Close to sites in center

We stayed in a family room which was very large (seperate bedroom and a longer/kitchen). The sofabed was the biggest and most comfortable I've ever seen. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The lifts are very small though and can clog up around checkout time. Also, you have to ask for simple things like toilet paper and soap. Only very minor irritations though. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

easy accessibility to train n bus stations and other amenities

Our main problem with this Hotel is that we have an Airpod stolen from the room. We put a no-disturb sign on the five days we stayed at the hotel except for one. We found out that someone had entered the room to remove the garbage. After we left we noticed that the Airpods are missing. We reported it, but were told that the cleaning staff did not find it and nothing could be done. The person at the reception was very rude, told us that we have to report it to the police and shut the telephone, although we were already out of Germany. Our advice is to be careful to lock up everything. The staff at this hotel are not to be trusted.

No on-site parking as advertised so it was a shocker upon arrival that there’s no parking. There’s a parking garage next door connected to the shopping center that charges 30 euro maximum daily rate but it does close nightly through morning so you may be locked in if you want to get an early start before 8am. Walking distance to the Weise for Oktoberfest and noisy if windows are open but closed windows blocked out noise pretty good. Decent kitchenette with stove and dishwasher and fridge that comes in handy. Good spread of breakfast. Still not a fan of the half door to the shower/tub but no water mess on floor post shower. Great location.

Staff are super helpful, I am willing to stay again when I travel to Munich again

Excellent breakfast and all day cappuccino included. Room was spacious and comfortable. Ability to do laundry was a plus!

Best gem in the city!

This hotel was amazing! I stay in a lot of hotels a year and this would be one I would come back to in a heartbeat. My favourite! It was super clean and new. It was easy to access everything in the old town. It was only a 5K walk to the Olympic park. Grocery stores next-door. Laundry was on the first floor. State of the art laundry machines and dryers. €2 per load. Parking was also on site. It was in the grocery store/mall complex. The elevators to the Parkade went right to your room floor. So easy. There was a discount of €15 for hotel guests. Breakfast was so good! Bring your appetite! Hotel staff were excellent and very helpful and friendly. If you were staying in Munich, this is the hotel to stay at. We will be back!

clean, quiet, walkable, great customer service, great amenities and room was awesome

We had a great stay while in Munich. The hotel was located close to the train station that made it easy to get to by train and is close to the S and U transit. There were also shopping and restaurants close by within a short walk. The room was perfect for what we needed for our family of four. We had a small kitchenette that allowed us to prepare some meals. The other highlight was the breakfast. It was excellent and a perfect way to start the day. I would highly recommend the Residence Inn.

Breakfast salon you can not find table easily, because there wasn’t enough tables for the guests.

It was a great stay! Just wish they cleaned the room more often.

Great location for what we were looking for. Very nice staff and breakfast included was awesome. Pull out bed wasn’t very comfortable for my children but they did ok. We came in a 9 passenger van that did not work with the height of their garage, so we did have to find alternative parking garage a bit further away but was honored a discount as a hotel guest.

Not sure that the central air was fully functional.

Best Breakfast

We booked a last minute trip to Munich to watch the Euro Semifinals and needed a last minute hotel. The location was good, far from the airport, but the airport isn't next to anything.

Great hotel with spacious rooms and kitchenette… perfect for families. Good breakfast and close to shopping mall. Would recommend.

Has kitchen

Perfect hotel for staying in Munich for an extended visit. Room was very functional, clean, and appeared to be recently updated. Staff was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

Staff was really nice with us. The bedroom was great and my family love the balcony, kitchen and all small details. Great option for families with small children.

This hotel was our first experience in Germany and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. We got there early and the room was ready earlier than anticipated. The breakfast was great and we really liked the fact that there was a laundromat in the hotel

Although a tad far from public transit, the location is great. Lots of options for food, snacks. It's very clean and the breakfast was pretty decent for a continental breakfast.

Amazing place

Great choice for an aparthotel. We had a quadruple too. Very nice.the bathroom is cleaned daily towels changed. The beds we did them ourselves. We had popcorn water and coffee on arrival. People r very nice and helpful.breakfast is veey good more than enough and most important walking distance to the tram 18 and 19 ehich takes u in 2 stations to karlplatz and alao 7 min walk to hackerbruke metro.will definitely come back

The parking for large vans was non existent.

Fantastic helpful staff!

Fantastic and helpful staff!!! When our son at 7 years old fell in the nearby shoppingcenter and got a hole in his knee the receptionist was so helpful and called a doctor for us and also made sure that a taxi arrived very fast so we could we get him looked at. They were very kind and asked to him several times and when we arrived back the receptionist immediatly asked about him once more. They also brought extra blankets and popcorn.. We are very grateful for the help and service, and can highly recommend this lovely place..

Perfect!

Amazing! We stayed for almost a month, and everything was perfect! The staff is incredibly polite and friendly. We highly recommend this place for both short and long stays!

部屋がきれいで広かった。キッチン付き、冷蔵庫も大きく、お皿やフライパンもあって便利だった。チェックアウトの朝、タクシーを2台頼んだら、時間通りに呼んでくださり、２人のドライバーに目的地などを説明してくれて、とても安心できた。いいホテルです。
