Great customer service
Great customer service. Toilet seat needs some fixing, it moves. Overall awesome place to stay 4.0 star place
Good experience but property needs renovation
We had a nice time during our stay. The staff was friendly, and although the rooms were a bit outdated, they were clean and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was that the pool was quite cold, and the hot tub was not filled. We also asked about playing pool, which came with an extra charge of $25 per hour. I would stay there again as the price was affordable and it was quite easy to drive to the falls.
Quaint and cute. Cheap! Wish the swimming pool was a little warmer and the hot tub was working. Wish there was a better selection for breakfast.
Nothing
Convenient transportation and dining
Nice hotel, lots of parking, clean rooms, friendly staff.
This place is very rustic. It's in need of renovations. The breakfast was interesting with broccoli and boiled eggs.
It was okay
Nice stay
Hidden gem. Everything is comfortable. Will return again
Convenient location
This place is in severe need of renovations. And safety upgrades! There was numerous run ins with overly drunk patrons, noisy boisterous men, and one man even exposed himself to us. Brutal.
The Staff are friendly. Parking is frèe and convenient. Walkable to any food choices and restaurants. The room cleaning and garbage collection is not everyday. Maybe its not automatic or by request. But I thought its daily. Lack of power outlet. The washroom shower and faucet are too noisy and it seems it will detached soon. The chair is wiggyly and im scared to sit on it becausenit feels like collapsing anytime.
Overall is very outdated, very limited breakfast options, incomplete toitetries- no toothpaste, brush
The gentleman who ran the facility was very nice. However, the room was shady, with a semi broken lamp, no reception on the TV, and what looked like to be a brake-in attempt on our outside patio door on the rear of the building. Beds were super comfy. Pool was as cold and hot tub looked to be out of condition for a while.
Clean, nice room. Kids enjoy the pool
Low key out of the way quiet cheap place. Great staff. Would recommend.
Clean, inexpensive, budget friendly.
We stayed over the weekend in the room with the hot tub in the room. Upon entering although it's completely not smoking throughout the complex I could smell lingering cigarettes smoke probably from years of buildup over time. The room was nice the beds were made everything was comfortable pillows were soft no complaints there. Did Jacuzzi in the room worked as advertised filled it up with hot water turned on the Jets It was nice. The hot tub and pool in the hotel during our stay did not seem to be in commission the water level in the pool was half full and there was no water in the hot tub in the pool area We didn't use them unfortunately. Breakfast is kind of lacking there it's included but very limited selection. Everything seemed clean bathrooms were nice kind of old school shower is small but everything was clean. This hotel is on the cheaper side of places to stay in Niagara falls for the price we paid I'm fine with it. Doesn't blow me out of the water with how nice it is but I have definitely stayed in worse.
Nice and good people working there
Poorly maintained
Our stay at Fulterton Manor was lovely; everything we could have asked for at a reasonable price.
Nothing is unique.
Easy to park
It's a nice place to stay. Location is great but It's not the cleanest, their parking lot was very icey as we stayed there during the winter and the pool was so cold we couldn't use it. Breakfast was great! I loved their TV as well.
The pool was closed and the rooms could have been cleaner. The pod weren't the right ones for the coffee maker.
Looks like it has some potential, needs new paint and a general updating. Breakfast was disappointing, but not from lack of effort.
Very dated. Room were repaired hastily and not well. Damage to wall, door, rugs and bathroom. Toilet was fixed and re-installed crooked. Minimal towels available.Breakfast was minimal. A tip jar was in the food service area but minimal service was required. Most other hotels let guests do it them selves. Pool was still out of service although, the sign said it would be available while we stayed there. They also show a pool table available but wanted 25.00 non refundable to get the balls to use it. Beds were confortable and room was clean.
CHECK IN was easy, The staff was great, the rooms were good, beds and pillows very comfortable, TV was confusing on how to use it at first but we figured it out. THE pool was too cold to swim and hot tub out of order. I would stay again. Breakfast was good..we love homemade waffles
Great value!
The accommodations were clean and the staff member was great! My only complaint was I couldn’t get the NFL playoff games on the television.
Convenient location. Great to be able to park just outside of our room. Firm and comfy beds. Friendly staff.
I love the simplicity and cleanliness of the place, this is a great place to stay for a family with 3 beds in the room, just right for the budget and you can already roam around lundys area and americanas waterpark is 1 min away.
Place was clean. Staff friendly. The pool needed cleaning. Jacuzzi not working. Breakfast was basic. Not enough variety. The place was too expensive .
The Inn was nice enough for a one night stay. Clean and area felt safe. However, the “free” breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30 which is late if you’re trying to get on the road early. Also, the steps into the Inn were incredibly icy. We slipped quite a few times when leaving.
Fun and friendly
I will be going back
Great stay
Property has potential if maintenance and upkeep became a priority. Receptionist was too busy watching videos on his phone and didn’t bother to acknowledge people. We literally waited infront of him and he ignored us and my wife and I couldn’t believe it. Went to use pool and hot tub. Water was really cold and hot tub was out of service.
We have stayed here many times and will always return.
The property was about average. However, my stay had successfully been completed for over two weeks and yet a pending (deposit hold) remains on my credit card. Also note, the staff assured me a final receipt would be e-mailed. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive a final receipt. When I reached out to the hotel to confirm the receipt was e-mailed, I was then directed to contact Expedia since I booked through a third party to receive the receipt. Just plain unprofessionalism.
Overall stay was just fine. The property itself I felt unsafe and it looked run down. Not a lot up to date. Things in the room were either messed up or not taken care of. Like the nightstand was messed up. Drawer broken and side messed up. Little things here and there cracked or broken. Tv worked great! The WiFi was mega spotty. Kept going on and off. The staff was great and very friendly. Breakfast was not up to par. Just not good. I was told to “park in back because it’s more safe.” So didn’t feel safe at all.
Enjoyed our stay here. Very comfortable, spacious room, minutes away from the falls, breakfast and parking included, helpful staff.
Disappointed....
The staff was very polite but the Inn itself is in need of updating. The carpet is very old and not clean. The breakfast area is located in the basement - the basement smelled musty. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If i hadn't prepaid i would have walked out and found another place to stay.
This is quiet, basic inn but served us well. The staff was friendly,. Really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again
It was clean. The breakfast was fine , nothing extravagant but certainly plentiful.
Easy check in and the property was excellent!
Quaint
It was a great stay, quiet clean staff were friendly. It is an older Inn but exactly where I will re-book my next trip.
Everyone was very accommodating and helpful with any issues we experienced!
Hot tub in pool area didn’t work the repaint in room was horrible looked like a 8 year old painted it
Good parking , clean room
Loved our stay
Great staff.
This place could be a real gem, but it fell short in a few ways. The pool was quite dirty and the hot tub was empty and not working. The breakfast was ok, but the dining room was in the basement and doubled as a storage place for Christmas decorations. It was also across the hall from the very limited gym, which was in the same room as a pool table. We asked about using the pool table, but we're told it woud be $30/hr and that there was a pool hall nearby that would be less. It was strange. The room itself was fine and clean.
This property was very basic. With a little more effort it could have been a little more appealing. My stay was a pleasant experience and the staff did their best to accommodate as much as possible.
The service was excellent, with checking in, and provided extra soap quickly. I wish they had drinking glasses in the room and body wash, but great value and clean
The property is ok, the rooms and washrooms are noisy, walls need sound proofing. Carpet need deep clearing.
I can not understand who would give this place any more then 1 star I was very disappointed the place did not look like the picture I saw on line it’s rundown it’s dirty it’s old we had to leave the light on because there was bugs in the room the carpet smelled like wet dog there was wholes in the wall I could go on and on and on.
The overall stay was pretty good. It’s just the room was missing a few things. No storage space for ur belongings. Just hanger space with 4 hangers and no safe to lock away your private items.
Not what expected. Surprising review vs reality
I choose this hotel checking the ratings from others guests and having more than 4 in reviews help me take this option. To be fair the room was clean. But other than that, a really old hotel in not the best shape. Walls in not good condition. The sink was clogged and the water took a while to go. With my family we were visiting a lot of hotels and is the first time my daughter of 10 years old was not happy with the hotel. She complained a lot about how the room looked and what more honest than a kid opinion? They have no filter. Finally the breakfast. Is the first time than I find a hotel that have breakfast included, that not have scrambled eggs as an option. Just boiled eggs. Not the best experience overall
Overall decent place
Pool could be warmer... it was really cold! The room smelled pretty bad, and breakfast was somewhat limited. On the other hand, the staff was really amazing and helpful!
The Inn was beautiful and the staff were very friendly! We were able to check in a little later in the day with no issues. Room was quaint and comfortable and we were able to watch Netflix while there. Breakfast was decent. Location is super close to the falls!
The reason I gave average rating is because the rooms need updated with paint & new carpet. Towels & bedding were clean, staff was extremely kind and helpful, nice tv in the room, and breakfast was average as well.
I had a really peaceful stay at Fullerton Manor Inn. The buffet breakfast was a nice perk, and I loved that it was just a quick drive to Niagara Falls but far enough from the busy tourist areas. Plus, the free parking and Wi-Fi made things even more convenient. Perfect for a quiet getaway!
Overall ok but was a bit smelly and toilets were very small.
Did not appreciate the fact that the hotel property took a $200 deposit for potential damages, on top of the room rate!
Very dated property.
Comfortable and quiet, there are no problems. Very good for those looking for low prices
Owners running it into the ground. Don’t care about customer after they have been paid. Hot tub inactive for months. Pool was cold 20.5* was told it was 27* ( heat in pool house air temperature was 27* but you can not heat pool with air temp) locked out after 10 had to call to be let in only then they explained how to get in after hours. Room not serviced second day of our stay because “ we did not ask front desk to clean room and make bed. No glasses ( not even in bathroom “ or ice bucket in room. When I complains was told to use coffee mug to have a cocktail out of. Perhaps I’m just too good to drink Whiskey out of a mug?? At breakfast hotel owner watched our every move in the dining area in case we wasted food. Criticizing our excessive amount food for breakfast. I guess 4 slices of toast makes me “greedy”. Never felt so disappointed in a hokey and staff in my life. My sound like a bigot but only one family member spoke broken English and it seemed obvious the rest of them had a difficult life prior to arriving here as hospitality business owners. They have no idea of the meaning of the word or how to even be civil. I wondered why there was only 4 other cars in the lot. Mine will NEVER be there again. How do these people get access to Expedia???
We loved this hotel. Very quiet and employees were very nice. Kids said pool was cold. Not sure it supposed to be heated pool. That was only down side of our stay.
The bedroom was clean and comfortable, and they made really good waffles for breakfast. The place was really convenient to travel around and they have a large pool.
The bedroom rugs they need to be replaced all steam clean then I’ve been clean for years the bedroom you could write your name So much dust The headboard was so much dusty, right your name on Obviously, not vacuum I find somebody’s a little hot brand the side of the bed If it was a vacuum, there would see I did a call front desk and I show him He said the young man a wipe it off I would’ve stayed there again. I don’t think so.
It’s dated and smells funny. The beds are clean and the washrooms are clean. It’s great for short stay.
I like the free parking and complementary continental breakfast. I didn't like the fact he took the payment upfront,as if to say he didn't trust us. The pictures on Expedia are completely different from what the room looks like in person.
Amazing place to stay
Worn out. Holes in the linens. Just not good.
Only like was convenient location. Many dislikes - run down building, old smells of tobacco smoking, rooms cleaned on request only, breakfast in basement conversion room smelling of mould and breakfast consisted only of hard boiled eggs in the shell with hotdogs described as sausages or self made pancakes. Stairs only with no handicapped ramps or elevators.
While our stay was fine, we felt like we were in a shady hotel. It wasn’t the cleanest, behind the beds had cobwebs, dirt, & food crumbs. The beds we slept in were not comfortable, they were the old stiff spring type and breakfast consisted of hot dogs, veggie medley, cut pineapple, waffles and cereal. There was a sign in the basement kitchen area with the words,”do not waste food”. While I agree, I feel the sign is in bad taste. We skipped the “free” breakfast. For the price it wasn’t worth the stay. It wasn’t a comfortable place to stay in any aspect. Don’t be fooled by the online pics.
Pool was too cold to swim in and hot tub was not working.
Property needs an update. Paint peeling. Caulking cracked and peeling. Shower head almost plugged. Room was larger than most other properties and price was reflective of property condition.
They said to pool wll be opened at 2.30 pm and our check out was at 12.noon. didn't make any sense. However the rooms were quiet good.
Looks odd at first but a clean hotel with free parking. I feel price a little higher and breakfast is limited & can be improved with vegetarian options at least.
Great location near downtown Niagara Falls, close to highways, across from gas station. There’s no elevator, not an issue for me and my family but could be an inconvenience for others. Indoor pool was great!
Needs major upgrades all around
One thing we did like , It was close to everything , I did not liked the breakfast because it was tje same every day Also people at desk was not nice The room floor had a lot of stains It Did look was not clean The 4 days we stay no one clean the room Also the pool opens at 2:30 pm That was ridiculous At the gym area did not have wipes to clean the equipment after working out
Not what you expect
This hotel we stayed at was def not a place I’d ever recommend. It was older, run down, didn’t even have a microwave in the room it had a community one in a small room with ice machine. The freezer in our room didn’t freeze so we lost all the frozen food we bought. It wasn’t overly clean and just glad my kids weren’t bothered by it. My 12 yr was like “I have to shower here?! The only good thing was the room had 3 queen beds so that helped the sleeping situation. There was a pool and seemed decent. The “fitness room” in the basement was 3 machines (elliptical, bike, row machine) and a small weight machine. But there was a pool table and there were no balls. So I asked the staff they said it was $30 to rent per hour!!! That told me a lot right there. The staff was friendly, seemed to be family owned and operated. However, I wouldn’t recommend this place. It needs a lot of work.
The breakfast area was in the basement without a fresh air and it was hot. The quality of the breakfast was so poor, that we couldn’t eat anything. The coffee was not ready during the breakfast time. Don’t count for the included breakfast at this property.
Niagara Fall Visit
Room was dated but clean. Air con was a bit noisy. Like that the bathroom vanity is separate from the toilet and shower. Location is quiet and about 10 minutes to the Niagara Falls. Breakfast is decent, includes hard boil eggs, waffles, sausages, vegetables, cereals, yogurt, coffee, tea, milk & Juice. Parking was free. Overall, it was a decent stay.
I'm not saying don't stay here, but what I am saying is the pictures on the site dont focus on how dirty this place is. This hotel needs a serious make over for the price they charge to stay. The ceiling is still covered with the 70's popcorn. The view outside of the aging rooms is just weeds and a parking lot. Most annoying is the play on the times. Breakfast is from 8-10. Who does that? Most places are at least 6 or 630- 9 or 10. Its like they dont want to feed you especially on get away day. Also, they hover over their equipment and insist on serving you...dont you dare touch anything! The pool is from 2:30-10:30. Times are ok, but forget swimming in the morning hours or noon. From the dirt to the micromanaging and the play on times to save money this place is not worth what you pay. Just keep that in mind.
Verynice
It was nice and comfortable place to stay with family. 😊
Very Cozy Comfortable Stay. I really enjoyed my stay, very cozy, friendly staff and free parking. The free breakfast was a great touch. Just one, issue there were spiders webs and a centipede in the bathroom, which can be fixed with pest control service. I am planning on booking another stay in future.
Over all the room was Clean and well kept. The property is outdated and not fully functional. Activity room was located in the basement. The hot tub was empty and appeared to be unserviceable. Breakfast was standard. Hotel does not reflect the price point per room.
Nice older property. Nothing fancy but a nice stay. Staff was great.
Regarding the distance between the hotel and the falls is not accurate, it is about 10 minutes by car,
Good. Somewhat clean. Looks beautiful outside until you walk in, it smelled and looked so bad. The sink drained system was horrible, the shower was broken, and the food system was horrible 8-10AM with very small selection of food. However, you get what you paid for. Reasonable for the price
Great family owned business. Friendly staff , clean, helpful for directions. Previous reviews had complained about breakfast but I was very happy with the choices and a staff member assisted and kept the breakfast area clean at all times. Sometimes less is more. Some motels go over the top with breakfast and people set expectations to high. Felt very homely. Would definitely stay here again, was very close to the Niagara falls
I liked the calm area around the hotel
Do yourself a favor. You deserve something better.
The building looks ok from outside but the interior tells the different story. The premise is not fit to accommodate guests. Everything from the carpet to the door that does not shut close, dingy lighting, smelly rooms, coffee machine that brews cold coffee, ice cold pool with no running pump, kiddy style warning signages all around, bathtub stopper that does not work, AC that runs all the time with no auto control, broken window lock, no signage to direct guests to breakfast room or other locations, basement kitchen with mediocre food and facility. The only highlight of our stay was the shower with strong water pressure. There is no iron, no closet to put away our clothes, no outlet by the bed to charge the phone, the space behind the bed was stacked with dust. Things are falling apart everywhere and the entire place needs to be demolished and rebuilt in my opinion. I have been to roadside motels with better living conditions. Go to super nearby or other chain motels even if you just need a few hours of sleep in the middle of the night.
Jacuzzi under repair ! Cold pool Late to clean room and replenish towels even after requesting

Maybe not
Not legal wheel chair accessible ramps. Carpets in the rooms were not good for allergies. The pool was freezing. The breakfast was mediocre.
