Excellent staff and location. We highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel in general, especially the showers are not suitable for a 4 star property. The rooms are old and stained even though maintained to be quite clean. The breakfast served me a raw meatball in which made me avoid breakfast for the rest of my stay. I will avoid this property the next time I visit Zurich.

This is NOT a 4* property. It is old and tired. Looks like it hasn’t been touched since the 1970s.

We had a junior suite for our family. It was very comfortable and plenty of room for us all So close to all the main tourist sites. Easily.walkable. Staff are very friendly.

Nothing about this hotel is worth your money. Maybe just the fact that it’s located in an area where it’s walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Even spending a single night here was hellish. The smell of the rooms and the just the disrepair of the hotel was unacceptable. Will never stay here again.

What a fantastic staff at the Trinity hotel. They were friendly and most helpful!! Breakfast was delicious! I would stay here again the next time we are in Zurich.

NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL. This place is stealing money.

This is not a “4 star hotel”. Buyer be warned. It smells bad, it looks like it hasn’t been renovated since the 80’s or 90’s. Dirty carpet all over the place. The AC vents haven’t been cleaned since the building was built. The “included” breakfast is just cheap… also, is not included, the overcharge price for the room more tvs than covers the breakfast. TV is easily 20 plus years old and no bigger than a standard computer monitor. Just a waste of money.

Central location

The central location of this hotel is great… really easy walking distance to most areas in the city. The beds were comfortable and the rooms a nice size. The rooms look a little dated but this wasn’t an issue. The breakfast was plentiful and good quality.

Property was clean and staff were helpful. Breakfast buffet was good. Few dining choices in the immediate vicinity.

Overall it was a great experience. Room was hot so we turned off the heat and opened the windows. Outside was loud after midnight. Staff was however, willing to turn on the AC. Would have like to not rely on staff to fix the room temperature. Breakfast was great! Blow dryer stopped working half way through. Would have like better outlets by the bed. Would have liked the lounge to open earlier than 6. Maybe the same time as check in. Overall great staff, property and location.

Nice big room, opening windows with shutters. Good coffee machine. Nice bathroom. Great to have a table and desk. Only 2 streets from the lake and close to the old town. Lovely staff and good breakfast.

This property is highly overrated in the rooms and Hotel is very dated and not worth the price. I stay on average one month in Zürich at various hotels due to the weeklong bike race hotel Availability Was limited and way overpriced. No matter what I will never stay at this property again there’s many more choices.

Stayed five nights. Location is good, breakfast is great, most of the staff are nice and helpful. Room condition: carpet is outdated and dirty, furniture (chairs) dirty, beds need to be adjusted several times, bathroom (specially the tub shower curtains) needs upgrade or glass door. Price/ night consider high to pay for the room condition. Fabiola was super nice at breakfast restaurant.

The room was perfect. Exceptional accommodations! The bathroom was luxurious and the beds were very comfortable. All amenities required were provided. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. All staff were very accommodating toward any requests. Highly recommend. The only negative from our experience- we asked the front desk to arrange an airport shuttle upon checkout. The taxi they arranged scammed us and drove around the city for 45mins before heading out to the airport and then charged 3x’s what an Uber or another taxi company would’ve charged. Highly recommend this hotel and all its amenities were 5-star!!! But travellers beware to use your own contacts for taxi or Uber airport shuttle and not the one provided by the hotel

Great place and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay and the local area.

Charming place but too small with many stairs (if you have luggage), cramped spaces inside the room, no air conditioning, which made it very uncomfortable for temperatures of 27 degrees or higher. Rather low value for the money ($275/night)

The location was terrific especially for our short stay. I was grateful to be upgraded to a suite, however despite asking 3 times, we were never able to get the A/C fully functioning. Otherwise I found the service and friendliness to be great.

The property is old but clean and mostly well-maintained. The shower head did not match the holder which was annoying as it kept falling out. The air conditioning is a temporary window unit which is very loud. Overall in a great and walkable area plus a very good value pick for Zurich considering the room is much larger than others priced similarly.

This was the first time for me here and it won’t be the last. Amazing staff. The location is great. A small suggestion, maybe they could better sound proof the rooms.

Shower was broken, the rug inside the room was filthy. Towels were awful. The bed was like sleeping on a cot. There was one pillow on the bed which smelled and flat as a pancake. Had upset stomache from eating breakfast. Shower curtain ripped off track. Staff rude.

Great location. Front desk was ok and the breakfast staff were rude. The bar staff were professional and amazing. Great location, walking distance to all shops and main areas. Close to the tram stations and the lake. The room was spacious but the shower area needs work.

Hotel has changed from a first class business to hotel to a mid level tourist hotel. Was sorry to see that. Used to be very elegant.

The hotel staff is outstanding, breakfast had many choices, walking distance to train stations/shopping and restaurants and a safe place to stay.

One of the best hotels we ever lived. No noise in rooms at all when sleeping. Traveled with a 4 year old and she loved it because it was big room with large glass window. Will definitely be back.

From a location perspective, no complaints at all. Easy walking distance to Lake Zurich and old town, so getting around wasn’t a problem at all. Buffet breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and staff very attentive and polite. Property itself was quite dated but it did the job for a couple of nights. Room was well sized but looked like it time traveled from the 80s. If you’re used to finer appointments in a hotel (like multiple digital keys instead of an actual key attached to a lump of gold) this may disappoint.

The entire staff was great! From email correspondence to when we arrived, during our stay and upon departure. Kristina at the front desk was fantastic! Overall everyone was great and welcoming.

The hotel was in a nice location and was very quiet even though it was in the city. We were upgraded to a larger room which was great and we enjoyed the breakfast very much.

The reception people were very friendly and helpful. Location is excellent but was surprised that room had key no one use keys anymore and it’s big a difficult to Cary. Breakfast was decent and waiters are very nice

The staff was very helpful. Their English is very good. The hotel provided an iron and ironing board on request. Also loanes us an electrical adapter, note- swiss plugs look like German outlets but much thinner prongs. Concierge helped us purchase train tickets. Breakfast was very good with many choices. If you dont see it ask...and leave your room key on the table if you get up, so they know you're returning. Street car is a block away. Lots of stores on Banhoff Strasse. I would stay again.

We had a very nice experience at this hotel. The staff was all friendly, polite and very welcoming. Breakfast was awesome and the service was excellent. The location is perfect and close to everything that we need. The room was very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Great staff. Very helpful. The hotel is more or less like 19 years ago when I was there. The ammenities are too old fashioned and below standard. The staff is great.

Had everything I needed and staff was very friendly and helpful so it was a good stay. Reasonable price for the area too.

We arrived early and the front desk made a point of telling us that as well. Said they would not have a room until 3:00pm. They made no attempt to get us in early. They did store our luggage but in the hallway! The room keys are these huge keys and they want you to drop if off every time you leave the building. Very outdated system. The rooms were outdated and it appeared no one was staying there. Also on their website it said they had transportation shuttles to the airport. NO they did not. That was the one reason we stayed there, then I had to pay another 90.00 CFH to get to the airport. The rooms had no ventilation, so we would open the window, but the workers below were smoking,so the room would get smokey. I would not stay there again, and it wasn’t cheap.

Enjoyed my stay here, although for the price, there's no way I would pay my own money (was a business trip) considering their rates. Hotel was in the perfect location for the conference I was attending. Rooms were very clean, although probably need a redo. The bathrooms have been renovated but the rooms themselves are still stuck in the 80's. The bed was comfy but the pillows were horrible, needed 2-3 to have enough to sleep on. Included breakfast is very good and the staff are extremely friendly. I'd be happy to stay again for work, just wouldn't be able to justify spending my own money on this.

Friendly efficient staff. Excellent location near Bahnhofstrasse and the lake. Dated but clean room furnishings. Comfortable beds. Removal of carpeting in bedrooms would raise the cleanliness standard of the rooms.

We got an upgrade offered to us during our check in. Which was really great and appreciative of the administration. The room size was big, with all the comfort items available. The star of the suit was the washroom. Loved it. Location of the property is great with walking distance to shopping, lake, cruises, public transit. We would love to book this place for our future trips.

Tiny elevators hold one person plus suitcase. 2. Included breafast could use a little more hot selection. 3. Hotel restaraunt was never open for dinner the 4 nights i was there.

Sunday in Zurich

Overall excellent I was only there for one night. Front desk staff were very nice and helpful they provided an adapter to charge my phone. No concierge service which for Zürich I find disappointing. I asked for a restaurant recommendation and the front desk man was very casual about it, disappointing. I was there on a Sunday and most of Zürich is closed but the young lady at the front desk was very nice and told me where to go and what to do on a Sunday. That was very nice. The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to everything. The Hotel’s restaurant and bar were both closed so it felt kind of somber.

Very good location

The entire 7 night stay was wonderful, first of all kudos to the whole “Team” for excellent service from arranging pickup from the airport to the hotel, a pleasant “Welcome” when we arrived and since we arrived early they kept our luggage and be able to walk around Old Town Zurich which is about two blocks away from the lake. The room size are comfortable and clean. The morning breakfast will keep your eyes open for so much on the buffet with even staff in uniform to bring your coffee tea or what ever you need plus with a big SMILE especially the beautiful tall Lady “O….” . Accessible to everything, the Tramway, the beautiful shopping center row , so many bars & restaurant, Coop supermarket and the beautiful “Historic Old Town Zurich” . It’s easy to go to Zurich HB and across the street is the Bus Depot for all attraction rides. Overall “ we are all so happy that we stayed here. We highly recommend this place for a nice vacation in Zurich. “ Thank you “

The property is in a good location, but that’s about the only good thing about it. Our room smelled, and it looked like it was last updated in the 90s. The included breakfast buffet was average -typical options to choose from, but the eggs were cold and the bacon was half-cooked. The front desk staff was mostly nice, but the man in charge during the week was rude and unaccommodating when we had an issue. Perhaps all of this would be acceptable if they were charging $150 a night, but at these rates, find somewhere to stay.
