The hotel conveniently located in the center of this Hot Spring town, easy to take railway train, rent car motorcycle also night restaurants and street food stands.

入住手續快速，服務人員親切。房間乾淨也舒適。這次剛好遇到颱風，飯店都有主動密切聯繫相關服務與變動，很專業也很有效率（優）。早餐有中式、素食、水果、麵包、咖啡、豆漿，東西不多但很乾淨也不錯吃。溫泉泉質不錯。

Traveller4人房還不錯，乾淨整潔。但是我們想要多一床棉被，飯店說沒有預定所以沒有多的棉被可提供。然後又被告知櫃檯只有一個人，想要衛生紙要自己下樓去拿。感覺花了8000多元一個晚上的住宿但是沒有任何服務。有點不值得。
Traveller五人房的浴缸結構不太好，浴缸開水鈕在深處，（當浴缸有滿滿熱水的時候）需要爬上浴缸抓著隔水板才能關水，容易滑倒受傷
Traveller幼兒奶瓶消毒器不乾淨.有反映給櫃檯... 有來換一台.清潔度還是有待加強... 另外...房價算是有點高的... 其餘整體的服務還是滿意的.

很舒適的一次旅宿,停車相當方便也充足,房間內浴室以及泡湯池都相當的寬敞,唯一可惜的是恰逢健身房整修期間無法使用~

房間舒適 空調溫度剛剛好，枕頭羽絨枕偏軟有點不太好睡~ 廁所的淋浴間可惜沒有設防水簾或是防水條 整個廁所地板都是濕的 房間又是地毯，進出很容易造成房間地毯潮濕發霉，早餐中規中矩還ok。 三個月前訂說可以用，結果露天溫泉在星期天維修很掃興

唯一缺點是，房間沒有暖氣。這次氣溫剛好降至15度，沒暖氣是真的很難睡得舒服。

帶六個月大的小朋友出遊，抵達飯店時間已經很晚，飯店人員主動協助停車，飯店有自有停車場，但當時已停滿，很謝謝飯店人員的協助。 也有消毒鍋、澡盆、嬰兒床可借用，嬰兒床是很大的遊戲床那種，不太適合小小孩。
Traveller性價比算不錯，房間設施跟附近更高檔的飯店相比毫不遜色。美中不足的地方是免治馬桶的故障一直沒修好，維修人員叫修也拖了很久才來

Traveller浴室放置衣物區沒有。洗臉盆太高，常常溢水出來。浴室排水需改善… 建議乾濕分離因為太容易積水了； 雖然很容易乾但是人多使用就是濕透了。 新設施變多，還可以到另一間葛瑪蘭風呂使用設施。 整體表現是ok的

大致上都很好，有幾點要改進的，1.枕頭上有斑點很像是發霉過才清洗的，所以痕跡洗不掉。2.以為有提供泡湯的溫泉包（沒有也沒關係啦）3.想不到了。優點：房間乾淨、浴室乾淨、床很大睡的舒服、服務人員態度客氣有禮、公共設施還不錯、有電視節目看、冷氣很夠力、、、等等吧！ 希望繼續保持喔！以後有機會要再去住宿囉！

Traveller很喜歡房間的浴缸可以有大面落地窗，但因住在2樓，窗簾必須拉下才能保有隱私，但拉下落地窗後，因通氣窗在整面窗戶的上方，會完全被窗簾遮蔽，很可惜。早餐較為普通，但整體還是蠻不錯的。
