TravellerThe property was reasonably clean and comfortable, some things needed attention and updating in the room. We were using the computer desk and had to pull it out from the wall to access the plugs in behind and the whole desk top came apart and crashed to the floor! The staff were understanding about it but did not fix it during our stay. They sent laundry out and my husbands shirt came back shrunk and the buttons and button holes were all torn. Certainly not their fault as it was an outside laundry service but something to be aware of if you take advantage of the laundry service. Breakfast was great and as usual in Vietnam the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful and friendly.
