Great services and gold card elite members should be given opportunity to upgrade room even booked via expedite.

All service was good but also you should change socket. It was little bit difficult to us to charge cellphone and using my own hair dryer.

Great hotel wirh walkable restaurahts and 7-11. Very friendly and helpful staff from Concierge,FrontDesk, Restaurant staff. Very good breakfast selection. Hotel close to MTR stationand is complimentary bus and airport transfer in and out. I am glad i am a Bonvoy member.

The hotel is in a great location witj complimentary airport transfers and MTR drop off/pick up. The only concern is the bathroom shower needs to be detailed. Front desk, concierge and Maintenance staff are top notch. Will stay again when in Hongkong.

The staff were attentive and personal except that we experienced some language barriers with some front desk staff. Lunch buffet was excellent with services, prices and varieties. The restaurant was clean and I was impressed with the friendly staff. Shuttle bus service was very helpful, it would be better if hours can be extended to midnight to save our hassle catching a taxi in another area.

The best part of this hotel is the staff , they were very accommodating and provided excellent service .. The hotel is also clean and well located ..

Decent one night stay.

The room was clean and we had a nice view but the room was very compact and felt somewhat cramped. Also, I think there could have been better lighting. The staff were very efficient and helpful.

The hotel is close to the airport and we were able to use the hotel shuttle. The room was spotless and staff very professional.

아주 편안하고 깔끔하고 조용한 호텔입니다. 공항에서 가깝지만 비행기 소리 안 나고, 직원들의 서비스 마인드가 훌륭합니다. 다만, 조식 때 일부 중국인들이 좀 불편하게 하거나 눈쌀을 찌푸리게 하긴 했습니다 셔틀 있어서 통총MTR역이나 공항 오갈 때 편했습니다.

This is a great hotel near the airport and Disneyland. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well. Lots of choices and caters to everyone's dietary needs. We took a taxi to Disneyland and only cost us $140 HKD for 12 mins ride instead of 1 hr bus ride. The transfer to the airport and MTR is on time. It's amazing value for money.

This was our 4th Stay at Tung Chung Four Points great location easy short walking distance to CityGate Shopping mall. Highly recommend we will definitely stay again.

Beautiful room with excellent view and expansive breakfast. Convemient to airport, metro, and cable car. A bit more relaxed than downtown.

The room was booked for a layover after a long flight from the US. It had to be booked for the night before as the flight didn’t come in until 6.30 the next day. This is a practice we have done previously at this hotel, so we can take a few hours rest in the room before heading back to the airport for our next leg of the trip. Unfortunately this time they cancelled the room as a no show and advised when we arrived we would have to pay again if we wanted a room. Unhelpful staff and as they were the party that made the cancellation incorrectly should have made sure a room was made available.

Definitely come back again!

Great services received from the concierge clerks, on the contrary, the check in service (Marriott Bonvoy member counter) was just average - didn’t feel the hospitality! The bed was comfortable, unfortunately the strong smoke smell in the room throughout our entire stay!

It’s my second time staying at this hotel. Room is clean and modern, the buffet breakfast has a variety of foods, they’re fresh and tasty. I appreciate the shuttle between the hotel and the airport which makes life so much easier.

It was convenient from airport to hotel because of the shuttle service . Without the hotel shuttle service, it would have been difficult to get around. I wasn’t able to charge my phone because it wasn’t the same plug! If they had plugs that could accommodate guests from all countries that would be good.

Lobby was very cold the first night. I decided not to eat dinner in the restaurant.

I like the free shuttle to the airport. However, people outside who do not live on this property fill up the bus, which causes overflow problems for the real customers. The hotel needs to set up screening processes to protect the real customers.

Great stay

We had a wonderful stay . Room was very clean and comfortable. The cleaning lasy accidentally broke my friend's trimmer and the guest manager waa nice enough to give us wine and madeleines. The buffet at rhe restaurant was ok. Not too good but ok for the price.

My only concern was the black mold in the bathroom sink. Otherwise it was perfect, thank you!

I likes the decoration and modern facilities of this hotel. I also liked the availability of drinking water and the reusable water bottle. It is also convenient for late night travellers to have the vending machine and water available as there are hardly any shops open past 11:30 in the area.

First time in Hong Kong

Very good hotel, they offer a shuttle to both the airport and the Tung Chung MTR station which we made use of several times. There is a Seven Eleven across the road. The room was a decent size and the bed was extremely comfortable. It felt like a literal cloud. The breakfast options were good with enough variety for everyone. They have water refill stations on every floor which we appreciated as we were traveling with our own water bottle (although there was also a reusable water bottle avail in the room for use during your stay). The only thing I didn’t like about our room was that there were only USB / charging ports on one side of the bed (not the side I was sleeping on). We chose this hotel due to its proximity to Disneyland HK - we went for 2 days. Getting there in the morning was really easy as its only one stop to Sunny Bay station where you switch over to the Disneyland resort line. Worth mentioning that getting back to the hotel in the evening (after the fireworks) its a lot more crowded in the stations, so it might take a little longer to get back. The shuttle bus runs until 10:30 at night, as the fireworks was at 21:45 that evening, we only managed to get back to Tung Chung station after the last shuttle bus and had to opt for an Uber instead. We managed to catch the shuttle back on the 2nd night. Overall very happy with our stay and with the Four Points by Sheraton brand. It was our 2nd stay with this brand over our 3 week trip and both times we were happy.

Good place but a fumble

This was my second stay in 2 weeks, really transit stops . The hotel is quite close to the airport and offers a free shuttle. It is run very efficiently and the rooms are nice. Unfortunately for me, my room's shower drain was somewhat clogged. I reported this to the front desk and expect that they will inspect all bathrooms again. Overall, these types of hotels are really important in the world of travel and I give the Sheraton high marks.

We stayed one night before a flight. Room was great, good amenities, liked the view, many restaurants nearby. Free transportation to the airport was very convenient.

Great Hotel

The location was convenient for the airport. There is SO much to see in Hong Kong that no hotel is close to everything, but this central location was perfect for me. The breakfast was fantastic. The airport shuttle was super convenient. The shower had great water pressure, and was plenty hot enough.

Very noisy from CTA train even from level 19. The room appeared old and outdated.

Nice Hotel

Friendly staff, clean room, beautiful sea view, we love it, will stay again.

This hotel is 10 min away from the airport and there is free shuttle to the airport once every hour and a shuttle to Tung Chung Station every half an hour. However the shuttles to the station is normally full because the residents who live across the street are also taking advantage of this free shuttle as for their free transportation. I think the hotel should do something about that.

A hotel well worth considering!

On previous visits to Hong Kong I’d stayed in a 5 star hotel in Kowloon, but as my budget was reduced I chose this hotel which included a free shuttle to and from the airport. I’m so glad I did it! The hotel was a good, if not better that the previous hotel, although the room was smaller I didn’t feel cramped. The staff were super helpful and friendly, spoke perfect English and gave the impression they cared about you. Just a very minor gripes; the food ordered from room service arrived cold, likewise the coffee which was not only cold but the coffee appeared to have gone AWOL. This was very quickly sorted without any fuss and an apology. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay at this hotel again.

It’s amazing as always. We stay here every year during Cosmoprof Asia. The service is great; whenever you call the concierge, you receive prompt assistance. Check-in is a breeze, quick and friendly!

I wish that the breakfast could have a little bit of continental touch. Plug are chinese/Europpean style your north american plug won't work but the front desk will b glad to pass you a converter

We've been upgraded to ocean view room, the bed is comfy, the hydraulic of the shower is super. Opposite of the hotel has several restaruants. The most convenience is a 24 hours laundry shop which help a lot.

Staff is very friendly. Room was very clean. Great amenities in room. Convenient storage spaces in room. 7 eleven across street. Hotel provides bus service to main train/ metro terminal every 30min which is also next to the big mall. Not much to walk around to see at hotel, but super convenient. We ubered to disney from the hotel and back. It was equivalent to $18usd via uber going to park and about $24 coming back from park late at night. Overall, nice experience.

Good experience. Some lows - space is tiny for the price, and breakfast meat options for chicken or lamb would be better.
