Hot shower doesn’t work

This hotel is old and dirty, the rooms smelled bad, mold in the shower all over. Hot water didnt work most of time time, the walls were dirty and damanged. I would not stay here again.

40 dollar a night special

Not bad at all for just 40 dollars a night. If you can get a room on the 12th or higher floor, you won't notice any street traffic noise. Also Robinsons shopping mall is close by with a 24/7 Dennys restaurant. Yu mmy

I stayed at the Go Hotels Ermita before, but I found that the room conditions have gone down too much even for the lower price. Additionally, I only had one working electrical outlet in my room, cold water in the shower, plus my room was just beside the elevator 1115 so very noisy all the time.

Short visit

The hotel was in a location for what we needed. The room were clean and comfortable. Wish there would have been a small fridge or coffee maker in room,

Our reservation was made through Hotels.Com, and we reserved 7 rooms in one reservation. However, when we arrived at the hotel, finding our reservation at the front desk took so long. Hotels.com reservation system and this hotel's reservation system are not well connected. It should be improved. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast at all. If so they should not be mentioned on the website.

Nice place. Close to St. Luke’s and US Embassy.

It was unique coz free stuffs you need to pay… like toothbrush, toothpaste and hotel slippers there’s a charge. Not like the other go hotel. It was cleaner and have free of stuffs as mentioned above except no hotel slippers.

Spontaneous Stay

We have an appointment at US Embassy, cellphones and other gadgets even an Apple watch and remote car keys are not allowed. Valuables were secured because they have a safety box/vault (it has an instruction on how to create your own code, OTP every use) This place is cozy and eco friendly (they give paper cups and they have water dispenser each level. It's just a spontaneous overnight stay at Go Hotels. 10 mins. booking on this app, and we're good. Nice, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommended.

Everything went smoothly with my stay. I missed reading the the property was a quarantine facility. They required a vaccination card. (I routinely carry mine when I travel.) Comfortable bed decent sized room with a safe.

SMELL OF A VENT PIPE (Rat)

Room 1421 exhaust fan or vent does not operate and it is soooo dirty. There is no maintenance check on this one for sure. The smell of the room stinks like a rotten rat or a sewage canal from a pipe. Once you open the door, boom, vwalah! You may get used to it once you are immune to the smell but to those who are allergic, you will suffer. They let us stay in this room because they said there are no rooms available but when we arrived, there are many rooms in the hallway where left open and vacant.

This is hotel hell. The manager was extremely rude. Rooms have paper thin walls or adjoining doors so you can hear everything in the next room. Absolutely terrible.

This was a quarantine hotel

Quarantine only facility, requesting a full refund as this was never mentioned prior to arrival at this facility.

I was not allowed to check in. Because the hotel is being used only for quarantine, and we are not designated for Covid quarantine.

With the kind of limited amenities, the hotel should cost only a thousand or so. Room service assistance is however good. Another thing strange is that they did not allow us to go out to buy some stuff after we received our negative pcr test results. Other hotels I went to allowed us to already go out and stay one more day but out of our room quarantine.

Found a little cockrouch on the floor

No hot water in shower despite the sink hot water working. Evening or night. I let the desk guy know and he didn't seem to concerned

Building conditions are no comparison with Hop Inn Makati. No room service for two days and the bathroom is very small

I will never recommend friends to stay der

The rooms are way too small. Not cleaned on a daily basis. No electrical outlets in bathroom. No internet. I dont care what they say, they have no internet that is usable. Works for texting and thats about all it will do. Cannot get email, cannot get to financial institution, cannot get to youtube, etc etc. left the necx morning. Could not cancel my stay because Expedia was unreachable.

Two small cocroaches in the toilet greeted me, which was disgusting.

They need to imrpove delivery of housekeeping services. Staff are not quite accomodating. The facility is ok.

They put me in a room next to construction work on other building...they were not full..sooo.. there were other rooms available on the other side of the buiding..happened lste at night..they must have known..too late to chsnge room..

The room was dirty as well as the shower area. Customer service was poor. People talking in other rooms kept me awake until 2am!

No soap in the toilet room, how are you going to wash your hands? No cups provided to use when brushing your teeth. No sheets, just comforter.

Unfriendly Front Desk

The hotel was clean and most of the staff were friendly and helpful with the exception of one lady at the front desk. I hesitate to say her name because I do not want her to lose her job. She could be a little bit more friendlier and a smile wouldn't hurt either. I'd rather ask management to remind their employees especially the front counter to show their customers a little smile that they are happy to see us even if they are not. It's part of the job. I'm sure it's in the script. A little smile to start a greeting really does go a long way. There were 4 of us who came in from after a long hard travel day and this lady at the front was very unfriendly. She was not rude or anything but no smile, barely looked me in the eyes when she was speaking and spoke the bare minimum like she was annoyed we had arrived. The rest of the staff though were very pleasant. I'm not asking for a grand reception. Just a little bit of customer service with a smile preferably. That's all. Other than that, the rooms were a great value for the price. A/C was cold, hot shower, comfortable clean bed and wi-fi in the room. Can't beat all that for the price!

A clean basic budget hotel

The hotel is clean and quite new but the rooms are small and the windows small. The walls and ceilings are thin so I've could hear taking and the television noise in neighbouring rooms. This woke me up at 6:45 every morning. Staff are pleasant but not friendly. The breakfast ( if you can call it that) was atrocious! I got there at 9:30 and everything was half eaten and the food was cold. The breakfast area is tiny and the food quantity lacking. The "waiter" just stood there doing nothing. The plastic tables and chairs were cheap. I walked out and went to McDonald's. The only good thing was the decent quality split system air conditioning system. In conclusion it's nothing flash. Just another "Ibis" type budget no frills place to stay.

New hotel, clean spacious room.....checked in was abit slower,we were asked to email the booking detail, and again the next day....requested for a hair dryer but there's a charges for that..overall was ok

One night stay

I only stayed here for one day. Just transit to catch the next flight the next day. Check in n out process was superb fast. The room was clean and ok.

Great location...

The room is ok, but you can easily hear your neighbor when they talk or when their TV is on. People are noisy in the middle of the night at the hallway. Wheb you ask to clean the room, they haven’t even swept my floor, but they changed everything.

Clean and friendly hotel staff. Close to Robinsons ermita so it was easy to go shopping or buy impt stuff. Lots of resto around the area as well so no problem looking for places to eat. No flood even wotg the heavy rains.

Worst hotel I’ve tried

We go to the hotel at 5pm expecting to be checked in right away because we are already pass the check in time, but we are surprised that the front desk tells that we don’t have a reservation and that there is no room available for us. I keep on telling them that we are booked and already paid through Expedia, they let us wait for 2 hours in the lobby, looking for a room they can let us stay. They keep on telling us that they are fully booked but why do we care if we are fully booked already when we are paid already week before.

Very clean crisp sheets. Western standard budget hotel hot water for shower 2 min walk to Robinson's mall. Aircon cold and whisper quite.

my check in date 4/27/18 check out 4/30/18 one of two elevators was not operating .i ask front desk a glass to brush my teeth she said the don't provide glasses . 2 p.m.check in a little late for me .no fire escape sign posted

Clean, comfortable, cheap

Go Hotels never fail to amaze me. Staff are very hospitable, the room is clean with space enough even for three people to move around. You get a 5-star accommodation for a budget-friendly price.

a no frills hotel...but clean...super staff...not a nice area...but most of ermita is not nice anyways...a block from the mall which is nice...i would stay there again if in ermita which i stay for ferry connections
