TravellerWhen I check in, they assigned the wrong room type for me. I booked a king bed but a twin bed was given. The phone in room did not work and I had to walk down to the Front Office to ask for my room type, however they informed they are fully booked and not able to provide me with the room type. They were not apologetic at all.

Traveller- They have a peaceful and nice little garden which can be seen from the ground floor restaurant - Didn't use the pool but would have loved to - Room was great - clean, homely and comfortable - Checkin and checkout was fast, but there were no queues - There isn't anything to do in the immediate area around the hotel though

Upon arrival, I was received by a staff name SUZY, which to me, had the most wonderful smile. everything went smoothly during checkin. On the way up to my room, I realised that I have left my mobile phone on the reception counter, without delaying or even get into my room, I immediately proceed down back to the reception to enquired, but to my surprised, Suzy was there waiting at the lift lobby to return my phone. I was very surprised with her action, I cant comment enough about her. thank you so so so much.

This hotel is a long way from the city..31kms. We paid for valet parking, were told to park car ourselves by security! Chinese restaurant is great! Nice inhouse bar. Great value for money at $75
TravellerLarge rooms, good price, but poor service
Shower only let through water from half the holes in the shower head. There was an unnecessary fire evacuation after midnight, jolting us out of sleep and having to climb down the stairs. No announcement from staff that we could go back to our rooms until we asked. They just left you hanging around the main door. This ruined sleep to a bad extent. Rooms are large and comfortable. Nothing in the vicinity that looked safe. Far from places and have to taxi around.

It was just for a night . the restaurant at level 1 made us wait for more than 40 minutes for the food as they forgot our order. Reason given : staff was trainee as she did not key in the system for our order. The room was average. It was the service that it is not good. There is nothing around the property building. No restaurant outside. Only 1 indian restaurant, KK mart.
