Nice Stay in Barcelona

The location of this Hotel is really good for moving around Barcelona, close to all kind of transportation. The Staff at the front desk was very helpful, specially Julio and Raul, they gave us recommendations for Restaurants, Transportation, etc. The breakfast at the hotels restaurant is excellent with plenty of food options, the staff working during the breakfast was amazing. The restaurant at night has good food choices but the staff working during the dinner time is not good, they don’t acknowledge that you are there and keep forgetting about you because they are too distracted talking to each other. Overall I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have a good experience in Barcelona.

The stay at the property was just overnight. It was to be two nights but our flight from London was cancelled. I did not like that we had to pay for the two nights eventhough we advised the hotel when we found out about our flight. Otherwise, the hotel stay was pleasing. Staff was pleasant and accommodating.

Staff were very friendly and the property met our needs for an overnight stay. We would definitely recommend to other or use again.

Prime location 2 mall close by beach 20 minutes walk transportation lots of restaurants within walking distances easy to get around.

On Avenue Diagonale pedestrian walkways, shops, restaurants, transportation are all at your fingertips or foot steps. Great location, and the restaurant in the hotel is great too…no need to hunt for a breakfast…buffet was more than adequate. Would definitely love to visit again.

We stayed one night for the cruise. It was comfy for us to crash after 14hours flight.

Location..location...location. My wife and I enjoyed eating meals at the hotel restaurant, especially on days when we were coming back from a tour excursion. But the fact there are so many different restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, including a shopping mall made it 5 stars for us. Taxi stand and tram stop right outside the hotel. So when we went out to discover Barcelona on our own a couple times, we just handed the taxi driver the hotel card on our return trip. Easy and relaxing. The hotel staff very friendly and very helpful on recommendation to see hidden gems in Barcelona. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The hotel was very conveniently located in the city. We could easily walk to the hop on, hop off bus stop, there were good restaurants nearby. The staff was really great. The only thing we didn't like was that management controls the temperature in your room, so hopefully you like what they have set.

This hotel offered everything we needed for our short 2-night stay. Room was a bit outdated and AC did not work. We didn’t feel the need to call reception for this issue since the weather was nice and we did well opening the window. Definitely an issue if our stay would’ve been during the summer.

Location and comfort.

Optimum location for touring before or after a cruise. Set in the heart of the newer part of central city. Friendly and very helpful staff made our stay extra special! Significant breakfast included with something for everyone. Comfortable modern room with a little pillowtop style mattress. We'd definitely stay here again if we return to Barcelona! Thank you!

Amazing hotel, perfect location. Near the shop, walk to the beach, taxis nearby. Another lovely stay at Sheraton Four Points, we will be back.

This hotel lived up to its excellent ratings, from an incredibly helpful Gabrielle at the front desk at check-in, to other staff arranging a taxi to the airport on departure. Staff all outstanding. Hotel clean and modern. Area around hotel is wonderful, with large modern Westfield Shopping Mall two blocks away, dozens and dozens of nearby restaurants. The only downside for us was accessing the Metro. It is a fair distance to walk, and even using the nearbyT4/T6 Tram stop, it still required a lot of walking because of the construction mess at Glories Metro Station. There is a taxi stand 100 feet from the front door that we didn't use but would be a good option. We didn't discover the adjacent Rambla del Poblenou until our last evening, and found it much much much nicer than its famous La Rambla counterpart which is dirty and crowded with hoards of tourists. Again, this is an outstanding hotel deserving of 5 stars!

Good location , clean rooms and good restaurant!

We enjoyed our stay! The front desk staff were exceptional. We arrived on a rainy day and early! The staff stored our luggage until check-in. The lobby was comfortable and spacious and allowed us time to unwind from our hectic transfer from the cruise ship to the hotel. We were upgraded to a nice ADA room with space for my husband's mobility scooter. We purchased the breakfast plan and glad we did! The hotel had a nice set up with coffee, tea, juices, fruit, eggs, sausage, bacon, toast etc. Pancakes could have been a lot more warmer but the rest was great. We walked to the beach and to the Hop On Hop Off bus. Thank you Four Points Sheraton Diagonal for the amazing stay.

Don't Stay !!

What a horrible experience! From the moment we checked in on a prepaid reservation, they forced us to pay again. The carpets have stains, and the towels in the room are falling apart. Even at check out they were rude and told us that that our refund for charging us twice will take 7 to 10 days.

Best place to stay

A really good stay at four points. We stayed for 6 nights. Special thanks to Ingrid for her help. Also, thanks to the hotel staff for their amazing services. We had a wonderful stay overall. We would love to visit again. The hotel is located closer to many touristy spots. Bus stops nearby is quite a convenience.

Clean, convenient, comfortable hotel for business travelers

I believe that the staff necessary for cleaning the rooms in a short period of time is inadequate. It appears as if the staffing is for 30 minutes each room, which leaves some rooms pending after 4pm. This is a little annoying, but the hotel rectified this by making our room cleaning at 10am.

We had a great time, place was clean, staff is nice, breakfast was included and had option for everyone, location is close to the beach with lots of options to eat, close to metro and buses, even city tour bus stop, had shopping center close by. Has everything u need, would def recommend .

Excellent hotel

This is an outstanding hotel value with a modern style, tasty buffet breakfast, clean modern rooms, near the beach, a major shopping center, and local restaurants. And, the hotel staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating. What more could you ask for!

Top notch service and facilities. Staff were very welcoming and courteous. Very informative as to English good things to do and how to easily navigate the transportation system. The subways in Barcelona were clean and easy to use.

Overnight stay before returning home to the USA

Booked for only two night and from the beginning the service is top notch! We’re coming back from a cruise tried to check in early but the room wasn’t available. But they offered to secure my bags and even dropped in my room when available. That doesn’t happen all the time ! Clean room and and easy checkout! I give it a 10 plus !

A great central hotel, close to the shopping centre and 10 minutes walk to the beach, through very pleasant safe to walk roads. Comfortable bed, and everything you need in your room. Would definitely stay again. Shout out to Juan on reception, who was so helpful, giving us a map, and telling us all the best ways around this beautiful, huge city.

Disappointing service

We go to Barcelona every year and decided to check out this place, with high hopes. Although it has some things going for it, the level of service isn't one of them.Hotel clerk gave us bad information regarding subway tickets and, I will spare the details, but it ended up nearly ruining our first night. The manager "made it up" to us by sending a tiny plate of fruit that was left uncovered and was spoiled by the time we returned to our room. No towels in the bathroom the second night we were there. Asked for recommendations of local restaurants and handed a handwritten copy of around a dozen places with no addresses and no real recommendations. Location is good, but there are plenty of less-expensive hotels in Poble Nou that should be considered over this one.

Four points Sheraton was in an excellent location, had a fabulous breakfast, and the room was awesome. The AC is 10/10, bed is very comfortable, and the views are incredible.

Enjoying the Good Life at Sherato Four Points!!

We were here about a month ago and enjoyed our stay and location so much that we have returned for another night before our cruise. Friendly, helpful, courteous staff, great breakfast, comfortable room, decent price— plus a view of the Sagrada Familia from our room!! Perfect for us!

What a surprise that a 3 star hotel can really match up to a 4/5 star hotel in Barcelona. Wonderful experience and you won’t be disappointed.

Good location and clean

I came for the F1 race. The lication was actually very good: Close to both Metro and Renfe train stations. There are some good restaurants within walking distance. The mall is also near by. Breakfast spread was fantastic and a good deal at 15 euros. The view from the gym is gold.

Great greeting and service by both the general Manager and bar manager. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Only a short cab ride to the Gothic Quarter and the other direction toward the Sagrada Familia. But it’s not so busy that you feel cramped. City view was surburb from our 11th floor room.

Great Hotel!

The most comfortable beds ever! Great quality hotel with great amenities, although walls are a bit thin so can hear the next room.

The staff was super nice, especially the bartender Juan that even gave us suggestions on where to go around the city.

Unless on restricted mode, the air conditioning wasn’t brill, wouldn’t be good in the summer. Nice location with sea and coffee shops within walking distance.

A very pleasant stay. Located in a very convenient area. Loved the large room size.

Room was very clean and had daily housekeeping. The hotel premises were comfortable and well-located. The bar was closed due to COVID. I would recommend staying here if you don’t mind being a 10 minute cab ride away from the city center. The Glories mall two blocks away offers good dining options.

One of the best hotels in Barcelona

It was a phenomenal hotel, I had the best experience! The staff was truly amazing, FrontDesk to the breakfast host, by far the best I’ve experienced, in a very long time! It was such a wonderful time, that’ll I’ll be back in August, that’s how great the staff & the hotel is!

The check in was very smooth and the room really comfortable, nice and bright. The breakfast was amazing, they provided an amazing choice -while bringing individual trays due to COVID- and cook you eggs and sausage on demand. I would definitely stay here again!
