Many options for dining. The staff was professional and friendly. Transportation service to and from airport, was amazing.

It is very close to the airport and off of the busy highway so the noise and traffic should be expected. In my opinion it was a good stay and check in and checkout was painless, would recommend.

Will return if needed

Overnight stay due to long airport layover and the hotel was close by and comfortable

Room very clean. Shower nice and big. Shampoo and body soap smell really good. Key card wasnt working until evening so someone would have to walk us to our room. Ice machine was in basement so had to go down every time to get some. Pool was clean but water was at room temperature, not exactly heated.

Staff at front desk very rude not interested in answering questions, she gave false information about hotel transportation, she did not explain room key inputs A/C not working it would turn off , bathroom walls and door very dusty. I definitely do not recommend this property for you stay it’s not worth it

Reserve dos cuartos me dio uno en un pido y otro en otro.Tardo sin exagerar 45 minutos para qie me entregara las llaves y eso que la reserva ya estaba pagada por adelantado.No se si se estaba enseñando pero pesimo el servicio

We were assigned Room 110 The toiled did not work. It would not flush and tank had no water. They told me to check if the water valve wss closed and to open it please. I opened it. Water kept running thru and never filled the tank. The extractor in the bathroom did not work either They did nothing to help resolve the problem other than offer to use the adjacent room but we were checking out in 15 minutes just befor 4am Finally the shuttle offered dropped us off at C when it should have been A and I asked him to double che m with the reception as I was pushing my mom in a wheelchair. Terrible hotel. Reviews are not real.

Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms. soft bed, Unfortunately is you get a room adjacent to the highway, be prepared for a extremely noisy night with heavy truck downshifting your dreams.

Excellent service, a brand new hotel and great transportation service. Just arriving I called the hotel and in a few minutes, the van was there to take me to the hotel. Great breakfast and fast service. Thank you!!!! I flew back to Houston the following day right on time

Our flight was delayed so I called to inform the hotel. It was comforting to know that he hotel Reception staff on duty Mr. Manuel and his team kept a close watch on the flight arrival time and sent the transport on time to pick us up.

This hotel is awesome. We had a 1 day layover in MTY & chose this place because of its location near airport. I’ve also stayed at 4 Points hotels in the US & this place did not disappoint. Staff is super nice. The rooms are large & clean. Also loved the indoor pool & the bar. The shuttle to and from the airport was very helpful. If you’re in MTY & need to stay near the airport, you cannot go wrong with this property.

La unica cosa que podria decir es que el estacionamiento es un poco pequeno, porque yo traigo una camioneta y para estacionarse es reducido la salida y a veces tambien la entrada. Lo demas esta muy bien. Gracias!

Breakfast service fodnt start when stated at 6 am not even coffee msde it appeared they were runnjng at leadt a half hour late nor a goid look

The new trainee, David waa wonderful and very kind. All of the staff were terrific. I only have one complaint. There was no was to adjust the temperature in the guest room. Everything else was superb!!!

it is a new hotel it is clean but it is close to an avenue which will be very noisy and it is very difficult to sleep with so much noise

Es un hotel muy bonito y la atención al cliente excelente siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades.

Personal amable, dispuestos a recibirnos a la 1 am (previo aviso al hacer la reservación). Habitación limpia y espaciosa (la de dos camas matrimoniales). Las almohadas un poco duras, pero nada grave. En mi reserva venía incluido el desayuno, pensé que era buffet, pero es la carta; bien servido, aunque a mi hermano le pareció ligero (come más que yo). Buena cantidad de amenidades

El hotel es muy bonito y cómodo, la habitación es muy bonita y amplia, las camas muy cómodas, cuenta con amenidades como cafés y té en la habitación. Teníamos desayuno incluido pero debido a que nuestro vuelo salía muy temprano no lo tomamos, nos fuimos a las 4 y el bufete empieza a las 7, sería bueno que tuvieran la opción de box lunch.

Excelente atención del personal. Habitación amplia con cama cómoda y almohadas grandes y tmb cómodas. Almuerzo a la carta incluido y muy bien servido. Bebidas de cortesía con botana en el bar. Alberca techada y climatizada que disfrutamos mucho.

Muy bien. El cuarto muy amplio. Huele delicioso. Todo muy lindo y limpio. Cerca del aeropuerto. Si tu espera es de más tiempo que solo dormir, es una excelente opción. Personal de recepción muy amable. Los del desayuno amables pero sin dar un extra. Por ejemplo, les pedí tantita leche caliente para el café y me comentaron que tendría que ser fría. Muy amables pero sin dar como ese tantito extra. Cosas sin importancia. En general súper súper la estancia.

El desayuno incluido te confunden diciendo que solo es a la carta y la mayoria no lp piden y luego te dicen que si esta incluido.

Lindo hotel, todo limpio y comodo para nuestra estancia.

El personal de recepción muy apáticos, para nada se sintió cordial y/o profesional, la señorita de recepción al hacer el check in me quedó viendo como 5 segundos sin decirle nada hasta que le dije que tenia reservación, en cuanto a la atención al cliente deja mucho que desear.

La habitación no estaba bien ventilada y las sábanas algo sucias, la televisión era difícil de manipular y el servicio de los meseros en el restaurante fue algo incómodo
