Ordered room service and tried to pay in USD and the employee instructed me to go down to the lobby and the receptionist due to her not having change. Not very convenient. But other then that all is well.

The stay was ok. House keeping employees were probably the nicest of all.

I love that there is two restaurants on the property. I wish they had a heated pool.

Great overall experience, but I did not like that the hotel restaurant didn't seam to have any restriction to smoking inside, even in a closed environment. At a night I had at least 3 tables around me with people smoking. But the hotel was good and restaurant also very good (expect for the smokers)

New hotel at a central location

New hotel with a great well equipped gym and in a safe and central location very close to the US border. They have a great breakfast place and an excellent steakhouse on the premise. Parking is gated and included

Good location

The property is clean, well kept and has a great location. Most of the staff was very friendly but we had a couple of bad experiences. First, our room was assigned to the first floor and during one of our night the noise from an event down stairs wouldn't let us sleep. They did offer to change our room but it was late at night and all of our things were already in the closet, bathroom etc. Rooms should be better sound proofed or rooms should be assigned at a different floor to avoid this. Also, we couldn't use the pool. The pool is small for the size of the hotel, but also, some guests decided to have a kid's birthday party at the pool taking most if not all of the space available. I don't know if these things happen regularly or we were just unlucky.

Very beautiful hotel. The views are amazing and the staff is incredible. Definitely recommend!

Very modern and well maintained, all the amenities were nice and the room was great. Good service from staff. I only wish they had some 24 hour food options, room service shuts down early. Curtains are also not total blackout. But all around a nice hotel.

Disappointed that when I booked the hotel room they did not mention pool was accessible.... Top floor was closed...

When I checked in I was told that they did not have the prepayment I made when I made the reservation through Exoedia. They asked for my credit card and made the charge because they were not able to get the payment from Expedia !!

Great great hotel. They just need to fix the lights on the garage. The lights keep going off and it’s super dark they are motion sensor’s so the go off every minute. Over all a great hotel and great staff

Juarez - Four Points

This property exceeded our expectations. Staff was very helpful and communicative.

The hotel is beautiful but the rooftop bar and pool close way too early as I am 53 yrs old not 23, the bar also needs a bartender and an open kitchen during the week, not just the weekends. The suite rooms need a bigger refrigerator as the mini fridge is just too small.

Location is scary next to it there’s Avanti Motel where Lots of people goes in and out all day matter fact one day we saw people with assault weapons go in and abduct a male and was scary

Really love the roof top pool, and the roof top bar, the views are amazing!!!

I reserved a King bedroom and they give me a two queen bedroom, they didnt have any king available

Don't over sell or update the system more often.

We had a bad experience at the moment of doing the check-in,we reserved a king size bed for my wife and me and at the moment of giving us our room they gave us a double bed room,they over sell the rooms because when we did our reservation they had king size bed rooms. Bad experience.

The service was amazing from the moment you walked in to the lobby, till the moment you had to leave! Great service every where. The bartender, housekeeping. Everyone was extremely nice!
