Go somewhere else. Not worth the money and is in need of serious maintenance. We are all sick due to the lack of cleanliness within the air conditioning units. The only thing that was actually good was the food.
This property is nothing like the reviews. Although the Nannie’s could have been a great option. Upon getting there we were immediately uncomfortable with the conditions of the place. We did not stay here after seeing the property. We booked elsewhere and left
We had an amazing time, the staff truly treats you like family. The food was delicious, we have nothing but good things to say about our stay.
Staff was great. Facility needed updating.
Property is not well maintained. Our toilet was not functional. Food choices were limited.
We absolutely loved the nanny feature in this property and got so lucky to have Deborah as our nanny. The activities are fun and they find creative ways to engage the kids. Since we went during low occupancy season, most of the resort's restaurants were closed down so there were limited food options (although the food was fresh and delicious) and the resort seemed quite "dead". The pools were not appealing with dead bugs floating at the top although the beach was sandy beautiful and ocean gorgeous. The resort could use some maintenance, the rooms were not really comfortable and required 3 maintenance visits during our 3 days. Service was generally good and accommodating. I would recommend to go with young children for a limited number of days during a popular holiday and plan for 1-2 excursions if you do not need the "frills" or "luxury" of a 5 star resort.
Stay was bleh.
Our nanny Deborah was amazing, she kids loved her. The owner is such a kind, down to earth person. The staff were incredible, they made us feel welcome and were so sweet with our kids. The food was delicious. It's a perfect destination if you are travelling with young children and although the property is quite outdated (but very clean), we would love to come back.
Our family has been coming to FDR for years. The staff is so friendly and just amazing! There are lots of fun activities, especially for kids. Everyone loves the 100 foot waterside, playing pool volleyball, hermit crab races, and large pool to name a few. Even with the hurricane that hit the day before, staff did an incredible job, cleaning up the property and Working together to ensure we (21 of us) had a great time. We highly recommend this place… The nannies are the best!!!
The owner of this establishment was very welcoming and accommodating. The service was excellent and the servers were awesome. Even the security was too notch. They never forgot my name, even with so many other patrons there. The grounds keeper picked fresh coconut off the tree for me and gave me mangoes as well. My experience was second to none!
This was such a great experience. The condos are spacious and have balconies overlooking the beach. Our nanny was great for my kiddos. They had a ton of fun at the pool, kid's beach, and game room. The food was AMAZING. There was always a variety of food options, American and traditional Jamaican fare. The staff was accomodating and made us feel at home. The bartenders were great and allowed my kids to order their special slushies and Shirley Temples 😂 We love it here and will definitely be back! Thank you FDR for making this a memorable vacation!
Although the place was not luxurious the hospitality was outstanding. There were some areas that were not usable but it didn’t prevent me from enjoying my time. They just need to update the place a little more to match the photos they have on the website. Thank you
The only thing that FDR has going on for it is the service. Staff are very welcoming and friendly and truly attend to you, especially our nanny (Tameka). The food was excellent. Place was quiet and peaceful overall. The facilities are run down, gym isn’t functioning etc.
The whole staff was incredible. Property manager was incredible very tiny issue that was resolved immediately and very adequately. My girls loved our nanny, she was so nice and so helpful that it truly felt like a vacation where I could relax.
Liked the professionalism of the staff and how everyone tried to make you comfortable, including the Manager/Proprietor. Didn’t like that I spent a week without TV, though that could have been an after effect of the storm Beryl. A bit of upgrading to the whole facility to make it a little more attractive would do a great deal with the great staff. Thanks Manager for helping to make my stay a good one!
During our recent stay at the Franklyn D. Resort (FDR) in Jamaica, we experienced the onset of Hurricane Beryl. Despite the challenging circumstances, our experience at FDR was exceptional, and we are incredibly grateful for the staff and management's efforts. Due to the hurricane, the resort had to operate with fewer amenities than usual. However, this did not diminish our experience. The staff and management were outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure the comfort and safety of all guests. Unlike other hotels that crowded guests into large convention rooms, FDR allowed us to remain in our safe and comfortable accommodations. This was particularly important as we were traveling with two teenagers who also appreciated the home-like atmosphere of the rooms. The resort's food was excellent, and the service was spectacular, with a clear emphasis on safety. The staff's attention to detail and their dedication to guest welfare were evident throughout our stay. Even under the stress of a hurricane, the team at FDR managed to provide a sense of normalcy and comfort. In summary, our family would highly recommend FDR and we plan to return. We cannot thank the management and staff enough for their exceptional care and service during such a stressful time.
Staff was awesome
There is nothing worse than spending your hard owned money at a dirty hotel. They had no food. No guests. Disgusting never again
Quite
This property had limited food options and it wasn’t buffer style and bar was not stocked with most items and almost no entertainment and entire resort shut down at 11/00 PM
I like that the property was close to the beach and they had pools and slides for the children. The staff tried their best to make everyone in the party comfortable. They did well to accommodate guests with allergies. The nanny service was helpful because my kids loved the nanny. The nightly entertainment was great and eventful. Things to work on would be updating the property and expanding the menu choices.
I loved the family setting and the staff was wonderful and polite it was a great all around experience
I loved the entire experience. The staff at FDR have left an ever lasting imprint of what "One Love" really means. ❤️
Pro: So much fun for the children! Nanny service was one of a kind! Con: Bar options and liquor quality could be improved! No good tequila very poor for shots!
Quiet family oriented resort. Friendly staff. 5 star Allinclusive dining. Just a piece of paradise.
This is our sixth time at this resort. Nothing compares to the uniqueness of this place. The nannies are amazing. Parents can have a true vacation. It is a small resort, so even with older kids, you feel comfortable letting them roam around. The food is amazing and it's also Jamaican-owned, so your money stays in the country. The staff is super friendly. This is not your typical big all-inclusive. But what it lacks in size, it makes up in heart!
This is a sanctuary for family vacations. I loved everything about this place. The staff is A1, they are friendly and very helpful. The nany service is just what i needed. My kids fell in love with what they experienced. My husband and i were able to relax knowing our kids were having fun and were taken care of.
Love the staff and the service of this resort.
This property was a beautiful way to see the island for the first time. Lovely surroundings showing you the beauty and natural land of Jamaica. Staff is beyond wonderful helpful and very friendly. This is a kid friendly resort with nannies on the property to tend to those who have families and will give you an authentic Jamaican experience.
It’s a family place for sure. Very welcoming and hospitable, a bit outdated but it’s for families not luxurious couples type of place. Food gets 12 of of 10
Property needs severe updating. Staff and food/drink were amazing. Owner is amazing but hotel needs a revamp
Staff is friendly caring going above and beyond their duties.
Excellent for a family or quiet get away. Food is delicious, property is walkable with plenty of activities to do or not. 😆 The snorkeling a is fantastic as is the ride on the glass bottom boat. Guests are like family most people we met have come here for at minimum 5-20 years. Lots of repeat customers speaks for itself.
Just the vacation we needed. Staff was attentive and accommodating. Nanny service spectacular! We will be returning.
Beautiful grounds, amazing nanny service. The place was not busy the first few days of our stay and services and entertainment were lacking as a result, which we were not informed of prior to our stay. Also the Internet service was terrible.
Authentic Jamaican experience....staff and food were excellent. Hotel could definitely use some fixing up...but a great place for relaxing
The hotel has a beautiful architecture, the rooms are spacious and have very comfortable beds! The food is awesome, authentic jamaican cuisine. I loved my gin and tonics. The stay includes a lot of fun and entertaining activities, like boat rides, snorkeling an fishing. All the staff is attentive and eager to assist you. I was traveling on my own and felt safe during my whole stay. Perhaps the property needs a little bit of fixing but all around I rather stay here than at a big chain hotel
Worked wonderfully for us
As a family with two young kids, we were delighted by our experience. It may not be for everyone - this is not the same as an experience at a large all-inclusive resort. Things are a little more relaxed and unpredictable, in terms of precisely which services will be available when, etc. But I felt like both us and the kids got so much more out of it. FDR has a lot going for it: unusually spacious (double) rooms inside non-generic little Spanish-style buildings; access to a beautiful neighbouring beach (alongside its small one); a waterslide where kids (and possibly adults) will happily spend hours; free boat rides; pretty tasty a la carte meals; a location near lots of good day-trip options. But its charm is particularly a credit to its staff - not just the nannies, who may be a main selling point, but also the wonderfully warm folks around the resort, like the lifeguard who taught our 7-year-old how to snorkel, the boat captain who took us out to fish one morning, and the restaurant and bar staff we felt like we knew by the second time they served us. Possibly helped by its Jamaican ownership, it feels way less impersonal than any resort I've been to previously. All this to say, we left with a lot of warm feelings and are eager to return.
This is definitely a family-oriented resort, esp for young children. Good food & drink, lots of fresh seafood & Jamaican fare. Staff is attentive and helpful. Liked that it is a smaller place; not large place with loud crowds. Enjoyed the activities incl. beach volleyball, glass bottom boat, beach access, ocean kayak, fresh water pool, sun loungers. Front office arranged safe & excellent quality transportation to Dunn's River Falls. Only downside was that wifi signal not strong and drops frequently. Overall, an excellent stay.
The property was OK..there are a few concerns that was voiced and the management i addressed was very dismissive...I am a vivid Traveller and certain areas needs improvement. Wonderful activities for children!
Enjoyed our time here very much. The staff were wonderful, friendly, attentive and caring. There is always something to do for adults and kids. Highly recommend this property to families who want a safe place with the option to leave their children with other children and have caring adults watch them while you go relax or play. The spa services are fantastic too!
The place was very clean and the staff was very accommodating.
We had an enjoyable stay but it did have some bumps along the way...Our hot water failed multiple times and was never properly fixed. We were giving our baby a bath when we suddenly had no hot water, and maintenance, after their own review, could only tell us a plumber was coming the next day, which never happened. The water was never fixed. Also, the baby mattress we were provided with originally was moldy and stained. We requested a new one which was clean so they did fix that but why give out a clearly stained one to begin with? The rooms themselves were nice and larger than expected. The nanny service was fantastic - ours was friendly, followed directions very well, and was always very pleasant and good with our kids. The staff overall at the resort was excellent. The food was good, though a bit redundant at the buffet. There were several areas still under a bit of construction that i think should be blocked off better since it's a family-oriented resort. Our stay was good overall despite some of the hardships.
Trich the manager was super helpful!
Everything
Food was not good, roaches, black mold. Everything stops at 5pm. Feel we were mislead on the resort. If you wanted to snorkel that was extra money. Stayed the one night and got our refund.
Hotel not 5 star @ all. Property needs to be upgraded, change the entrance gate, needs to be exterminated had ants, roaches & even lizard inside the rooms that I was staying into. Most of all when tourists goes there we needs to feel welcome @ first entering there. Overall some of the staffs was was good & food was great 👍. I was going to changed hotel like other tourists that came there within 24-48 hours. The reviews wasn’t true. Another thing was very good for families with children 💯 the nannies was great ❤️🙌
If you are looking for a family-friendly resort that looks after your childcare needs while you enjoy the relaxation of your stay, this is the place to be—one of the few resorts I know that offers each guest a nanny service. They will look after your child and provide them with any required support. My children loved their nanny and were present for all the activities they took part in, including swimming, snorkelling, arts and crafts, tennis, and basketball. The food was good, with a selection of Caribbean, French, Italian and Indian food. The small place made it feel more community-like and made for a short walk to the beach and other amenities within the resort. The staff were extremely caring and would look out for your children if they decided to sit in a different dining area. This resort has many return guests, and I can see why. My kids and I loved it so much we plan on going back again within the next year or 2.
It was as kid-friendly and safe for them as advertised. Staff made it such a pleasure.
Had a great time
When we first arrived at the resort ot was nothing what the pictures look like on the website. The outside of the resort look like the ghetto. l immediately felt unsafe considering l did have my daughter and neice with 3 other adults. Also the eating area was outside so the bugs was biting real bad there. And don't forget the heat considering we was outside. Some of the food was delicious. They had variety of desserts. Eating times was 730 am, 1230 pm am 6:30 pm. So you have to make sure you are around those times to eat or you will have to get a taxi which you have to pay to take you around Jamaica. Some of the staff was friendly l can probably can say one young lady not sure her name was definitely not friendly at all. Didnt speak and was not attentive like she should when when needed extra drinks. The clean the room daily which includes making the bed, change towel and wash clothes and refill the drinks in the fridge. In the room had coffee and sugar and cream but no coffee maker. So not sure how l was suppose to make the coffee. Also the too had to bathrooms. The master shower was clogged. That was corrected l guess . Also the resort was not well lit. Had alot of hiding spot and dark areas. So you have to make sure you pay attention. Also they was alot of strange men hanging around the resort not working just sitting around talking and staring you down..Which definitely made me uncomfortable. Since it was 6 of us we always leave together and never alone.
Lets talk about the positive first, the staff is amazing. The nannies are great we can see the kids was enjoying themselves. When you first pull up you are going to think you are in a horror movie. They have a wooden gate with a pad lock thats to enter and exit. Now its says they have multiple places to eat. Nope only one restaurant. The food was basically the same every night. Their salad bar was covered with plastic wrap so if you don't cover it up the bugs will enjoy the food as well. The rooms are out of date. Only flat sheets on the bed no fitted sheets so don't move around to much. The cheese and crackers was covered in sandwich wrap. The tv was horrible no good wifi. The pool was out of date the boat was a joke you can basically build it at home. The spa a joke the gift shop was a joke the lady who works in their was rude. The rooms didnt come with the same amenities. Really nothing to do but get in the pool and get plenty of drinks. The beach area was dirty looking but the other side was great stayed out there mostly. No shade by the pool area. Would i stay here again No, if you want a place to say i went to Jamaica this is the place.
Nanny service was excellent. Food was ok. Staff was great.
Excellent staff; Very good food at every sitting. All staff members were helpful and very pleasant all wearing a smile and never forget greet guests as the pass by. My grandchildren love the place and the amenities. They had a ball. I have no complaints to voice.
This is by far the most disappointing vacation we've ever had. The entrance area is a wooden gate, nothing hugely secure or guarded. NOTHING about this 'resort' is as described! The grounds were very unkempt with debris and outright dirty. The decor and buildings were very outdated. There was ongoing loud construction. The jacuzzi and kiddie pool was filthy and semi filled with dirty rain water. There are stray cats wandering everywhere, especially in the dining areas. The spa was equally run down and unkempt. There are NOT several restaurants, there's only 1 and it's called take it or leave it. Most of the food options were repetitive & bland and often times ran out without prompt replenishment. All of the dining tables are outside and most times the food was barely covered in saran wrap, hence the attraction of insects. The other restaurants described online were closed and visibly inoperable for some time, as was the disco, teen club and jacuzzi area. There was a beach grill that made food to order, but limited options. There were daily activities posted but rarely were done. The beach is small & dirty and not maintained well. Thankfully the beach to the other side of the resort was much larger & cleaner and allowed for swimming & snorkeling. While relaxing, there is NO shade & very limited beach chairs & access to this area closed at 6! There were quite a bit of kids activities daily that were managed by nannies however despite traveling with 2 children, we were never of
I had a great time alone and the staff was wonderful. I was disappointed about the food. It didn’t have enough seasoning and unfortunately careered too much American palate.
This would be a family place only. Staff was wonderful! I will just recommend this for a family location. Not really for couples or young crowd. It’s not updated or anything spectacular about it.
The hospitality from the staff was amazing!
Very family oriented
I like the design of the rooms and the outside walk way
Awesome resort, best food by far for properties we have stayed at over the years. Had nice pools to keep the kids entertained, daily activities to ensure you had something to do if you never left the resort. Ran out of time to enjoy all of the included perks but plan on visiting again in the future. Favorite activity we did make use of was the glass bottom boat ride and snorkeling. You can snorkel right from the shore outside your room or hop on their boat and see even more great coral and fish. Great food and friendly staff. One day at the buffet they were out of fish when I went up with my plate, without me saying anything, they noticed and had someone walk to my table and give me a plate which was presented as if it came from a dinner restaurant.
This hotel is a hidden gem for families with children under the age of 10. The fact that a nanny is assigned to each family is amazing . Parents can have some quiet , relaxing time while the kids are being entertained. Our nanny was amazing, my girls are still talking about her. I would recommend some entertainment for the adults, and food options betweeen main meals . In all I would definitely return if traveling with my children.
Every one of the workers was just nice.
We have two under two, and this resort gave us an opportunity to relax for the first time in two(ish years). The resort is designed for kids, highchairs abound. Every person who worked there seemed to learn our kids names. We primarily used the nanny during their nap times and it was absolutely perfect. We will go back!
I loved it, they treated me well and I’m satisfied
Place needs a makeover very old.
We traveled as a family of 5 (2 adults, 3 teenagers) and made memories at the FDR that will last a lifetime. The staff and service were AMAZING! From the first day, we felt like we were at home, and that everyone was genuinely concerned that we had activities that suit all our family and we were well fed (we are a combination of vegan/vegetarians)… the food was authentic Jamaican cuisine, everything fresh and delicious! The kids absolutely loved the pool slide and spent hours on it every day. Our older son went on a scuba dive trip and said it was the best he’d ever done! He got to see a shipwreck and a plane wreck, and the crystal clear waters made it so easy to spot the many species of beautiful fish. Snorkeling trips on their glass bottom boat were readily available and we went several times over the course of our trip. The nightly entertainment was incredible! We experienced fire dancing, another outstanding show displaying the history of Jamaican music and dance from the very beginning through modern day reggae…UNBELIEVABLE!! All of this made the trip more than a typical vacation. We truly felt immersed in the culture. We did not need the nanny service since our children are older, but the nannies all were so pleasant and wonderful to speak to, and showed genuine care and concern for all the Littles they were taking care of. The kids were always so happy, smiling, and busy. Truly a relaxing getaway and our kids already asking to go back. FDR staff, thank you!!!!
Very disappointed. I did not know how the hotel can rate 4 star hotel, it just likes motel level. First of all, the blanket on the sheet so dirty, you can see dirt and hairs on it. The furnitures in the room are so old and dirty, looks like grandpa age. Second of all, only have one restaurant available to serve, which the hotel claim that they have variety restaurants to open. Last, we did not need clean lady to clean everyday, just asked for clean towels everyday, however, everyday we need requested at least 3 times, and it takes 2-3 hours to deliver the clean towels. The only good thing is open bar, we can get different drinks right now if you sit on the bar. I will definitely NOT recommend this hotel.
I don’t not recommend this property!I have nothing positive to say
Excellent time. Very relaxing as usual with nanny taking the son and wife and I having own time. The only thing I’d say needs improvement is the food. If you’re not first in line at buffets you may not get great quality. Dinners are lacking.
Secret gem! It was not overpacked with obnoxious, drink people that ruin your vacation - it was a true vacation of relaxing days. Food was incredible! Staff were friendly and attentive. The beaches were in a cove like area and made for perfect beach days. We didn’t need a nanny as our youngest is 16 but seeing all the Nannies with the kids it looks like an amazing free service!
Great location for a vacation with children. Everything is close by and the nanny service is very convenient.
The location was beautiful but the website is nothing short of false advertising. There were several resturants but they were never open. Meals were mostly buffet with poor quality and low cost foods-- food was most disappointing. I traveled with my teenage son, but teen center was closed/locked up entire time we were there and there were no teen activites. Wifi spotty and didn't work at all in room. Book with caution and set your expectations low so as to not be disappointed!
The great thing was nanny for your childrens...Dinning services was awesome. Building needed upgrades. Wifi was slow.
Had a lovely time at this smaller low key family resort. The staff were amazing, friendly and helpful.Direct access to a long beach , water good for swimming ( more waves than Negril, so more fun for me). Very homey , good for families. Cycled every morning, beach volleyball, ping pong. The food was good if you stick to the jamaican cuisine( of course), and only buffet and grill available for most of our stay. Clean comfortable rooms, overall a great experience.
The only reason to come to FDR is the nanny set up and the promise of perfect nannie’s is just not true. the nannie’s don’t get in the water with your children. Some are lovely and helpful but many sit around looking like they hate life for most of the day. It’s still nice to get away to the beach as a parent but it’s hard to overlook the shabby interiors the truly depressing kids club space and… let’s be real, it’s hard to feel elated and relaxed when the people caring for your child look unhappy. Some people we met had great experiences and return yearly, we might even go back and have a list of preferred nanny choices if that happens. but the place is super small and there are things that are not up to do/unsafe for little ones. so just go into this knowing it’s not going to feel like an uncomplicated, carefree vacation. we made good memories but fdr didn’t really live up to my expectations
My family had a great time at this resort. We have been to more modern resorts that were higher end, but didn’t have the family feel of this resort. The staff was incredible and really got my kids involved in all the activities. We had a huge unit with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, which was perfect for my family of five. Our children ages 13,11 and 6 all loved it. The teenage club coordinator got my oldest son involved in so many activities when he is normally shy, he actually ended up having a sleepover party with a bunch of the teens! My middle son has special needs, our assigned nanny, Garcia -was amazing with him. Our six-year-old tan around freely around the resort and we never felt worried for his safety. It felt like all the Nanny’s and lifeguards are watching out for all the kids. This is the first place we ever went to without locking our door once. The lifeguards took us on a great snorkelling tour, and taught the kids how to snorkel properly. Highly recommend this resort if you aren’t looking for something very high-end or modern, but fun and safe, and family oriented.
Great personable staff.
The resort is great for families. My kids are older so we did not use the nanny service but most people did. This is great for families with small children. My kids all made friends with other teens while they were there during the teens meet & greet. We had a lot of rain & rough waters while we were there so we couldn’t spend as much time on the beach as we would have liked but my kids loved the pools & slides. The food was good overall & always had options for kids at the grill or kids buffet. Our room was a nice size for our family of 5. We had 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms which I was not expecting. It was a nice surprise. The resort is definitely older but was clean & kept up nice. Many families there had been there multiple years. Staff was great & always helpful and friendly. Overall I would recommend this resort for a great family vacation!
Excellent staff. Food is very.... bland
The food is terrible and the property is outdated.
It’s a family hotel, which I was happy with, staff was friendly, I felt very comfortable and miss them all already.
1st timer and it was excellent and relaxing
The property was ok but it no disability, wheelchair or elderly friendly. The resort caters for family with children under 10.
Very family oriented. I happened to be there for a friends 25th bday and bc the original hotel was overbooked, FDR accommodated me for my solo stay while I enjoyed the property and still went out to Montego Bay!
nothing worked in my room, the light dont work the tv did not work the light sockets did not some light switch did not work its an old building that needs to be rebuilt that the electric system is a fire hazard that unsafe for dwelling, bathroom is old needs to updated hot water don't work
We will be going back again and again.
Full-time child care, private boat for snorkeling and other water excursions included
Smaller/quaint. Kid friendly-AMAZING nanny service. Staff was amazing. Felling of overall resort matched the vibe of the island. Easy access of boats, beach and activities…super flexible and accommodating!
The property was personal and intimate. The staff, especially Tamika- our nanny, went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable. It was a great experience. We will be returning.
Fair with the potential to be really good
We saw this had the potential to be a great hotel. When we arrived there were only a few other families there. Only one restaurant was open, limited choice of food, slow service, meal times were late for small children who want to eat early. Limited activities were available - this had been the main attraction for us. The nannies were helpful and several of the staff were exceptional. The place needs maintenance and overall it felt overpriced.
The resprt is great. Staff are excellent. They make your trip smooth! Hotel very kid friendly clean and food was great. Nanny are excellent and lifeguards arebthe best
Loves the bartenders and lifeguards. The food wasn’t that good at all but overall it wasn’t bad
It was very friendly
Amenities didn’t work such as iron boards and outlets in master suite. Also there were no wash cloths available upon request.
It was ok
Some of the staff was nice. The food was horrible we ate out although this place was All inclusive. No adult entertainment. Overall l would never recommend or stay here again. The transportation was very expensive 100 US dollars every time you wanted to leave the hotel. Your forced to leave daily because there’s nothing to do on the resort.l, Very boring there was more staff than guest.
Our Nanny was amazing. Our grand daughter loved her and we were able to truly relax! Can't wait to go back.
The property was clean and staff was excellent. Having a nanny for the entire stay was a major plus. I would rather more Jamaican food choices for dinner but overall it was great. We enjoyed ourselves and will definitely be back.

After visiting resorts in the Dominican Republic and Mexico, we decided to try this one. At first, we weren’t sure about it—it’s smaller, not brand new, and only has one pool. However, after six days, we can confidently say this is one of the best places we’ve ever stayed! The service was exceptional, and our nanny, Patrice, was amazing and incredibly helpful. The only downside for us was the main food dishes, but that’s because we’re picky eaters and only eat Kosher. That said, the desserts were absolutely delicious and a real highlight! The resort’s small size turned out to be a blessing, especially with three kids. It felt cozy, like home, and the layout was perfect—you could even see the kids’ play area from the restaurant, which gave us peace of mind knowing they were safe. Thank you for an amazing vacation! We’ll definitely be back!
