TravellerTravellerThe front desk staff was wonderful - always friendly! The hotel was clean, room was very nice and comfortable. Having a full length mirror in the room would be nice. We will stay here again on our next visit.
TravellerI had my vehicle broken into during my stay, as well as other vehicles in the parking lot. The hotel has cameras but only management had access to the night shift even though it was right outside the front door did not see them happen. Sheraton management has not even contacted me since my stay to see how everything is going and offer me any type of compensation for my inconvenience. It would be nice for them to contact me since this apparently is a regular occurrence when I spoke with the hotel staff the morning of. They have my information and it would be nice if they just reach out.
TravellerThe room was nice but it did not have a hair dryer in the room as promised. Also, the mini fridge was barely cold. The ice machine also didn’t work on the floor and I had to ask at the desk where to find ice. Mediocre stay for the price.

The hotel renovations were very modern and the room was comfortable. The location was nice and close to several restaurants in the area. I was sad to see breakfast was not included as free.

Clean and comfortable. Loved that there was no carpet. For the price, it was a great experience. There were a few maintenance issues. The security lock on the door was broken off, and the shower shelf was loose. Offered breakfast but we didn’t partake.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights. We were there for an Exhibition at the Ohio State Fairgrounds. The reason we chose this hotel was because it was pet friendly, since we had to take our small terrier with us. There was no extra cost for that. The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom modern and very clean. There was even a complimentary breakfast. The people at the reception were super friendly and helpful. We will definitely come back next year again!
