Very grateful to the gentleman that checked us in. There was a hockey competition in town. Much of the hotel was filled with kids. He was very considerate and upgraded us on a floor that was very quiet. My only concern I had was the cleanliness of the bathroom; not cleaned very well.

Nous avons perdu une heure à télécharger l'application nécessaire sur mon téléphone, puis sur celui de mon conjoint. Résultat sans succès, et ce, malgré l'aide d'un membre du personnel. Vous êtes au Québec, il serait à propos d'avoir une borne compatible avec Circuit électrique, ou un paiement par carte de crédit.

Great place to visit.

Great hotel, very clean and spacious room. Everything was ideal. The bathroom was clean and modern. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty too. And the staff were very friendly.

Front desk staff were great (especially Anabel). The restaurant/bar staff lacked polish. Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed. Located across from Canadian Museum of History and a good 10-minute walk from a cluster of pubs/restaurants.

The room was great, clean and very cozy. The problem was heating. The fan or something was terribly noise, and I mean noisy. I had to shut it off because we couldn’t sleep with it on.

Very clean and quiet hotel to stay

The parking fee was not stipulated I should have been told when I reserved maybe I would have gone to another hotel. They gave us the room 402 just by the elevator we heard the elevator all night in our room. Beside those two things is was ok .

Toilet was broken. Let staff know, nothing was done. Had to switch rooms at 3am after various attempts to notify staff. Room was not cleaned despite 2 day stay. Disappointed because room was nice but need functional basics.

It was quite very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location and within working distance of the downtown area and I enjoyed being able to walk over the connecting bridge to the local attractions. The staff at the hotel were wonderful and welcoming and responded to every question or concerns I had. It really was an enjoyable stay for me!!

The staff was really nice and accommodating. The beds were awesome and so comfy.

Stayed here multiple times visiting our son at UofOttawa. Still Convenient to downtown Ottawa sights with easy parking, nice rooms, less expensive and beautiful walks by the river and museum. Bridge across is short walk.

I really enjoyed my stay. Room and building was very clean, staff were very nice and very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Best thing about this hotel is its location. Could easily get anywhere we needed within a 15 minute drive. It loses points when it comes to amenities. Free amenities are sparse and the wi-fi didnt work for neither of our 3 phones. Even after inquiry with the staff, we could not access the wifi and had to use our own data. The toilet roll holder was loose and kept dropping the rolls on the ground with no way to tighten it without tools. No safes were present in the room, which was unusual for a hotel room. There was also construction happening right below our window on a early Saturday morning. It definitely hampered how restful our stay was. Underground parking is tight. If you're 6ft or taller, you need to duck in several places not to hit your head on the ceiling. Only one car can enter or exit at a time, don't recommend for inexperienced drivers.

Overall it was okay. But I got double charged on room booking (by Expedia and then by hotel), which took forever for hotel employee to understand, and then took few days to refund.

It was fine but for the price thought there would be at least a desk chair or ottoman. Only had a sad little single chair to sit in. Otherwise typical room you’d expect.

I booked this hotel last minute for five nights after holiday inn cancelled my booking in parliament hill Ottawa without notifying me. First thing to know this is in Gatineau on the French side across the Ottawa river, and Uber would charge you extra $5 for crossing the provincial line. Many bus lines take you to downtown Ottawa for a $5 day pass and 20 min trip. The room was clean with complimentary water bottles and coffee maker. The restaurant downstairs is good with happy hour. You can dine in or or grab the food to go. They look understaffed in the restaurant. The stsy was nice and I would stay again

We walked into our room to find a used teeth flosser on the floor, hair on the bathroom and shower floors. I went downstairs and complained, received a new room and was offered free parking instead of proper compensation. Staff was unaware that there was a pullout couch in the room when I asked for an additional cot, that was also not the cleanest. Awful service, attitude from staff and just gross

Our room hadn't been cleaned and discovered bloody sheets when we went to bed. They had no staff to change the sheets so we had to change rooms at 12:30 am.

Sadly our room was not cleaned upon check in. Our sheets had fresh blood on them and as there wasn’t any staff working when we discovered this we had to change rooms at 12:30 am.

Our room/bedding was dirty when we checked in. Bedding had relatively fresh blood on the sheets…. There was no cleaning staff to change the linens so we had to pack up our room at 12:30 AM and change rooms.

Rooms n staff were great. Only thing missing was pool not open.

Very clean and staff was friendly. However the pool was closed and the parking lot is horrendous. They didnt have enough parking spots for their guests and the spots that they did have were super tiny and my car was damaged.

My room I reserved was sold out received different room at same rate. Was offered free parking. Limited parking

Very dry towels, rough on the skin. On the Kruger company side, it is very noisy. Lobby and restaurant needs a refresher big time. Rooms have maybe renovated but not in full . Just partially.

Lobby was very Dark. There is a pillar in the middle of the front desk. Poor design. Old property. Restaurant staff was callous.

The lighting in the room was poor and made it difficult to read. We received 3 wakeup calls at 5:00 am that we did not request. One every 10 minutes. No sleep after that.

The pool was closed.. Other than that the hotel is clean, excellent customer service, staff friendly and convenient to government offices..

Nice enough, but beware of room location.

It's a nice hotel. The only thing we didn't appreciate was the room location. It was very noisy next to the elevator and our room was a connecting room (for some reason) so we could hear our neighbors clearly.

Friendly staff Mix up with the breakfast first day, they forgot to give me vouchers at check in. First morning was charged for breakfast. Checked at front desk and they rectified the vouchers and offered me free parking. Much appreciated.
