I stayed with my dog. Very comfortable staying for me and even my dog. Staff are very helpful too.

Great place to stay very clean

Always a wonderful stay. Great staff and property. I hope they install pumps with bath products versus single use. One of my favourite hotels with lots to shop and do nearby.

Great place, centrally located, beds were comfortable, the restaurant was nice.

It was relaxing

Meets all our criteria - quiet, clean , comfortable beds, bathtub, fridge, microwave and coffee. Price is good and there is no charge for parking.

Loved our stay there. We only stayed 1 night and then moved to a different area on the east coast but it's been a few weeks and we are still talking about how comfy the beds are. Our 2 year old also called the front desk and because they couldn't understand her they sent someone up to our room to check and make sure we were okay.

Close to a shopping centre with all the big and small stores.

Great Anniversary Retreat

Quiet and restful. The Redwood Grill restaurant was so delicious. All the staff were polite, orofessional, and very friendly.

Booked the 1 bedroom . It is very large and worked very well for us . Comfortable bed and very quiet

Staff went above and beyond. Cleared the snow off our cars before we left.

Nice to have a restaurant on the premises. All the amenities you would need in your room. Very clean.

We stay here fairly often and always have a relaxing and comfortable stay. This is the first time we have noticed anything being unclean. There were multiple hairs on the bathroom floor, back of the toilet and bathroom counter. I just wiped them up with wet tissue. Everything else was good.

We find staying at the Future Inn in Halifax a very convenient location, for shopping and for dining out. The staff is always very helpful and the the rooms are always clean and ready when we arrive!

We stay here often for hockey. It is conveniently located, always clean and very reasonably priced. We never have any complaints about this hotel

Perfect stay. Clean, comfortable, and close to the highway. The restaurant that is connected to it (Redwood Restaurant) was absolutely amazing- delicious!!!!

We recently stayed with our Basketball team. They allowed us to use one of their conference rooms to host a pizza party. We ended up staying in the room most of the night as a group. Very accommodating. Excellent service.

In-house restaurant has delicious food. The beds in our room were not totally comfortable. But the rest was great.

Check-in was awful the front desk clerk was condescending and judging that I was local and staying in a hotel for one night. I was celebrating anniversary with my husband and we wanted to have a special night out. I have stayed in this hotel before and loved the staff before. This front desk girl should not work in hospitality if she’s going to look down on people. I hope in the future when I come here again she would have a better attitude. Her name start with N it was very different name and unique. Please train yourself on being respectful to your guest who are paying money to stay here and not be judged or talked down too.

No fault of hotel but was really noisy and yelling and doors banging 9 pm to 12 am. I called to complain and it got a bit quieter for about 10 minutes then loud again

The reception at this hotel is the worst I have seen in Canada! I have been to this hotel three times and each time I have been treated like a criminal at the front desk. I dress well and I look like a normal business man. I am welcomed with a smile in every other hotel I enter.... I am wondering if any other patrons of this hotel have been treated as unkindly as I have. I find it sad that I will need to boycott this hotel since it is so well-situated for my purposes. The people at the front desk need intense customer service training !!

Really nice hotel and staff were great

We upgraded to a suite for our 4 days here. Room was simply fabulous and roomy. Would definitely recommend staying here. Lose to amenities and the highway.

Uncomfortable Beds

We have stayed at this hotel a couple of times in our travels to Halifax. Its in a perfect location, its clean, always hospitable but the beds are so hard. Its hard to have a good nights rest

Im not one to leave a review other than just giving a rating, but this is ridiculous. There were three front desk staff working that could barely understand or speak English. There were also three other people ahead of me checking in who also had issues with communication, one of which had become very frustrated as he was trying to ask questions they couldn't understand. It seems they are able to do the bare minimum to make things function and do not care for the customer's satisfaction, just their process. Will not return or recommend to others.
