Very good hotel, the room is clean and very nice, the smell is nice at the reception area.

A good choice

We were very happy with our stay at the Georgian Court Hotel. I chose this hotel because our tour was picking up there, but I would certainly choose it again. The room was great, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

House cleaning didn't refill toilet paper or replace used towels. Maybe because she thinks we had enough but would prefer those were replaced every time they clean the room.

Very convenient for us as we were attending a concert at the Queen Elizabeth theatre. A very short walk to it. Clean and fairly easy to get to if you have your own car and need parking.

Staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious. Restaurant was delicious.

The property is located in downtown Vancouver and we were able to walk to most places. It is literally right across from the stadium, so I’m not sure if it would get super loud during events. The hotel itself was nice, even though we saw a sign saying they were working on the second floor. The room was clean, and I liked almost everything except for the bed - SO UNCOMFORTABLE! I don’t know that I’ve ever experienced such an uncomfortable bed and I’m honestly not that picky. Also, we were there on a Saturday morning, and at around 10am, I kept hearing kids in the hallway right outside my room. My husband stepped out to get water and said it looked like the house cleaner was cleaning a room while her kids played in the hallway. I appreciate the hotel allowing employees the flexibility to bring their kids, but they were a little loud. When we left, I realized I left something behind and tried to call several times to figure out how I’d retrieve it. I was on hold for over 15 minutes - crazy to believe that the front desk was THAT busy. Kind of frustrating! Overall, not a terrible experience, but I don’t know that I would choose to stay again.

Excellent go-to hotel in Downtown Vancouver

We had reservations through Hotels.com with a privately held condo. We arrived in Vancouver only to learn that the owner had canceled without even notifying us. Hotels.com was excellent in processing our refund. Within minutes we found a room with the Georgian Court Hotel and were checked in within the hour. Front desk staff is excellent. Housekeeping is even better! The Yaletown neighborhood is full of restaurants and shopping experiences. We will be back!!

Clean rooms, competent staff, decent location.

As I lived in dowtown Vancouver, staying here always feels like home in the city.

The room was spotless, the location was convenient and easy to access, and the reception was professional. I would choose to stay here again if I return to Vancouver.

Although we only stayed 1 night, we had a very positive experience. Room was clean & immaculate - great view of the Stadium. Staff were very helpful, kind & very friendly. Would stay here again!

Excellent stay

On arrival on May 1st, I was greeted and checked in by Matt, he was professional and kind. I stayed for a couple nights visiting family, so I requested a microwave and kettle. Both were delivered same night. My room was comfortable and going out and back into hotel was effortless, taxis were easily accessible. The restaurant, Frankies kitchen downstairs was excellent as well. I visit with family often, so I will be staying here again.

It's a great hotel. Loved the comfortable bed and really comfortable room overall. We had a view of the stadium that was really wonderful when evening lights came on! That was such a treat! The frint desk staff was very helpful and the maids were very really pleasant. I would highly recommend staying here. Its my second time.

The fees on parking are high.so ya makes it abit pricey

The place is in great condition. Seems they’ve done some recent Reno’s from the last time I stayed here. Location is great and Frankie’s is always a great place for a bite. Would stay here again for sure on a game night

The rooms were old and just poorly kept up. The house keeping staff was very nice! The view was of an office building, that sucked.

Great property close to lots of dining and events. Rogers Arena & BC Place are right across the street. It’s a short 10 minute walk to Gastown steam clock, Top of Vancouver observation deck, and Canada Place. The hotel is rather quiet for being in the downtown area & next to the sports arenas. I would definitely not hesitate to stay here again. Parking was super easy and so convenient!

Low value room

We are a couple staying at this hotel for a relaxing, peaceful and private getaway. I am disappointed that after spending over $200 for a single night we get put in a room with no view and a connecting door that joins to the room next door. The door alone made our stay way less private or relaxing especially since there’s a screaming child awake at 6:30 AM. I wish that at check in they asked if we were ok with it being a room that connects because I feel like if this door wasn’t in our room we wouldn’t be hearing anything .

I stayed at this hotel while attending an event at BC Place, and the location couldn’t have been more convenient—it’s right across the street. There were also plenty of great restaurants nearby, which made dining out easy. My room was spotless. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The bed was HORRIBLE. It was so incredibly hard. The room was small, the kids were on the pull out sofa, and the only restroom was in the bedroom. Woke up to my 12 year old taking his morning crap, with a sore back. Not ideal. Was supposed to stay for 3 nights - we quickly found other plans for the other 2 nights and left in the morning. Ended up getting the Sky Suite at the JW Marriot, way more expensive - but so so worth it!

Pleasant stay;however, upon checking in was informed that the building would be out of power the next morning around 11 a.m. so I had to adjust my schedule. Some prior notification would have been helpful.

Did a solo vacation for myself and wanted to watch the Sharks vs Canucks game (go Sharks!) This hotel was a short walking distance from the arena, and a great location for walking around in general Very close to robson st, and a few stations. The hotel was clean and inviting, and the staff was so kind and accommodating. I came early with the intention of dropping off my bags since my check in time wasnt until later, but they had availability and were able to accommodate me right away. I definitely plan to come back here when i return to Vancouver!!

Excellent 4-star hotel! The hot tub and sauna were immaculately clean. We were able to check in early without any extra fees, and the Nespresso tasted great.

Stay was good. The hot tub very small, gym was small but had enough for a quick workout. Area is ok.

Proximity to sporting venues. Side roads not far from the hotel were not safe looking at night.

The property location give us the chance to visit Vancouver Downtown area in a limited period of time. The customer service was good and the staff was friendly. Very secure parking and safe.

Trying to just get to front door,there was no area to park car to go to the front desk. I had to park in the entrance to parking lot. Also you pay $32 for parking and you have only one hour after checkout to move the car

Love this hotel

Stayed with my two children and husband for one night to see a show at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre. The hotel was clean, updated and extremely convenient in terms that of location (2 blocks from Queen E, across the street from bc place and down the street from Roger’s Arena and lots of shopping and dining). Would definitely stay again!

Was a great hotel. Nice and up to date and very clean. Reasonably priced. Would stay there again. If I had any complaints, the bed could've been a bit softer.

Central location near Arena stadiums

Very close to BC Place Stadium, Science World, and easily walkable distance to all of Downtown. Less than two blocks to the SkyTrain. Facilities were rated average because the bathroom had no fan, the windows were dirty, and TV channels were lacking many options. Overall, enjoyed our stay here.
