Great Stay

The first encounter at reception was a very friendly welcome. Later when we required directions we were given a map and clear directions on where we were going. Very helpful. Our room was very clean, nice set out bathroom and vanity room. Bed was very comfortable with lovely pillows. When we finalised our account again very friendly service. Altogether we had a wonderful stay.

This was my second stay here & I will most likely stay again in the future as the location is perfect for attending city events, venues, etc.

Special mention for Hans from the front desk, was very nice and helpful with an early checkin also on checkout was professional and friendly.Cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, good size room, nice bedding, lovely bathroom, complimentary bottled water. Room service was nice but does need more choice, especially salads. Overall an excellent stay.

The location was great for quick easy free bus to the CBD or a 15 minute walk. Comfy beds and friendly staff

The hotel is somewhat old with basic furnishings but the rooms are large and comfortable and it is located in the city with parking close by.

good location for the RAC arena and a short walk from train station. The bar service was extremely slow considering they knew a concert was on - line up nearly out the door. They had a very limited menu on as it was a concert too so we went elsewhere for pre show dinner. Rooms clean but walls paper thin so we heard each and every guest coming and going.

A perfect stay whilst visiting the RAC Arena, and a day out in the city, parking was very close and a reasonable price.

Great for o/night or weekend stays when attending shows or games at the RAC Arena…right across the road. Staff wonderfully friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was terrific with loads of choice.

Staff were lovely and facilitated an early check in for us. Room was spacious and clean, and the bed was comfy. The property was perfectly situated for an event at Rac Arena and was so nice to walk in, walk back: super fast and easy!

Perfect location across the road from RAC Arena and easy walking distance to some lovely bars and restaurant's. Not my first stay and won't be my last!

2nd time here, wanted to give them another try but service is lacking and not even complimentary wine as stated for hotel.com silver or gold members.

Comfortable and welcoming venue

Fantastic location across the road from the Perth Arena, short walk from plenty of dining options and night life, very affordable breakfast with plenty of options. Bar fridge was noisy but easily fixed. Will definitely stay again.

Nice hotel, don’t valet

Nice hotel, but waited over 30 minutes for my car as it was a peak period for checking out….the poor staff where overworked and they needed many more people on

Perfect location everything was clean

The room and location were very nice, however the hallway had a slight body odor smell to it, and my particular room must have been directly beneath the gym because it was very noisy early in the morning.

Staff and other facillities were great, Room we stayed in had another room that was joined to it with a pass through door. It was paper thin and could hear every other noise from the room next to us. Got no sleep thanks to people staying in other room next door. Try not to get a room with a door that leads to another room. Not the staff's fault.

Close to Dining, transport and shopping

1st night room shared wall with lift shaft. Was advised that limited availability that night (next to no sleep) and was able to move next day. 2nd ‘quieter’ room was adjacent to major road junction on 1st floor. Staff were ‘apologetic’, nothing else offered. Don’t recommend and will not use Four Points Sheraton, Wellington St Perth again.

Staff are very nice and attentive. Room was lovely. Only thing was there wasn’t enough towels and window can’t open but understandable. Lovely stay.

Location was perfect for an event I was attending. Secure parking close by. Friendly welcome on arrival and departure. Great choices at breakfast with friendly helpful staff. The room was perfect for my needs. Unfortunately my room backed on to the lifts, so I suffered a bit of noise from that during the night.

We stayed here when visiting Perth to see Jerry Seinfeld at the RAC Arena. Great location. Walked to Northbridge to eat which was close by. Breakfast Buffet was great. Parking easy although it is charged for. Rooms comfortable and clean. I’d definitely stay here again.

There was a noise (sounded like pipes in the ceiling) constantly making noises waking my daughter up at all hours. The breakfast buffet was awful, dried out bacon, microwaved tiny chipolatas, beans (that’s aren’t proper beans) they had chickpeas and did not taste nice. I normally always stay here but thinking I’ll try elsewhere next time.

Valet parking very confusing. Didn’t know where to park. Staff directed us to park in multiple story parking which was fine however we wanted valet. Everything else was excellent

average shower and road noise bed was good room tidy and clean little tired but all that was needed.

Traffic noise was terrible

Not much perks for Expedia members as compared to marriot Bonvoy members. No welcome drinks and fruits.

Clean and well appointed room, kids enjoyed the welcome bag included in the package we bought. Enjoyed breakfast, a nice spread with some unique offerings. Super close to town, walk to shopping area and restaurants. No pool but location super handy to RAC arena. Will stay again.

Check in was a lil poor had a lady say she would be with me very soon but then went and took keys for cars in and out for ages only to have to be served bye anther why heaps of ppl after me where served

Probably the best hotel I have stayed in recent memory. Impeccable customer service which I did not think I would receive for the price. Rooms are decent, comfortable and there was room service every single day. They have a great bar as well along with their own Four Points brew which I absolutely loved. It’s along the main road and easily accessible and short distance to the metro stations. There’s nothing I can think of from an improvement perspective. Keep it up! If I find my way back to Perth, this is the hotel I am staying in. Special shout out to Suthish who made our check in experience very enjoyable.

Compared to other hotels in the city, this was the best value. Overall , i am pleased with my stay and it will be my preferred option the next time i travel there.

Good value, close to everything

Outstanding service and care from all members of staff. We felt incredibly valued and nothing was a problem. Room was very well maintained and the location was very close to bus routes.

During check-in, the reception staff was inflexible and the process took a long time. I applied for a late checkout, but it wasn't entered into the system, and I received a complaint email on the same day. Also, the address of the complaint email was wrong, and the content was different from the facts. The structure of the building is complicated and it is far from the lift to the room.

Very frustrating check in. Manager was argumentative over the credit card we wanted to use. Very upsetting start to overnight stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary.

There were no rooms available after driving 2 hours to attend a concert in Perth. Very disappointed. I expect a full refund asap.

Parking was easy with the large car park adjacent to our accommodation. Great breakfast with lots of variety and convenient opening hours. Only issue was the auto coffee maker repeatedly made lukewarm coffee. We had a room on the 6th floor and the lifts made noise that was a little annoying.

The staff went beyond for a child that suffers coeliac disease at breakfast

We had a comfortable stay in this hotel, and the area was very convenient for getting around.

Location was good. Within walking distance to train and bus stations. Also opposite the RAC Arena.

Room faced the street and you could hear street noise all night long, needs double glazing especially for the $$$ you pay

Most Important: Room was comfy and quiet. Good Bed and Good Pillows. Not much in surrounding area and gym was of a reasonable size but equipment needed an upgrade (still better than many gyms ive been to).

Excellent spot if your going to the arena

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. It is in a great location for a short stay. Breakfast was great and plentiful, however I was disappointed that barista made espresso coffee was not included in the cost. On this recent stay, my room (Room 201) was located next to the lift-shaft. The noise from the moving lifts as well as the low level vibration was very annoying. Stay away from similar rooms.

I’ve stayed here a few times now and it is always clean, comfortable, quiet and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast is a good selection too.
