A little on the high side for a room for the night, but the bed was nice, shower was hot and location worked out perfectly. Zero issues checking in, and did not have housekeeping knocking at 9am.

Close to the airport

We liked it all.

We enjoyed the mall being right across the street and so many restaurants in the area to choose from. We found that it was a bit noisy as we could hear the other guests as if they were in our room. Hopefully when the renovations have been completed, this might alleviate the noise levels a bit.

Easy to get to from the highway. Great food from the on site restaurant.

Impossible to sleep the constant noice in the room was a torture. The ventilation unit in the room was turn on and off every 10 minutes and was very loud. It appears to be extremely old.

Will definalty stay here again

Room was spacious and clean I like that the TV allows me to stream my Youtube, Netflix and Prime accounts. Excellent hotel for business and leisure.

This hotel is one of my favorite's hotels in London, Ontario.

The a/c machine was very noisy affecting sleep, the carpets in side the room and along the corridor were old. There were couple of small crockroached inside the room.

Just an overall positive vibe.

all was good . our shower did drip all night long but an easy fix was to place the shower mat & a towel on the drain to absorb the sound . room very comfortable . bed as always amazing and why we chose the sheraton in london

Trying to charge me because they said we brought our dogs with us, if they looked at the cameras they would clearly see we didn't sneak in our big breed dogs. So piss off

I have stayed a few times now and it was great.

Wellington Road is currently all torn up, not that the hotel has any control over this but guests should be aware. The hotel was almost empty, which was a bonus. Unfortunately, the front desk placed a large extended family in the room directly across the hall from my room. They were pretty loud at times. Especially, when the younger child was screaming in thenhall at 7:30 am...lol

Overall a great hotel and would highly recommended.

This is my second time staying here and would definitely return. Staff is super friendly, accommodations are very clean, location is very central and close to the highway….overall a great hotel.

We have stayed here a few times and it’s been good. However, this past weekend there was no hot water for a shower. On the Friday night I told them and they said they had hockey tournaments and it’s busy. I’m fine then the next day, I had a cold shower again. We wont book here again. I think having hot water for a shower is a big deal and they didn’t seam to care about us being uncomfortable

Nice spot

Very loud guests / noise in main entrance and hallways. Room a long distance from the hotel entrance. Having to walk past the outdoor cigarette smokers in order to access our room from the outdoors. Room clean and comfortable. The rest of the building is definitely not.

Awesome staff

Kids and parents outside our room til 2 am. Couldn’t get a hold of front desk. No one answered phone. Bed very comfortable and room clean.

Great and efficient staff and service. Nice room and very helpful with simple things like directions and extra coffee. Great place, would recommend! Food was good as well.

Good option for business travellers.

Decent hotel. Clean, enough parking, one bedroom suite adds an extra level of quiet and isolation from the hallway and elevator. Good sheets and pillows. Large bathroom but the provided bath products are welded to the shower wall and that makes it impossible to use the tub. Kind of an obvious oversight. Room service was fast and the food was good enough. Odd selection of greens on my burger (seems like kale and baby greens from the salad pile) but the burger and fries were good. I’d stay there again.

When we were checking in, we were asked to provide a credit card to pay $50, in case any damage happened to our room. We were never aware as we had to have a credit card for any transactions in the hotel. We were denied to make a deposit on a debit visa or cash. Fortunately, we had an empty credit card with us, which we transfered fund from our bank account to the credit card and were able to make the deposit. I would strongly suggest that as a credit card is required to make a damage deposit in the booking page. I asked her what would happen if we we hadn't had the credt card and the staff member response was the occupancy would be denied.

Our recent stay at Four Points by Sheraton was excellent across all categories. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the hotel offered a great atmosphere for relaxation. A special thanks to Ahmad Mohasseb (Manager) who provided outstanding service during our check-in and throughout our stay. He handled all of our questions and concerns professionally and efficiently, making our experience even more enjoyable. Because of his exceptional service, we’ll definitely return for future stays. The only suggestion for improvement is that the pictures in the websites looks much brighter than the room we stayed in.

Staff was fantastic! Very expensive for such a rundown, dismal hotel.

Overall the property was excellent. The eggs and potatoes on the breakfast buffet were dry. One suggestion on the buffet is to separate the chicken sausage from the pork bacon for those who do not eat pork.

Needs to be renovated. complimentary coffee on weekends as well, would be nice.

Breakfast was great, loved the fresh fruit option. Unfortunately, bed was uncomfortable as well as the pillows. Would not stay here again for that reason. Everthing else was wonderful and very clean.

Very nice and was very happy to see a place that except my brother. Who is in a wheelchair. This makes me and my brother very happy.......

This is a nice hotel don’t get my wrong but it needs some updating, some new landscaping and fix up some paint on the outside, maybe some new flooring in the rooms if their all stained up. Good nights sleep tho, beautiful pool area, friendly staff yummy breakfast. Not far from 401 and tons of shopping.

I was hoping to get a 1 hour late check out but was unlucky

Carpet in the hallway has wear and tear. The caulking of the shower stall is old and has black spots (mold?). Forget to replace clean towels.

Our room that supposed to have 1 king bed and 1 sofa bed did not have AC and it was humid and hot. So they change it to 1 king bed and said to contact Expedia for price adjustment. I commentated 3 times with Expedia that they say they contacted hotel and they were told that there is sofa bed and they send some one to show us how to pull it and when I said that is not true, Expedia stopped chatting. I had to call twice next day and at the end no answer and I was told for compensation we have to wait till hotel manager come on Monday and have not heard anything yet. Room was not what picture shows.

The rooms and lobby looked great. You can tell they have been recently updated. The hallways were not done yet, but I am sure they will be soon.

Nice hotel

Very nice hotel within walking distance of malls, stores and restaurants. Service at the front desk, in the bar and restaurant was excellent, except the bar prices seemed steep. ( $12.85 for a pint of PBR ?) The only thing wrong with the room was a refrigerator that acted up all night. Every couple of minutes it sounded like two small people duking it out inside the cupboard . Woke me up a few times.

I have stayed at this property a few times now. The staff are ALWAYS fantastic. The pool is clean and warm. I find using the pool around 8:30 - 9 pm best as the kids are usually gone to bed.

An entire hockey team in the hall talking and playing with mini hockey nets til 1030 at night to the point we could not hear our own TV down the hall. Screaming, hollering, my own child could not sleep. Room above us left their child to cry for 5 hours all night. Did not relax, did not rest. Woke up more tired than the day before. Worst hotel stay I’ve had in years.

We frequent this hotel as it is an updated clean spacious place. The room was comfortable the bed was comfortable the service was great - they have a nice cool lounge that serves food and drink Staff at the front desk always friendly and courteous!great place tonstay

Dinner in dining room wasn’t great. Not a lot of expected flavor in the pasta dishes or risotto! Probably should have stuck to sandwiches.

Lots of open space in lobby and room. Very clean, accessible. Lots of parking and walkable to various restaurants and mall.

The exterior is a bit drab and doesn’t have great curb appeal.

Another good stay at Four Points.

We stayed 5 nights at the Four Points and we were quite comfortable there. Rooms are bright and spacious. We had a king suite, couch was pretty comfy compared to most hotels, as were the extra chairs. Netflex was super easy to tag into and Vics restaurant does a great breakfast! Buffet or al la carte options. Always our go to when we visit London.
