Elevator very slow,

Was disappointed the photos did not represent what was supplied. Room was very run down and in need of an upgrade. Lifts were horribly slow

I liked the sea view from the apartment, the layout and style, but the reception is very poor, the elevators /lifts are so long and so hot inside, the hallways to the room are also hot and stuffy, no fans no air. There was a musty smell inside the unit when first come in because they don’t keep the air conditioner on, it runs only when you insert your key card in the slot to turn the power on for the whole unit. The bathroom has a toilet next to the shower, no separation between the shower and the toilet. I rented a unit here because it has a washer, but the washer has a filter that looks like it has never been clean out, it was nasty! I ended up not using it. I would never rent here again!

Not all that glitters is gold

Photos do not correspond to reality. Windows are dirty. Bad smell in the room. A constant problem with elevators, some of them rise to the desired floor, some do not. They demand money for the pool, although it is listed in the list of available services. The room itself is spacious, it is not hot in it, a good view from the window, proximity to the sea. There is a stove.

The facilities are complete, even the cooking utensil. Good for family stay can buy from market and do own cooking. Location is also convenient to malls and beach. washing machine is available for laundry so I bring less clothes. The only issue is the lift waiting time especially during peak hour due to the number of floors served. Overall a pleasant stay. My 2nd booking.

Better than expected!

I stsyed in the apartment. It was huge for the moner, and will do it again next time on a longer stay. Not as elegant as the hotel but able to have more people and able to cook a little too.

Unique view to the ocean

A little hard for check in as it’s located in a big building and you have to wait someone at The foyer to take you up to recipition level 29 first to check in then another one will take you up to your room appartment! Also stove available but has no English instructions, so was useless for me! Shower is ok but can be better

Short one night stay

Just a one night stay before taking an early flight out. Check in was quick, apartment room was ok and clean. Long waiting time for the 3 lifts similar to other reviews. Early check out at 6am was quick. Overall an ok stay.

Out of the view of my room is excellent, remaining should be improved a lot.

Avoid at all costs, not real photos

Overpriced and broken. Operates under subletting arrangement with luxury hotel at the front leasing out certain floors and it's a dump. when I checked in reception asked to keep my passport. Australian passport perhaps worth more than their hotel (pun intended). To my surprise the receptionist assured that my passport will be kept in the safe and as she was saying that she dropped my passport on her desk and asked me to follow her wanting to show me my room. I asked her that my passport is being left unprotected on her desk and demanded her to return it to me. I told her that I have travelled across the world and stayed in numerous hotels, none asked to keep your passport. She smiled at me and said, "this is normal in Vietnam". Despite her meaningless verbal assurances, I refused to let her hold my passport but she insisted that she requires an identity card from me, so I took back my passport and gave her my driver's license. Obviously my driver's license had some value in Vietnam but if lost, it can easily be replaced. Stupidity knows no borders and when one decides to make stupid decisions, your assets get hammered. This place has 11 lifts, 3 of which are given to the other brands. Because of their lower prices they operate at full speed and gosh, aren't they hammering it. The lifts are over-worked and constantly being pushed to their limits. I'm surprised no one has died in those lifts, or may be it has and we don't know about it.

Overall

It was a bad first impression to me. Dirty bed sheets, yellow and blood stained blankets, invalid reception’s phone number. I personally asked to change the blankets three days straight for my staying. And still get stained blankets. Do I recommend this Apartment? Of course NO.

I think this is the time share studio. The room is not so clean and smelly. It is in good location but it is hidden behind a big hotel. It shares the same elevators.

Nice apartment but not my original booking

Nice apartment, good location,但廚具不齊全，而且當初訂的房間樣子有一點出入，每天有人更換毛巾及疊床被，但地下感覺不太乾淨，要穿著自己拖鞋比較好。

29th Floor hotel apartment, with city views.

This is a nice enough hotel. The hotel apartment it self is part of a 45 story building - at the back of a luxury hotel. It is only accessible by an ally at the left hand side of this building. There are no signs, so it is understandable to walk into the luxury hotel. As mentioned in previous reviews, only 3 elevators service these apartments, so you will have to wait a bit. The security guard has to call the reception staff to come down to pick you up. Elevator has card system. Reception staff are friendly, pleasant & polite. We arrived very early (about 5.00am). Dropped our bags, freshened up a bit, then wandered around Nha Trang till about 11.30am, until our room was ready. The apartment is spacious, clean, tidy. Lots of storage - think basic Ikea furniture - functional, bottom end, basic. Cooking facilities inclusive. Bed - semi comfortable, & hard. AC, wifi, TV, bathroom, shower, all good & working. Not a bad little place, good base for a few days in Nha Trang. Because of accessability issues, I am not sure if I would return to the same place, given that there are so many cheaper & better appointed alternative hotels just around the corner.

Large, spacious apartment opposite the beach

Apartment was clean and spacious and right across the road from the beach. I used the shuttle service for collection from the airport for D200,000 which was good. Would definitely stay again.

Not great.

My stay at Gold Ocean was overall a 2 out of 5. The rooms were not kept that clean. Housekeepers came in for a few minutes just to tidy up but the sheets did not look very clean. I found sand in mine. Just like I read, the elevator situation was brutal. There are 3 elevators but always many people waiting to go up and down so you usually had to crowd into one until nobody else could fit. The apartments are in a good location though. Right across from the main beach area and within walking distance to everything.

Location very hard to find. Only 3 lifts to use you have to wait more than 10-20 mins for your turn. Room are dirty and cockroach find on the living room night time a lot work still going on contruction sound .

Amazing View

Excellent location and room with a remarkable view. Only issue is that upon arrival you have no means of getting to the 29th floor as you don't have a lift key yet. Had to ride the lift until another guest helped me. Sort this out and everything will be perfect.

Will come back!

Literally right across the street from the beach with amazing views. I would definitely stay again! The elevators did take a while as other guests have mentioned.

Location is a little hard to find at first, but overall experience is pleasant. Nice view, clean room and helpful staffs.

Apartment 3010

The apartment was amazing only problem was the rock hard bed. But apart from that it was the best place we have stayed at in all our travels

Only if you don't mind waiting for the elevators.

It was an okay experience, the room was big and have everything that you need in an apartment, the washer is very nice and convienent. The only thing I would have complain is that the wait for the elevators to go up and down is always long. For that reason alone I'll probably never book at these apartment again.

Nice view

This apartment is right at the beach front allows easy access to the beach. The negative thing is the elevator seems scary and may take long during rush hours. Good place small family.

Modern Apartment Complex Walking Distance to Beach

Overall I had a great experience at this apartment. The only HORRIBLE thing was the elevator that takes you up to the apartment. The apartment resides in one big hotel building, shared with multiple apartment complex. There are a total of 45 stories (biggest building on the ocean strip, I think), and because of this you have a really nice ocean view if you opt for seaview/ocean view apartments. However, the elevator in this building is possibly the worst elevator I have ever taken in my life. Whoever designed this elevator needs to have their license revoked. We resided on the 34th floor, it took us 30 minutes to get to our apt room and back down during "rush hour." At one point I was considering walking 34 flights of stairs.

Decent apartment rental, close to the beach.

It's an apartment rental that's right across from the beach. Staff was great and helpful but the room itself lacks quality and cleanliness. Walls are thin and can hear and smell everything in the hallway. Windows were dirty for an ocean view unit, to which one would want clear view, and elevators are super slow. For $40cnd it was just OK. But next time will try somewhere else.

Not too good and not too bad

3 - It was Monday and my flight was at 15.45 same day, I asked for the late checked out till 2.00 PM as waiting the car coming for picking up to airport. But reception did not allow us and threat us the late check out fee. it is not good ways for the client don't want to go out for waiting car coming in 2 hours.

ビ-チが目の前で、とても、便利なアパートメントホテルでした。入口は、少し分かりにくく、ムンソンホテルの横の路地のような通路の先にこのムンソンビル上層階へのエレベーターが3機あり、ここにたむろしているお兄さんたちに聞いたら、29階からスタッフが降りてきて連れて案内されます。 このビルは、他にも同じようなホテルがあるようです。 家族客が多く、ロシア語、中国語、フランス語等、それと、ベトナム語、飛び交い、1週間ほどいましたが、日本人には、一度も会わなかったです。

受付が分かりずらい。 誰がスタッフなのか、休憩所なのか1階のエントランスが 雑多 エレベーター三機は良い 道路からアパートメントまでの通路が暗い 分かりずらい

직원들이 친절했습니다 동일 건물 다른 업체가 운영하는 다른 방에도 머물렀는데 거기가 관리상태는 훨씬 좋아요

近海灘交通便利的住宿

物超所值, 房間大, 有海景, 洗衣機方便洗衣服, 對於每天汗流如雨的人十分重要, 免卻帶大量衣物的煩惱, 房間乾淨企理, Front desk人員非常友善, 唯一不足是大堂升降機非常的慢, 上落樓花費了10分鐘, 但都不影響這酒店的好。

cp值極高的公寓

對海的房間真是太美了，正對著芽莊海灘，附近有很多餐廳可以選擇，距離skylight和nha trang center都是20mins路程左右，非常方便 不過就是電梯比較慢，每次出門都要提早5到10分鐘等

백번 넘게 호텔스닷컴으로 예약했는데. 이렇게 불쾌한 리셉션을 만난게 처음이네요 저녁 늦은 비행기라서 짐이랑 샤워도 해야할거 같아서 전화로 얼리체크인, 얼리체크아웃 한다고 물어보고 가능하다고 해서 예약했는데 찾아갔더니 방없다고 2시까지 기다리라고 하고... 나중에 확인했더니 남는방 있길래 항의했더니 Up to you 이러는데. 어이가 없어서... 엘레베이터 3개나 있는데 한번 타려면 10분 기다려야하고. 룸컨디션이 엄청 좋은것도 아니였고 수건에 냄새도 나고.. 완전 비추합니다.

入住一晚被位置嚇了一跳，但入住環境真的很不錯，噪音較多，隔離房非常應聲 但整體來舒適不錯

自炊ができ目の前に綺麗な海が広がる部屋、 近くにスーパーがあるので日用品などは簡単に揃います。 入り口がとてもわかりづらい、 ホテルの入り口の横にある脇道に住民用の入り口があり、そこで29階まで登る必要があります。 セキュリティカードが無いとエレベーター動かないのでチェックインの時は守衛さんに予約表みせてエレベーターを動かしてもらいましょう。

很满意的公寓式住宿体验

位置绝佳，在一个星级酒店的29楼。前台的小姐姐小哥哥非常热情可亲。订的海景房，果真面对着一大片海，很开阔。洗衣机，炊具一应俱全，非常适合家庭出游。打算夏天的时候带妈妈再去住一次～

바다뷰 최고!!! 깨끗하고 좋은 호텔

호텔입구가 찾기어렵지만 좋은 가격의 위치가 특히 좋은 호텔!! 주변에 바로 야시장과 해변이 있고 무엇보다 42층방에서 보이는 나짱바닷가 풍경이 끝내줌!!

가격에 적당한 위치와 편의성

할인한 가격이 저렴해서 예약하였습니다. 하지만 처음에 출입구 찾기가 어렵고, 체크인을 29층에서 해야하는것에 대한 정보가 없어서 우왕좌왕하게 되었습니다. 그리고 엘레베이터가 3개 밖에 없어서 혼잡할때는 많이 기다리게 됩니다. 숙소는 좁은편이며, 아이를 데리고 가기엔 각진 모서리가 많아서 비추합니다. 아파트라서 간단히 취사할 수 있는 식기와 핫플레이트가 있으나 그다지 청결하지는 않습니다. 다만 대로변에 있으며 가격대비 위치가 좋습니다. 그리고 체크인시 여권을 맡겨야 합니다.

整體交通方便，近市中心和海灘，購物中心，到到一些旅遊景點亦很方便，酒店設施很好，適合長時間度假，因房內設有煮食用具，洗衣機等

저렴하게 머물다 가기 좋은 호텔

위치도 나름 나쁘지 않고 시설도 괜찮은데..엘리베이터는 한 10분정도 기다릴 각오를 해야함. 세탁기는 있으나 건조기능은 없음 저렴한 가격에 하루정도 보내기는 적당한 호텔

고층의 리조트....?

비행시간이 너무 늦어서 잡았던 숙소입니다. 장점은 공간이 넓어서 4인가족 기준이 가서 묵어도 넉넉하게 쉴수 있습니다. 화장실은 1개지만 침실에 퀸사이즈, 거실에 슈퍼싱글 하나에 소바베드로 쓸수 있음직한 세팅이 되어 있습니다. 냉장고도 넉넉하며 조리를 할 수 있다는 점은 큰 장점입니다. 소소하게 라면부터 새우프라이나 생선프라이, 밥통도 있어서 만약 숙식을 할 요량이라면 편리합니다.(근데 나트랑까지 와서 취사를 할지는 좀;;;; 일단 전 롯데마트서 장을 봐와서 해봤지만..) 단점은 무엉턴 호텔에 세들어 쓰는것인지 직원들이 친절하기는 하나 룸클리닝이나 룸세팅이 서툴다는 인상을 받았습니다. 엘레베이터가 상당히 혼잡한 편이지만, 이 역시 꼼수?는 존재하는거 같았습니다. ^^;; 공항 가기 전에 2박 정도를 잡아두거나 1박을 잡아두면 가격대비 성능은 월등하다고 여겨집니다. 외부 소음이 취약하여 인근 나이트 클럽에서의 소음이 거슬리기는 했습니다. 기왕 취식 준비해두려면 세탁세제나 냄비받침 같은 것도 세세하게 준비되어 있음 어떨까 생각이 들었습니다. 나트랑 수차례 방문해서 가장 저렴한 호텔이었던 것 같긴 한데... 약간 낡은 리조트라고 생각하시면 마음 편할거 같고.... 조망관 경쟁률에 져서인지 바다 조망은 안좋고 도시 조망이 좋았던 것 같습니다. 길만 건너면 바로 바다라 바다 접근성은 무척 좋았고 바로 여행자 거리와 연결되며 호텔에서 정보를 주진 않지만 300m 안쪽에 공항으로 가는 5만동짜리 셔틀버스가 존재한다는 점도 좋았던것 같습니다.
