Excellent staff - great place to stay

Hotel is down a side street but in a good location. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were upgraded to a larger room. Breakfast could not have been better. Our thanks to Caroline, Amanda and Tyson. Would strongly recommend this very clean hotel.

Cute hotel, loud construction

Great staff and cute hotel, unfortunately construction noise all night outside ruined our stay.

I loved the location in the Old Quarter, my lovely balcony, the delicious breakfasts and most of all, the kind staff!

Upgrade ?

We reserved a Family Suite, City View (40 m2) as there was no other rooms available. When we checked in, we were told that we were upgraded to a Junior Suite room (35m2). We were happy to be "upgraded" but we found that the room rate of a Family Suite, City View should be higher than the rate of a Junior Suite. The lady at the reception is very nice to give us all the related information we required about the area and places to stay. Her value is higher than the amenities of the room. :-)

Excellent, would stay here again

The hotel is in a good location, just opposite the fantastic restaurant Madame Hien. The end of the street is Ly Quoc Su, which in itself is great as it is lined up with shops and restaurant.

The Property is located in the old French quarter. Most sites in Hanoi are within walking distance or a short cab ride. Staff was great and very friendly. My only concern for those with large groups is that the rooms are really small. For single or 2 people it is perfect. I was hardly in the room so this was no problem. Plus the price was great considering other hotels near by. Overall the staff made the stay really enjoyable.

Aussie couple 1st time in Vietnam

The staff and location of this hotel are great especially Anna who was so friendly and accommodating. She upgraded us for both of our stays and always asked us if we needed anything. The only small negative was that the shower didn't drain away quickly and that it could have had an extra couple of pillows and Doona as it only had a sheet. In saying that It does get extremely hot in Vietnam though.

Very well located and clean hotel. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast spread is very tasty. For the money i highly recommend this place and will stay there again when i come back.

Awesome staff, great location

When we first booked this hotel we were looking at the price, it was indeed very good value and we were not expecting much from it. But from then on my opinion changed. The hotel was great, very responsive to all my emails and helpful in sorting things out for me like taxis to and from airport. Thanks Tony. Then when we arrived it just got better, Anna and Maggie were an absolute gem. I always feel that good customer service is the key ingredient to enjoying a hotel. They were so friendly and took care of us and especially my kids, that made us so comfortable. Then the room turned out great, very comfortable with 2 large queen beds, and very clean too. Location of it was also perfect for exploring the old quarters. So Many great eateries within walking distance. All in all we loved the hotel and will definitely come back again next time we go to Hanoi.

Maggie and Anna thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. I will highly recommend this hotel. More like family then staff. So we'll look after. If I ever come back here is were I will stay.

Very Nice

Very comfortable and just what we expected. The staff were excellent.

Nice welcome food and amazing breakfast

Their banana cake is handmade.Taste very good. Breakfast start at 0630, it is suitable for us who join the Halong bay tour. Food is good and may choices at there. The room size not too big... But it is enough for four adults and two lugguages.

Exceptional service and value

Maggie and Tony seem to live for this job. NOTHING was too much trouble, when we thought we were being swindled by a local beauty therapist, maggie went down there to talk to them and sorted the whole thing out. Tony organised a street food walking tour which was outstanding and a highlight of hanoi. Cannot recommend this hotel enough, outstanding value for money and exceptional service.

Great hotel with perfect location in the heart of old quarter. Located in a quiet alley yet with easy access to the old city. Staff are very friendly and fluent in English. Service is excellent especially Tony, Maggie and January.

As it is at a side road away from the bursting streets, the environment is quiet yet convenience to reach others interesting places, eating houses, shops and cafes. famous Hanoi cha ca is within waking distance from hotel. Value for money

This is a budget hotel so can't compare to the big brands; it's value for money nonetheless. We've booked the Junior Suite Room 2 months before travelling and immediately got an email from the hotel staff introducing themselves and greeting us. The staff was very helpful with booking our trip to Ha Long Bay and arranged for airport transfers. In our email exchanges, we've been promised to have their featured room (top floor with balcony) reserved for our arrival but disappointed to find out at check-in that they've assigned (not only the top floor Junior Suite Room we specifically requested, but) all Junior Suite Rooms to other guests by mistake. We were quickly given a solution to either upgrade to a Family Suite in the lower floors or stay at a simple Double Room. We chose to stay at the Double Room as we didn't need more than one bed and had been refunded accordingly. The staff was apologetic and we had been moved to a Junior Suite Room on the 2nd night of our stay. Both the Double and Junior Suite Rooms were fair but not great. There's a slight unpleasant (but bearable) smell from the toilet of the Double Room probably coming from the sink's drain hole. There were signs of wear and tear in towels provided in both rooms (but they're clean). Worth noting that bedding provided was sheet blanket but not proper blanket or duvet, but I suppose this is acceptable as it's quite hot in Vietnam and can't complain much for the price we're paying.

Ok hotel in good location but hard beds

The hotel is in a good position opposite lovely restaurant in the Old Quarter. It is modern and the bathroom is good. It is obviously very well priced and the breakfast was adequate. Our main issue were the beds, they are very hard... and therefore a good night's sleep is not easy. It is also quite a noisy place with outside noise coming through the windows.

We stayed for a few nights at the Golden Legend Diamond Hotel in Hanoi. The hotel was very clean, the staff were extremely attentive to our needs. The location is great. The hotel staff was the nicest we'd ever met. Wonderful people. We highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi.

가성비는 별로에요. 직원들이 매우 친절하고 조식이 가짓수는 별로 없지만 매우 뛰어납니다 하지만 새벽12시에 공사를 하지않나 조식 뷔페 음식테이블에서 바퀴벌레 봤습니다...

매우 좋은 위치, 작지만 깨끗한 호텔

실내 청결하고, 작지만 테라스가 있어서 경치 조망도 좋습니다. 근처에 관광지가 많아서 걸어서 갈 수 있는 곳이 많습니다. 스탭들이 매우 친절하구요. 조식도 무척 맛있습니다. 위치도 훌륭해서 주위에 맛집이 많구요. 한글로 된 맛집들도 프린트해서 알려주네요. 체크아웃 후 짐 보관도 해주는 것 같습니다. 골목에 작은 호텔들이 줄지어 있으니 이름 잘 살펴서 가시면 됩니다. 이 올드타운 지역 전체적으로 대중교통은 없다고 보셔야 됩니다. 그래서 공항에서 택시로 접근하는 것이 편합니다. 공항으로 갈 때는 호텔에서 택시를 예약하고, 호텔에 돈을 지불하면 안전합니다.

직원분들이 굉장히 친절해요!! 방도 깨끗하고 생각보다 좋았습니다. 딱히 불편한점은 없다는 점?..

친절함 그 자체!

친절함과 맛있는 조식의 콜라보. 영어를 잘 못한다고 말하니 직원이 번역기로 의사소통하였고 직원들 항상 웃고 친절하고 좋은 정보를 많이 알려줬다. 조식 메뉴 많지는 않지만 알차고 반미와 쌀국수가 너무 맛있었다. 마지막에 밤 비행기라 일정마치고 샤워도 하고가게 해줘서 상쾌하게 여행을 마무리한 것 같다. 공항 픽업서비스도 합리적인 가격으로 투숙객들은 이용하면 좋을 것 같다. 여행동안 호텔 덕분에 더욱 수월하게 여행을 즐겼고 하노이의 좋은 추억으로 남았다.

ホテルランクは高く無いですが、スタッフの方々のホスピタリティがとても高いです。 ●空港からのアクセス ピックアップ、ドロップオフをお願いしていました。空港までは片道40分程度はかかりますが、15$程度なので、ぜひお願いした方が良いと思います。 ●朝食 2泊しましたが、メニューが少しづつ変化があり、良かったです。フォーもオーダー式で作っていただき、美味しかったです。 ●部屋 ジュニアスイートに宿泊しましたが、ちょうど良い広さでした。シャワーの水圧はやや弱いですが清潔感が保たれています。 ●チェックイン ゆっくりな英語で丁寧に喋ってもらえ、理解しやすかったです。また、周辺MAPもいただけたので、観光がしやすかったです。

패일리 스위트 시티뷰로 3박 숙박하였습니다. 일단 호텔 직원들이 너무 친절하였고 가성비가 정말 뛰어납니다. 3인가족 지내기에 넓고 편안하였구요 시설도 깔끔하고 위치도 올드쿼터 지역이라 관광지나 맛집들도 가깝습니다. 조식은 간단하지만 쌀국수나 오믈렛 팬케익 반미 등등 제 개인적으로는 충분히 만족스러웠습니다. 다음에도 하노이에 가게 된다면 다시 묵을 의햐이 있습니다.

가격대비 정말 좋았네요. 4인 가족여행으로 갔었구요. 호안끼엠 호수 도 가깝고 성당은 약3분정도.. 맥주거리는 저녁에 잘때 오토바이 소리때문에 정신이 없다고 하는데.. 이곳은 저녁10시이후에는 거의 오토바이 소리를 들을수 없었어요... 호텔에서 주는 가까운 음식점에 잘알려진 곳..음.pho 10 이 바로 1분 거리에 있어요..저희는 많이 기다려야 해서 다른 곳에서 먹었는데 ... 모든 음식을 만족했네요.. 호텔의 조식은 음.. 가짓수는 적어요..하지만, 저희 가족 7일을 베트남에서 호텔을 3곳 을 옮기며 먹은 조식 중 가장 좋았다고 하고 있어요...

직원들이 친절해요

호안끼엠 성요셉 성당 가까운 곳, 한층에 두개의 객실밖에 없는 9층 건물이지만 깨끗하고 서비스 좋아요. 주변에 식당과 스파등이 많아 좀 홋잡하지만 편리한 점이 많아요!

The accommodation at the Golden Legend Diamond Hotel was excellent. The traffic route to the surrounding tourist destination was great, and we received a lot of help from friendly staff. Others said it was noisy at night, but it wasn't at all, and I had a quiet, comfortable night. However, the construction of the next building at dawn did not make a lot of noise and breakfast, but it is a very good hotel for the price. 음성듣기

하노이에 갈 때마다 들리는 호텔입니다. 작지만 관리가 잘 되어있고 직원들이 친절합니다. 성요셉 성당, 호안끼엠 호수 등 주변 관광지와 유명 맛집 등이 인근에 있어 위치적으로도 만족스러운 곳입니다.

Super beliggenhed og super betjening Hotellet har det det skal have og personalet er utroligt venlige og hjælpsomme med alle forespørgsler ( lige fra lån af motorcykeluheld til børn til internationalt posthus) Vi havde værelse mod gården og der var fuldstændig ro på trods af at hotellet ligger midt i den gamle by. Morgenmaden er fin og man kan bestille pho, æg og pandekager.

여행하기 넘 좋은 위치~ 직원들의 친절함, 맛있는 조식 잊지못할거같아요 다음에 하노이 여행을하게 된다면 다시 또 찾을거같아요^^

Rigtig godt hotel til pengene

Dejligt hotel tæt på alt det, Hanoi har at byde på. Pænt og rent værelse og utroligt imødekomende og servicemindet personale, der gjorde alt, hvad de kunne for at hjælpe. Morgenmaden var ikke så spændende, og der var nogen støj fra gaden, men det er vist uundgåeligt i en by som Hanoi :-) Alt i alt fantastisk værdi for pengene.

아침에 샤워하려고 하는데 물이 안나와서 당황스러웠습니다. 하지만 리셉션에 전화했더니 10분후 바로 물이 나오게 해주었습니다. 모든 직원들이 너무 너무 친절하고, 감사했습니다. 조식 또한 맛있습니다.

많이 찾아보다 결정한 곳! 추천드립니다!

베트남은 길이 좁고 많아 모든 도로명이 적혀있는 지도가 필수입니다. 처음 호텔을 찾아갈 때는 지도가 없어 어렵게 갔지만 여행을 다니다 보니 호텔 위치가 여기저기를 가던 적당한 위치였습니다. 또한 베트남은 차나 오토바이가 많아 몹시 시끄러운데 호텔이 있는 골목은 어느 시간대던 비교적 조용하고 한산해서 소음으로 인한 불편함은 못느꼈습니다. 낮 시간에는 주변에 공사 소리가 들리니 예민하신 분들만 감안하셔야 할 듯 합니다. 위치로만 보면 처음 베트남을 여행하시는 분들께는 추천합니다. 호텔은 방도 좋았고 무엇보다 어머니께서 청소상태를 몹시 만족해하셨습니다. 유료 음료 외에 무료로 매일 채워주는 물이 있어 좋았고, 어메니티는 거의 쓰지 않았지만 필요한건 다 있습니다. 다만 샴푸 등 담겨있던 통이 화장실 핸드워셔 담긴 통 같아서 한번에 많이 나오지 않아 여러번 짜야하는 정도의 번거로움은 있었습니다만 저희는 불편하지 않았습니다. 직원분들 서비스도 좋았고, 로컬에 관해 물어보면 대답도 성심성의껏 해주셔서 도움을 많이 받았습니다. 조식도 다른 평가들처럼 맛있었고 서비스도 좋았습니다.

위치도 좋고 뭐든지 물어보면 도와주는 직원들 덕에 아주 편하게 지냈습니다. 투어도 종류별로 추천해주셔서 시중보다는 조금 비쌌긴했지만 그냥 투어사 찾아다닐 시간 아껴서 관광에 시간 더 보내려구 호텔에서 예약해주시는 투어로 놀았어요. 객실 청결도라던지 신경쓸거 하나도 없어서 편했네요.

직원들 모두가 친절했고, 프로다웠다. 하노이의 밤은 오토바이 소리로 뒤척일수도 있다는 글을 읽었는데, 여기는 그렇지 않았다. 조식도 깔끔했고 마지막날 밤 비행일 경우, 샤워실도 제공해준다!

근처의 관광지 근접용이하며 무엇보다 직원들 친절해 좋아 요 다음에 오면 또 오고 싶을 정도입니다.

처음 체크인 할때 부터 굉장히 친절했고 주변 관광지 추천등의 편리를 위한 준비가 너무 좋았습니다. 룸상태 및 주요 관광지 접근성이 좋아 위치도 편리했습니다. 무엇보다도 직원들이 너무 친절하네요.

호텔 위치가 성요셉성당과 매우 가깝습니다. 그리고 객실도 깨끗했고 조식도 맛있었습니다. 특히 직원 분들이 친절했습니다. Everything was excellent. Specially, All the staff were so kind !

패밀리룸 이용 후기

위치 좋음. 깨끗한 침구류. 약간의 부페식과 함께 주문이 가능한 eggs, pancakes, noodles(만족스러움) 친절한 스태프들. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박이었음. 바로 앞에 포텐리꿕수가 있는데 가 보지 못한 점이 매우 아쉬움^^ 다만 아쉬운 점은 샤워부스 배수가 약간 느린데 그래도 바닥에 깔판이 있어 더럽게 느껴지진 않았어요.

소형 호텔이지만 특급호텔 부럽지 않네요....

소규모 호텔이지만 큰 호텔 부럽지 않았습니다. 침대 상태가 정말 좋아서 (적당히 폭신, 적당히 딱딱) 잠 잘 잤고요. 욕실 냄새 안 납니다. 조식은 가지수는 특급호텔 보다는 작지만 정말 먹을 만한 음식만 있네요 특히 쌀국수는 어는 호텔 (제가 이번여행에스 특급호텔을 포함해서 총 4개의 호텔을 이용 했습니다.)에 비해서는 좋았습니다. 별도로 판매해도 손색이 없는 맛 입니다. 일행 중 출장으로 특급 호텔을 많이 이용하신 분도 호텔 컨디션에 대해서 만족하는 정도였습니다. 또한 직원들이 거의 영어를 사용 할 수 있어서 언어의 불편한도 없었습니다. 주변의 주요 관광지와도 가까와서 도보이용이 가능하였고 먼 거리는 택시를 불러달라고 요청하면 직원들이 택시 불러주고 기사한테 목적지까지 알려줘서 관광도 편하게 할 수 있었습니다. 정말 만족하는 여행이었습니다. 번창하세요

현지느낌나는 하노이호텔

테라스뷰가 현지느낌이라서 선택했는데 역시나 베트남 느낌충만했어요! 룸컨디션은 전반적으로 좋았지만 조금 습했어요 에어컨을 틀면 금방 괜찮아졌고 수압이 약했지만 큰 불편함은 없었습니다 조식 종류가 많진 않지만 아침에 간단히먹기 좋았고 특히 소고기쌀국수가 맛있었어요 늦은 체크인에 친절하게 대해주었고 체크아웃시 다음숙소로 미리 짐을 옮겨주어 여행이 편안했어요

처음에 가자마자 음료랑 과일주셨고 숙소에 대한 사항, 주변 관광지에 대한 사항, 주의할 점 등 친절하게 알려주셨습니다. 우리가 예약한 숙소가 있었는데 마침 취소된 방이 있어서 업그레이드를 시켜주셨어요. 제일 윗층이었는데 복도가 야외라서 뷰가 정말 좋았습니다. 매번 청소도 깔끔하게 해주셨습니다. 숙소가 8층까지 엘레베이터가 있고 저희방은 9층이라 한번은 계단으로 올라가야 했습니다. 아쉬운점은 방이 좀 좁았고 화장실말고는 거울이 없었어요. 그 외에는 다 좋았습니다. 직원분들도 친절하시구요. 택시 필요하신 분들은 직원분들께 요청하세요. 딱 필요한 요금만 나오고 목적지를 직원분이 기사님께 미리 말해놓기때문에 편리합니다. 그리고 조식도 좋아요

편하고 좋았습니다. 구시가에 있는 다른 호텔에 비해 조용해서 좀 먼것은 다 용서가 되는 장점이 있었습니다. 조식의 쌀국수 맛은 정말 최고입니다. 다음에 베트남을 다시 간다면 다시 가고 싶네요.
