The hotel is desperately in need of a major renovation. Service was great as usual

The staff was very friendly. The hotel was perfectly clean and well appointed. Exactly what you’d expect of a Four Seasons in a city. It is downtown however. It is ideal for going to events at the stadium but the area wasn’t great for walking around for other exploring.

Downtown location, very good restaurant and bar in the hotel, a few restaurants close by. Staff friendly, hospitable, and genuinely interested in yourcmfort and enjoyment.

Honestly, at first I felt upset because the room I had reserved was not available or there was something unforeseen at the locations. But I agreed to stay in another room, which was not bad, but when you plan to receive what you reserve, your experience is no longer the same! My surprise came when upon leaving the hotel I talked about my disagreement in this regard and very kindly the hotel receptionist and the general manager sent me an email with an unimaginable surprise, the truth is that, as always, four seasons always providing first-class service. Class, as well as its facilities, customer service staff and restaurants and bars, something formidable, delicious in every way, a fabulous experience!! toro toro restaurant a delight with an extraordinary culinary experience and bayou & bottle woo that say its drinks as well as its surprising dishes. Truly, apart from the surprise I received regarding my complaint, it is a company that truly cares and maintains the importance of its guests at a high level with high expectations of service.

Lovely place, excellent service beyond expectations!!

I wasn't happy that, while traveling with my teenage daughter, the first receptionist who checked us in assigned us a room with just one bed. Fortunately, another receptionist was able to find us a different room with two beds.

The service is five star!

The only thing negative was that the spa services were all booked up and we couldn’t get a massage, but other than that, it was a perfect small get away for me and my husband. The staff was soooo friendly, the food and drinks were amazing, the room so perfect.

Awesome and Clean

Really lovely, fancy hotel. The staff were nice and agreeable but lacked follow through. We were missing a couple of items in our rooms, requested them from staff, and then they were never delivered. I was told they would accommodate our request for quiet rooms, and we were placed by an ice machine, a door where staff were coming and going, and above the pool where they play music evenings and weekend. Also a lack of fast casual dining. I was there with teens, but the dining in the hotel was really too fancy and pricey for feeding hungry teens. I suppose I should've known this hotel is best for fancy people doing fancy things.

Four seasons is an amazing hotel from our experience. Each and every employee had immaculate customer setvice, it was noticeable. Quality of the room is top-notch. You pay for it the quality, but rest assured it is there. Corner room was awesome.

Great hotel but unhappy with bayou bar.

Overall the stay was great. There was just one issue at the bayou bar. I kept getting dirty glasses and it happened three times in one night.

Fun and funky on the inside - I was very comfortable there, I got upgraded, which was amazing, and really enjoyed the stay.

The Hotel seems somewhat dated. The two bedroom suite was big, but empty. No amenities. The elevator noise made it impossible to sleep in one of the bedrooms. AC was noisy and bad. Two coffee cups for 4 people. Way too expensive for what it was. Would never stay there again unless it was a quarter of the money.

TORO TORO THE BEST

I did not like it took nearly two hours to get checked in. Specifically when i was told at check in that the room was cleaned and all we were waiting for was a manager to confirm it was cleaned. I inquired three times before they finally said "sorry for the confusion and gave me my room. Also, I did not receive maid service until after 24 hours after check in, AND I had to request it. The experience was far below what I have come to expect of Four Seasons.

My hubby and i were at the property for 3 days and we loved it. Only disappoint was toro toro which everyone raved about, but we didn't like the food there. We did enjoy the breakfast just not the dinner options and didn't return after our first night dinning there. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay, and we would return for sure.

This was one of the best hotel stays my family and I have experienced. The staff was incredible friendly, and accommodating. The room and hotel design were stunning. We can’t wait to come back!

BEST HOTEL EVER!

First time staying at this hotel, we were very pleased! Our room was very clean, bed was so comfy! Pool was fun, our kids had a blast there! Steak house Toro Toro was EXCELLENT! Our waitress Arllett ( w/ the curly hair ) was OFF THE CHAIN! Will return!!

Avg 4 star hotel pretending to be a Four Seasons

This is a four star hotel. The service, at all levels, was sub-par. Check in, restaurant, bar, room, etc. Worst Four Season's I've ever stayed at. That being said, it's not *bad* ... just not Four Seasons. Think more like a regular Hilton.

Anniversary staycation

We stayed for an anniversary staycation and the hotel had dessert and champagne in our room. Everything was amazing 💖

Property is need of a remodel. Staff was wonderful, service was up to par.

Overall a very nice hotel. Very close to Phoenicia Specialty Foods and Toyota Center. Lunch Saturday at Toro Toro was very good, but the service was slow.

We had a great weekend together at Fours Seasons Houston. What a wonderful place.

Very modern and up to date hotel. Service was excellent and quick at all times.

The hotel manager and staff fulfilled all our requests. Had an excellent New Years Eve. Would come again!

Amazing staff & amenities. Visited the spa & had a massage from Levi who was excellent! The pool & restaurant staff were amazing as well. Nice rooms with beautiful city views. Would def stay here again!

Outside on the streets drag racing went on most of the night. I was not able to sleep. Can’t believe Houston PD wasn’t around.

The room was very old, the bed looks old, the bathroom looks old. I can’t say it’s a bad hotel, but the rooms don’t look like a four seasons.

Newly renovated rooms! Hotel is very Clean. It is Great for family as it has golf, football, baseball, soccer, hockey and zombie dodge ball simulators! It also has a nice rooftop pool. The kids love it. Customer service is excellent.

Service was excellent! I was greeted by name once I walked in and then every time around the hotel. Room was in great condition too!

Needs updating

It’s was fine. Room could of been updated very old with a cable running along the wall? Expected more from Four Seasons. Greeted very warmly but getting the overall standards up will take some doing. Also no breakfast brunch and everything felt old and in need of an update.

I liked that it was centrally located, I liked having the house car service available for local trips, I liked the amenities, I liked the lobby bar, I liked the spa. I thought the overall aesthetic was slightly dated but no so much to cause me to not recommend or return.

The room is not up to date. The bed is old and squeaks. I asked to borrow a charger and I was told to buy it without giving me the option of bringing my phone to the front desk to charge. The customer service rep didn’t even bother to ask another person before saying no. The lobby is renovated and it looks good, but no phone chargers available. The restaurant and room service staff were very pleasant.

Hotel is very dated and in need of renovations. Not representative of Four Seasons - damaged furniture, dingy carpet & drapes. Lobby & restaurant were wonderful. A local shared the secret of the burger & it was fabulous.

Great food and drinks!!! Dated rooms disappointed to find trash underneath the beds - not the "Four Season" standard especially for the price I paid.

Wedding night

We stayed here for our wedding night, and the staff here went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. They put rose petals on our bed, and gave us a bottle of complimentary champagne waiting for us in our room. The room itself was absolutely spectacular with amazing views of the pool and city. Our bed was so comfortable that I slept like a baby!!

Great hotel, fantastic staff, great bar and bartenders.

Front desk folks were poorly trained. Polite but needed constant coaching from senior staff Valet service repeatedly reset auto seat height and positions. Poor wet-bar choices. Gummy bears? Limited soft drinks. Old tub. Nowhere to hang towels. Duvet very hot in summer with no alternative Breakfast was very good and room housekeeping excellent. Room was attractive. Great TV

Pretty good hotel... with the basketball arena and baseball stadium only a few blocks away!..

The spa services were excellent, although very expensive. The restaurant was pretty good for breakfast. The rooms, particularly the bathroom, were older and in needing of re-do for a hotel chain of this caliber. The bartender wasn't very good mixing our drinks.

Everyone on staff at the Four Seasons makes you feel like you're the most interesting, important person that they've met all day. Everything is first rate and we felt very taken care of.

The staff were very helpful after we encountered some issues during our stay and had to drive back and forth to Dallas same day to make an appointment as we flew to the wrong city. We were supposed to fly to Dallas and we flew to Houston by mistake. Michelle I think her name was at reception on that day was extremely helpful, patient and kind. She was amazing and ensured we had our room waiting after we cancelled and rebooked and cancelled again. Thank you Michelle.

Staff was outstanding. However, we did not care for the city itself.
