Food was terrible as ran out of things as simple as eggs. Service not bad. Building very tired and most of the drinks were average. Much better options

Very disappointed at my stay here. First of all the address/location is misleading on expedia. It’s not walking distance from the main square. The property itself is run down. While the staff was pleasant the facilities is really not worth the money paid. I also had VIP access to this property and they couldnt even allow an extra hour for check-out.

Not up to scratch for a Marriot Bonvoy Hotel

A lot of mis understanding and repititive questions. Staff are lovely but all ver new and need a lot more support and guidance. Food is very average, the menu badly needs to be refreshed. Hotel is not in a good spot, very few nearby restaurants and the 15 minute walk to the beach is dreadful. There should be a complimentary shuttle to Seminyak square and Petitgnet Beach. We wouldn't choose to stay there again.

Good location, nice hotel, and very friendly staff. Food and drinks did not taste good. Some marks on bedding and watermarks on benchtops. No robes or refresh of pool towels to room.

Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Good hospitality from them. Couple of insects in the room but that’s normal for Bali. Overall good and pleasant experience. Only downside is it’s not very convenient but you can get a Grab transport easily.

Stay was great. Only problem we had booked the deluxe room with balcony but it wasn’t a balcony it was just a little deck area with chairs with no sunlight. We had to upgrade and pay extra for a room with an actual balcony and sunlight.

Accessibility was difficult, but property was otherwise fine and staff were very accommodating. The access from the street is very difficult with a steep staircase and no lift, and likewise access down to the pool is not possible without using stairs again. Even our room, which was on the same floor as reception, required getting up a set of 6-8 stairs in a split-level arrangement - 2 of our group of four travellers were impacted by this, and we didn't realise until we arrived.

How tucked away the property was

Perfect location, quiet and within walking distance to some of the best local restaurants. The place felt brand new, 10/10 for cleanliness

Nice hotel

We had a great stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The property is a little tired but overall it’s is really good. Our room was big, the pool area is good, the buffet breakfast was great and the standout is their staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. They are always checking if you need anything or if they can help. A special shout out to Sinta who was outstanding. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Disappointing, not worth the price

Quite disappointing considering that it is a Marriott hotel. I booked this hotel because I've had good experience staying at other Four Points, however, the sevice and the condition of the room was below average. First, when we checked in, we weren't informed of any of the services, such as the time and the location of the breakfast, the operational hours of the swimming pool, etc. By the way, there was no common greeting in the room(welcome note with fruit, etc.) that is usually provided by a hotel of this level. Second, it was quite difficult to locate the staff. When we were at the pool, there wasn't anyone to receive our order and give information on towels. We had no choice but to wait for several minutes before one of the staff showed up. By the way, the towels were in very bad shape. (New towels have been placed now) Third, the condition of the room was disappointing. The refrigerator was broken and the hairdryer was full of dust as if it hadn't been used for years. The AC was not as cool as it should be. I would hesitate to recommend this hotel. It is better off to stay at a different hotel with this price. This place certainly does not meet the standard of Marriott. By the way, the staff seems to have no intention to provide good service. During breakfast, no one cared about cleaning our table until we had to ask one of staff to do so, and it was really slow. I have added two more stars due to the politeness and kindness of the majority of the staff.

Excellent family stay with good value for money

We had a room with pool access, which was really handy. The room was a great size with everything we needed supplied. The room was cleaned daily, fresh towels provided and anything extra that we needed was provided quickly. The staff were all welcoming, friendly and attentive to our needs, they made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Access to the onsite spa was great and the staff there were also friendly and totally focused on our needs. The food at the hotel was great, lots if options for the breakfast buffet and some nice options on the lunch/dinner menu. The hotel is close to restaurants, the beach and shopping.....all within walking distance. Overall very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to others. Thank you to the Four Points team for looking after us so well, we appreciate you all.

Property is not too far from a great array of restaurants, bars and the beaches. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful. The dining options at the hotel are good but not extensive. The rooms are comfortable and quite spacious.

Nice quiet area not too far away from good restaurants. For the money you spend the towels were very shabby and drinks at the pool bar were very expensive.

A bit dated Inability to handle situations

We couldn’t see for two days in a row because all the guests were having a party and the stuff was unable to sort this out. The whole floor couldn’t sleep, and the solution was to have the respectful guests moved to another room as the staff was incompetent to handle conflict with the rude and disrespectful group.

Second time staying here and I am going to book again so kid friendly and even works for no kids ! I’m obsessed can’t picture myself staying anywhere else ! Amazing

Don't expect the Sheraton quality or standard

Clean and functional. The rooms are a good size, bed is super comfortable and they have nice fat fluffy pillows! Good sized bathroom, clean, however the towels have seen better days and were very old and threadbare which is quite unpleasant to look at and use. You also had to ask for a hand towel everyday and there is no hair dryer in the room but you can request one for use from housekeeping which I found annoying. The lighting in the bathroom is quite poor and hard to put make up on in dim light. The light over the hand basin kept flickering and the hand basin tap had a funny spluttering flow. All these things could have been fixed prior to a guest checking in. Nice pool and the water is a good temperature. Nice sun loungers to relax in. All the staff we encountered were lovely. The location isn’t great. The hotel is located roughly 350 metres off the main drag down an alley which you will need to bring a torch with you if you intend to walk to and from your hotel in the dark as there are many trip hazards, pot holes that you can’t see in the dark. You can see the beach from the roof top of the property, but you need to go about 2.5 kilometres around the block to get to the beach, unless you take the short cut through some dingy alley. This hotel is not for people with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs and a very steep ramp to wheel up your suitcase. The property has a lot of rough edges and not the standard of the Sheraton brand.

Sercices was great. Very helpful. Staff always making sure your are okay with everything during your stay. Helpful with directions. Dont know the language. No problem with that they have staff to help you.

We really enjoyed fourpoints in Seminyak. Perfect location, staff super friendly and helpful, rooms clean, pool a fun vibe and super clean!

I loved this stay for its wonderful staff, amazing buffet breakfast, relaxed atmosphere and lovely pool. It seemed a little out-of-the-way but you didn't have to walk to far for food, shopping and massage. This hotel would not be suitable for people who struggle with stairs.

Overall, great hotel.

The room is a little basic for the price, in terms of inclusions, eg tea, coffee, and sugar, were sparse and not of high quality. Also a mini-bar would have been great. But the bed is super comfortable, the bathroom is good, and the breakfast is absolutely amazing, with many choices, ( including a delicious Indonesian breakfast, and cappuccino). They also do a great afternoon tea - I cannot fault the chefs at all, the food is good! And the service was very good, we got a lot of help from reception staff, which I really appreciated. All staff, are very friendly and helpful. I feel the Four Points needs a little tweaking to improve the consistency of quality, however, overall, this was a good experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at Four Points - really clean, tidy - staff were wonderful and amazing pool! We would definitely stay here again.

There is a big need to improve on food in the morning…. Staff is very polite but food quality is not very good… management should look into this if they are calling it five star… they need a good uplift to the rooms as well…. Bedding was clean but you can feel it is very old now… so please look into this… thanks…

The service in this place is terrible everything is dirty they never change the water in the pool service people are annoying and some of them barely speak English Very cheap but this is probably what you get for your money. Very expensive country

The best way to describe this hotel is tired. The hotel feels run down. Pool and splash bar: The pool was lovely, however the pool was missing tiles and the deck around the pool very old and uneven. The pool is only open until 6pm which was such a shame after coming back to the hotel in the afternoon and wanting to sit by the pool for a few hours. The pool towels provided were stained, ripped and old. The staff by the pool were very friendly, however used towels and finished drinks and food sat by the lounge chairs hours after other guests had left the pool. Restaurants: Despite multiple restaurants being advertised on the hotels website only one restaurant was open which appeared to have the same menu as the room service. The buffet breakfast was very basic, food didn’t seem fresh, butter was communal. The hotel room was old and run down. Our room had stickers on the roof with arrows of where needed to be painted. The shower was dirty and the towels and linen provided were old and stained. We had to ask for soap and hand towels after our room was cleaned and none were left. The room didn’t have any kind of mini bar just an empty fridge.

Great hotel and staff were amazing. Rooms are super nice and clean.very quiet area away from the busy area of seminyak. The walk to the main road is about 500 meters which is fine but can get tedious if you go out a lot or walk back at night.. very dark road. Use a taxi or Grab and you be fine.room aircon was slightly inefficient but i like really really cold. Sure its more than fine for others. I d go back again to this little gem located right in the middle of seminyak.

It was a nice hotel friendly staff but it was a bit quiet for us . A bit far to Legian and Kuta

The property needs to upgrade all the mini fridges in the room. Currently its a toy fridge that doesn't cool anything.

We really enjoyed our stay here and can’t really fault it too much. We had a pool access room and for some reason our deck was always muddy after rain and so was the pool unfortunately. The staff do their best to clean it up when requested. Breakfast was nice but needs to be restocked more consistently-especially the Indian food which always seemed to be empty but rarely saw it refilled. I would also like to mention that access to the property can be difficult for those with limited mobility, as there are a number of stairs that you’ll need to climb and there is no lift available in this instance. The property itself is fairly secluded, so access to main areas is somewhat of a walk and there are locals working for the karma group ready to pounce as soon as you exit the property. It would be nice if we were warned by the outside security about this scam and not to engage before we were driven away by these people saying we won prizes but we didn’t.. so if you do stay here AVOID THE KARMA GROUP STAFF that lurk around the hotel.

Nice hotel, spacious room, mould in shower, seems a bit outdated could do with a Reno, nice pool and outdoor bar, rooftop dining shut for construction. I was advised when booked it would be closed until mid December and I stayed early Jan and was still closed.

Excellent service from the staff who were extremely polite and eager to help. Found the location a little bit out of where I would have preferred to have been in but this is not a fault of the hotel, more so a lack of research on my part. The only downside was that there was a consistent smell of drainage in the shower cubicle

Very nice staff and the manager (Bagus) who attended to us for our requests. Love the hotel very much and also, staying in this hotel get you free entry to Savaya Bali before 6pm. Very sad that we missed their rooftop bar reopening i think the view will be fantastic. Thanks again.

We had a great time staying at this place. We got their breakfast buffet option and were very pleased with the variety. Highly recommend! They also do a great job of sealing the room so that no geckos are able to sneak their way into your room.

We had a wonderful stay at four points Seminyak. The property is a bit away from the main shopping/eat street but only $3 by taxi and we preferred this as the location was quieter. That being said there are still many great shopping and dining options around the property and we would certainly stay again!

The worse hotel that i have stay in bali!!

The worse hotel that i stay in bali, they give us the room at 4:20 pm, we arrived at 3:00 pm and they said that they don't have clean the room, the behavior of the manager was very rude,giving the excuse that theres people who check out late because they are members, the next day was the same they came to clean after 4 pm, they dont have enough people.

Location is great Staff were very nice and welcoming Buffett breakfast was amazing The only thing didn’t like was the sewage smell from the bathroom, it was awful. Gym was very basic and depressing, small and very confined space for a gym.

We loved how quiet the street was, but that it was still so close to great restaurants and shopping. The staff were lovely, and incredibly helpful- they made us feel so welcome! Would definitely stay here again :)

Overall we had a good stay. Just a few small things lacking such as having to ask for clean glassware in the room often and the towels marked even though clean. Pool area is lovely however and conveniently located.

Excellent relaxing break

Was a great place to stay for a short stint in Bali. Hotel room/bathroom were comfortable, spacious and well equipped. Breakfast - buffet with a great spread of continental and Asian options. Customer service was exceptional at all fronts. Breakfast/check in/dinner/room service. Hospitality to an all new level My one negative would be the experience at the massage/spa - it is pretty basic in terms of decoration and customer service and we ended up going to other hotels for a more luxurious/romantic experience. This could be improved so customers will have less reason to leave the hotel.

Their breakfast buffet is to die for! The massage/spa is really good. Overall, I loved the place. Clean and very accessible to all the places you’d want to go in Seminyak.

Good hotel overall. PROS: - Good Internet connection, though it freezes for a while sometimes. - The room was spacious and had a nice design. - The service was good. - They give you two bottles of actual spring water per day - not "Aqua" or some other industrial crap water. CONS: - The hotel is too far away from the main road. You get tired of walking all the way there. - The pool area is noisy (with music and all), and it seems you'll hear the noise to most of the hotel's rooms. - There's only one laundry service nearby, and it wasn't very good. - The biggest problem of all is the pointless Security Theater at the front door.

Nice, quiet hotel just out of town area

Staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. The beds were big and very comfortable. We had a lovely pool view room which was quite large and very clean. Although we did not use the pool, it was also very clean and not overcrowded. The hotel also provides a buggy service to the beach and shops and motor scooter hire is virtually next door.

A disappointing magaluf-like experience

Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable (although a bit old and soulless), the staff is friendly, checking in/out was fast and the breakfast is ok. The soap and shampoo are pretty average and the empty minibar on arrival was a disappointment. There is an annoying and loud house music constantly playing in the background, from breakfast time until the evening. A few drunk guests by the pool seemed to enjoy it though....but if you’re looking for a relaxing balinese experience, look elsewhere or simply book a villa. I won’t come back, sorry!
