It can’t be Sheraton standard

Rooms were not clean enough, no any amenities even though it is business hotel. Breakfast was horrible not hygienic, in my coffee there was something not clear but probably it was chemical what they were using. Worse ever stayed in Sheraton such a poor quality and management

My stay was ok

Staff at this hotel were extremely friendly and helpful and pleasant. They went out of their way to assist and accommodate us. The Air conditioning in our room was not working. They sent a technician 3 times and told us it is fixed and still wasn’t working. So for our entire stay the room was too hot or too cold. The last night of our stay the room was too hot to sleep. They told us that the only thing they can offer is to move us to a room so at 2 am we had to pack and move!!!! Absolutely not acceptable. I will not stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Great nice place to stay

Service great, room horrible

We arrived pretty late. Was a smooth check in. When I got to the room it was small and really not modern. The pictures must be of one of two rooms that they have modernised now as for 110 gbp a night it was more like staying in a travel lodge Coffee was nice and service was good but the room was pretty horrible

Not ready for prime time!

This is a beautiful property with tons of potential, but they appear to have opened before they worked out all the kinks. The room was very nice, large bathroom, and wonderful balcony. The Wi-Fi is inconsistent at best and not reliable at times. The thermostat didn't work so we had to keep the balcony door open at night, which was noisy from street traffic.

The Hotel is located in a commercial district of Izmir not much around but within a 5 minute drive you are in the center of the cIty the hotel is clean quite staff are friendly I would stay there again as the sea view from my window was amazing bed very comfortable

I didn’t like how staff during breakfast specifically ONE person tried to make me feel like a criminal for not purchasing breakfast while I always (each day) provided my room number to the person in the front to let them know that I will be having breakfast and to charge it to my room. The rest of the staff were mostly pleasant, I would like to say special thank you to the front desk staff on a night shift they were by far the most professional and accommodating. Also, there’s a lot of construction going on around the hotel, and the dust is everywhere, it’s impossible to go out on a balcony. Lastly, the extreme noise coming from a room next-door to mine between hours of midnight and 3 AM made it impossible to sleep. Overall I would not stay at this hotel again, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

This was a short but pleasant visit, hotel is part of an office building and mall, which made the entrance to the property confusing. Valet parking not available, so parking in mall lot was not well explained when arriving. Staff were pleasant, restaurant was average, but friendly. Bed very comfortable, which was most important

Trip to Izmir

Wonderful staff, great breakfast. Location was fair, but had a mall, stores, bakery, restaurants and cafes around which made it easy to eat and get stuff. Room however non smoking and smelt of smoke for the 2 nights we were there. Noise level was high the first night ( mix week on a Wednesday) had a discotheque below that played loud live music till after midnight. The staff was very helpful and accommodated as best as they could. Can't say enough good things about them.

It’s my 3rd time staying at this hotel, and everything was great as always

I have been waited 6 hours to change my room with the new stuff, Air condition was not working and the first stuff tells me we don’t have any other choices and any empty rooms! But the other stuff helps me. The bathroom are not cleaned very well!! Shower hand is not working We don’t have anything in the mini bar!! Tv is not working for my child!

For short stays only

New hotel and quite central above a small shopping center. Modern neighbourhood. Fitness room is extremely disappointing as a small room with just bikes and treadmills. Fortunately short stay it is convenient. Breakfast could have more options.

The property was amazing, was kept really well. There are a couple of restaurants around the hotel that are very rude and ruined my experience of my stay.

NICE BUT WOULDN'T GO BACK

Was only staying for the night as booked to see a show . Unfortunately there was no hot water that night in our room and our friends not good when your going out for the night... but not their fault just a pain.. if you are getting a taxi to the hotel get the exact address as had massive problems with getting a taxi

The staff is very very nice.we took sea view room it has very nice view but the location is very very bad because it is not near metro station and not near sea and we should go by taxi.it has a nice resturant near hotel.just because of bad location next time i never take this hotel.taxi driver in front of hotel are not honest and they want to take more money.

Top notch hotel at a reasonable price.

The hotel is top notch with very reasonable rates. It is located a short cab drive from the Izmir boardwalk and sights. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious and had everything we needed to make our stay pleasant and enjoyable.

Where to stay for Ege Üniversite hospital

People going to Ege University Hospital campus should look at this hotel rather than the one on the campus. It is vastly better and only slightly more expensive and only a 10 minute drive from there.

i took my luggage from lobby to my car by self in check out time,but i paid 20TL for tips.the first day they gave me a different bedroom and in second day they changed my bedroom again.i called to get some water but no one bring me any water and after 30min i told them we gonna sleeping and we don’t need water.never i don’t come back to this hotel.it was my last time forever.

Very good hotel for the price. In the middle town Bayraklı (Izmir's downtown). Breakfast options are good, balcony in every room (with a fantastic view) is amazing!

Building has 37 floor but hotel is only first 9 floor of the building. I wanted to stay on higher floor thinking 30 or something but they gave me their top floor which is 9th. And this wasn’t clear on the site. There is no information about it. Not a biggie but I wish I knew

Horrible experience

Tribble experience. Late check in due to room not ready. Room is very tight and no room for the extra bed. I made persistent request to the recepionist for higher floor to enjoy the Sea front but yet I was given a lower floor with partial sea front that did not make any difference from other rooms. We woke up at 0200 as my son was screeming when a big cockroach was moving on his body. He was terrified and we got up and exterminated the cockroach. We couldn't sleep afterwords before 0400. Also, the bathroom smelled bad and the smell would reach the room. The balcony is a mess and dirty.

Beautiful room

We took this chance on staying in Izmir as we had only passed through previously. The hotel was amazing, the room fabulous but the location wasn't. The ad didn't tell you that it was on the other side of the town. Pity, because that was the only problem.

The hotel is located next to a major highway, so very noisy, unless the windows and door to terrace is kept close at all times. Also, there was a bad smell in the room, which continued througout stay. The washcloth within shower was clearly recycled from previous guest and not cleaned properly- again, bad smell. Breakfast was good though, the highlight of the stay! The hotel staff did not attend to luggage, never asked if I needed help, which was quite surprising.

Vale hizmeti yok, avm otoparkına park ediyorsunuz (müsait park yeri bulursanız) ve sonrasında valizle avm içerisinden otele yürüyorsunuz. Kahvaltı kalitesi ve çeşitliliği düşük.

ilk problemi girişte yaşadık. Hotels.com rezervasyonumuzu göremediklerini söylediler. 15-20dakika eşyalarımızla kapıda bekledik. Su istedik onun da ücretini ödedik. Yukarı çıkarken eşyalarımızı taşımamıza yardım etmediler. Özür dilemek için 1 sonraki gün bir meyve tabağı göndermisler ama pek gönlümüzü kazanamadılar. 2-Otelin hemen yanında inşaat vardı bu sebeple deniz manzarası yerine inşaat manzaralı odamız vardı. Özellikle düğüne geldiğimizi söylediğimiz için otelin biraz daha iyi bir oda vermenizi beklerdim. 3-Otopark sıkıntılıydı. İlk gece Yanda ücretli otopark olduğunu görmediğimiz için yer aradık.önden bilgilendirme yapsalar daha iyi olurdu. 4-Özellikle aşağıya inerek eşime sürpriz yapmak icin oda kahvaltı siparişi verdim, ödemeyi aşağıda istemediler ama hemen kapıda ödemeyi istediler, checkout sırasında isteyebilirlerdi anı yaşamak yerine kredi kartı arıyorum. Küçük şeyler ama özensizliği gösterdiğini düşünüyorum. 5- ikinci Gün gece odaya girdiğimizde tuvalette ağır bir koku vardı. Dügünümüz oldugu icin Sabah cıkıs yapıp gece 2de giriş yaptık ama bu ne kokusu böyle anlamadık, çöp gibi kokuyordu. Genel olarak cok olumsuz bir deneyim oldu, bir daha tercih etmeyi düşünmüyoruz.

Turist yoğunluğu olan bir otelde kahvaltı da kokmuş bayat çay, odada yandaki inşaat sesinden duramama, otoparkta 1 saat ayrılan alanda boş yer arama gibi vasat durumları saymazsanız. İyi bir yatak düzgün çalışan bir klima var evet. Manzara fotoğrafta gösterilen gibi değil. Genel olarak parasını haketmeyen bir konaklama.

Otelin yeri güzel, çalışanlar kibar ve duruma göre her imkanı lehinize değerlendirmeye çalışıyorlar, dışarıda başka yemek ve alış veriş yapacak ortam var. Paranızın karşılığını alıyorsunuz.

Beklentimizin çok altı bir Sheraton deneyimi,

Oda temizliği yeterli,balkon ve balkon mobilyaları kirli,tozlu kullanimayacak kadar kirliydi,resepsiyon görevlisi otele giriş yaptigimizda telefonla konusuyordu epey uzun sürdü ve otele giriste daha otel hakkinda olumsuz dusunmemize sebep oldu,ve odaya ciktigimizda balkona çıktık ve yukarida soylediklerimizle karşılaştık,tekrar Izmir e gelsem asla tercih etmem .

Keyifli bir otel deneyimi

9. katta, deniz manzaralı, balkonlu bir odada kaldık. Genel anlamda memnun kaldık. Sadece banyoda kulak pamuğu yoktu, böyle lüks bir otelde olmasını beklerdim. Kahvaltı da satın almıştık, kahvaltı da yeterliydi.

Otopark problemi

Otel çok güzel, temiz. Yeri de iyi. Ancak otopark problemi var. Otelin bulunduğu kulenin ortak kullandığı kapalı otopark var ancak oraya nasıl gidilir, aracınızı koyunca otel girişine nasıl ulaşırsınız, bu konulara dair hiç kimse size bilgilendirme yapmıyor, yardımcı olmuyorlar

Rezervasyon sırasında kahvaltı eklemiş olmama rağmen , 1 kişilik kahvaltı rezervasyonu yapılmıştır diye ekstra ücret alındı.Odamız deniz manzaralı olmasına karşın otel altında tahmini düşün salonu benzeri bir salon olduğuniçin inanılma ses geliyordu( gündüz saatinde dinlenmek çok mümkün olmaz!)

Otelin etrafında olan eğlence merkezinden dolayı inanılmaz otoparktaki yoğunluk ve otel misafirlerine özel bir alan ayrılmaması fakat otoparkta her yerde otelin logolu tabelaların olması sadece otelin reklamını yapıyoruz fakat otel misafirlerine özel bir otopark ayrılmamış olması otelin bir parça misafirlerini daha az düşündüğünü ve otelin girişinde otel girişi olmasına rağmen gereksiz taksicilerin Yol üzerine park etmesi ve çekilir misiniz dediğinizde agresif bir şekilde cevap vermeleri otel misafirini kıran hareketler olduğunu düşünmekteyim bu yüzden seyahat deneyimim başarısız geçti

Yatak ve çarşaflar çok iyi, havlular ve temizlik yeterli, gürültü yok, otopark biraz sıkıntılı, gündüz saatlerinde full, akşam yer oluyor.

En güzel günümüze keyifsiz bir başlangıç...

Nikah günümüz ve gecemiz için rezervasyon yaptırdık. Otele girişte bu günümüzü rezil eden bir yaklaşımla karşılaştık!! Pazar günü olduğu için rezervasyon onayını kuaför ve makyözümüzü işlem süresince odaya alabilecek şekilde aldık. Kimlik bırakılarak giriş yapılabileceği söylendi. Ancak resepsiyonda Alper isimli çalışan, otel politikasına aykırı olduğunu iddia ederek onay aldığım halde giriş yapmayı kabul etmedi. Israrlarımız üzerine nöbetçi müdür olduğunu söyleyen bir beyefendi geldi ve ne yapıp ne yapamayacağını resepsiyon çalışanlarına sorduktan sonra yapacak bir şey olmadığını söyledi. Bu özel günde ve dar zamanda düştüğümüz zor durumdan dolayı ısrar etmeye devam ettik mecburen. Ancak bundan sonra nöbetçi -yetkisiz- müdür bey bir yetkiliyi aradı, sanki isteğimize onay veremeyeceğini defalarca söylememiş gibi, onay verdi de oldukça rötarlı olarak odamıza çıkıp günümüze başlayabildik. Söz konusu süreci otellerde sürekli gelin hazırlamış olan kuaför ve makyözümüz de şaşkınlıkla karşıladı. Bu şık otel, vizyonsuzluğuyla ve yetkisiz çalışanlarıyla ağzımızda kötü bir tad bıraktı...

Çok kötü bir deneyim. Anlayış 0. Tercih Etmiyorum!

Otel çok güzel ancak havlunun içinden saç teli çıktı. Sheraton gibi bir otelde bunun olması hoş değil.

Not for that money........

The Hotel is ok but not more. At the entrance everywhere fully parked. How to handle the luggage?? Couldn't see my reservation...... Much better hotels in Izmir for less money. Taking money for 1st class but offering Economy.

Sabahları yan tarafta bulunan inşaatın sesinden rahatsız olduk, onun haricinde gayet iyiydi

An einem Samstag wurden wir vor 8 Uhr morgens von der Baustelle direkt vor unserem Zimmer aufgeweckt. Keiner hat uns an der Rezeption darauf aufmerksam gemacht, sodass wir ansonsten ein anderes Zimmer genommen hätten. Für das Geld eine absolute Katastrophe!

Her şey çok güzel, personel çok kibar. Tek sorun otoparkta bazen yeterli yer olmayabiliyor. Bunun dışında her şeyiyle harika bir otel. Kesinlikle tekrar tercih edilir.
