My first time in Krakow, picked this spot at the last minute. We wound up driving from Wroclaw. Old building (It's in Old Town) but the unit was nicely upgraded. We had a 2 story loft on the top floor. Very cute. Great location, a block and a half from the main Square. Warning: This is a old building with a old staicase, no elevator. It's a shlep to the top floor especially with heavy luggage! My only complaint is it is not well marked from the street or Google maps! Maps said "You have arrived" and I was on a street with Streetcars crusing by and horse and buggies. Had to call the hotel. Luckily Matt was very nice and came outside and showed us where the door and parking was. The sign is tine and not lit. Lots of caffes and cool spots everywere close. There is 1 or 2 parking spots available for about $25 USD per night. Great value and cool city!!

Great hotel in heart of old town Krakow

Excellent room. Only irritation was that the messaging around breakfast was unclear. Should ask visitors on check-in if they will want breakfast next day. Only one parking spot, so best to expect you'll be parking on a street somewhere if driving into town.

Fabulous hotel

We had a great stay here. We travelled with our son and his girlfriend and both rooms were excellent. I've never stayed in such a quiet hotel and the staff were very helpful. The location was amazing and I would without doubt stay here again if I returned to Krakow.

I booked this apartment for two nights on a solo trip. I liked that the location is very central and close to the main square, and the price for two nights was very reasonable. I booked one of the design studios with mezzanine, it was on the third floor where there are only stairs up. The apartment was very clean, cosy and nicely decorated. It was very quiet and the bed was comfortable. It was so central you could hear the bells and the trumpet every hour on the hour. There is a small kitchenette which was fine for my breakfast needs. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Lots of main attractions within walking distance also. I loved my stay here and I would recommend!

The apartment was clean and modern and located just around the corner from the Old Town Square. The staff were lovely. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

Lovely boutique type hotel, very close to the old town, staff very friendly, breakfasts are ok and plentiful. Small shared kitchenette in case you bring anything back to eat, in all a good choice

A beautiful little hotel in a perfect location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel organised our airport transfers and we had the option of booking trips through them too. Room was modern, clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay.

Close to everything including just a short walk to main rail station, bus service and a block from main square. Staff was very accomodating to our needs, only draw back there is no elevator but I am 70 and worked for us just great.

Nice Villa Feel

The air conditioning did not work. Luckily there was a window that i could open. Otherwise, it was like villa feeling. Great location. No elevator.

Liked location, clean and comfortable bed. Facilities in the room were very limited for an apartment. No frying pan or dish washing facilities. Access via very steep and uneven stairs would be unsafe for some guests.

No elevator. Taking 50 lb bag on 3 floor, and carryon bagage. Same to bring it down. Bed was only sponge and very small room. Its not worth $92 for the room.I should get a credit of $50.

A great location, central and within walking distance of practically all major sights in Krakow. The restaurant in the courtyard is pleasant and convenient, and the food was very good. The room was more a small apartment, with a separate loft/bedroom area and a living room/small kitchen area. I couldn't have been happier with the accommodations.

Thiw place is hands down the worst hotel that we have ever booked. The room had no ac and not prepared for our arrival (after check in time). The room was over 100 degrees and even after opening all the windows, the room was still uninhabitable. We went down to speak with the front desk person who smirked at our complaint as if hearing thos many times before and told.us "sorry there is nothing we can do,and there will be no refunds." We had to take our luggage and find another hotel at the last minute while on our family vacation. I asked to speak to the manage who refused because she was done working for that day. I called her the next day and she would not speak with me at all. I asked that she call me to discuss, but she never called. Hotels.com wont do anything, and the bottom line is this low budget hotel, charging premium prices is a scam. Do not book this hotel. U will regret it

Close to everything. It was very hot during our stay so windows were open at night and it was a little noisy. Other than the steep stairs it had everything we wanted which isn’t a small thing when you are a party of 4.

Lovely but no elevator

Best thing about the place was the lovely accommodating staff; but be prepared for several flights of stairs, which may mean lugging your bags all the way up to the third floor. Not recommended for persons with mobility issues.

Great hotel, perfect location!

Great small hotel with friendly service, very well located near the main square of Krakow, and therefore very close to the main attractions and plenty of restaurants. Also, they have a central courtyard with a few tables and chairs where one could have breakfast; breakfast was varied and good. Best was the service - they are so friendly and always happy and ready to help! I'd stay there again!

From the start of our visit the staff were super friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. The hotel was in a perfect location near to the central square with lots of shopping and food options. The only thing that could make the visit better would of been thicker pillows as they were really soft. Still slept well but a firmer pillow would be great.

This is a delightful old hotel in the Old Town area. It has about 24 units total. It is an old building with wooden indoor steps that are clearly very old, with wear in the middle. Charming! Note that there are no elevators, and some units are four floors up. The bathroom is small but it worked for me. The receptionist was sweet and very helpful, and fluent in English. It is about 15 mins from the train station by walking, and the view along the way is fabulous. Breakfast was very good. Since you are in Old Town, there are lots of places to eat nearby as well many of the main attractions of Krakow. I was very pleased with my accommodations.

The reception staff are outstanding. They are so helpful in planning any excursions. Top location Only drawback is there are no lifts so you have to drag your cases up a steep flight of stairs.

This was a lovely stay right in the heart of Krakow. It is perfectly situated right next to the main square. The entrance is double locked which feels very safe when coming in from the street. The room was cosy but had all the necessities. Only comments would be the shower was relatively cold for our entire trip, the room wasn’t turned down each day - we had to ask for clean towels.

Our stay was poor, it was something that shocked us given the many good reviews in this hotel by others. The hotel looked randown, for the price you have to pay you would expect something better. Bed was bad - we had back pain after waking up each morning. The AC didn’t work, had an error (error7) but we couldn’t be bothered telling them as it was just going to be a lot of faff. The worst thing, however, was we were woken up at 2:30am because of loud occupants who were partying and shouting one floor above us for at least 1.5 hours. We did not sleep after. We were appalled by the experience. For the price that we have paid, we could have gotten a better hotel room. This was one of the worst “hotel” experiences we’ve had for a long long time.

This is a fantastic apartment. We stayed on the ground floor and the apartment was just beautiful and was even more special by a handwritten note wishing us a good stay. The city is wonderful and this apartment just topped it off.

Brilliant stay at Gołębia 8 Residence. I stayed with a friend in the mezzanine floored room, which was exactly as described. The room had air con which we were glad about with it being 32 Celsius when we stayed so nice to have a cool room to go back to. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, one road back from old town square so you don’t get the noise and only 2 minute walk to everything. Would definately recommend and would stay again.

Amazing stay

It was lovely, perfect for a few nights. It is located quite centrally and is a short walk from everything you need. The staff were friendly and helpful. They even made us a little box for breakfast as we were leaving too early to go down for breakfast.

Building is from XIX century and not have elevator but is very nice place for stay. I can recommend.

Great base to explore Krakow

The room was perfect for our trip. The beds were extremely comfortable, clean and the shower was also powerful. Very very happy.

Very quiet location just short walk from main tourist sttraction. This is not a typical hotel, but studios or rooms in an old building. The rooms are set back from the street around a small courtyard. There is a 24 hr clerk at the reception though if you have questions or need assistance. One word of warning. There is no elevator so you need to carry your luggage several flights of stairs if you get a room at higher floors. My studio was spacious, the little kitchenette well equipped, although I only used it to make tea. There is plenty restaurants around, just next door there is a traditional Polish eatery, and across the street a nice breakfast place.

Pros: close to main square, very clean, nice staff Cons: no elevator, motion sensor hall lights don’t always come on, front door locked at strange times requiring a code, no lobby, must walk thru a restaurant courtyard to get to room, disco next door plays loud music until 4am, bed. Is very hard. Not a good layout to feel that. The reception knows you are there. Not good for solo woman traveler. Stayed 3 days.

Pleasant stay

Room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. Our room was small but pleasant,nicely decorated. Unfortunately there were a few small issues such as a large hole in the floor by the bed, it could have caused someone an injury if they stood on it. The Tv was not working due to signal problems . Lacked basic shower gel, bathroom was cramped. Overall pleasant stay just need refining to make it better.

Great hidden gem

Very helpful staff, perfect location for old town square with short walk to Jewish quarters, ghetto and river. Found museum of illusion just off plantey park hidden gem. Plantey park is a lovely walk around the square. Hotel even provided early breakfast as we checked out before 8am. Had a top mezzanine room lovely and clean but does have sloped ceiling so if tall may want to ask for a room not on the top floor. Would definitely book again and highly recommend. Cheap stay yet good quality.

Great flat - perfect location, literally in the town centre. The staff were very nice and communications before arrival were very helpful. We were on the 4th floor, no lift, which was a bit hard work, but fine.

It was a beautiful building, so close to main square and shops, bars ect. It was a lovely sized apartment for 2. Aircon was very much appreciated as weather was unexpectedly warm for October. The bed was comfy and shower a great size. Only slight downside was banging of doors but to be expected I guess from any hotel/apartment.
