High expectations for the 4Seasons met. The food was out of this world. It is more expensive than near by properties, but felt completely amazing.

Fantastic hotel-probably the best we have ever stayed at. The facilities are great and the staff out of this world. Nothing is too much trouble and everyone was genuinely charming and helpful. A must visit destination.

bad goest arrival procedure. it was quite insulting to be forced out of a taxi by the hotel entrance, wait in a shed next to a guard dog, under extreme heat waiting for a golf cart for 15 minutes to get to reception. check in process took another 15 minutes, we were the only ones there. no rush. We did not subscribe to that.

Relax in Sharm - Could do better on ECO

A great relaxing trip - it was our 4th visit so we knew the property well. Service was excellent and staff really friendly. Only observation was the eco side of things: Lots and lots of single use plastic - both in water bottles and bathroom items. With the watre bottles I would suggest removing these and giving guests a refillable (Four Seasons branded) water bottle which could be refilled across the site. Breakfast was excellent!

Everything one expects from a Four Seasons hotel re service and accommodation

Best hotel in Egypt - top 5 in the Gulf

Definitely ranks amoung top 5 hotels we have stayed at in the world for vacation (including Burj al Arab, Emirates Palace, Chedi Muscat and Al Bustan Palace). Staff were generally amazing - breakfast under stewardship of Imad was extremely well run - Eng (who will be married soon) made us a very nice going away plate. Filipina supervisor at Asian and Italian restaurant was superb. Waha great ambiance for dinner. Standard of food for dinner was exceptional. Had a great week of diving also thanks to the professionalism of the team there - Vilma and Vlada made sure everything was well organised in the office - Mohammed, Amr and Franceska well orgnaised and safe underwater - boat captain Mohammed, the deckhands and the shore team did a fantastic job. Spa was also great although expensive - Patie from Uganda was an excellent masseuse. Thanks to everyone - exceptionally well run hotel - will definitely come back.

Wonderful welcome and experience throughout. The staff were very attentive and really looked after us. We only stayed for 5 days but are definitely looking at planning our next trip exclusively here, it really was worth the price. The room and beds were very comfortable with all the amenities we needed, if we had any requests housekeeping made sure it was met and exceeded our expectations. The food was divine, delicious and cooked to perfection. Our daughter was enthralled by the kids club and the fantastic staff really looked after her. On the first day we dropped her off for an hour and by the end of our stay she was there for full days, wanting to go back first thing the next morning. The whole resort felt very exclusive and private and made us very relaxed.

Relaxing holiday in Sharm away from the crazy worl

Very relaxing place. Outside area is fantastic during the day and night with all the lightening. Reef is very nice as well. Snorkelling trip was overpriced for what we receive. All the restaurant are nice, specially Asian, Teef for the fish and Italian. In order to feel at home at least 10 days to relax

Highlight of our honeymoon

Amazing stay. Whole staff was very professional and on point. Our room was always clean and they even organized our things. We appreciated Francis the bar tender, friendly service from Gala, the train operator, which we used everyday to go from our room to the beach. Also from Mansour who helped us with our pool needs . The Red Sea was also beautiful to snorkel in! Just be careful from the many different fish, just have to be mindful and not touch anything.

Excellent service

Beautiful Arabian inspired architecture and landscaping. Amazing corals and marine life right at the hotel for snorkeling. Most of the staff were incredible friendly and helpful. Good variety of restaurants at the resort.

Beware claim of "airport transport"

Beware claim of "airport transport" - this means hotel will call a "limo" (taxi) that will charge $46. I called my own and paid $22 and could probably negotiated less. Feel this is false advertising! Facility is clean and well-kept, beautiful. Concierge not especially helpful, but rest of staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. Restaurants and gift shop way overpriced. No light meals available for by pool or beach (ie: burgers or chicken strips type meals rather than big, expensive meals for lunch).

The views and landscaping of this property are amazing, it is so beautiful, staff are nice ,specially housekeeping ,Maati and the lady with him..but hotel is extremely over- priced for similar properties in the region. The staff are nice but aren't empowered to serve customers. Coffee capsules are only provided for free for first night, then you are charged for any capsules over 4 during your stay, that doesn't happen in any 5 stars hotel that i know. Breakfast is really good, snd included in the room charge, but in case you are not feeling well, they won't bring to you in the room unless you order from room service for extra, that isn't a good service., restaurants in hotel are good but again expensive. Although I like the hotel views and service, I will not come back again.

We had an amazing experience in the hotel.The property is beautiful, the service amazing especially Albert the front office manager who did everything to please us. The breakfast is delicious with a lot of variety and the main Chef The diving center is very professional and can only recommend them. We maybe paid more than in other diving centers but we all felt 100% safe.

I love the Four Seasons, but I do think the staff at this location need more training on how the guests should “come first” here…especially for a 5-star hotel where we are paying for privacy, promptness, and not having to explain things to the staff. We kept almost getting run into by the buggies when we were walking because they do not stop and let the guests go first. There was also a delay on many requests.

Amazing house reef for swimming

Great resort. But missing that little something to make it a 5* four seasons. It does have an amazing house reef for snorkelling.

Five Stars under Sharm's Blazing Sun

Resort is stunning. Easy to see why others like it so much. Maybe not so handicap friendly as it is built into a hillside. However hotel does have a funicular to get up and down, in addition to fleets of golf carts.

Excellent service, super friendly staff all over the property. Food was great at all restaurants, except the Italian , not bad but not great either. Overall, this is one of the best places I’ve been to in Sharm./ Egypt.

This is a very beautiful hotel and the service is very good, especially the laundry service is extraordinary. But when I arrived in the room, there was no toothpaste and toothbrush. I called the hotel and was told that this was their hotel’s policy. The manager of this hotel should be fired because he doesn't understand the customer mentality at all. Yes, you can call to request, but you don’t like the waiting or you just arrived at the hotel and you don’t have any change to tip the person who brought the toothpaste and toothbrush. How would you feel?

It is a nice hotel if you want to relax and enjoy your time in Egypt. The location is fantastic and the hotel is green and clean. The staff is overall friendly (apart from beach boys).

Excellent, they had all the precautions measures as it relates to COVID-19. Very excellent service, Fast & Clean.

Hotel had Constant deafening drilling building works for 15 hours a days where it is expanding. Some times 3 lorry’s with diggers through the concreat. The rooms would vibrate. The Swimming pool closed all week. Says 9 restaurants only 2 open Just a whole in the ground and rubble where the tennis courts and leisure should me. We would NOT have gone if we had told.

Amazing hotel in a quiet aria and very close to the airport about 10 min only, and 10 min walking away from Soho market aria! The only thing is they don’t have really nice beach, or else everything just perfect

The friendliest, most professional staff I have ever experienced. Beautiful rooms, great layout of the property. Nice touches like free cabanas by the pool and beach, a cooler of cold water delivered to each cabana (or chairs if you prefer), periodic “cool water spray” and cold juices. Also, they delivered a “patriotic” dessert to my room for US Independence Day! Staff incredibly nice.

Wonderful stay

Absolutely top level resort. I’ve seen this rated as one of the best hotels in the world and imagine that is true. The staff goes above and beyond to respond to and anticipate guests’ needs. We are a couple that went for a romantic trip. We used the main pool, beach, spa, and gym and had a meal at each restaurant. We also took two arranged snorkeling trips and had a private beach dinner. Everything was outstanding.

The Hotel is Heaven on earth, we cannot fault anything and the staff go out of their way to make sure one has a good time.

The people and service are just as great as can be. The grounds are perfectly groomed. The rooms are NOT up to par as they feel aged, although in good working order. The drawers available in the room are ridiculously small in comparison to the very large closet. The restaurants are very generous on quantity but the taste was not always there. That’s probably the area that can improve the most. Overall, the service was the definite highlight — I sneezed and had a waiter bring a box of tissues to me within seconds.... Had never seen this before.

Without a doubt the BEST hotel experience I have ever had! Service was beyond exceptional, staff was amazing from the minute we arrived to after we departed. I can not recommend this hotel enough. I will definitely come back

Everything was perfect. We visited in winter but will come back in summer which seems to be even better for scuba diving and snorkeling.

Too amazing!

Everything is over the top amazingly perfect , they are so down to details even to put a bookmark on my book, put a strap to tight up our chargee cables etc. Service is top knotch and they give you the feelings of they r always there to serve u for any means. The landscape are marvelous i wish i could stay any longer and we will definitely coming back again!
