very big with a very comfortable king size bed. The Bathroom with its standalone bath is fabulous. Big and spacious. We were a little disheartened by Vietnam and the Hanoi weather but after coming to the golden pearl and Hoi An it just felt like being on holiday. The hotel offers free bikes so you can get to the old town or the beach. We hired a scooter for 2 days which the hotel arranged. I would definitely recommend as it’s a great way to see the surroundings areas. Taxis are also very cheap. The Staff are so very friendly and helpful. They will go out of their way to help. Breakfast was great every morning. I would recommend getting the grab app for taxis especially to and from the airport as taxi drivers can ask what they like. Using the grab app you know exactly what the fare is (approx 130000 dong) and know where you’re going. The hotel is about a 40 min drive from Da Nang Airport. The only way is taxi. For the price of this hotel and the excellent service you receive I would recommend it to everyone and would definitely stay again. Thank you Golden Pearl for a fantastic end to our holiday.

Great place to stay in Hoi An. Very friendly staff who went out of their way to assist with any problem. It was a pleasure staying there. The only negative point is that may be a few signs around the pool to remind families to enjoy the facilities "quietly" may help guests relax better.

A special thank you to Amber, Beryl, Sapphire, Jade, Ruby, Crystal, Citrine and Pearl who always greeted us with a smile and were able to assist with our queries. A great selection for breakfast, delicious lunch ordered poolside, beautiful pool/pool area, beautiful, comfortable rooms (cleaned well). Front door staff were very friendly and welcoming too. A free car service is available twice a day into town or to the beach, this was very useful. We highly recommend the Golden Pearl.

Great, Modern Boutique Hotel

Had a great time here relaxing for a couple days. Very new and modern rooms, good food and bar. Small pool outside with chairs to lounge, also a spa. About 15-20 min walk from the middle of town. Staff are all super friendly, would definitely recommend staying here!

The hotel is new, so very clean and fresh. Our room was big with a nice balcony facing the city. Bathroom is nice with a fun window from the shower to the bed. Breakfast was very nice with a large selection of items to choose from, including a made to order egg station. The staff is wonderful! All of them were great, helpful, and very accommodating. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Hoi An

Great Value for money and faultless service

Great staff, all the front desk girls were super helpful and friendly. Jade, Saphire, Beryl, Amber were the ones we saw most frequently. As well the guys who work the bar and pool and the front men at the reception cannot be faulted for their warm friendly attitudes. The hotel is spotless, the pool small but beautiful, the pool towels are fluffy and can be used at the beach. Bikes are available to use, the bus runs to town and back twice a day and same to the beach however a taxi to either is never more than a dollar fifty!!! Breakfast was the usual fare, pho and fresh fruit have been my staples in Virtnam and were so here, however my husband loved the omellete and cheese.we came for a couple of days and stayed a week. This was great value for money

We always stay here when visiting Hoi An

New hotel, great staff, Jade, Saphire, Beryl, Amber the young men and women working around the place always ready with a warm and friendly greeting. Helpful and courteous. The pool is beautiful a great temp and so clean. Pool towels provided and we were allowed to take these to the beach. Breakfast was top notch, especially the varied fruit choices. We stayed longer than planned because the hotel was so good. It's a short taxi ride to town, expect to pay approx 20000 v dong (less than $1 US) however the hotel has a good transport service running 2 and from as well as offering free bikes for guests use. The bus also runs to the beach which is about 30000 vd, again bikes available. The hotel recommend the Sea village cafe at the beach and we were impressed by the staff here. They look after you, offering free loungers, looking after your belongings when you go for a swim and attentive to providing excellent service, drinks and food, we ate here several times and enjoyed every meal. On one day we had forgotten to bring sun screen, the owner asked my husband where he was going, on hearing the explanation he quickly summoned his son who took my husband on his scooter to the local pharmacy. We also got a great deal on transportation to the airport (this time in a car) with same son.

New hotel , with modern upgrades . Close to the beach , the ancient town square / walking street n market . The staff is very friendly n does their best to please u . Buffet is good , nice variety . Also the noodle restaurant next door has some of the best Beef noodle around . They have free car pickup for u to go to the beach n market at designated times . Big bonus . Also they give a free bike loan for u to joyride around town .. definitely recommend. N wishin the hotel best wishes n success ..

The hotel provides the free use of bikes for getting around which was a real bonus! Staff here were also friendly and really willing to help. Pleasant stay overall.

Very convenient and close to the old town

Very convenient to stay nearby the old town and free car to the beach almost private! The hotel is located in a local area but very well maintained as it’s new opened! Also very bright ! Loved the experience at this hotel! Make sure you book room on the swimming pool to avoide the street work noise.

Hoi An stay

Had a great stay here from the time we arrived we got a very warm welcome from Amber and the team, the Porter's and doorman everyone was helpful and if anything popped up they were more than happy to help give advice and guidance. They were also very interested in how your day was and that you enjoyed your time away from the hotel.Great breakfast very fresh and plentiful. Pool is excellent. Would definitely stay here again if ever we come back.

Beautiful new hotel. Book while still this price.

This is a new hotel hence not many reviews yet. It is a great place and amazing value. The prices reflect being new to attract custom. It is definitely worth more (I've stayed in several hotels in Vietnam) so if you're thinking about a trip I'd suggest you book before the price goes up. I stayed in a premium suite which is gorgeous and huge and has the most spectacular bathroom with free standing bath, plus separate walk-in shower. Treat yourself! I extended my stay and moved to a delux double. This has a wetroom shower. Don't be surprised by this, it appears to be the norm to have 'wetroom' type bathrooms with glass walls in Vietnam (&Singapore). This room was plenty big enough for several days' holiday. The breakfast is great (mix of local and European options). All the staff are incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful. Reception staff take the trouble to chat to you every day. I had a great Balinese massage in the spa, again amazing value. There is free use of bikes, if you feel brave to join the mayhem of Vietnamese roads! The beach is about 15 min cycle or nerve wracking 45 min walk (no footpath) past gorgeous paddy fields, but frankly only peanuts to taxi (which is what I did back after foolishly walking there!). Town is about 30 mins or so to walk, you get distracted by shops on route! The hotel does have a free shuttle service twice a day to town and beach though. The hotel can arrange trips and airport taxis if you wish though of course is a little more.

Best hotel in Hoi An !

We really enjoyed our stay at the Golden Pearl. The staff speak very good English and Sapphire and her team are very good at delivering special requests. The hotel is in a great location and provides a shuttle service into town each day and back. They were very good at recommending places to go and took us to a tailor to make a suit - we were very impressed with the finished result. We really enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. The room was also very spacious and it has both air conditioning and a fan. We were even allowed to check out slightly later. Thank you Golden Pearl for your generosity and kindness. We will be back!

Pretty much faultless

Super new hotel, just launched in the last month. The room in general and bed were both extremely comfortable. The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful, and the Manager was absolutely lovely. Can’t recommend it more, only a few kms by scooter to Ancient Town.

Just enough out of the way, and only a 20 min bike ride from the beach- but you’d be happy enough by the pool too. Can’t fault any of the staff. Beautiful people and place.

Golden Pearl - Hoi An

We enjoyed our stay at the Golden Pearl! The service was fantastic as the staff are quite attentive and at breakfast, will check in to see how you're enjoying your stay. The breakfast offered a good selection of both Western & Asian food. The water pressure and the temp of the water in the bathroom were great (after staying places where this isn't the case, you appreciate these things when you have them!). The room was quiet and nicely furnished, plus the bed was comfortable and the bedding (duvet and pillows) were luxurious. The location is quite convenient to get around & they have bicycles available to use for free if you would like to cycle. A couple of improvements could be made, however. There was virtually no wifi and we had to tether through our phones. As well, our room had a frosted glass door that adjoined to the room next to us; this meant that we could clearly hear conversations (or other noises) from the other room if the people were standing close to the door. It also meant that if they had their lights on, it would light up our room too (didn't bother us but if you need it to be pitch-dark when you sleep, this could be an issue). Finally, I would recommend that the hotel puts up a shower curtain or glass partition separating the shower/tub area and preventing the vanity from getting wet. I know this is common in Asia but with the bath set-up, it made the vanity & floor wet. However, these are all minor and didn't affect our enjoyment of the hotel.

Lovely, brand new hotel

This hotel opened the day before we arrived. Our room was quiet, spacious, with lots of natural light. The bed was huge and very comfortable, with soft bedding. Very good air con plus fan. Fantastic bathroom with a great shower. We loved the buffet style breakfast, with an egg and soup station. There is plenty to choose from; fruit, yoghurt, cereal, pastries, bread, cheese and cold meats, salad, and Asian style options. The staff were super polite, friendly and attentive - especially Kim, Jade, Sapphire and Crystal. We felt very well looked after. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Dejligt ophold i Hoi an

Dejligt hotel, super venligt personale 😊. Ca. 20 minutter i gåafstand fra den gamle bydel.

호텔은 시골마을에 있는느낌으로 좋았습니다. 안방비치와 올드타운을 오가는 무료셔틀도 좋았습니다. 수영장물에서 약간의 냄새가 있어 찜찜한 기분이 들기도했습니다. 직원분들은 친절하고 요청하는 모든것을 수용해주었습니다. 조식은 매일 새로운 쌀국수가 나와서 따뜻하게먹을수있었고 현지과일을 많이주셔서 좋았습니다. 다만 그밖에 음식들은 없었

만족합니다.

베트남에 새벽 도착 후 0.5박을 위해 선택한 호이안 숙소였지만, 연박을 해도 괜찮을 정도로 가성비가 뛰어난 호텔이었던 것 같습니다. 아이둘 어른둘 해서 가족 예약으로 싱글 침대 2개씩은 좁았으나 잠을 잘만 했으며, 싱글침대 2개를 붙여 주었거나, 여유

근처에 맛집들이 많고 호이안 올드타운과도 거리가 가까워 좋았습니다. 즐거운 여행이었습니다.
