Reliable and Clean!

This isn’t my first stay at Four Points Edmonton West, and there’s a good reason for that. When I want a hotel that guarantees a great experience, I always choose Four Points Edmonton West. The staff is consistently friendly, the pricing is competitive, and the rooms are clean and modern. One of my favorite features is the complimentary onsite covered parking, which gives me peace of mind about my vehicle. In the winter, the heated parking stalls ensure your car stays warm and ready to go. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient place to stay, just minutes from West Edmonton Mall and major highways for easy city access.

Close to the mall and other restraunts and nice parking

Can't remember the young lady's name that checked me in but there was a bit of a mix up between my booking through Expedia and the hotel. She was very patient and helpful in working it out and no time did she basically say its not their problem work it out with Expedia.

Wonderful

This hotel was wonderful to stay at. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel as it was near where I needed to be and showed it had a pool. Upon check in I was told it was currently shut down and would reopen in 20 days or so. They told me it was listed on site and through booking company - it is not. They knew I was very disappointed by this, however made no effort to reimburse me a part of my stay or offer anything to make up for this. I am going back to Edmonton In 2 weeks and will not be staying here, more then likely would not recommend it down the road.

Overnight stay. Front staff were great! Friendly and helpful . Room was clean . Bed was comfortable.

Had a really good stay. They granted us a late checkout as we were in town for a tournament which was greatly appreciated. Pillows could be more puffy/fluffy but not a big deal.

Thanksgiving Hideaway

This is our go to stay when we are visiting family for Thanksgiving. Staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious, modern and in good repair. Well located on the west end of Edmonton. Restaurant is has a breakfast buffet but they will cook eggs to order if you ask. Staff are friendly, always smiling and greeting you!

Property location is best for those who are going to the water park in the mall ( a few minutes driving). Unfortunately, the staff will n the kitchen is not very welcoming and not friendly at all. Although you share with them that you have some sort of allergies to certain food, they will not be accomodate anything for you. If you have any sort of food restrictions, come prepared because most likely the’re not willing to help which is unfortunate.

Clean hotel space, rooms are decent. One issue that lead to a poor review: the showers didn't have any space to place personal hygiene items. Like zero shelving or anything. Left my electric toothbrush on the floor by the shower door and as a result forgot to take it when I left. Contacted the hotel to ask housekeeping to look for it. The staff was accommodating to the request but there was no follow up.

The exterior was clean and new however inside was renovated. Hallways smelled of cigarette smoke. Rooms had an unusual smell if pepper. The housekeeping staff did bare minimal cleaning making bed leaving towels. Kitchen staff was friendly food was fresh with taste. The front desk staff was not friendly were annoyed that we didnt take the initiative to call and see if pool was in service

The cleaning every day was outstanding, no every other day bs, I highly recommend this hotel for that alone, but the rest of the staff was pleasant

Loved the property. Very convenient, comfortable, great area. Garbage truck came early every morning because of construction in the area. That was pretty loud and annoying but is to be expected at a new property with construction. I would definitely stay again as the construction should be completed soon.

Always was curious about this hotel, so we decided to stay. The sign really captures you attention, inside was really nice! The rooms were very nice too and this is the first hotel I stayed at where you can sign into your Netflix and a few other apps to watch on the tv. The menu says your name on the tv as well, welcoming you. The bathroom had a really cool mirror where you can press the power button and it lights up. Very comfy beds, fridge and microwave in the room as well! Only bad thing the Walmart around the hotel has lots of garbage all around the area on the roads and I picked up a nail in my tire. Only thing wrong with my room, room 1402 was the handle was like coming off on the outside. My son also left his ring behind and I called and the staff put it aside for us for me to pick up. Thanks again! The friendly staff when I checked in told me about the points too which nobody else has when I stayed at Sheraton places before, so I hope I can get past points from 3-4 months ago. My only regret is missing the breakfast! Me and my family will absolutely stay here again! 5/5 is what I give this place at lowest id say 4.5!

I have stayed here a couple of times now. Staff are always friendly and it is very clean. The restaurant has a yummy steak salad and the breakfast is also very good (although not free). Unfortunately the pool was under renos when I was there.

Good value

Overall a good value stay at a good location. Window mounted A/C unit has no on-off feature so it just blows through the middle of the night that made for a disrupted sleep.

Took our money, but didn't provide us with a room.

We had booked our reservation 2 months in advance, prepaid room, called the week before to confirm our reservation, only to arrive 45 min after check in to be told there was no room for myself and two daughters. Service and treatment by Asiz and management was absolutely horrendous. We were simply told they had oversold, and even though my room for the night was prepaid and confirmed over phone with the front desk the week before, it simply "wasn't their problem". Shame on the management and Asiz for ruining my daughters and I weekend we had been counting down the days to and leaving us stranded for the night.

Check in process was terrible. They gave us our keys to the room only to get to our room and people were in the room. The next room they gave us the water pressure in the sink was very minimal.

Best hotel I ever stayed

The room was great, comfy king size bed, nice big shower & bathroom, no bad smells or stains anywhere, generally everything you'd expect from a nice hotel. The restaurant in the lobby had excellent food as well. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The only downside to the trip was the fact that the pool & hot tub were down for maintenance.

Delicious food! The wings yummmmy! The pool/hot tub were under maintenance which sucked as we were really looking forward to it! I’d stay here again.

I paid extra to have a “full” breakfast thinking that meant I could order off the menu, but was just the same old continental breakfast you get everywhere. Except no pork products which was a downer and it was just very average.

Excellent Hotel

The hotel is very nice. But there were a few concerns regarding the washroom. It is a good sized walk in shower but there were no rails or handles in it so if you were to slip it could be a serious fall. Also the tiles on the washroom floor were quite slippery when wet, I think if they were textured it would significantly improve the no slip potential. Also the cleaning situation was a bit strange, when my room wasn’t cleaned the first day I had to call to request a clean. Apparently they only clean every 3 days unless requested daily. Overall it was a decent experience but the safety issues are something to consider.

Very comfortable beds, clean rooms, close to lots of dining and shopping, love the option to sign onto Netflix on the tv's! Free underground parking is also a nice bonus! Only tiny problem we had was that the bathroom mirror light was very dim, so I had to do makeup and such outside the bathroom, but this isn't normally an issue and overall we had a great stay!

We loved the location and proximity to West Edmonton Mall and main transportation routes. The staff in all areas were exceptional-very friendly and helpful. Loved the breakfast menu, and also enjoyed the lounge! Rooms were well equipped, and the air conditioning was perfect. We would definitely stay here again!!

Our experience was pleasant with a clean, quiet property. The staff were helpful and friendly. The accommodation is conveniently located close to West Edmonton Mall, there are meal opportunities on site and within walking distance.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and extremely helpful. We were visiting friends and this was a reasonably priced hotel near to where we needed to be. The room was a good size and the shower excellent (missing it already!). The fridge and microwave came in very handy. Would stay again.

Beds were awesome, missing towel hooks/racks in the bathroom so there was know where to hang your towels. Pool, hot tub & exercise room where all closed

They have an underground heated parking. The whole facility is well maintained and clean. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is our favorite hotel to stay at in Edmonton.

Everything was great plus we were in town early and they let us check in two hours early.

Clean and professional. Beds were comfy, however the pillows were so incredibly thin and uncomfortable. Parking was hard to come by with so many hotels so close together. Our room was facing the Walmart loading dock at the back of the hotel and it was LOUD when they had a truck arrive in the early hours.
