Bed in bad condition, panels dropped out through out the night, when we tried to re attach them we could see 3 or 4 totally missing and someone had badly tried to repair it with wire. SMELL in room was terrible, sewage smell, we could smell it throughout the night with the bathroom door close. Only way to clear it was to leave balcony door the whole night. Bathroom was ok, apart from the smell. Breakfast you must tick what you want the night before, strange concept.

Nice place close to downtown and easy access by bikes to get around. The beds were a bit hard but the pool, breakfast and service was wonderful

Hotel allowed us make the check in after midnight. Breakfast was in good italian style. Behind the house is pool, clean and far away for street noise.

TravellerHotel ist gleich wie andere 3 Sterne Hotel in Italien. Frühstück war ok, schmeckt gut, Buffet war immer sofort nachgefüllt, war aber jeden Tag die gleiche (und nicht so grosse) Auswahl. Personal war echt freundlich und hilfreich. Eine spricht englisch, eine auch deutsch. Das Hotel braucht noch renovierung, sonst hat grosse Zimmer und Badezimmer und Sauberkeit war auch ok. Klimagerät funktioniert.Gibt es auch ein Minikühlschrank im Zimmer. Pool war sauber, gibt es viele Parkplätze auf dem Hof. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Restaurants in der Nähe (zum Fuß 10-15 Minuten), Bäckerei, Lebensmittelgeschäft in 1 Minute. Umgebung ist echt ruhig, kann in dem Hotel auch Fahrrad leihen, erste 3 Stunden sind gratis.

Beim Betreten des Zimmer hat es gewaltig gestunken, welcher die ganze Nacht andauert. Auf Rückfrage bei der Rezeption würde uns mitgeteilt, dass es beim Wetterwechsel immer wieder zu dieser Geruchsbelästigung kommt. Betroffen sind die Zimmer 15 und 16.0

Der Aufenthalt war in Ordnung. Das Serviceteam war sehr freundlich und für alle Fragen offen auf englisch, teilweise auf deutsch.
