Bathroom had hair in the drain and toilet wasn’t clean. We expected better for the price we paid

I had a wonderful stay at the Four Points. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also wonderful. I looked forward to waking up to a delicious meal in a daily basis. The neighbourhood was great to walk around too. Felt like home. Will be staying here again for sure.

Great hotel staff is friendly lot of places in walking distance.

Had a wonderful stay, its in walking distance for shopping and fine dining. They provide shuttles to take you anywhere you want to go in the city as well as pick you up.

I reached out to the hotel several weeks prior to my trip, requesting a quiet room. Opting for what I presumed would be a superior ambiance and service, I booked a room on the executive floor. Unfortunately, I received no response to my request, prompting me to reiterate my needs upon check-in at the hotel. However, my initial concerns were realized when, on the second night of my stay, loud party music began to emanate from the hotel, continuing unabated into the late hours. Despite being on the 7th floor with the windows firmly shut, the noise significantly disrupted my sleep. Upon addressing this issue with the reception, I was informed that such music is a regular occurrence from Thursday to Saturday, audible throughout the hotel. Consequently, I decided to check out earlier than planned due to the disturbance, a decision that the hotel staff accepted without objection. Additionally, I expressed my disappointment with the dining experience. The meals, particularly the breakfast, lacked variety and were disappointingly bland. Considering the rich culinary heritage of the country, it was particularly disheartening to find the hotel's offerings falling so short of expectations.

Es un muy buen hotel, con una excelente localización. Las habitaciones muy limpias y modernas. El personal es muy amable y atento. El desayuno buffet es excelente. El launge es amplio pero en si es un co working space, solo tienen disponible café y te. El restaurante tiene una buena disponibilidad de alimentos. La ubicación es muy buena, puedes ir caminando al Parque de la 93 y hay muchos restaurantes cerca.

Short stay in Bogota

Well located near excellent restaurants. Perfect for the business traveler.However, I strongly suggest that the Hotel makes available an automatic brewing machine to enable the preparation of a good coffee without having to go to the bar to request an espresso or a Latte.

The staff was really great. The food was also very tasty and affordable. A special shout to Don Luis who took care of us each morning with an extra level of care and attention to detail. We were in Bogota to celebrate my boyfriend’s birthday and he made his experience very memorable. The housekeeping/cleaning staff were also very nice. I can’t recommend this property enough for your upcoming Bogota trip.

Great hotel for a quiet stay. I would go again. Although I highly recommend more lights for makeup and cleaner rugs, or just get rid of the rugs.

Everytime ordered something they were quick to bring it to my room. The only downside i found was in one of the rooms i stayed in you share a door with the adjacent room. I could hear every word the guy was saying over there and im sure he heard some things from me.

The hotel is located in a very convenient area. The facilities need to be a bit cleaner. The check in process was fast however you are charged national taxes if your passport is not stamped (if you enter the country via biometrics) , this is a way to get you to pay more, not good at all

It was exactly what was expected. Very good.

Very interesting with the old car showcase although we didn't get any history of the cars as the lounge was closed. Very comfortable hotel with nice friendly staff. Our room was quite, clean with comfortable beds. The room had a fridge (mini bar) and safe for valuables. Only minor was the leaky shower. Breakfast option was plentiful and option for all. Can't image if you didn't find something to like / eat. There isn't much around the hotel but a couple blocks away (park 93) there is plenty of restaurants and coffee shop (starbucks, Juan Valdez). Distance to Bogota downtown is about 30 minutes.

Estaban was excellent he made me feel like he was my own VIP personal assistant for service. He helped me translate the language book trips and arrange car service. He was truly excellent and why I stayed!

I stayed 3 nights in 2 rooms. The last day they charged me an additional $15 because my daughter was with us the afternoon. She was with us because she had a midnight flight back to the US. I explained that she had her own room for 3 nights, but they charged me anyway. I then cancelled my next 3 day stay.

The staff was incredibly friendly all arround. Walking distance from 93 park (12 min.) were there are several restaurants, walking to Zona T about 25 min. Where there are many restaurants and bars including Shopping mall Andino.

Absolute best place to stay based on the price and the people. The breakfast is ok and the coffee is terrible, but man is it clean. Love this place and will always come back. I have accepted that I have to go out for coffee. Easy sacrifice for such great staff and cleanliness.

Excelente servicio, muy buena ubicación cerca a buenas vias de acceso, a restaurantes y zonas comerciales. El servicio de restaurante y bar muy bueno, el buffet de desayuno muy completo y el personal muy servicial. El servicio de comida y room service variado, buena calidad y presentación. La habitación cómoda, no muy amplia y se escucha el ruido de la calle, es mejor pedir piso alto. En general limpio y en buen estado todo.

Great hotel especially for the price. The restaurant was particularly good compared to most other hotels and even restaurants in the area. They gave me early checkin which is always a bonus and the staff was excellent in all areas. Huge shower and lots of hot water. Good wifi. Quick walk to Parque 93. I would definitely stay again!!

Clean but terrible service.

I have stayed at this hotel a number of times without incident. Unfortunately this last visit was a total cascade of problems that ended-up with the hotel trying to detain my girlfriend over $14 of items from the minibar that I had already authorized the hotel to charge me for since I would be in the air flying back to the states. The hotel has agreed but apparently the message was not shared with the day crew. The Uber I called for her was canceled and it caused her and myself great distress. They demanded that I send an email while my in-flight wifi was experiencing glitches. The manager wrote me a non-apology later for the incident and offered zero remedy. I have recommended this hotel to my clients visiting from the states before and my Colombian employees visiting my office from other cities, but I will no longer do so. I would stay away from this place. It's actually managed by GHL, it's not the Marriott level of experience you would expect. I only wonder what would have happened if I was unable to send that email, what would they have done, continued to detain my girlfriend against her will? I'm going to take this up with Marriott considering how much business I've given them over the years, especially other properties like the W in Bogota.
