Love everything about this hotel😊

This property is very beautiful, clean, and convenient to shopping and sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is wide ranging and well done. The staff was very accommodating and always asking if I needed anything. Very good price for this level of comfort in this area! Will stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton Kuta! The staff were incredibly hospitable, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was good—close to the beach and attractions. The rooftop pool and bar were a highlight, offering great views and relaxation. Highly recommend for a fantastic Bali experience!

About a 1 minute walk to Kuta beach, which can vary if you want to stop at some of the shops. So many Spa's and places to eat, drive no etc close by too. Great location for sure and I would stay again

Nice Hotel with friendly staff

Hotel was good, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was very good so must book it in advance. Location is a bit odd as it's in a narrow alley so be careful when you walk at night, do not carry or wear any valuabke items at all. Otherwise it's close to Kuta Beach, under 10 mins walk.

First time staying here & totally luved this property. The breakfasts were amazing with a massive variety to eat; and the restaurant dining was absolutely delicious. The bar out the front makes the best cocktails. Above all the service provided by all the staff was exemplary. Nothing was too much for them to do & always offering to assist in any way possible. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to stay in Bali. Top notch!

Whilst the hotel had everything we needed - it wasn't the usual Balinese spirit that I am used to and come to expect in Bali. The staff - whilst polite - continually try and "upsell" for the buffets which are an EXTREMELY disappointing experience and such a waste of money compared to the food you can purchase nearby the hotel at a much higher quality. Poolside dining was a much better experience however there was always something left off, or incorrect. Dont think i would stay there again.

Disappointed

Not great! Check in were quick to demand payment, shown to our room that as you entered the stench of mould hit you in the face. Very basic room, had to request a hairdryer as it wasnt there. Requested water as we were feeling unwell, no joke, five hour's later!!! Check out, requested assistance worth luggage, you guessed it, left to sort that myself too. Pool is nice ( but cold) and bed was the most comfortable I’ve slept in. Extremely busy street that is very narrow. Sadly, too many lows, won’t be back.

Security and staff are second to none, we have 2 young children and they were quick to cater to dietry needs and even quicker to entertain the children so us parents could eat. 10/10 would recommend to any families wanting to stay in Kuta

I absolutely enjoyed everything. The staff were amazing and very respectful. The food was just on the point. Parta Yusa always went above and beyond and he accumulated every request I had. Definitely recommend this property to everyone.

We loved how friendly the staff were and how accomodating they were for our kids. Joe was a real hit with the kids, making them balloon toys at breakfast and saying hi. The rooftop pool is best as it has more sun and daybeds/cabanas, however it is quite small. Quite a limited poolside menu available with certain lines often not available which was a bummer.

For improving table numbers would help coffee to be hotter beer to be colder. All staff were truly amazing and all service was also amazing, the staff are the diamond in the experience.

I loved the layout of the pool and that it was not overcrowded, neither top nor bottom pool. The buffet breakfast stood out as great service and great food. The preparation of the breakfast box was not properly conveyed but nonetheless was grateful they made it for us. Live guitar at night was lovely and I wish it was every night.

Friendly staff

We stayed at the hotel for 1 week in Febuary. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff at the hotel stood out the most. From the hotel lobby staff to the cleaners they all could not do enough for us. I would like to thank Prasanti for helping us at breakfast by providing me with a little container of cream to put in my coffee each morning. For anyone that can't drink milk but can have cream, Prasanti went out of her way to make this available for me each morning. So ask for her if you require cream as most waiters are not versed in this requirement. The pool was enjoyable from 7-7 and had a heated spa. There was also a kids pool with play area available. I recommend this hotel and even though it was off the main streets, it was still quite close the the Beachwalk area, only taking 10mins to walk there using the poppies lane 2 street. 10mins to the east is the popular Legian street. The hotel was in a secluded area and was not roudy at all which would be good for families. The breakfasts was good but thought it could possibly have a change of menu occasionly and often would run out of popular items like watermelon. But the food was always fresh. There were other eating places along the back streets that where clean and friendly and economical should you want other foods. I would return to this hotel.

Excellent hotel and beautiful lagoon pool. Great value for money. The breakfast provide is the highest with mixture English, Asian and Balinese local cuisine was the highlight.. Will come back again..

Ok location. Need a lot of work to be done and you can see they have started, it would have been nice to have been notified that that was happening. Had a grinder and welder going on above the main pool on weekdays.

Fantastic staff & excellent, clean hotel amenities. Walkable to Kuta beach & the mall. Breakfast was awesome & good spread of local and international cuisine. Shout out to Chef Oka & Calvin & barista Apria, in the restaurant. Love the local food prep daily & freshly brewed long black …simply amazing … Also to Front Office Manager Parta Yusa, making sure our stay was comfortable the whole week. Will see you guys rly soon. The property is beautiful. Despite being a 4 star, the layout , the pool the rooms are near 5 star quality. While I was pleased with the property and my stay overall, there were minor things that found could have been better handled. For e.g. despite booking the room for 2 adults and 2 children, I had to constantly remind housekeeping and staff for towels. Some of the connection points in the room weren't working as was the remote to the TV. The bathtubs were really high to climb in so would caution anyone with any mobility issue. We did complain however as polite, courteous and eager to please, communication can be a bit of an issue countrywide. All in all there were a few absolute stars on the property. Joe, the front of house manager Parta, Amelia at the concierge and another lady who was simply amazing stopping to ask even after her shift. (So sorry but I think her name was Nita with very clear English). All in all Four Points is a gem in the middle of Kuta and would recommend to anyone.

Overall great hotel for families. Surrounding area and roads are not great but once inside hotel, it’s all good. They have amazing pool lagoon and a seperate swimming pool for toddlers and kids. 5 Stars for hotel staff who were always smiling and welcoming us throughout our stay. Especially restaurant staff are excellent and very friendly. Manager Havita and team were great in taking care of every guest. Staff like Niket, Evan, Edo, Joe, Linda etc made our days memorable. Breakfast options were great and they had huge variety daily including Indonesian local food. In house restaurant lunch and dinner menu could be better though. Drinks counter was good and they run happy hours, check timing though. Overall great experience.

The charges for commuting booked from the property are very high in comparison to if we get from outside.

I had to be relocated 3 times due to faculty and cleanliness condition of assigned room. I’ve arrived at 1:30am and did not get a room until 3:20am. There were insects and was assigned a dilapidated room on arrival, 2nd room bed sheets were filthy. Had to contact Expedia and after 1 he on the phone four palindrome promised to assigned a better room.

After problems on arrival with our room we spent an enjoyable holiday at this resort. The location is excellent being 10 minutes from Boardwalk shopping centre and Kuta Beach. Plenty of street laundry businesses close by as well as massage options and great little restaurants. The pool is excellent whilst the option to leave your children at the supervised playcentre is so good. Breakfasts were something we looked forward to although if you were late the variety diminished. Staff were always warm and friendly especially Niken who without we would have been in real strife after encountering major home visa re-entry problems at the end of our holiday.

The staff was fantastic, but housekeeping was very average they forgot to clean, forgot to top up toiletries, and never cleaned under beds. The hotel needs a lot of maintenance. Would I stay again? yes but will I stay again? probably not.

Disappointing stay.

When we first stayed at Four Points Kuta, the hotel was brand new. The condition of the hotel now is sub standard. The hotel exterior internally needs to be painted. There seems to be black mould growing everywhere. The timber around the pools and on all the balconies desperately need to be sanded back and vanished. I expected more from a Marriott hotel. The food and beverage on offer is poor, breakfast was terrible. I only ate one night and was sick. There was a gastro outbreak and the hotel was doing little to prevent it or alert people. I spent $600 on hotel doctor to come out and treat my 2 year old and myself (who is 7 weeks pregnant). We almost spend more in medical bills than ohr accommodation. Our room was spacious, we had the larger suite. However the air con was leaking and the children slipped over about 10 times, i reported it to front desk but nothing was done about it. The roof under the dressing room area smelled terribly of black mould - however maintenance just keep painting over it. Will we stay again, no not likely. The massage palour across the road is quite good, as is Benish cafe a few doors down. The area itself is great - no beach but walking distance to garlic lane, poppies lane, beachwalk mall etc.

Fine for a couple days to see Bali's crazy side

Property is fine. But just fine. Its a little small and feels cramped, but that's mostly due to its location and the fact that the area is all built up. The surrounding neighborhood was hectic and busy, with motorbikes and cars zipping by. Definitely not family friendly as the sidewalks are non-existent or not useful. The number of touts and people coming up to me to sell stuff was nearly unbearable. I won't stay in this area again, but if i did i would find a different place for my kids's sake.

Enjoyed staying at Four Points, pool access is the way to go, staff would do anything for you, best hotel bed we have slept in.

Could not have picked better accommodation. Pool access room was bliss, Food and drinks are delicious and the staff are lovely. I have a new favourite accommodation. Had a medical situation and the staff responded quickly and had a dr to me asap. Thank you to the staff. I will be back!

Disappointing

This hotel needs attention, run down and grotty, the pool is freezing and never gets the sun, decking everywhere is rotten and our balcony fell apart in our stay, we ended up shortening our stay there. The food was average and having to order off a QR code all the time, that was annoying, especially when it didn’t work. Overall I don’t recommend this place, and should not have the Sheraton name attached to it.

Love this hotel this is our second time here was a bit worried after Covid but was not disappointed it was still as beautiful as ever big shout out to all the staff at this hotel they work extremely hard and are always eager to assist breakfast was good but for us could maybe have done with a few other continental choices like cold meats and cheese I’m not a great fan of eating rice and curry for my breakfast so some days was a bit limited but the egg station was really good our room the jnr suite was amazing loved it pool areas are fabulous also only downside is drinks were quite expensive so would like to see prices drop or more special offers to make us use the bar but overall would highly recommend this hotel

Our 2nd night in d hotel we have a problem with next door with connecting veranda so we ask to change room & there happy to help us.. when we check out u accidentally left my jewelry & i call the hotel they keep it in d safe place & they happy to send it back to me thanks to Jhonjer who help me out to fix the problem .. i miss the buffet breakfast & i miss bali. Thank u sooo much for all the staff.

This is an amazing hotel with great amenities (a big pool and a nice bar outside) along with really friendly staff who are excellent at their duties. The supervisor (Parta) is a lovely gentleman who helped us throughout our stay and went above and beyond many times to ensure our stay was thoroughly enjoyable. Overall, the hotel is excellent for a week long stay in Bali and it is really central / conveniently located if you are wanting to explore Kuta itself, Seminyak, Jimbaran and Canggu. We had a lovely and clean room.

Astari and Oka at reception were very nice and helpful, and my room was very quiet. The internet was good, and the bed is comfortable.
