I think “lovely” is the word I would use to best describe the Four Seasons Whistler - the property, the staff, the restaurants, the spa, the convenience, all just so lovely, which made our stay wonderful. We were there for 5nights and six days and wish we had stayed an extra two days.
Hotel needs a reservation, food was BADDD and they don’t have any decent bars to spent time
Four Seasons Whistler is THE premier resort in Whistler. The facilities are excellent and the staff takes the experience to the next level. Arguably, my favorite place in the world
We loved the atmosphere of this property, especially during the holidays! Can’t wait to go back!
We loved our stay at this hotel!! Best experience ever!
Always a great and consistent experience and service at Four Seasons
Aamzing porperty
Outstanding!!!
Beautiful and relaxing- best in Whistler!
The Four Seasons Whistler is the place to stay in Whistler. While it's not technically ski-in/ski-out the frequent and quick shuttle ride and ski concierge more than makes up for it. Additionally, the service of the staff goes beyond anything you'd fine elsewhere and the atmosphere is clean, modern, and exciting.
Abosolutely stunning. We stayed in the executive suite and breakfast was inlcuded which was amazing.
Beautiful hotel
Exceptional service
Always exceptional service at the four seasons. I love the extras in the winter like the smores and maple taffy. The massages at the spa are amazing, highly recommend.
I had the king room with mountain view, that also had a fire place and balcony. the room was huge. the pool and spa were just awesome! the other guests were also nice. but the staff was really warm and helpful. It felt like home. The ski concierge was the most convenient thing ever! You can get your warm boots, skis and other stuff every morning, they offer you coffee and pastries. They are literally set up at the gondola.
It is not conveniently located but still walkable to the north village gondola. If you want to stay here, take advantage of the amenities it has to offer.
Everything was beyond wonderful.
Amazing!
Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, tons of amenities for non-skiers. The staff is extremely nice, we can’t wait to come back. This is luxury at its finest!
Great place
Everything is perfect
My favourite hotel of all time. Very quiet, lots of dining options, definitely the best pool, sauna and change rooms I’ve seen. We will be back!
Most amazing stay!
Amazing service. Great room. Tasty food. Fun for kids.
lovely
Staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Room was beautiful and the spa and gym were clean and well-appointed. We loved our time.
Always amazing time, staff is beyond friendly rooms are clean and stunning. This place in the winter is a winter wonderland
The room was amazing. The staff were helpful. We were there in offseason so not very crowded. Food service on site was very good.
The hotel, forces you to do a valet parking. Their staff took my vehicle and crashed it in their parking lot. Resort fees are expensive. Its far from the village.
10/10
We had a great stay
Great stay
Fantastic
It's older but a beautiful hotel in great shape. Lots of attention to detail as one would expect at a 4 Seasons. ti
Great stay with our young children. The staff at the resort went above in beyond in making our stay that much more comfortable!
Amazing property! Our most favorite hotel at our favorite Whistler! Have been many times and can’t wait to be back especially when the snow comes for some spectacular skiing! Front desk team is great!! Mahalos!!
The balcony is quiet and has pretty view
Took our opportunity to do an off season stay and really enjoyed ourselves. They offered a paint and sip class the we did and had a good time learning some first steps. We took advantage of the hot tubs and the heated pool towels were great. We ate at both restaurants and were very pleased. Very much enjoyed our stay.
First class
First class at 4 seasons- always impressed Brought mini fridge quickly when asked. Only issue I had was they gave me a paper stating parking was free and I received $150 credit to the restaurant/bar on site however they charged me for both at the end and then only took parking off. I didn’t realize they still didn’t give me the $150 credit at the restaurant.
Grea
Location.
Whole visit was excellent, great facilities, Nathalie was brilliant at check in and gave us an upgrade. Would recommend!
Four Seasons Whistler is a beautiful property and I’m always so grateful to get to stay there. We chose to stay on property for dinner one night of our stay. Didn’t like that we weren’t able to book a time that suited us at Sidecut and instead had to conform to either 615 or 815 sittings which were not convenient for us.
sweet
Great service from start to finish
We enjoyed the water therapy and massages. Dinner at Sidecut was delicious.
Highly recommended!!!
We had a lovely time at the four seasons everything was as we expected.
Property was nice and clean. Rooms were roomy and beds very comfortable. However parking needs to have a bit more room in between cars. Although we had valeted our car, our car got dinged by the parking lot tenant. Needs extra room in between cars or something to prevent possible dings on cars. We were upset that our new car had a pretty big ding on it and now have to deal with the repairs.
Brilliant hotel and lovely staff
Very clean large rooms . Whole resort was beautiful and superb service
Overall great stay, and the staff was extremely helpful and always available to help. We ate at the resort only once and the food was ok, clearly an area to improve for a Four season resort like this.
I generally like the Four Seasons brand, and I try to travel less so I could stay at one of the FS hotels in places I visit.
The description of the room said refrigerator and minibar. There was no refrigerator just a mini bar heavily fied with drinks and if you moved anything around you would be charged. We have a baby and so we needed a fridge to store breast milk. We called the front desk saying we needed to move the drinks to put milk inside the said someone would remove the drinks but they never did. Also the minibar fridge isnt even cold enough like a real refrigerator, its more like a chiller. The milk spoilled in minibar! We knew this because it didnt seem cold enough and my baby had diarrhea! Other things that were not a 5 store hotel feel to me which arent a big deal but a little annoying are 1. The bathroom/toilet light; its sensored and turns off after a couple minutes. You always have to wave your hand in there after a couple minutes or else youll be in the dark. It was annoying. 2. Its an older facility 3. It wasnt a soft close toilet. If you just dropped the toilet seat cover it would slam. You would think a place like this would have a soft close toilet. 4. Front desk was rude and didnt do what we asked about the fridge/minibar. This is a 4 star hotel definately NOT 5. We had a better experience at crystal hotel by the village which is a 4 star hotel and had all the things that i complained about in this post that the 4 seasons lacked.
It was our 30th anniversary and it was amazing! The staff is so professional and helpful and they made our experience first class.
Had another fabulous vacation at the Four Seasons Whistler. Fabulous food, fabulous staff, fabulous service. Can’t wait to go back!
Hello guys, I always love your hotel but today I left with an excellent mood because your staff is really friendly and make me feel like home ❤️
a true 5-star hotel!
The hotel is truly 5 stars!
It was wonderful
Staff was lovely. Room was quiet. 🙂
Very nice property the valet were great, the concierge was great. A ton of very young kids running around and screaming though. At breakfast kids would touch the food sometimes even lick it then put it back.
Great staff, thank you Mavi for your assistance once again :)
Loved this place, would recommend and would come back. The staff is extremely helpful and accommodating. Stayed here for our wedding and they made us feel very special.
Super friendly (& helpful) staff, very clean and quiet location :)
Beautiful resort great service five stars to this beautiful property.
We have stayed at the Four Seasons Whistler almost yearly. It wasn’t quite as spectacular as it’s been in the past. Staff was good but not outstanding as before. We didn’t eat with you but poolside we had chicken wings that were great but carrots were so old they had dehydrated and celery was dirty- that shouldn’t happen here!! Otherwise it was nice just didn’t have the Wow factor - sorry.
.
Love the location and the quality of the stay
We felt like celebrities and were treated like royalty with the most kind staff throughout the resort. Whistler’s Four Seasons felt like the White Lotus - magical!!
Valet/drivers were incredible. Reception was wonderful with a visit to their magical forest for the kids upon check-in. Absolutely lovely hotel in one of the best locations on the planet. Thank you, Four Seasons, Whistler!
Good
My stay at Four Seasons was outstanding. From the warm welcome to the luxurious accommodations, everything was perfect. The room was spacious, immaculate, and offered a stunning view. The staff were attentive and ensured all my needs were met. The on-site dining was excellent, and the hotel’s location made exploring the area easy while still feeling like a peaceful retreat. I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a blend of comfort, luxury, and exceptional service. I look forward to returning.
There’s no VIP lounge in the hotel! Too far from the village! Other than those 2 issues, the staff are excellent! We’ll look after by the staff!
5 stars says exactly that. A lovely full-service hotel w/welcoming staff, easy in/out, active pool scene, above average fitness center, several hot tubs (incl an adults only one), two restaurants and a coffee bar, really nice outdoor dining setting, and overall a fun and Prof’l atmosphere. In love with this hotel ❤️🙏
We really enjoyed Four Seasons. The only gripe I have is that kids are allowed. We were trying to rest after a long hike and decided to leave the sliding door slightly opened to let the breeze in. All we heard were preteens screaming and swearing = not relaxing at all. Same with meals - there were just a lot more kids than I expected.
5 star hotel experience! The room was so clean with nice views. The pool, hot tub and spa facilities were excellent. It’s also 15 min walk to the main village and they have a free shuttle bus too!
Our experience was magical. We were treated like Gold and felt so special during our stay. It was a 5 star experience. I can’t wait to return. What a stunning resort!!!
Customer service was outstanding
We had a wonderful stay! Your staff is incredible. Thank you!
A lovely stay
The service levels are by far are the best I’ve experienced. Loved how anyone looks to solve any question or request. The staff is phenomenal!!
great place to stay
out of all our stays in our journey this was by far the best 5 star
Since check-in to check-out, the service is impeccable. They gave us a surprise room upgrade, late check out upon request til 2 pm, and allowed us to store our luggage before and after our stay. The pool was smaller than expected but service was fantastic! They had really comfortable lounge chairs, ample amount of umbrellas, nice cocktails and some surprise complimentary small bites. The spa facilities are great, with complimentary use or their sauna, steam rooms, showers, and locker room. They even have a Dyson hair dryer for guests to use. The rooms are spacious but ours unfortunately did not have black out curtains, so the light crept in earlier than wanted. The highlight was the town car service and shuttle to take you to the Village. Overall, fantastic time! Would recommend and come back again.
Beautiful spacious rooms
Don’t come in the off season
We came here for our anniversary. We were given the wrong directions to our room twice. There was dry blood on our sheets. There were dirty towels and cups by the pool everywhere that never got cleaned up. There was a cookie floating in the pool. I told the manager and he called me. It was awkward because he just told me he’s sorry and wants to welcome me back. So what? Then I told him by email it’s a little awkward and never heard back. I dunno it definitely was worse than some $150 hotels I’ve stayed at.
Excellent stay. Sidecut restaurant was a treat. Would recommend a massage there as well.
Great services
This hotel is a hotel to judge other hotels by. Service from the hotel was amazing, everyone was polite and professional. We were traveling with our three year old and they were great with him as well. The room was top noch, it was large and clean. The bathroom was amazing as well with a full size tub and additional shower all done beautifully. The pool areas was great and the pool was a comfortable warm temperature. They even had arm floaties for our little guy. It was a treat to be able to stay here.
Excellent service and staff. Warm, friendly and helpful staff members and they are all very dedicated to make the stay comfortable for their guests
Amazing service from the staff
Best in BC
Adam and Mitchell at the front desk are top notch. Jamie with transportation was excellent. The staff that services the rooms are phenomenal. Assets to the Four Seasons Residences.
Great staff and stunning hotel
Amazing helpful staff we had our 2 year with us and they made feel very welcomed. Amazing bed, best in 3 weeks traveling. Food was excellent
This Resort is next level. Very well planned everything
An amazing property with 5 star customer service! We will be back
Amazing service!
Our stay at the four seasons hotel exceeded our expectations but that was mainly due to the amazing service and attention to detail from Erin at the front desk. My husband and I went to celebrate my husbands birthday and it was our first couple trip since we had kids (7 years ago). Erin made sure we got pampered and well taken care of, she made us have a stay we will never forget. Thank you so much!
The best
Four Seasons Whistler never disappoints!

Hotel experience
I had to wait two hours for my room to be ready without any confirmation on the timing. Later, I forgot my jacket at the breakfast restaurant, but staff initially told me it couldn’t be found, even after checking with hotel security. Only after I insisted they open the jacket cabinet did I find it there. Better communication and thoroughness in handling guest requests would improve the experience.
