TravellerSo this was a good property for a night, the rooms were clean. Parking is extremely limited with no overflow. The rooms were well appointed but missing things like a hair dryer, makeup mirror, etc just to nit pick. The ice machine on two was constantly running very loudly. also you can hear the neighbors going in and out so if noise bothers you maybe not your first choice. The staff was extremely nice however. Good for a night traveling overall and it was cheaper than other hotels on the area.

TravellerI had my vehicle broken into during my stay, as well as other vehicles in the parking lot. The hotel has cameras but only management had access to the night shift even though it was right outside the front door did not see them happen. Sheraton management has not even contacted me since my stay to see how everything is going and offer me any type of compensation for my inconvenience. It would be nice for them to contact me since this apparently is a regular occurrence when I spoke with the hotel staff the morning of. They have my information and it would be nice if they just reach out.
TravellerThe room was nice but it did not have a hair dryer in the room as promised. Also, the mini fridge was barely cold. The ice machine also didn’t work on the floor and I had to ask at the desk where to find ice. Mediocre stay for the price.

Clean and comfortable. Loved that there was no carpet. For the price, it was a great experience. There were a few maintenance issues. The security lock on the door was broken off, and the shower shelf was loose. Offered breakfast but we didn’t partake.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights. We were there for an Exhibition at the Ohio State Fairgrounds. The reason we chose this hotel was because it was pet friendly, since we had to take our small terrier with us. There was no extra cost for that. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom modern and very clean. There was even a complimentary breakfast. The people at the reception were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back next year again!
