Disappointed. I was advised after I checked in that the pool was closed for a maintenance issue. The front desk just smiled. Also, there is a large crator in the driveway at the enterance. The size of the large 6-8 inch deep, 4 foot X 4 foot crator which could cause some serious damage to a clients vehicle. The condition of the outside property as well as the indoor pool is not something I would expect from this company.

Tv was broken. Front desk offered 2000pts BonVoy as compensation, which i never got. Keurig coffee maker in room but no pods. Saturday night was very noisy with party in hallway, i had to get out in my underwear and tell them to shut up. Poor noise insulation, i could hear neighboor alarm beeping for half hour and the other one coughing and taking a dump.

i booked king room but when reached at my check in time, i was told there was no king room clean or available so they changed our room to queen, i had no other had to take that

it was inconvenient because had to cancel the reservation due to the power outages.Then 15 minutes later the power was on after I had to make another reservation at a hotel.

We came very late and check in was slow due to inexperienced staff. We were denied late check out. The shower flooded the bathroom floor and it had yellow mould. The room had loud mechanical noises and water dripping noises and this weird noise coming from shower wall. And we could hear people in other rooms from in our room. We could hear everyone from the hallway clearly as there is a big gap under the door. The bed was super creeky. I expected more from a newer hotel. We come to Kingston often to watch university sports. I wish I could attach a video for all the noise. We aren’t picky people we just wanted a good sleep going into our day off in this pretty town.

Very relaxing, the first floor staff was so kind and friendly. The breakfast buffet was lovely and the staff was wonderful with their service and light chat that lets people feel welcome when they walk in for their first meal of the day. Our first time staying at a hotel in this city and it was a very good first experience, we left refreshed and happy with the memory of a pleasant sleep and great interactions with the staff.

The hotel was fine. The first morning breakfast wasn’t closed. Staff called in sick. I forgot to ask for a refund on the breakfast portion of what we paid. Staff were okay. I would stay there again.

Very clean property!! Comfortable beds, soft towels(not crusty), very good food in the bar/restaurant area!! Will definitely stay here again!

The only thing I didn’t like was that the curtains on the windows were basically see-thru. I would have preferred the option for black out blinds.

Really rough area. Industrial and lots of homeless not far from the hotel. Nothing around within safe walking distance

Each staff that we encountered were very helpful. Our room was good. The breakfast was OK, however the access was in a couple of places, so we found ourselves up from our table several times. Food was OK.

We had very kind staff greet us when we arrived at the hotel. I was disappointed that our pre-paid room that had a king size bed was given to someone else. We were given an "upgraded room" which was two Queen beds. That is not an upgrade. The walls are not sound proof.

The location was kind of sketchy to get to, but not unsafe. You drive through a warehouse type area, so you think you're not going the right way but then the hotel is there :). Check in and service was amazing, everyone is so nice. The room was pretty clean, but there were hairs all over the bathroom and the grout in the shower is stained. Probably not that unclean but looks gross. There were burn marks on the toilet seat and chairs, some stains. Blackout curtain would not close. View was a cityscape / shipping container lot with pretty bright lights, so the blackout curtain would have been handy. The pool area is nice but really needs cleaning. The pool itself has kind of a dirty looking ring around the waterline... didn't notice until I jumped in. Overall a good stay, but would expect a bit better.

The original room I booked wasn’t available so we had to go from a king size bed to two queen size beds. Apparently that’s an upgrade which doesn’t really seem to be. Also the drain cover for the shower in the new room was left sitting up against the wall which seemed odd

Dirty room

Room had only been partially cleaned. Food on the floor, no gargage bags, no toilet paper and the shower floor was slippery dirty. We checked in late 10:40 after 5 hrs of driving and didn’t realize how bad it was until the next morning. I’ve called and emailed and still haven’t rec’d any kind of credit. This is just horrible customer service. This hotel is back in an industrial area and we faced garbage hauling trucks from our window. Definitely would not recommend this place

Front desk staff welcoming upon arrival (this was a treat after a long day)! Room was clean and thankfully the air conditioning was not blasting when I got in, right room temperature. Bed and pillows as usual comfy!

It was a clean, friendly property with ample parking. Check in was straight forward and easy. One suggestion is that rooms have blackout curtains. After a late night, waking at 6am wasn't ideal with light filling the entire room. Furthermore, the ice machine on the third floor upon arrival did not work nor did it work when leaving.

It's a good place to stay, it's 45 Minutes away from the Niagara falls and an hour and 25 minutes from Toronto. It's quiet and clean.
