The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, My husband, cousin and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was big and spacious with two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. A nice kitchenette area. But the best part of the hotel was the outdoor heated swimming pool. Even though it was really cold and snowing outside, we enjoyed every minute of being in the pool. It was only about 15-20 minutes away from Old Quebec City, which in my opinion isn't that far of a drive. I would stay here again and recommend it.

Spacious and comfortable

Very comfortable, the only small thing that I would've appreciated is to have a smart tv as well as utensils/ glasses in the room. All the rest was great, I'll go back for my next business trip.

J'étais à Lévis pour les funérailles de mon frère donc je n'ai pas eu le loisir de me proener autour. Mon prochain séjour sera d'un tout autre ordre. Je vais retourner au Sheraton Four Points

Rooms have no decoration, felt like a hospital

We stay here frequently. It is always clean, comfortable, and has everything we need. The hot outdoor pool is the big selling point though! Would highly recommend staying here.

Better amenities for a brand such as this

The staff was really nice, they let us watch the new years eve hockey game down in the lobby. Overall experience was really good.

We had an amazing experience for what was convenient to us. Calm and clean space, wide rooms and easy parking space. Staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly.

Hard to access the Dufferin terrace.

My stay was fantastic. Very new and clean hotel. The city is very nice also. Has a Scandinavian feel to it which I love.

Booked 2 rooms with queen beds for an overnight stay near Old City, Quebec. The rooms are very spacious, beds are clean, beddings and pillows are so soft and comfy. We had a very pleasant sleep. The room is equipped with nice additions like nespresso coffee and complimentary bottled water. We love the sauna pool as well. It takes 25-30 mins drive from hotel to Chateau Frontenac. Overall, very satisfied with our stay.

Close to great places to eat.

Suspicious check in with old terminal requires to swipe card, room near noisy elevator, bed headboard had stains, the rest of the room was average but clean. The exterior needs more lighting for evening arrival. Very dark.

We are extremely disappointed by the hotel stuff. I booked the room weeks ahead of time. Signed the document authorizing the hotel to use my card for the room. My guest reached the desk and was denied the room under the reason that the credit card authorization document was never received. The stuff did not want to talk to me on the phone as my guest called. A few minutes later, the desk stuff downloaded the document that i sent a week ago, without any apology to my guest nor to me. Is this the way guests are treated?

Parking lot should be improved. Nice facility just off the highway. I stay frequently because it is good value

I liked the fact that they replaced the towels and made the beds when we were out. Not all hotels do that anymore unless you requeat it.

Indifferent staff. Poor parking. Why is there not a direct pathway from the parking to the front door? Clean but sterile property. I would not stay here again unless I was going to an event at the convention center.

Was not clean, found a hair brush in one bedroom, dirty shirt in the other, curtains had stains, sofa terribly stained, king bedding had what appeared to be feces on the sheets and I dont mean just a stain, which we didnt notice till leaving as we arrived at 12am just to sleep and keep traveling. Considering it was 439 for the night we expected way better. No bottled water at all and expedia advertised as 1350sqft and it was 900sqft. Highly recommend Hotel Centre Ville their cleaning was superior and cost was half.

Lévis is booming - actually nice contrast to Quebec City.

Great location value for the money.

I liked this hotel a lot. It was very clean and the staff was friendly. The location was good for us as well. The only thing I’d say it the bathroom door seemed like it needed a bit of repair, the door handle wasn’t on securely and the door itself was very stiff and hard to open if you were on the inside. I would definitely stay here again though. Thank you.

nice property. priced to high to not offer an included breakfast. parking is very tight. the queen beds didnt appear to be queen beds.. felt more like twins. make sure you get an extra room key as its old school use a room key to power up the room style..The AC is on a motion detector so it gets stuffy fast when you are not in the room and takes awhile to cool an freshen up.

Listen, this property is amazingly clean. The rooms are wonderful. I will definitely stay there again whenever I am in the area.

Very loud party until 3:00 am

They were hosting an event. The convention centre attached to the hotel was hopping until 3:00 am with noise levels of the bass playing were enough to keep us awake until it ended. The next morning when we complained to management — we received an unapologetic excuse that using the noise doesn’t travel to the area of where our room was located. No compensation and the manager of guest services came out to offer a very soft we’re sorry—

Too many kids running around making a mess. No supervision or anyone cleaning up after them. No food or bar options on site.

Nice hotel

Room was spacious and pretty. Amazing customer service. Hotel was easy to reach with a lot of nice places around. We found the best restaurant in town to celebrate our NYE party.

Nice property and conveniently next to the highway and the Traversier to go into Old Quebec. Hotel room wasn’t the cleanest with sticky floors and paint falling from the ceiling in the bathroom. The highlight of the hotel is definitely the outdoor pool that is opened during winter.
