Very good hotel!

We had an ant infestation in our room. in our bathroom all through out the entrance and just starting to go into the bedroom area.

Short staff, amenities not as advertised on Expedia. Expensive and loud.

Room was Clean,location was perfect for all of your needs. The only thing I have a problem with is the hotel charges double for a Saturday night. The other hotels in the area didn't do that. Needless to say "first time shame on them." Won't be staying here for that reason. Thanks. 😊😊😊

Perfect for the price

Bathroom door was broken and wouldnt shut at all. A/c unit wouldnt get room temperature below 70 at all for 3 days. Staff never cleaned room or collected garbage from room entire stay.

Quiet, good amenities at property. Nice room except hairball on floor. Shower pressure was way too much - and we like good pressure!, with no easy way to change on shower head.

The whole experience was great from the time we walked in the door to the time we left, the hotel and room was very clean. Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy anything that the hotel had to offer because our stay didn't leave us anytime at the hotel besides sleeping.

Once you are through the doors its a great but outside is not well attended to.

Beds were comfortable and we slept well. Only thing we didn’t like was the room was remodeled, but the toilet was so low to the ground and bathroom door on the bottom was peeling so that wasn’t replaced. Not sure why you would spend good money to remodel and not put in a new door or refinish the existing door and get up to date toilets that feel like low for a child.

Clean, decent hotel for a short stay

The hotel was nice and the room was clean. The pool and hot tub are very small, not even 10 feet wide I would say but they were clean. The bar was closed because they weren't allowed to sell alcohol. Would have been 5 stars if they had a few more perks like to go coffee cups in the morning and if the breakfast buffet wasn't $15 per person.

Excellent property, clean quiet and updated. Staff was very professional and courteous.

It’s like the air conditioner snored

The air conditioner was so loud it was hard to watch TV much less get a good nights sleep. Another noise maker in the room was the refrigerator that vibrated the microwave above it to a point were I had to put a towel under it to stop the insane rattling. We complained and then they did comp us the $14 per person breakfast.

Great newly updated rooms. Water pressure in showers was awesome.

Great place to stay.

Above average service. Two guys who ran the weekend breakfast were great, as were the front desk personnel. Room was very well designed and maintained, and it was comfortable. Location was great for shopping and restaurants. We loved staying there. Worth the price.

Not bad, could be a bit cleaner

The shower door would not stay closed, and the shower was a bit dirty. A little too warm in the hotel as a whole!

Lady at the front desk Saturday night seemed to be unhappy that she had to ring up the snacks we baught. She was unfriendly n rude. Alot of kids in the pool jumping in. There were so many people in there that it was unsafe for them to be jumping in. Breakfast is not worth 15.00 a person

Noisy

Would not stay here again. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. People talking in the hallway, the guy snoring in the room next door, the next rooms shower, the music down the hall that went on until 1am.

Very clean and very helpful staff.

For the price I wasn't overly impressed. The gym equipment, treadmill, elliptical and bike all need to be updated. Touchscreens were rendered useless and there's no way to just hop on and go besides they all were very worn. The pool is very small.

This was a last minute stay during a blizzard and everything was wonderful.

Sat down to eat the really bad breakfast, assuming it was continental, then found out it was $15/person. I wish they would have been more clear on this.

Could tell that property was renovated from older motel. Toilets did not flush completely unless you held handle down constantly. Bad caulking in showers.

Not a bad hotel but not family friendly

I think this is more of a business hotel than family friendly. It wasn’t horrible but I won’t stay there again.

I liked the privacy and staff service. Didn’t like the limited snacks and a 50 charge to my bank for 10-11 dollars worth of snacks. A warning somewhere would have been nice.

Traveling to Appleton

Everything about the hotel was great. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. It was in a good area of the city. The staff was helpful.

I wouldn’t advise anyone to stay, great and professional staff though

Very cleanly and updated rooms, small bar with good prices, showers are stand up with amazing water pressure, friendly staff and great location

The man running the breakfast buffet was all by himself. They ran out of stuff because he was alone. He was having to cook food and was also supposed to keep everything else stocked and clean tables. The gal from the front desk did come to help but was still disorganized. Our stay otherwise was excellent. Great room. Clean and priced affordable. Front desk gal at check in was awesome. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel

Nice rooms, good service, little difficultly getting the tv to work, but staff assisted, conveniently located

We enjoyed everything at the hotel. The only reason why I gave a 4 rating instead of a 5 is because the cardio equipment in the fitness room is outdated and the screens need to be replaced.

Loved how close all the stores and some restaurants are.

Cons: Spa is cold and pool is ice cold which left all relaxation to be undesired. Breakfast option for buffet was $14.00 which is small, save money and go elsewhere. Ice machines out of order (2nd floor) and all water fountain also out of order. Pros: Room and hotel were clean and right next to mall.

Mediocre to a fault

Stayed here with a friend overnight and while the hotel wasn’t terrible our room when we arrived half an hour after check in began wasn’t ready, there was rust on the door frame, and often you could hear what was going on in other rooms. Not the worst place I’ve ever stayed but I won’t be doing so again if I can help it.

Our room was given up when we got here so we were downgraded to two queens.

Missing shower door in bathtub in room 158. Notified desk but they were not empathetic and stated that they would do what they could to compensate monetariliy to the overall bill.

Nice but quirky little things I won’t stay again

Nice comfortable convenient hotel. Waste management truck wakes you up at 5:30 am which isn’t bad except if you get in at midnight. Beds are nice and room is cozy. Shower is like a pressure washer and needs a two cents water saver gasket.

Check in was nice and quick. The hotel was nice and clean, room was very nice. Nice and quiet. Nice work out facility.

Our room was great. Very clean & decent refrigerator & microwave. The front desk service was very poor. The breakfast buffet was $12 - there was not a price listed anywhere. The plates, silverware, eggs & coffee ran out by 9:00 am. The gentleman cooking the food made sure that our table was charged before worrying about being out more food or plates.

Everything was amazing except the shower head was wayyy tooo rough! Then water was leaking out from the shower onto the floors in and out bathroom.

Newer hotel with clean modern room. Convenient for shopping but not walkable to restaurants. Looked forward to using the hot tub and pool but was told on check in that the heater was broken so not hot.

Would stay again

Nice clean place close to the mall. Jade was so helpful whether we were wanting extra room supplies or getting restaurant recommendations. She was on it! I wish the breakfast was included but I knew it was not going in so we packed for it.

Had to pay for breakfast, which was cold and was out of food which the attendant didn’t seem to concerned.

The whirlpool jets were very weak. This was a disappointment. Also, housekeeping never showed up to refresh towels, empty garbage (the bare minimum). We had to call the front desk when we returned to our room late in the evening to ask for towels, etc.

Loved the happy hour!,

The first room we checked into was dirty and the air conditioner was extremely loud. We requested a new room and without hesitation it was changed. There were no problems with the room after the change.

Very clean and very friendly night clerk. Was not impressed with the $10 fee for a hotel breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and overall very clean. The linens were fresh and the bed was comfortable. I really enjoyed the toiletry products. Penny at the front desk went the extra mile to make my stay special. I wouldn’t think twice about staying at Four Points in Appleton the next time I’m in Appleton.
