Great place to stay! Comfortable beds, clean, good service, good food

The soundfrrof of the room is really poor, staff is very hard and unpleasant to deal with

Everything was wonderful; food, staff, pool etc. The room was lovely with the exception of the heater/fan under the window. I had to call maintenance for assistance and learned if I wanted heat I had to put off with a very loud fan

Bed was pretty comfortable comapred to other hotels I have stayed at. Elevator required a room card to operate, increased sense of security.

It was a good stay, TV didn’t work. Beds were good, clean comfortable room. Nice big tub and a nice separate shower, shower head adjustment wasn’t working properly, just had the high pressure massage setting

This property did not have hot water. No matter what time of day we tried to shower, the water was lukewarm at best. When we complained, they sent someone up who felt the water temperature and told us it was good enough to shower in. We spoke to numerous other guests who all said they had the same problem. Charging $200 a night and not having a hot water tank large enough to accommodate their guests is absurd.

Good stay

Doorknobs need to be fixed, bathroom door would not latch to stay closed therefore would not lock, surprised there’s no fans in the bathrooms either. Service was exceptional and very accommodating. Hot tub not working. Kinda wish it was made known before check in.

I made a last minute reservation, pretty much from their parking lot. By the time I got inside, everything was ready to do. No hassle, no stress.

Great location but definitely needs some updating. Carpets are in rough condition all through the property.

The age of the facility and cleanliness makes it look like Motel 8.

It was quiet even though my room faced a busy road. It located conveniently (short drive) to shopping and restaurants.

Pool was great sad to see the hot tub was under repair, our room had a nice jetted tub so everyone happy.

Good location. A bit noisy as there was a small child in the adjoining room who was up early and loud.

Terrible mattress, rest nice.

Unfortunately probably the worst mattress I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. Actually had a big dip in it from right of center. Felt like I was sleeping on a ledge. Staff were nice and place generally lovely. But $220 for that mattress is unacceptable. Will be requesting a refund, or not staying there again and advising my soccer team the same.

Nice hotel

At Expedia the profile stated that complimentary breakfast is offered, but it was not. Also the hot tub was not active.

This hotel was ok. The rooms were quiet, clean and spacious with nice beds. The customer service was poor, we had to ask several times and different staff to get towels to the pool and coffee made in the lobby, the front desk staff seemed to ignore each request so we’d go up to our room and call housekeeping. The restaurant in the hotel was fantastic! The pool area was unkempt and dangerous. It didn’t require a key fob to enter and one morning we went to the pool and the area was trashed. Garbage everywhere, safety equipment strewn about, tables chucked into the pool…. The staff didn’t seem to notice or care.

Great lobby and staff, and a fantastic restaurant. The food was incredible. Went to lay in bed to have a great nights sleep and encounter THE worst hotel bed I have ever experienced. In the most expensive suite available. A bed that should have been in a dumpster…The bed was only half usable. One side was a big divot, broken springs coils, as if someone had slept in the same place for 25 years. I was honestly impressed with this hotel up until that point. The one thing hotels should strive for is a comfortable sleep/bed. Everything else should be secondary. Not in this case. Far from it. We stay in Edmonton quite frequently and this will be the last time we stay at the Four Points (Which is unfortunate because the restaurant was truly incredible)

The property is very nice and clean but too much disturbance in the morning hours, there house keeping peoples start disturbing guest at 8:00am very noisy and unpleasant.

No bedding or towels and when we called for some they left a cart bin with the bedding in jt

The person, who checked us in at 10:30pm was very pleasant. The room was clean, but I was disappointed to see that they do not use mattress protective bags, for allergens and bugs. The bathroom was spacious but needs attention to the grout, caulking etc. We didn't get to explore the rest of the property and thus can not review more than this.

Great location, lovely staff. The only things I would mention are that the shower leaked when you were using it, making a big puddle on the floor. Not a huge deal. It was also odd that the doorways were wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, but the shower was raised up a step. Luckily, my disability was cooperating during our stay, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Loved the microwave and fridge. Bed and pullout were comfortable, although there wasn’t an extra blanket for the pullout. It was hot, so that wasn’t an issue. Overall, great stay.

Clean and fresh

Good Value for the money. Had the Steak and Gnocci in the restaurant. It was bland and tasteless. Waitress wanted to argue about whether the dirt on our celery was dirt or brown from being too old. Also never came to check with us on how our meal was for at least 20 minutes. Nice hotel. Would recommend eating elsewhere.

Check room before putting bags down

Friendly service, comfy bed . But there was hair in sink. Last guest socks on floor and desk chair has 2 wholes from screws.

Room 812 has a vent in the bathroom that is extremely loud. Obviously known as there is an exterior metal door for it. Even with the door closed the loud hum kept me up all night. Hot tub water was very green looking and smelled. New pub was fantastic. Great service. Great atmosphere.

Everything was great except that the restaurant was not open and I was expecting a restaurant on site when I booked.

Hotel was fine. Didn’t list that their restaurant/bar was closed for renovations. The suite we got was listed on Expedia as “separate bedroom” and wasn’t. Made putting a 1 year old to bed much harder and was the only reason I needed that separate bedroom.

The beds were old and squeaky, the room and bathroom were old and dirty, because I booked through Expedia there was no "complimentary" breakfast.

Clean, friendly, comfortable and conveniently located. My room was missing the TV remote and I didn’t end up receiving one after reporting this, and my in room coffee maker was missing where the coffee goes, but the rest of the stay was great.

Room was clean. Hallway carpet needed to be replaced or stretched as has ripples and a trip hazard. Restaurant food was poor.

The Hotel is a perfectly satisfactory chain hotel in a kind of area of big box stores, car dealerships and parking lots. It is suited to someone doing business or shopping in the area.

Very clean and comfy. Only draw back was the room was quite warm, even with the air conditioning on.

Great hotel and service

We have stayed at this hotel numerous times and have always enjoyed our stay. The place is clean and comfortable, no rifraf hanging around the building as well.

Location at south end of city was convenient for getting on the road early. Clean, good quality facilities. There was an event going on in the conference area close to our room. Could hear some bass and karaoke but it didn't go too late. Overall good value for the price.

There on business, one night…tired property, staff were pleasant, room was clean. Carpet was ratty in hallways and restaurant had a musty smell.

I like this hotel, the room are spacious and the bed is great. Sadly, some bedrooms need repairs and the restaurant is awful. I miss The White Spot

High price not worth it

Hotel itself was okay, except the beds were too hard. The service staff in the restaurant were terrible. No one asked if we wanted to order food, see the menu or anything. We sat for well over an hour and she only brought drinks then never returned. Same experience in the morning for breakfast, my dad didn’t even get to order, my sons drink was forgotten about. My cousin found the coffee pot herself and brought it to our table. There’s a cluster of hotels in this area and this hotel is the most $$$. I’d never stay here again based on the lousy service and hard beds. Fast food chains offer better service than this hotel.

Family stay, room was ok, however I did note its starting to get run down a bit. I was super disappointed to find out the White Spot pulled out and is no longer apart of this hotel. This was one of the reasons we stayed there. The beds were super uncomfortable this time around. They were just too springy.

Well located on south side of Edmonton close to lots of shopping and airport. Weekend we were there they were down one elevator which makes for a long wait when there are 8 floors to service with one elevator.
