Nice hotel, great staff.

The hotel was very nice and well located near to a train station. The hotel staff that we did interact with were fantastic with great customer service. The only let down was the breakfast buffet which we only went to on the last day. Unfortunately the food wasn't up to much, variety was lacking and there were probably too few staff to manage the hoards.

Stayed for 3 nights and had a great time. Room was adequately sized and very clean. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Service was always with smiles. Location was great! Lots of restaurants and cafes just a few steps away from the hotel. And a very short stroll into Petaling street. Will definitely stay here again if I visit KL. Thanks!

Over earnest cleaner

It was adequate for a 4 star hotel . Only issue was an over earnest house keeper who cleaned the rooms at odd times on our stay . We went for breakfast before 10 am and he was cleaning our rooms after we came back . Next day he knocked on door to clean our rooms before we got out .

Easy to get around and safe place to stay.

Spacious room with city views, restaurant and bar available, affordable food stalls/shops within walking distance. We'd prefer the reception area to be more convenient and accessible on the ground floor rather than on 7th floor.

After site seeing all day it was a great place to go back to. Super comfortable bed and awesome shower. The location is great to walk Chinatown and easy to get to public transport.

Within 3 min walk to Petaling Street shopping and good food! Room, lobby, Swimming pool were well maintained and clean.

The breakfast was really good with several options. The hotel was in a great location and well kept. Unfortunately the hotel missed a wake up call and went in my room after asking several staff that I did not want room cleaning.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Our room was comfortable, lots of storage. A fridge and daily fresh bottles of water were provided. Location was close to Chinatown, food vendors & walkable to Hop-on bus stops. Their breakfast buffet was included in our rate, and we enjoyed seeing the different offerings.

Stayed 2 nights, checkin clerk did not explain that we could not charge room service or anything to our room had to pay on delivery for room service, which was strange. Noisy neighbours banging doors (thin walls) late at night. View was great, breakfast options were great and restaurant staff were lovely. They allowed us to pay half day rate on our checkout day as our flight was late in the evening. Central to Chinatown, 5minute walk to Petaling Market.

We stayed for 2 weeks at the property and, honestly, we didn't want to leave! The place and its staff are excellent, super friendly and the location is just perfect.

Value for money

The hotel was great. Breakfast had excellent choices for everyone, we stayed 4 nights and had different items every day. Location suited us very well, next to main Chinatown area, plenty of restaurants, though mostly chinese of course! Walked to some sights, and Grab very reasonable to get around further. We'd recommend, and definitely stay again.

The staff at this hotel are very friendly. The cleaning is also perfect and satisfactory. There was a wide variety of breakfast options and it was fun every day! Thank you!

Located in the heart of Chinatown, there are many points of interest within walking distance. There's also no shortage of cafes, restaurants, and shopping. Even the hotel bar had some very interesting cocktails and a great view!

The location of this property could not have been better for dining options, shopping, and transport. All staff were always cheerful and helpful. My bed was incredibly comfortable. I hope to return.

An amazing hotel for sure. I have 5 star for all areas. What stood out the most for me was the incredible service I received from the breakfast staff. Always with a smile, courteous and efficient. The breakfast meal had many different choices which I really appreciated. My room was cleaned professionally daily with great attention to detail. Yes I would highly recommend this location.

Great hotel, staff and location for KL tourism

Very modern and comfortable hotel in a great location for exploring markets, like Central Markets and Petaling Markets. Lots of dining options around, plus easy to access train stations. Hotel is next door to the new Merdeka 118 building, which will be great when it opens and the night sky views over to the Petronas towers is stunning Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool looked amazing (though we didnt have time to try it) as did the bar and restaurant. The laundry service was a bit expensive but very efficient and easy to organize. Would recommend.

This is a solid hotel on the edge of a popular area of town. Very easy to get grabs to and from and a great jumping off point for when you want to explore chinatown

Amazing hotel and better location

Great property, beautiful rooftop bar, pool not so great but has some good views. Service was absolutely amazing, staff amazing. And the hotels location is absolutely fantastic! Located in Chinatown, it’s close to KLCC, and in Chinatown you can find amazing street food, bars, restaurants and more. If you want to get a good feel of KL, I would recommend starting here.

Five star for Four Points in Chinatown

Love the location in Chinatown just steps away from the Petaling Street Market, and the famous Ho Kow Hainam Kopitam Malaysian coffee house. The hotel offers luxury rooms, fitness centre, swimming pool and numerous restaurants and bars. Walking distance to numerous hot spots. The staff were Sooo helpful, the room was quiet and comfy. I will definitely return and stay at Four Points.

Excellent central located hotel

Excellent hotel located in Chinatown about 4 blocks from Pasar Seni station which has both red and green line lrt connections. Check in was simple and was given a room with a view of the downtown and the towering Warisan Merdeka 118 tower. Room was spacious and comfortable. Water, tea and coffee were supplied. Room had refrigerator, safe and ironing board and iron. Restaurant available on 8th floor. Reception, pool, bar and tea room on 7th floor. All yhe staff were friendly and welcoming. Area has lots of shopping and restaurants. Hotel is about 2 blocks from Petaling St. Market.

Great hotel bordering Chinatown

We really enjoyed our stay here, close to Chinatown with eateries & the Petaling Street Market. Our room was nice & spacious, bed was comfortable & had a great view of Merdeka 118 from our window. The pool was lovely but not deep & closes at 8pm which was a bit early. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a large variety of food & happy hour each day from 4-8pm was really good. All the staff were very friendly, polite and hepful. We had a fantastic stay.

Four Points by Sheraton is a fantastic hotel in Kuala Lumpur. Its location is ideal, right on the edge of Chinatown. Excellent service, modern amenities and we had the privilege of staying in a room that had a perfect view of the second tallest building in the world, the Merdeka 118. The rooms are spacious, the staff is friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist guests with any inquiries or requests. The hotel facilities include the gym, swimming pool, a tea room, and much more. Everything is well-maintained and provides a relaxing environment for guests to unwind. Great location and comfort

I deliberately booked a tower view room and it was worth it - floor 19 - fantastic view of the Petronus Towers. Hotel location was very good - one stop from KL Sentral and easy to get to KLCC. Room was really comfortable- great bed and shower. Thought breakfast was disappointing - lots of choice but not great quality.

Newer quiet hotel close to MTR sight seeing

Very clean and quiet located close to MTR to access all tourist locations. Several eatery nearby for early breakfast but they all close early. Hotel is fairly new. Surrouding streets appear dark and quiet walking back from the MTR station at night. But we still feel very safe.

Malaysia Tour

Very nice hotel in a great location. I found staff very helpful and friendly. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. It's very close to the monorail station and the Pasar Seni MRT station, both just one stop from KL Sentral station where there is express to airport and intercity trains. The MRT and monorail can take you to Bukit Bintang (Changkat) and to KLCC for the Petronas Towers. I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is over the top terrific. Everything is in walking distance. Everyone from the concierge who meets you when you arrive to the wait staff at the breakfast buffet. Huge shout out to Eddie, our bartender for his recommendations.

There not much bad to say about this hotel. Location was excellent Petaling market is 3 mins central market 10 mins & masjid JEMEK 15 mins. MRT/LRT 5 mins walk it’s so convenient and the atmosphere is electric. The facilities were good but we were there 18-20th October when things quiet down. The breakfast had a good variety of Asian & continental options. The only niggle I had was the pool which is 4ft deep no more than that. So if your tall the rooftop pool is not for you. Otherwise would definitely stay again

Hotel is located near Chinatown hence accessible to various eatery and restaurants. Hotel staffs are friendly and professional. Special thanks to hotel concierge staff Ms Sally who is very knowledgeable and helpful with my queries on transportation. She also took the initiative to help us make bookings of transportation and airport transfer etc. Most commendable is that she remembers details - I have accidentally left my shopping bag at hotel lobby counter while I checked into my room without noticing. Ms Sally remembers the shopping bag belongs to me and she help to arrange to return the shopping bag to my room. Kudos for her professionalism and observant of details. My hubby and I had a pleasant & wonderful stay at Four Points @ Sheraton, KL (Chinatown) and will sure to visit again as well as recommend our friends to also stay there.

The hotel is very clean and staff are very helpful and prompt in their service. Room sizes are decent and you would usually get a beautiful view from your window of KL skyline. The breakfast has options for everyone, malay/ chinese options, standard fresh cooked hot breakfast (eggs done to your request, sausages, grilled veg etc), fruits, veg, fresh seasonal juice, teas, coffee and baked goods. Local teh tarik and kopi is a must try (pulled tea and malay coffee). For the price and location, this hotel is exceptional! Some of the best bars and restaurants are within 5 mins walking distance, transport connections to all the best shopping and tourist spots. Hotel has its own bar (Jan), Restaurant with good food, a Chinese tea room, laundry service, a small gym and a pool on the 7th floor. Would certainly stay there again. Im only giving a 4 star for facilities because the gym is small and the pool area could be better. But KL really isnt the kind of place where one would stay in the hotel for prolonged time periods so in that sense, the hotel is perfect for tourists visiting for the purpose of enjoying KL.

Enjoyed my stay with my old parents. Nice new hotel with all necessary amenities. Front desk Firdaus (checking in time) and Adil (check out time) were most polite and professional. The house keeping team and the security / doormen team were very nice too and always greeted us with plenty of smiles.

I reserved breakfast buffet a day ahead as I was told and when I was there, they said couldn’t find my reservation. It took a little while for them to figure it out and gave me a spot. Other than that, I really like how new and nice the set up was in the room.

This is a good choice if you want to stay in the Chinatown district. Quite a few small restaurants nearby.

Nice, but when rain, there is no pathway to get around

Great experience overall: in a really interesting neighborhood of KL (loads of dining options around), good breakfast, attentive staff. The pool has nice views of the KL Tower and also of the new Merdeka Tower. At around USD 100 per night, we also thought it offered great value.
