A very expensive hotel that only rates 3 stars with me, but with 5 star grounds.

Unbelievable property. Will return as soon as possible. Staff was so hospitable and welcoming throughout our visit. One of the best resorts i have stayed at in the world.

Amazing Resort

Amazing resort, incredible service and exceptional food. The only negatives I can say is that the rooftop bar was closed (Feb.) and the sauna/steamroom do not open until 10am which can be inconvenient if working out in the gym early morning.

What a luxury and relaxing experience. My wife and I would definitely come back on our next Marrakesh trip.

Great hotel best ser up in Marrakech

We had a great holiday at the four seasons Marrakesh. The kids club was amazing our six-year-old daughter loved it. The concierge service is 2nd to none they are fantastic, making restaurant recommendations and organised our dinner reservations around Marrakesh. We will definitely be returning to this hotel.

The best trip ever! The hotel was so beautiful and the food was delicious! Our room was extremely spacious and the staff went out of their way to accommodate our family. We can’t wait to come back!

One of the most beautiful Four Seasons establishments we’ve stayed at. We tried all 3 restaurants and were really blown away by our server, Youssef, at Inara. -Very impressionable, kind, friendly and a wealth of knowledge! Amin at Azzera was most helpful with food suggestions, which was a refreshing way to end our day after lounging by the glorious pool with more fantastic staff! Quattro was an amazing exquisite dining experience. The food was beyond our wildest expectations and all the staff served us with pure excellence. We enjoyed their friendliness, expertise and professionalism! The sales representative in the resort store was as warm as ever! We just had to make a purchase with her! The gardens were beautiful, with the citrus trees and blossoming flowers. At night the central fountain added an extra touch of ambiance for our final dinner. Really stunning for a property located in the heart of the city. The fragrances at the entrance and throughout were simply delectable! The front desk staff and valets were awesome as they received us with first class service. Thank you Four Seasons Marrakech for another memorable experience!

Not Four Seasons Service

After staying at many four seasons hotels throughout the world, this one was a disappointment. The service was simply poor. No welcome drink on arrival. Waited a long time to be checked in. I tried to book a dinner reservation on arrival and was told that it was not necessary for hotel guests but then when we went to dinner we were turned away and told to go to another restaurant. We had been told you could order from the poolside restaurant to your lounge chair by the pool. When we tried to do this we were told we were 5 people so we needed to go to the restaurant. We just wanted a snack white the kids swam. We all went to the poolside restaurant but when we arrived my daughters were told they needed to have a cover up because they had a towel. They only brought a robe to the pool. So they had to leave, return to the room get a coverup and come back. I pointed out to the waitress all the other patrons in bikinis and she said the problem was that my children were wet whereas they were dry. Told they had 24 hour concierge service and when I would call there was no answer. This was a very different experience than the four seasons hotels I have stayed with in the past.

We love this hotel !! Since the moment we arrive they greet us with a delicious tea , they make us feel like we were home . The staff very polite , educate and everyone speak English,they were very helpful during our stay. Love the room , the pool area gardens . Definitely we will come back to Marrakech and stay again in the Four Seasons

We travel a lot, at this hotel we had the best service we have ever had. A real 5 stars service, amazing staff, concierge, they make sure everything is perfect. They were lovely with the kids, everybody remember our names. The room was perfect! Also very close to la Medina for visiting the city. Highly recommended!

I have come back much refreshed from a short break at the four seasons Marrakech Everything was perfect! Wonderfully lush and beautiful grounds, beautiful and comfortable room, beautiful flowers in the lobby, exceptionally warm and wonderful staff from concierge to reception, to cleaning staff, to breakfast and the Inara restaturant which i frequented for the local cuisine on offer which was delicious! I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and already looking forward to making a return trip in the near future.

We were thrilled with this property and the service was outstanding. The property was beautiful and easy to navigate. The pools and their service were prompt and friendly. Breakfast at Quattro started off the day with excellent choices. Front staff were always pleasant and ready to help with any activity options and drivers were available always. One of my daughters had a health issue and a doctor was brought in quickly to assess the issue and offer medication. Honestly we travelled from Paris to Marrakech and this hotel made the end of our trip a memorable experience.

This is a regular place for us to visit and the Four Seasons does not disappoint! Everything is on site - fabulous pool space and great spa! Breakfast was always outstanding and the staff are amazing! We had a great room with a terrace! Will definitely be back!!

Having travelled across the world for over 40 years, the Four Seasons Marrakech is the best hotel we have stayed in. This is our second visit (and our 3rd will likey be booked in the near future) and from arriving to departure, the customer service is outstanding across all departments from Reception, housekeeping to gardeners and pool staff. The Front of House Manager in particular was very helpful when we arrived. We received a complimentary upgrade to a Garden Suite which was stunning. The quality, decor and size was fantastic. The room is kitted out with all the items you need including toiletries, quality hairdryer, quality towels, iron and ironing board. The daily housekeeping service was also outstanding and the staff quickly determined your daily programme which made the housekeeping discreet and not in your way. The turn down service was ditto! The gardens are beautifully kept as are the pool areas. The pool staff are also fantastic, courteous and professional. The pool towels are quality and you even get sunhats and suncream if you want it. The treats given at the pool were delicious. The hotel is very safe with professional security staff at the secure gated entrance. Taxis costed from 50 Mad to 100 mad depending on where you were going. We did have one issue with a driver trying to overcharge, we contacted the hotel via fantastic WhatsApp and they quickly sorted it out and apologised for the taxi miscommunication. We had a fantastic holiday and highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this hotel. It provided a peaceful retreat after a day in the city. The staff was incredibly lovely, and even when we encountered issues, the manager's attentive and caring approach made things much better. The restaurants offered excellent food, but little options for traditional Moroccan food. The spa facilities are separated for men and women, which, although annoying, seemed to align with cultural standards. Overall, I would definitely return for another relaxing experience.

Our stay was excellent! Everyone was so friendly. Hanane went out of her way to make our stay perfect. They were having a VIP at the property but she made us feel just as special. Rose petals on the dinner table for my birthday and cake and Prosecco to our room. Reservations were made for us at a great restaurant and even provided us a driver. Wow! Food was delicious and the property was gorgeous. Would definitely stay here next time.

The four seasons app is the best. Staff arranged everything via text on the app. Staff went above and beyond.

You know you are at a Four Seasons Resort the moment you pull into the driveway. This hotel is so beautiful and ornate. The staff is fantastic, from the valet to the receptionist, to the concierge to the housekeeping staff. The room was amazing. We ended up spending more time in the room than outside. One of the toughest rooms to leave. Everything is nearby and it's a 15 minute walk to most everything. Don't miss out on the Spa if you have time. Definitely worth your while. There are just not enough praises for this place. Thanks again for everything. Four Seasons snob for life.

The restaurants, morning breakfast, trips and sightseeing tours through the hotel was EXTREMELY expensive.

There a lot of things that i like about this property but their attention to customers’ needs definitely questionable. Requested a reservation from concierge, they confirmed my reservation but when we arrive the restaurant, no reservation. Luckily we got a table. Arranged a guide for a city tour through concierge, guide was not even talking let alone guiding. They needed to correct my checkout bill 4times. Small things like this but u anticipate more from a hotel like 4 Seasons

Can't be happier with the hotel.

This is one of the best hotel and service we have used in years. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We used tennis court, which is in excellent condition. After checking out, our kid fell sick and we returned to the hotel to ask for help, they were so kind to offer us a clean room to rest and called for a doctor to check out the kid. We will definitely return to Four Seaons if visiting Marrakech again.

Extraordinary hotel. This was without question the most wonderful hotel stay we have experienced as a family. Every staff member was not only incredibly polite, but also very kind and caring in every interaction. They doted on our daughter as if she was their own, down to the smallest details to show she was welcome, which was truly touching (ex: a small bathrobe and children's toiletries in the room!). The hotel and grounds are breathtakingly beautiful, with a feeling of being secluded while also being nearby to all attractions. The staff anticipate every need and take every request to the next level. Our room was more spacious than expected with a lovely terrace to overlook the sunrise. My only regret is that we had to leave. Dining options are excellent, including poolside service. If you are considering staying here, do not hesitate. You will love every moment of it!

Great hotel

We have stayed at several of the luxury properties in Marrakech and each has unique strong points. I was prepared to not love the aesthetic at Four Ssasons as much as some of the more traditional local properties - but it was magical. A clear respect for Moroccan design but understated and still luxurious. The staff here was phenomenal and went out of their way to help and remember us at every interaction. The spa - lovely. The adult pool - so beautiful and relaxing. The grounds - an oasis from the hustle of the Medina and the souk. Highly recommend this hotel. We will be back.

Dessert Oasis

Beautiful property elegantly decorated in contemporary Moroccan style with lavish gardens and pools. Spacious, elegant and not congested as the other high-end hotels in the Medina. The rooms were superb and we were greeted with fresh fruit and chocolates. Close enough to the Medina without the noise and chaos. Four Seasons celebrated my husband’s birthday as well. Big thanks to Ferdinando and Jane who made our stay unforgettable!

Perfect hotel for 1001 Arabian nights Our stay was just perfect in every way I can think of. The staff was very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to assist us with our requests. The property is meticulously maintained and beautiful. It is located at a short cab ride to tbe Medina. The food at their restaurant was just delicious. Would not stay anywhere else in Marrakech.

Arrived and bellman offered no help with the luggage. They saw me and just stood there chatting amongst themselves. No offer to park the car, I had to ask. No greeting at all each time I came and went from the hotel. Upon departure again no help with the luggage from either of the two guys there. So terrible first and last impressions. The 3 day stay was definitely not worth the money. I recommend La Mamounia if you really want a 5 star hotel and wonderful service or the Blu Radisson if you want something less expensive.

Comfortable room and friendly kids club, unfortuetly truly disspointed with the check in service, which is not up to any hotel standard services. We arrived shortly around noon, I was told room is not ready, without let me know what time it will be ready we were send away to the lobby, no one came back to us. I went to reception, as my 6 years old got bored after 40 minutes, I broght her to the reception area, met someone, who didn't introduce himself. I asked if anyone can give us a short tour of the hotel. He was reluctant and but did take us for a super SHORT tour. After the tour I left my daughter at kid clubs

Quiet elegance in a lovely setting. Breakfast was fabulous, staff unsurpassed. Room was large, bathroom had a tub so grand you could swim in it. Hotel staff had smiling faces, our every whim attended to in a professional manner. Loved this hotel.

Underwhelming four seasons experience. Underwhelming decor from lobby to lounge to room for such a unique destination. Frequent problems of accuracies from room service to confirmed events.

Dissatisfied

We were very disappointed, while checking out , they tried to charge extra than what was agreed at time of booking.originally the gentleman tried to pass it off as taxes , which were included in the cost at booking and then he tried to say it was because of the exchange rate , which again had been done at time of booking .only when I asked to see the manager , that he seemed to have solved the issue , and was only charged what was agreed upon at booking. We spent 45 imins working it out , which both left me mistrusting and dissatisfied with both , four seasons and the country

Great hotel, a bit far from Medina, but that was not an issue as everything was perfectly organized by the front desk staff. We need to thank especially Alexandre for the perfect organization and the great time we had. We had the best guide to visit Medina and we saw great places, ate in amazing riads, visited gorgeous palaces and gardens, got instilled in the blues of YSL Jardin Majorelle, etc. We would go back anytime!

Nice property with a few things that other hotels in the area don’t have: junior clib, kids club, 2 pools.. etc Downside: The staff don’t understand what you want, have to repeat orders 2-3 times.

Loved the property. Excellent gym, pool areas. It truly is beautiful here. Reception staff is amazing, check in was really smooth and I can’t say enough good things about the property itself. I didn’t rate this as excellent for 2 reasons: 1) Restaurant service was challenging. I ordered a specific item from the breakfast menu with 1 addition and they brought me something completely different. Then later I ordered a coffee at the pool and it was served lukewarm and also not the way I ordered it. It took 3x for the right coffee to be served and for it be hot. 2) Eco friendly doesn’t seem to be actually working. Towels were changed TWICE per day despite me leaving them on the rack as suggested on the room card. This is really a shame as I didn’t request nor need them changed after 1 use. The fact they are replaced 2x/day is excessive.

This is huge property, with a very nice pool, one full restaurant, and one bar with a small menu for dinner. The lobby is underwhelming, but sufficient. We had an upper pavilion room which was in a separate building with four total units, and it had a nice sunning balcony that was very private overlooking the main pool. The room below had a private pool with some noisy gusts that partied into the night, which was not appreciated. Staff very professional and courteous. We had a few housekeeping issues but all were addressed and the various managers made sure our stay was memorable. All in all a great stay.

I have stayed at this resort previously however was disappointed to see the spa hasn’t been improved - the handrail to the hydropool was loose and dangerous. There isn’t a steam room. Breakfast selection is not befitting a property of this calibre. Was not impressed. We requested an iron and board but none arrived.

Not more than a four-star hotel and the worst Four Seasons I have ever stayed. Unimpressive architecture and room decor, low quality room amenity, from thin old towels to thin and low-quality standard napkins, without even the hotel’s name on it. Garden was dirty and not well kept. To top it off, the check-in process was also not smooth. We were told the room will be ready shortly when we arrived (and the hotel was informed of our arrival time the day before) but we ended waiting an hour without hearing anything, until we had to go and ask again. From the building to the staff, it completely lacks the sophistication and care-taking you would expect and experience at other Four Seasons or any true five-star hotels. Nor does it have any true Moroccan characters since it’s a complete cookie-cutter. Skip it and stay at a fabulous riad or at La Mamounia!

Long check in only 1 till open. The pool is full no sun lounger available it’s was hot day!!! Long queue to check out I paid the tourists tax cash and I am still waiting for 1000DH they took on credit card.
