A gem near the airport, on the beach.

Great stay . Everything was fantastic. The room with fridge, air con and comfortable bed. The pool- clean and refreshing with beach on doorstep. Entertainment was good as was the food. Amr and staff very friendly and helpful. Thankyou. Will return.

The rooms are nice but need upkeep. Vegetarian options are limited. At breakfast falafel was excellent. Beach & pool are great & nice activities.

This property is on the beach with somewhat old sunbeds but the beach is kept clean. Those who complain of hotels with same old same old menu, they need to stay at this resort. Those you like Eat as much as you like, Giftun is a heaven sent resort. Truly amazing place to spend a vacation.

Very much enjoyed my stay here..room was very comfortable food was nice and staff very friendly.

The property is a bit ran down, rooms are clean however the bathroom water smelled extremely bad in my room. The beach and pool are very nice. The food/drink servers aren’t very pleasant despite giving a tip, not attentive. All other hotel staff was excellent. Food was good. Very reasonable price for hotel.

I read many reviews and was at first hesitant, but I went there and was very pleasantly surprised. The resort is older, but it has a charm to it. The food is good and there are a lot of choices. My junior suite was enormous. When you combine the cost and what you get, this place is a bargain. Definitely deserves 5 stars.

Gave me a lower standard room than I had booked, told me it was the one I booked. Bore no resemblance to the one on hotel.com web site. Meak times are horrendous, Very noisy, came down with food poisoning.

Nice hotel reception staff were very good check in was easy rooms were nice enough food was very good drinks alcohol was good beer good restaurant staff very good upstairs and near beach only downfall was bar staff they bring drink to table if you tip them if you don't tip they don't do anything for you apart from madgy in lobby bar he wa a very good. Would have come back many times again but for the bar staff don't think I will come back again. mostly germans in hotel they tip and then expect good British like to get good service then tip beach is busy pool is quieter amination we're on beach so can't say if they were good or not but at night they were OK would give hotel 8 out of 10 but because of bar staff I give it 5 out 10 ps bell boys and toilet staff are very friendly

We had food poisoning. Need more variety of food .no Sanetation . I had all inclusive they did nothing serve me alcohol. The furniture was stinky. No snacks. No entertainment. Too noisy ( guest very loud ) . The only good thing in this hotel was sandy beach

Poor customer service

I have booked a double bedroom but they have given me two single beds when I asked for double bed they refused. I wanted double bed because my son has 4 years old and doesn’t sleep alone, then next day they said that can put two single beds together will be like double bed I agreed because I had no option after putting them together the next night we were sleep that my son felt down because he was sleep between me and my wife and between the beds became distance and time was about 23:00 I wanted to call to the room service but I realized that we don’t have phone in our room it terrible feeling at that time. After all I decided to leave the hotel even I have paid a big amount to Siva beach grand hotel for next 5 nights and it’s all because Giftum hotel poor customer service. So I want to claim the amount which paid them for 3 nights which I stayed there with a very bad condition. Thank you.

Best option in Hurghada

The resort is nice and has many facilities to enjoy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They assist without being annoyed and patient. The animation team specifically Attaiya and the other guy with hair bun(forget his name) are so lovely, funny and creative. We have enjoyed playing many games. It was fun staying at Giftun. The buffet was so great with various types of food. Highly recommend

Giftun Azur vacation.

I have a little problem with the seawater quality. There are pipes going from the hotel into the ocean. It is doubtful that the wastewater has been treated. If this is correct it is an health hazard to go into the water and needs to be taken care off.

Great hotel for holiday

The staff at Giftun are very nice and welcoming. They try to accommodate with your needs. The food there is also good. Maybe try to change the type of food as towards the end of the stay the food was quite repetitive. The rooms do need upgrading as their condition isn’t great and the WiFi is very bad, it was ok at the lobby but not anywhere else. Other than that the service we received was incredible, the resort overall was great. I would definitely come back here for holiday.

The photoes from hotel are nice but there iis diffirence. The room was dirty. There was a horrible smell in the room. The facilities are very old. Does not worth the money not even for one night. It was horrible.

We were 15 persons, we loved our stay at Giftun Azur. The staff are very friendly and helpful The proprty was very clean. The food was excellent. We will come back that's for sure.

The stuff are slow

I booked the On the Expedia when I got here , and I have been waiting for an hour. Stuff just don’t care about the customet. As an Asian I feel racist in the in the hotel. The experience are bad, the feeling just not right

No Sea View from the room

Good location, close to the airport but all rooms are mostly in one building that is deigned perpendicular to the beach line so all rooms are the same. All rooms don't have a real view of the sea despite advertising as sea view rooms. Other rooms with garden view are worse, they are first floor rooms and farther from the sea.

Es war sehr gute Bedienung. Essen ging aber es hat uns nicht gefallen da die extrem starke Gewürze benutzen. Die otel ist sauber aber sehr alt. Ansonsten nahe direkt an Meer. Gute Personal und net.

It's a shame that no women are employed in service. I think it's good that hot water is generated via solar, but unfortunately there was no hot water available in the evening, especially for events. At events such as Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve, they showed their very best side. All service staff wore shirts, food was great. In normal operation, unfortunately, spices were dispensed with and food was lukewarm. Drinks were only available in all you can eat sugary ones drinks. The providers for water sports such as diving or massages were the most expensive providers in the whole of Hurghada. For my needs I would not book the hotel again. I would take a hotel with only breakfast, during the day on the day trips there is always lunch and in the evening you can eat well and cheaply in restaurants.

Il soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole e abbiamo avuto la fortuna di capire durante il festival di festeggiamento per l'anniversario di apertura del resort. C'era tantissima animazione per tutti i gusti, musica, un palco enorme montato per l'occasione dove ogni sera facevano uno spettacolo diverso per 3 giorni con fuochi d'atificio, ballerine, band dal vivo e giochi di fuoco. Davvero bello! L'hotel non è a casermone come tutti gli altri ma ha tanti piccoli bungalow immersi nel verde, ci è piaciuto molto. Le stanze sono un po' datate ma per quello che abbiamo pagato erano più che decenti. L'unica pecca per me e la mia amica erano i dipendenti dell'hotel, soprattutto quello delle pulizie giornaliere, molto entrati e sempre a chiedere mance. Capisco che sia uso in egitto ma forse ci marciano un po' troppo. I beach boys non vi lasceranno respirare il primo giorno, poi si calmano. Vale la pena fare con loro snorkeling presso il giftun acqua center, verrà il beach boy di turno a farvelo conoscere però devo dire che merita davvero e soprattutto sulla barca saranno gentilissimi e ti porteranno anche in posti più nascosti con meno turisti.

14 sene turizm ile uğraşmış biri olarak diyebilirim ki, Otel konumu çok iyi , havuz küçük ama yeterli. Plajı çok güzel. 3 gece hersey dahil öğünlerde yemekler çok güzeldi. Kahvaltı biraz geliştirilebilir. Tatil köyü odalarında konakladim. Oda bakımlı ve temiz. Günlük olarak temizleniyor. Çalışanlar aşırı ilgili alakalı ve çok Cana yakın insanlar. Gün boyu animasyon mevcut. Animasyon ekibi başarılı. Deluxe otel olmasada aile için konaklamaya çok uygun. Hersey için otel yönetim ve çalışanlarına teşekkür ederim.

Village de vacances plutôt impersonnel mais la chambre est confortable et spacieuse. Douche à l'italienne, espace autour du robinet pour poser ses affaires. Bonne literie, placards, chambre spacieuse et petit balcon privatif. Il y avait même un petit séchoir au mur pour faire sécher ses affaires. Bien pensé! Piscine et plage privative agréable avec un système de carte qu'on échange contre une très grande sortie de bain. Transat confortable, l'hôtel accueillait beaucoup de monde mais pas de problème à trouver une place sur la plage. Buffet un peu répétitif mais de qualité malgré la cohue à certaines heures à éviter... Boissons à volonté. L'hôtel a bonne réputation et c'est chose normale! Je recommande :)

First, I was totally shocked! The hotel was full, and you could notice at the eating times… at dinner, people would press the plates into your back. You couldn’t reach the food and it was everywhere, and totally messy! The staff was hectic, and sometimes not very thoroughly. Also, I watched the tower man one time and noticed that he gives out dirty towels which other people brought back. That is disgusting! Especially unfriendly was the reception! When you arrive, they don’t tell you anything just give you a paper and tell you to read it, and if you ask another question, take it on friendly and tell you to read the paper. We spent three nights and came back after a week of driving for another night. They actually promised us the same room and said it was booked like that, but when we came back the room was not available. The hotel altogether was clean, and once you got over the first truck, you could get organised and move your holiday around all the trouble. But I have to say I cannot recommend it and I will not come back!

Les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité, nous avons payé un supplément pour avoir une suite avec vue sur la mer, arrivés sur place ils nous informent que la suite n’est plus disponible et nous ont logé dans une chambre qui sentait très mauvais sans même nous avoir remboursé le supplément payé pour la suite. Les serveurs ainsi que la majorité du personnel sont cupides et demandent un pourboire pour tout, ils ne respectent pas l’intimité des clients et viennent même insister pour vous vendre n’importe quoi lorsque vous êtes à table ou la plage. L’hygiène dans les chambres est catastrophique

Cat food station belle idée. Très bien aussi pour les familles avec petits enfants. Belle plage de sable, mer en pente douce, eau cristalline.

Die Begrüßung an der Rezeption war nicht unbedingt was ich nett nennen würde , dabei ist Freundlichkeit gar nicht schwer und kostet nichts ,Befreit Von jeglichen Auto Lärm… die Unterkunft war sehr einfach gehalten , einfach sauber gut👍 Der Strand war sehr schön allerdings, fand ich persönlich sehr schade das wir nur bis 18:00 Uhr am Strand sein durften… alles in allem…war es ok !

Não recomendo

Chegamos exaustas às 5 hs da manhã e ficamos quase uma hora pra fazer o checkin, tivemos que empurrar nossas malas até o quarto, ainda bem que foi só por algumas horas, depois fomos para um outro Hotel, este não recomendo de jeito nenhum, é velho, com péssimo aspecto. As pessoas são extremamente rudes.

Buen Hotel, pero mejor Oskar, el camello!

Es un Hotel con playa muy lindo. Algunas de las instalaciones se encuentran envejecidas como si se hubieran quedado en los años 80s. Me encantó la playa y conocer a Oskar, el camello, sin duda es lo mejor del Hotel. La comida esta bien pero podría mejorar. La ubicación es muy buena y cerca al aeropuerto.

Ich hatte ein paar gute Tage in Giftun. Alles war - für Ägypten - in Ordnung: keine Probleme mit dem Personal, alles hat (trotz scheinbarem Chaos) geklappt. Ich war nur wenige Tage da und fand das Essen gut (natürlich kein Gourmet). Der Strand am Hotel ist recht gross und sowohl Stadt als auch Flughafen sind sehr schnell erreichbar. Alles in allem ein guter Deal und ich würde wiederkommen.

Atendimento ruim, comida razoável.

O hotel entrega o que promete. Porém deixa a desejar em alguns pontos como atendimento. Alguns tem atendimento diferenciado. De todos os dias que eu fiquei hospedado não fui atendido por nenhum garçom, muito menos passavam na mesa que eu estava. Enquanto em algumas mesas ao redor pareciam que era exclusivos daquelas mesas. Levavam de tudo, cerveja, café, suco… e as verificavam com frequência pra ver se não estava faltando nada. Quando solicitei que trouxessem uma bebida pra mim fui ignorado e não tive meu pedido atendido. O quarto fedia a esgoto. Um cheiro muito forte de podre. A comida era razoável. Falta sinalização no hotel, nem todo mundo fala árabe. O que me deixou mais chateado mesmo foi o atendimento. Deixou a desejar em todos os momentos. O tratamento deveria igual a todos, davam preferência a mulheres e mesas que apresentavam ter muito dinheiro. Sendo que todos pagaram o mesmo preço pra estar ali. Os funcionários não usavam máscara adequadamente.

Helt OK allinclusivehotell i förhållande till pris. Lite slitet och lite tråkig strand men i relation till pris får hotellet godkänt. Vi kom dit strax efter turismen varit död i nästan två år och man höll på med diverse småfix på hela hotellområdet så sannolikt snyggas mycket av det som blivit eftersatt under Covid upp löpande. Maten var riktigt bra för att vara i Egypten, underhållningen kvällstid lämnade däremot en hel del att önska:)
