I don't think it's their fault, because even though I book hotels with VIP perks (and pay a premium for that) I have never been offered a room upgrade or have had any sort of acknowledgment at check-in. Again, it appears that this is your fault and not the hotels because it happens (or rather, doesn't happen) everywhere.
TravellerStayed here for two nights. The staff have great hospitality and sufficient skills. Facilities are new and comfortable. If I could point out some minor drawbacks, the bathroom counter space is a bit small for my personal items. In the shower room, it would be perfect if there were a small basket on the wall for shower gel or shampoo. It would be better to provide more glasses for water or fruit juice in the breakfast area. But overall, it was a nice stay for me. Will be back next time!

TravellerDiamond in the rough… I really like this property. Wonderful breakfast, but definitely don’t order dinner. I was disappointed with the dinner. Friendly staff and taxi-ing to the city center is easy enough.

The nicest hotel i could possibly find after my 2 week round trip in Vietnam. Only given it 4 out of 5 as the spa facilities were being rebuilt and rooftbar bar service was perhaps a little inefficient given when the crowd was busy but everything else was excellent
TravellerHotel has very good selection of buffet breakfast, also gave surprise promotion free drink on their Tequila bar on arrival. Gym and pool nice addition for relaxing. Property approx 10min drive by Grab car app to Old Quarter Hanoi. Staff very helpful in securing a cab when we couldn’t get one with our Grab Car app to get to airport. To safeguarding changes in charges, must use app to book car as charges is indicated on app.

Traveller이 호텔은 직원들의 친절함이 빛나는 호텔입니다. 각종 명소나 시가지와는 조금 거리가 있어 교통비가 들기는 했지만 시설도 충분하고 베트남 5성급에 뒤쳐지지 않는 식사, 무료 수영장, 라운지바가 기억에 남는 것 같습니다. 옥상에서 바라보는 야경은 멋진 풍경화 한 폭을 감상하는 기분까지 들게했습니다. 일정 마지막날에는 옥상에서 수영을 즐기며 촬영했는데 너무 멋있었습니다. 그리고 직원분들께 너무 감사합니다. 서툰 영어실력을 이해해주고 많이 배려해주셨습니다. 그리고 제가 전날 머문 호텔에서 분실한 물건들을 찾아주셨습니다. 경향이 없어 사례도 못하고 왔는데 가는 날까지 웃으며 배웅해주셨습니다.

A nice hotel, easy and convenient. Great price. Very friendly staff. Beautiful interior. Very modern. The rooftop was sadly a bit deserted. Delicious welcome drink, bed was very comfy. Unfortunately the room did smell a bit like cigarettes. Otherwise everything was a 10/10 experience. I would stay again in the future.
