Everything great

Easy to get to by shuttle, friendly check-in, nice room with comfortable bed, quiet, slept very well. Great breakfast options, appreciated shuttle service to Metro / bus station. Before departure, I was able to leave my bag until evening flight.

Better than expected

A bit overpriced and terrible shuttle service.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel only runs once every hour. We waited 35 minutes, with a lot of other people, while all the other hotel shuttles drove by every 10 to 15 minutes. When the shuttle finally arrived the driver was rude and wanted to see a room card or an email reservation. So make sure to download the reservation to your phone if you do stay here. Our room was small but clean and comfortable, a bit of noise from the garden restaurant but it was a friday evening and people had clearly been drinking. It was nice that every floom had a water station to fill up your water bottle.

My room was not vacuumed, but the bed was very comfortable and clean. The view was spectacular, (and quiet, I could hardly hear the planes). I would highly recommend this hotel. Improvement to find the shuttle definitely needs work! Maps are too vague.

Very good hotel airport - recommended

Very efficient hotel with excellent and helpful service including an early room check in. Buffet was busy but offered a few very good dishes such as the best bread and butter pudding! Happy to stay again.. The only improvement is perhaps an earlier start of the airport transfer shuttle.

Customer Service Was Wonderful, and our housekeeper was the sweetest lady. Food Was Excellent, and our room was beautiful. Bed was comfortable and a very clean room. I loved the bathroom, with the big bathtub and plenty of water from the shower. I will be staying here again for sure in the future! Of all the Hotels I have been to this so far has been the best experience and stay. A

The property and room were beautiful. We had a late arrival and a late check-in and it was no problem. The room had everything we needed and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They even helped us navigate transportation.

Everything was great with the exception that your bathroom electrical plug burned out my travel water pick machine even though I used my Hong Kong converter.

Great hotel and service

I arrived middle of night for a layover stay, check-in was quick and smooth. Offered late check out which I really needed. 24-hr room service, food was great quality at 3am. Room comfortable and nice as expected.

I stayed in this place twice in Dec 2024. It's very good location and quiet even it's closed to airport. They offer bus from airport and also from the train station 15 mins walk from the hotel. There are some small shops across street from the hotel and they are convenient. There is laundry service in those shops which was great. I highly recommend this place.

Friendly staff, enjoyed my stay

I had horrible experience with the airport shuttle bus service because I was not notified it ends at 11:15pm everyday. I landed at HKG airport at 11:15pm on Jan 19, 2025 after about 25 hours air-travel from US. After exit the airport, I waited at the airport shuttle bus stop for almost 45 minutes. I sent a message per Expedia to the hotel service team, but didn't get response. Then I went back to HKG airport service desk, called hotel front desk and was told that no more shuttle bus service after 11:15pm. I explained that timetable was not specified in it's service at Expedia. Furthermore, that shuttle bus service was a key factor for my booking to this hotel. The hotel manager declined my request on phone for a shuttle bus pickup service and asked to take taxi instead. After the call, I went outside waiting in line for airport taxi stand. Roughly 40 minutes later, it turned out that HKG airport taxi doesn't accept US credit cards, nor Apple Pay and Google Pay, only HK dollars With no HK dollars with me, I went back inside HKG airport again and got enough cash for taxi ride. Finally I arrived at the hotel and checked in after 2am, over 3 hours after my landing to the hotel which is 6 mins bus/taxi ride-away. Even the facility and crew were nice, but after all 3-hours turmoils figuring out the way to the Hotel due to the false advertisement on Expdia, I only felt extremely exhausted and frustrated. I'm very disappointed with the shuttle bus mishaps and requst full refund

Great services and gold card elite members should be given opportunity to upgrade room even booked via expedite.

All service was good but also you should change socket. It was little bit difficult to us to charge cellphone and using my own hair dryer.

Great hotel wirh walkable restaurahts and 7-11. Very friendly and helpful staff from Concierge,FrontDesk, Restaurant staff. Very good breakfast selection. Hotel close to MTR stationand is complimentary bus and airport transfer in and out. I am glad i am a Bonvoy member.

The hotel is in a great location witj complimentary airport transfers and MTR drop off/pick up. The only concern is the bathroom shower needs to be detailed. Front desk, concierge and Maintenance staff are top notch. Will stay again when in Hongkong.

The staff were attentive and personal except that we experienced some language barriers with some front desk staff. Lunch buffet was excellent with services, prices and varieties. The restaurant was clean and I was impressed with the friendly staff. Shuttle bus service was very helpful, it would be better if hours can be extended to midnight to save our hassle catching a taxi in another area.

The best part of this hotel is the staff , they were very accommodating and provided excellent service .. The hotel is also clean and well located ..

Decent one night stay.

The room was clean and we had a nice view but the room was very compact and felt somewhat cramped. Also, I think there could have been better lighting. The staff were very efficient and helpful.

The place was amazing, no complaints

아주 편안하고 깔끔하고 조용한 호텔입니다. 공항에서 가깝지만 비행기 소리 안 나고, 직원들의 서비스 마인드가 훌륭합니다. 다만, 조식 때 일부 중국인들이 좀 불편하게 하거나 눈쌀을 찌푸리게 하긴 했습니다 셔틀 있어서 통총MTR역이나 공항 오갈 때 편했습니다.

After 14 days in the Philippines, this was just the perfect remedy to get back to a clean and healthy atmosphere.

This is a great hotel near the airport and Disneyland. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well. Lots of choices and caters to everyone's dietary needs. We took a taxi to Disneyland and only cost us $140 HKD for 12 mins ride instead of 1 hr bus ride. The transfer to the airport and MTR is on time. It's amazing value for money.

This was our 4th Stay at Tung Chung Four Points great location easy short walking distance to CityGate Shopping mall. Highly recommend we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful room with excellent view and expansive breakfast. Convemient to airport, metro, and cable car. A bit more relaxed than downtown.

The room was booked for a layover after a long flight from the US. It had to be booked for the night before as the flight didn’t come in until 6.30 the next day. This is a practice we have done previously at this hotel, so we can take a few hours rest in the room before heading back to the airport for our next leg of the trip. Unfortunately this time they cancelled the room as a no show and advised when we arrived we would have to pay again if we wanted a room. Unhelpful staff and as they were the party that made the cancellation incorrectly should have made sure a room was made available.

Definitely come back again!

Great services received from the concierge clerks, on the contrary, the check in service (Marriott Bonvoy member counter) was just average - didn’t feel the hospitality! The bed was comfortable, unfortunately the strong smoke smell in the room throughout our entire stay!

It’s my second time staying at this hotel. Room is clean and modern, the buffet breakfast has a variety of foods, they’re fresh and tasty. I appreciate the shuttle between the hotel and the airport which makes life so much easier.

It was convenient from airport to hotel because of the shuttle service . Without the hotel shuttle service, it would have been difficult to get around. I wasn’t able to charge my phone because it wasn’t the same plug! If they had plugs that could accommodate guests from all countries that would be good.

Lobby was very cold the first night. I decided not to eat dinner in the restaurant.
