A very pleasant stay!

We had a family of eight and booked two rooms. The hotel is very conveniently situated near the train station. Indeed, the elevator only goes to the fifth floor and you have to hand carry luggage to the sixth floor, but we knew that already from the reviews. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable. While we didn’t find the prepackaged breakfast, we didn’t ask about it as we had plans to have breakfast in town. Make sure you ask about it if you want it. The staff was very helpful and courteous. They let us store our luggage after checkout so that we can explore the city for a few hours until our train departure.

Fantastic place to stay. Next to Napoli Centrale. Figured there may have been a catch considering the low price however I was wrong. Did not feel unsafe at night as the property is on a busy street. Would recommend 100%.

Great hotel

Really lovely hotel - super clean, lovely staff, super responsive on WhatsApp! The stairs are a bit of a pain but well worth the lovely room, and there is a lift available if necessary. The area feels a bit dodgy but the hotel more than made up for that - thanks for the stay :) Top tip if you're going to Pompeii - go from Napoli Porta Nolana rather than Garibaldi - much smaller station that is the first on the line so you'll definitely get a seat!

Thank you GIULY Suites. Property was conveniently located a few blocks away from the train station. Room was recently renovated. Not a normal hotel as one would expect, but it served its purpose for our trip. We pretty much just used the space to sleep and shower. I’d stay here again.

The place is excellent, clean,decent size room,bathroom with excellent rainfall shower, good comfy bed,excellent communication, but if you arrive after 6pm it has a its challenges, the most awkward one been you'll need 10 cents for each way with the lift,for us was difficult to get enough coins available, but during working hours the receptionist can help with that.Also the location can be noisy at night but daytime is surrounded by excellent cafes also the famous Da Michelle pizzeria is just 5 minutes walking away.

The Hotel was very near to the train station which is what we needed, we just stayed for a night. The check in was very easy, they communicated very well via Whatsapp with all instructions. We didn't meet any of the staff because we got there very late and left very early, we learned that in hotels like this one in Italy don't have people working overnight (which we were OK with). They have an elevator that you need to put 10 cents to make it work, their rooms are on the 6th floor. We went out at night to have dinner and we never felt insecure, it's just the city that's not as clean as others in Italy, but we walked with no issues. They also have a nice cafe to have breakfast right next to the entry door, all the staff was very friendly and the food (as usual in Italy) was great.

We stayed for 4 days at Giuly and we were very satisfied with everything. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the whole property was very clean , quiet and safe. Our favourite café was just around the corner so we could start our day with excellent breakfast and coffee. There were fantastic restaurants around our accommodation to have dinner as well. The Giuly was a really good choice. Next time we will try to book there as well,because everything was in an easy to reach distance.

There is no front desk but the staff was quick to help us and get us in a room. The room was large and clean. The shower water pressure was very low. It was hard to wash your hair. The staff was very nice and informative. The area is very busy and it is very loud but you are close to the train station and plenty of shops and restaurants.

The staff here were so friendly and tried to meet all our needs. The manager even helped set up transportation for our daughter to get from the airport to us as she had arrived on a later flight.

Nice room, very close to Napoli Central Station which allows you to take metro bus or trains to Rome, etc.

We got in very late due to flight delay, there was nobody to greet us, nobody to let us in to our room, the guy we called would not give us the code over the phone so we had to sleep in the stairway, NEVER AGAIN

The hotel room itself was relatively clean, and nice. The staff were always nice, but it was hard to get a hold of people when we were trying to check in. Be aware that there is no concierge or lobby; you'll get instructions on how to enter your room a few hours before you "check in" and will then have to make the trek up 6-7 flights of stairs (one very small elevator which costs €0.10 to use). The area around the hotel is very dirty, vandalized, and noisy. I would recommend this hotel if it were in a different area for sure; not to say I wouldn't recommend the hotel, just be aware of the area around.

Nice Breakfast. They let us keep our bags also after checking out (for a few hours). Conveniently located from Naples train station. La'ntica Pizzeria by Michelle is also very walkable distance for best pizza in town. only complain is our room was next to breakfast area. so we could start hearing breakfast conversations by 730am even if you are not up. Lots of food options and train station nearby.

The room was newly renovated and clean. Great location near the station. Biagio was great in providing information and answering questions. I would definitely recommend this stay.

Terrible customer service, terrible location, the worst dark blue sheets.. Nobody cares about customers, this morning when leaving, we found 2 new customers that had to sleep on the stairs!

Great place to stay in Naples

Great location, incredible rooms and breakfast and wonderful service!

The apts are great very modern beds are soft place is great staff very helpful . Now the neighborhood not so great Naples is super dirty very run down I did not like @ all unsafe .

Rude owner. Do NOT arrive late

Be careful here. We arrived late. There is no reception. We arrived at the address which was next to homeless people. Called a phone number and a door opened. We were instructed to take the elevator to the 5 th floor, then climb a flight of stairs to the 6th floor. We were 3 people, each with 50 lbs off bags. It required 3 elevator rides because the elevator was too small. Then climbed in darkness to the 6th floor, very creepy. My wife was terrified. I went back down to the ground floor (another 3 trips) and discovered we took the wrong elevator. Bad instructions. So, another 3 trips up to 5. Climbed to floor 6, input the code to open the door and it opened to a newly renovated wing. We went to room 12 and it was locked. We were told it would be open. Called the number and no answer. We called the what’s app number and someone said we were late and didn’t want to be bothered. It is now 1am and we’re stuck. We told them we would arrive late. The owner had the audacity to refuse us entry. All other rooms had electronic locks except ours. We pleaded and he finally showed us where he kept the key. We were finally in. The room had low ceilings. We had to bend over to get around. We must have been the first guests in that room. There was sawdust and a screw in the floor. The owner met us the next morning and was very rude. My wife and son were shuddering with fright. We do not recommend staying here.

Great value and location. Odd check-in!

Great location and good value, but there are a few things to be aware of. Make sure you contact the reception number in advance, the owner will contact you via WhatsApp and your mobile phone number needs to be added to the system which unlocks the front door if there is no one there. Rooms are on the 5th and 6th floor, the (very small) lift only goes to the 5th. Make sure you have some 10 cent coins for the lift! Towels left on the floor to exchange were hung back up! Breakfast was basic but of high quality and the coffee was great - good service from a lovely family....shame about the towels!

Overall, good stay except for the last part. Looks like a newly renovated hotel. Everything fairly new, spacious room, appliances and furniture. We were able to check in a little earlier than our time. I didn't know hotel was located on the 5th floor of a building before booking. Had pay 10 cent to take elevator up and down. We were in transit home from Sorrento/ Amafali Coast to NYC,so we decided to stay two days in Naples. The young women who checked us in was super sweet and made us coffee as we waited for our room. The shower was great, bed was nice and comfy. Gave us a gift. Room can get very cold but it was needed especially after walking out in the sun all day. Breakfast was great. Juice, pastries, yogurt etc. Staying in Naples was an interesting experience, it's just like NYC. Shopping, restaurants, churches etc. Anyways city tax had to be paid in cash, we weren't informed of this and had to find an ATM to take out money. We asked for a taxi to the airport and was immediately rushed out the hotel who I assumed was the manager. He seemed annoyed we asked for assistance.I just wanted to get home. Anyways, the taxi he called for us. sketchy dude - showed us his BS 'broken' machine. I threatened to call the police and ended up in a screamingmatch all the way to the airport. We have traveled to many countries and cities before and never experienced this level of drama. I know Italians are not known for customer service -be real with customers. 1st and last time in Italy.

Very clean and well equipped room. Very friendly staff. Very close to the Centro Storico.

This hotel was a short walk from the station. There is so much around the area too. Restaurants, shopping, you name it. The staff was incredibly nice. They helped us with our bags, kept breakfast out for us even though we were running late, and gave us a little parting gift! The room/bathroom was so big and we enjoyed our balcony view. The A/C worked really well, which was so important to us while traveling in the summer. The bed was the softest one I've slept in during my month-long vacation!

The room itself was spacious, cool, and comfortable. Checking in was confusing because we checked in late (around 9:30pm) after traveling all day and we were required to meet elsewhere to get a key to the building. It was our first time in Naples so the process was not ideal. Breakfast was nice and the staff was helpful.

What a great place to stay. Close to Napoli Centrale train station which makes going other places convenient. Staff were friendly, helpful and willing to go the extra mile with requests (like getting opera tickets printed that were bought online). My wife and I rate our stay here very highly. We very much recommend making your stay in Napoli at the Giuly Rooms. Benissimo!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They pulled out the stops to provide airport transfers and making recommendations on where to visit and eat. Highly recommend these apartments.

Bad service

The room I had booked had problems with the light, so I got downgraded to a smaller room. The internet was really, really bad so I could teach online that evening. When asked about the internet, I was told that it said so on the booking that they had no internet.

En hiss som kostar 10 cent vissa tider är opraktiskt. Sedan kan man förvänta sig att bli bemött med ett välkommen eller hej och inte jag vill ha era pass. Oprofessionellt.

La relación calidad precio deja bastante que desear, las instalaciones, sobre todo en los WC( utilice dos habitaciones) están bastante deterioradas. Reserve un habitación Deluxe y era igual que las demás. No lo recomiendo además no hay wifi a pesar de estar todo lleno de routers. Hay que pagar por utilizar el ascensor.

Nahe am Bahnhof und daher sehr gute Anbindung. Nachteil ist wie in vielen Bahnhofsvierteln die Umgebung. Wobei die Straße der Unterkunft selbst gut besucht und vertrauensvoll ist. Die Unterkunft selbst ist ganz toll gewesen und das Personal sehr kundenorientiert. Großes Lob und trotz der Umgebung eine Weiterempfehlung!

Excelente ubicación cerca de las principales atracciones de la ciudad

La única pega ha sido , que para utilizar el ascensor debías pagar cada vez que quisieras hacer uso de el. El hotel está en la quinta planta del inmueble. No es cuestión de precio, sino que si en ese momento no dispones de efectivo , no lo puedes utilizar.

Clean room and noiseless, in convenient location. Somehow there were many web sites that could not be reached using the wi-fi available in the room. According to the room description by Expedia, breakfast is supposed to be included but it was not.

Grazie alla sua posizione cebtrale in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge il centro . 5 piano con ascensore che in alcuni orari è a pagamento, aria condizionata nonn facilmente regolabile se la stanza è occupata da 4 persone. Camera p molto pulita.

Çatı katı asansör çıkmıyor, bu arada paralı. Oda sizi el büyüklüğünde hamamböceği ile karşılıyor. Yataklar çok yumuşak ve tiftiklenmiş, kötü kokuyor. Sular çok az akıyor, ilk gece girdiğimizde sıcak su yoktu. Sivrisinek dostu bir ekoloji. Oda temizliği yetersiz. Tek iyiliği ücretsiz minibar.

Rommet var rent, sengene ok og god aircondition. Sentral og bra beliggenhet. Vi møtte ansatte i resepsjonen ved ankomst, men så aldri mer. Vi fikk heller ikke kontakt med hotellansatte på telefon eller e-post. Vinduene kunne ikke åpnes, heller ikke heve rullegardinet. Ingen wifi. Frokosten bestod av 3 tørre croissant, ingen kaffi. Ingen ansatte tilstede ved utsjekking. Vi bor ikke her neste gang.
